I'm praying for something unique. Please, Behavior. Don't give us another "ranged to mid-ranged chasing killer with other special ability" power again.
I'm hoping for something to do with the Puzzle Box. Making survivors solve puzzles during the trial is something that hasn't really been done before.

Exactly! This is really starting to piss me off and I was considering making my own thread about it, but what is it with people on here gatekeeping the horror genre!?
The amount of threads and comments I've seen bashing killers like Trickster and Legion because they're not "scary" or "they're just ordinary humans" is astonishing. Just because they're not "big guy in mask" or "ugly deformed monster" doesn't mean they're not horror characters and that they shouldn't be in DbD.
And now, I've seen this same argument of "they're not scary" applied to other characters like Springtrap.
Horror can take all sorts of different shapes and forms. Just because you don’t find it scary doesn’t mean others won’t and that the character is any less of a horror icon.

Exactly. I can completely understand if someone doesn't like Fanf. But often times the way they go about expressing their opinion is far more childish than the Fanf community they supposedly hate.

You're for sure doing yourself a disservice by not checking out at least the first two films. They're different than a lot of the horror films of the 80's with some of the best mythology/lore you'll find in any horror franchise.
I suppose this is true. I probably should give them a chance.
I'll check my streaming platforms to see if they have the Hellraiser films available.

Don't get me wrong, chances are it's most likely Hellraiser, but I still think Behavior might surprise us last minute.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Four days still seems too early, though. I wouldn't be surprised if Behavior pulled some sort of last-minute sneaky move on us.

Ehh, I've never really had any attachment to the franchise.
I was hoping for Springtrap or Candyman, but I guess this'll have to do. I just hope Pinhead has a cool power. Though given Behavior's recent track record I don't have much faith.

Tunneling is completely fine; it's a part of the game.
However, it's also completely understandable why survivors dislike being tunneled. I mean, they get like barely any points, de-pip, and hardly even get to play the game. Why wouldn't they hate it?

Items now lose all addons, even if unused and/or you escape - without Ace in the Hole equipped. You used to keep them. Made sense, considering you had to make it out alive, which isn’t a guarantee.
Oh yeah. I remember that. I'm pretty sure they changed it because they thought it was unfair to killers; as killers obviously loose their add-on's after the match.

Sole Survivor could really use some love. Now that Laurie's other perks have all been changed it'd be nice if Sole Survivor got the same treatment.

Alright. Thanks @Orion for telling me the confirmed letters.
Anyway, after looking at all the letters, my theory pretty much completely fell apart. Oof.
Well, I have another idea. Remember the picture of the circus with Ace trapped in a cage? You know, the one where people got the letter "I" from? Well, Fazbears Fright was likely located in some sort of carnival or circus. Ace could represent the Night guard trapped in the establishment.
Something else, what if the letters are spelling out "Hellraiser"? I'm pretty sure someone else in here already said that, but it's a possibility we can't ignore.

Springtrap actually has quite a lot of options for a power in my opinion.
Arson, tinkering with machinery, causing hallucinations. All of these could work as powers.

No. However, I believe the current matchmaking system is trash and needs a replacement or upgrade. MMR isn't the answer, though.

Something I noticed is how some people claim to see Springtrap in the backround when you brighten the image, right? Well, often times in the old days of Fanf, Scott would hide things in his teasers and fans would brighten the image to see what he hid. Seems similar to me.
Like here, you can see Springtrap standing in the backround when you brighten the image up. (At the time, no one knew who he was since this was a teaser for Fanf 3.)
I don't know, I'm probably just reaching.

I find it very odd that Behavior would promote Saw/Spiral with a cryptic hidden "S" in the backround of a random screenshot.
I think it means something else.

Ah, I remember Grave Encounters. I can't recall when exactly I watched it, but it always stuck with me as a pretty scary film. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Lance as a survivor (or maybe one of his crewmates) and Dr. Something (forget his name) as a killer. I dread having another indoor map, though.

My first gaming platform was an Xbox 360 if I remember correctly. Pretty much the only game I played was Minecraft.

I find it funny how he dead-ass sprints, but is the same speed as every other killer; including killers like Legion and Doctor who are casually walking.

I love DDLC, but I don't really see how it could work in DbD.
However, there actually is a possibility that we'll get a anime themed chapter one day. The devs have shown interest in it.

I'd add some quality of life improvements as well as an extra ability where they can take their mask off to look like a survivor.

It's been proven by Resident Evil 4 that a brown and grey color scheme can work, but my God did Behavior mess up with Swamp. That map is so ugly.
