There are golden toolboxes hidden around each map. These let you sabotage the basement hooks for 5000 bold Bp! Keep a keen eye out, they're tricky to find.

If you're looking for new game friends, always let them know what a tryhard they are in post game chat! It's always nice to hear that people recognize when you're doing your best and giving them a challenge!

Reverse bear traps don't count down when in a locker. If you're running low on time with the killer nearby, just hide out in one for a few minutes until the coast is clear!

Using a BNP on a purple toolbox will make it insta-repair.

Got called garbage for using my killers ability because Myers can go into ew3 and 1 hit down people. I only hit EW3 2x that match (Delete Swamp when?)
Fun fact. Ran into the same person a month later (they were killer), they played a facecamping LF. I died laughing at the irony.

Yep. Also need to actually purchase hag/doctor chapters since they were included in the console releases. Also bloodstained sack/80s suitcase cosmetic DLCs if you liked having them.
Not saying don't make the switch, just a heads up on what could be unexpected purchases when switching.

Plus booty short trap daddy and a few others, but these are mainly what I run with. -
This year is super disappointing.
Last year had : Daily community challenges for killers and survivors, triple BP for 4 days, cosmetic rewards, new (non dlc) map. Added in Party streamers/escape cakes/survivor puddings and had them spawn a ton in blood webs.
This year :
-Failure of a tournament, good idea in theory, terrible execution due to space esports-Double BP for 4 days the month after the anniversary. (Now adding a 2nd event later in summer to make up for some of the huge delays)
-Nothing unique, no new offerings/items (firecrackers could have returned to celebrate if they couldn't make something brand new, or something new/different if they had the resources to bring something else into play).
-Daily raffle that hasn't been updated daily (27th-3rd had no updates, understandable enough due to the holiday, but there have been multiple times were it has gone 2 days before being updated). 90% of the winners don't have a single login to the forums. So they aren't even lurking accounts. Legit just spam/fakes for more entries. Plus even an unconfirmed account won a day (I thought these weren't even being included?)
-No community challenges (challenges like last anniversary, or lunar event would have been nice). There are the Art and cosplay contests. Kinda sucks for people who can't draw/create worth much but cool I guess. There's some talented fans out there and it's neat to see their work.
-1/3 platforms still waiting on the new content. Not much to be done about this, but its put a bit of a damper on things.
-No acknowledgement from the team for consoles 1 year anniversary in June. Even a tweet to celebrate would have shown they appreciate console players and maybe stopped some of the "Devs h8 consoles!" posts. This is huge, it would have taken 2 minutes for their social media manager to throw up a quick post, heck it's pretty much a free way to gain more of a positive view from console players (especially with the animosity about delayed patches/not being able to be part of the PTB, etc).
TL;DR : Hate to say it but yeah, this anniversary stinks in comparison to year 1 PC anniversary for many reasons. Maybe next year will be better. Gotta have some hope for the entity to feed off of.

Fixed an issue that caused a missing collision on a wall of the Wretched Shop building in Autohaven Wreckers when the basement spawned in the shack building
Fixed an issue that made it possible for players to increase their navigation & interaction speed

You can crouch over Hags traps and they won't trigger. If saving someone from the hook vs hag, crouch to it (don't run). If being saved, hold crouch starting when they begin the unhook!
Bonus tip : Hag traps can be disarmed with flashlights.

Because the devs deserve to get paid for their work/be able to eat and not be homeless.
Just because it's an original character doesn't mean its free. Hag/Doctor were original chapters with a cost, while Nurse and Huntress were free.

Definitely agree, maybe then I'd see Nurse on ps4 more than once a month. I've even sunk enough into her to put her at p1-50 but rarely even play her due to this.
Higher sensitivity is a must, console killers are already at a disadvantage due to the bad FPS/optimization, at least this would help with control on some killers. -

Cash, I've bought all the DLC up to this point (and some I've bought twice since I play both PC and PS4).
I don't see that changing, I'm way to impatient to grind.I'll keep my shards for cosmetics or BP from the shrine.
