The thing with some perks is that they are only useful on 1 killer,so if you straight up buff it might become oppressive on that 1 killer while it's still bad on everyone else

Here's how a chase against Old Legion typically went:
He stabs you twice with feral frenzy, and then starts chasing you normally. You make it to a pallet or window, he vaults over it, and stabs you again. You start running again, you find another pallet or window, he vaults it and downs you.
Or alternatively:
He stabs you twice with feral frenzy, and then starts following you while walking backwards. And because the deep wound timer was tied to being in a chase at the time, your mend bar would deplete while you were running away from him. You'd have to try and stay in chase with him, but if you do it'll be easier for him to catch you. But if you don't you'll just go down anyway.
Basically with Old Legion he was going to down you, no matter what you did.
Atleast the DC penalties didn't exist

In the end licensing only the mask is a ton easier,also they have the freedom of making original cosmetics for him like the Blighted one,FunWorld seems easy to work with.

His model without any animations having no emotions is perfectly normal,the smile is now an animation and not part of his model.
Ingame you're never gonna see the survivors with no animations so his plain model doesn't matter at all.

It has to do with design philosophies and choices from the developers, in other games where they have remodeled characters, some skins were left with old designs to preserve the legacy and history of the character.
Yes I know,but they changed Nurse's 5 year old exclusive skin so I don't think they are interested in keeping the old stuff at all.

Thanks, I'm confused about these face reworks. Are they just for the default skin or all of the skins for that character will feature the enhanced face?
It doesn't make much sense to only change the default skins.
Looking at the killer model reworks,all the relevant skins have been changed (including Nurse's Legacy) so it's safe to assume it's for all the skins.

Changing characters that people have loved for years is always a hard thing to do,I think many people just need time for the reworks to grow on them.

The nastiest Pig build is Tampered Timer + Crate of Gears,there's just not enough time to search all the boxes if you get unlucky with RNG
