Yeah, cause god forbid a company advertise what they're doing for viewers. They really didn't advertise it as anything other than a standard stream using ST characters.

It absolutely is, they said nothing that implied a big reveal other than maybe a skin. Also, changing plans is not grounds for you to get your expectations up. You did this to yourself fam. 100%

Out of the options listed, Slendermans my want. He is one of the five licences I would kill for to have in here.
The other four are:
SCP (Cause duh)
Xenomorph (Alien)
Jason (F13)
Stephen King work (Hes such a good writer, I'd be happy with pretty much anything.)

Aside from the seemingly apparent bump by a different account also with one post. Wheres the middle of the ground option? Supernatural seems like a fine franchise that would fit DBD but I don't have enough experience with it to say I want them.

Ghost Face- Stalking now inflicts survivors with blindness, oblivious, and exhausted. Doesn't expose them.
Pyramid Head- POTD now applies torment, no longer deals damage.

Wouldn't the reveal be on, you know...Halloween? Why would you expect a reveal on the stream before the most relevant holiday instead of on the holiday?
Also, the devs have been quite clear Clown is the one being looked at, you thinking its demo is a mostly baseless conspiracy theory. You being disappointed is 100% on you.

Beerus would probably lose, but its certainly not a fight the entity desires.
Unsure of who Zeno is.
The Scarlet King is very interesting. SCPs nature kinda means he doesn't really have a real defined form or skillset. But he seems to be an eldritch horror similar to the entity, so the battle could go either way.

Doesn't Oni mean Ogre in japanese? I always understood it as the entity changing him into something like an ogre after he dies.

Jason, hes the only member of the slashstreet boys we don't have.
Some other iconic licences we're lacking are:
Stephen King (Hes too big for the game to be entirely complete without some form of his work)
Alien (We are sorely lacking licensed scifi killers and Alien is most well known.)

Apparently even though the game went gold and is ready, they said the reason they need more time is for game testing for bugs and stuff across all 9 different versions of the game: Xbox one/s, Xbox series x/s, PS4/Pro, PS5, PC, Stadia... so yeah.
Don't forget the versions coming out for Switch, Wii U, Atari, Mobile, Amazon Alexa, The Refrigerator, Gameboy, sega genesis, dreamcast, Nintendo DS annnnnnnd The Ouya.
That makes sense. I can't wait to play it on my refrigerator. Maybe if I play the mobile, DS, and ouya version with my feet while speaking to my alexa version I'll achieve a higher form of existance.

Thanks for trying to keep this positive, with whats been happening this past year I'm glad we can sit and enjoy ourselves for a minute.
My highlight was a Ghostface game where everyone played godlike. Real hard fought and full of twists. A double unbreakable comeback, the whole thing ended with me snagging a 4k with bloodwarden. Real happy with it.

At least 30% of the upper part of his body needs to be in the center of screen for you to reveal him, anything can block it, including you. So never rely on breaking him out of stealth.

I accidentally ate a 400mg edible, I thought for a minute the Gunslinger from Dark Tower was in the game and started celebrating. I fell down the stairs because of this post, and I'm proud.

Because the item differences is more of a annoyance than anything.

2./3. Thanks for the link but I can't seem to find that thread manually when I went looking for it so at least it's fair to point out that it's hard to find. Furthermore that thread isn't specifically talking about whether or not there is survivors bias (I don't think there is). And the underline is very important.
- In this instance, I admit something good did come of it. However, in the future I'd really rather not have another FNAF or DS or Spirit situation just for the chance of something good.
- Thread was far back because it wasn't the only one. I found like 5 other posts about the event in the meantime.

@SCP_FOR_DBD sure. Sometimes long threads like that are really hard to get into and understand what's going on. Ppl are constantly adding in their thoughts and discussions get all over the place. Sometimes a lot of good ideas and discussion is overshadowed and ignored. On what metric is something overplayed then? Is it cuz you and some other ppl talk about something in length?

You do know you don't gotta reply to everyone right? You can just leave your thoughts and reply to the people you choose. How exactly does splitting the conversation across multiple posts ensure something doesn't get ignored? The metric for something being overplayed is different for each person, Kamikaze and I both believe the topic is overplayed. Even OP does as they state in one of they're replys. You yourself admit you think the "horse" is being beaten mercilessly.

Overplayed for a reason, of course. Does that mean we should continue overplaying it? You got lucky, you just barely missed the 5+ posts that came in all ragging on the event. In those posts the double standard of the addons was consistently pointed out.

What'd they do to the game? Sean S Cunningham gave the game his blessing and Victor Millers situation was unrelated. I think once the lawsuits done F13 has a good shot of getting in.

How about the consistent toxicity? Calling each other every single thing but a human, literally people telling others to kill themselves over a casual game. Dead by Daylight ended up getting a renown for having THE MOST toxic community in current day gaming - even worse than World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, and Rainbow Six: Siege.
Then the sheer amount of people that come on these forums and just straight up talk out of their ass - that know absolutely nothing about the games actual balance, programming, or development of the game.
Like seriously BHVR is one of the few companies that has the most communication with their playerbase, and they get torn apart for it. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they go as quiet as triple AAA titles and start telling their hypocritcal playerbase "We don't care if you don't like it".
To be honest, if anything BHVR is doing at this point is straight up a scam. I'm not surprised, with the amount of bullying they have gotten since I started playing. The players deserve it. Hands down. I wouldn't be surprised if the company did just want to take as much money as they can humanly scrap from this game and then walks away from their un-appreciative audience.

If done right, he could be such a menacing addition to the game and be a killer that people think twice about provoking. Resident Evil coming to this game would be truly iconic.
If Nemesis did get in he'd probably be the most physically imposing character in the game. We are also sorely lacking a fire based killer and his fancy new flame thrower fits that bill perfectly.
