Have Molotov cocktails be a survivor consumable like fire crackers where if you successfully hit the killer he dies.
-
I'll be for it only if it's a proximity chat and only if the killer can hear the survivors talk as well
-
If you get the advantages of body blocking then you get the disadvantages as well.
-
They might change the Deathslinger but from what i see the current one is a high skill cap low return killer. He is really fun to play but thats only if you can play him effectively. If you have Huntress i would recommend playing her and see if you like it if not move onto someone else.

Sloppy Butcher (General perk), Nurse's Calling (Nurse perk), BBQ & Chilli (Cannibal perk), and Pop goes the Weasel (Clown perk)
There are some perks that work better on specific killers (for example Stridor is fantastic on Spirit but useless on most other killers) but above is a general cookie cutter killer build that can be put onto any killer in general and you will do well.
A good build for Freddy that i use is: BBQ & Chilli, Pop goes the Weasel, Sloppy Butcher, Discordance
Since you might not know those effects here they are
- Sloppy Butcher: Slows healing by 20% and increases bleed rate
- Nurse's Calling: Shows the aura of everyone healing if they are within 28 meters of you
- BBQ & Chilli: Gives you a 25% boost to BP for every individual survivor you hook up to 100% (like an Escape Cake) and shows the aura of all survivors if they are 40+ meters away for 6 seconds after you hook someone.
- Pop goes the Weasel: After you hook someone you get 60 seconds to kick a gen which makes that gen lose 25% progress.
- Stridor: Increases the injured sounds survivors make by 50% and regular breathing by 25% (its only good with Spirit)
- Discordance: If 2+ survivors are working on the same gen it turns yellow and gives a small explosion only you hear

Quentin
-
If you see 4 blendettes each with toolboxes you equip Franklin's knock the item out of each then dc.
Or so i hear.
-
Just increase the chance gens won't explode when you fail a skill check. Even if you increase it to 100% of the time it won't be a meta perk or anything
-
Ah yes, basement bubba indeed is S tier.
-
GF and Spirit are my main but I play others once in a while
-
When a survivor is searching a chest receive a notification and highlight the aura of the chest.
It wouldn't be a bad perk, not one of the best but I can see it having use.
-
Really fun to play even if I miss a lot of my shots. I wish he had some map pressure there is only so much I can do running around with my 110 speed
-
No, you would just be a bad team mate.
-
I wouldnt mind a meta shake up and i like a lot of those ideas
-
I get what your saying and agree scary would be nice but sadly we would eventually get desensitized to it. Just like we have now regardless of what devs do in a month or so someone else will post a similar thread.
Quickest way to make things scarier is to upgrade the music. A soft suspenseful ambiance music when not in a chase and more blood pumping chase music.
-
Its cute although in all honestly when i heard "Bunny Feng" i thought a completely different costume.
-
PT is great with bond. I like using bond as an info/healing perk and works really well to locate gens that are being worked on.
-
If Huntress can harm people over pallets and no one thinks its game breaking i dont see any problem with Deathslinger being capable of dragging people over pallets (it doesnt even guarantee a hit too)
-
STBFL is definitely one of the better perks on him, get 6 tokens so you can m1 then shoot them for a wombo combo of death.
PWYF is really good too and because of the oversight its even better, shame devs are most likely going to fix it.
Im all Ears is a perk i found a lot of success with, when they fast vault you see their aura for 6 sec letting you get a clean shot much easier.
-
I dont mind another rework, at this point its kinda amusing to see the devs pull their hair out regarding Legion.

Well he has insane chase potential. That alone is good enough map pressure to be high mid tier. Downing survivors fast gives you map pressure cause they have to get off gens
I definitely agree he has great chase potential but that can only get you so far. No one is saying he is bottom tier but most that are complaining are pointing out he has a glaring issue: bad map pressure.
If Deathslingers can keep injuring survivors and having them work on not dying then everything will work out but if you get one of the bigger maps where (as a 110 killer with no mobility ability) it takes a minute to get to the other side then your going to have difficulty even finding survivors.
-
The reason people arent saying he is good is that he has one of the worst map pressures of the entire roster. Not only does he run at 110 speed but he has no ability that helps him expand his presence like the other 110 killers have.
-
Its a cool perk for stealth builds. When you are doing a gen and think the killer is coming towards you just hide, they will almost always kick the gen if its worked on and no one is around and now you see their aura.
-
Makes sense, the new killer having a gun is something everyone wants to try out. I wouldve been shocked if there wasnt a huge queue.
-
So i played the PTB and you cannot say the sabo change was anything but a huge survivor biased buff. Their reason? It was difficult for survivors to pull off and thats not good.
You cannot acually look at the sabo change and go "Yup, that was a fair and balanced change for both sides :^)"
-
Im assuming its like breaking a gen where you need to continuously hold down the button for however long you need to but the progress will most likely be saved if you stop mid way.
Though it would be cool for Legion to do that. Imagine your a survivor doing a gen and Legion Kool-Aid Man's through the wall next to you.
-
Dead Hard is the best exhaustion perk to fix a mistake you made but if you play with little to no mistakes then Lithe or Sprint Burst are better, they can be used more consistently and to a greater effect.
-
I definitely noticed GF has an oddly specific daily especially when you compare him to other killers like Legion.
-
Give it another month or so for people to really get used to playing against Doc. Beforehand Doc was one of the rarer killers to see and adding a rework means that survivors dont know how to play against the current surge of Docs. Sure he has good map pressure but he is fairly average at chases.
-
Its the current flavor of the week. Give it some time and they will move onto Freddy, Mori, Billy or something else.
-
In your example it can be considered holding the match hostage if the pig body blocks him in a corner and waits for the trap to tick down. But if the pig just doesnt let him do the puzzles its not holding the game hostage.
-
Devs were busy with other things like Ruin and Doc rework. Now its the new DLC killer. Personally i doubt mori will be nerfed anytime soon since killers are kind of sensitive atm (if you havent noticed) it would be smart to not do any big killer nerfs for now.
-
There will never be a time where survivors stop feeding basement Bubba kills.
-
His lullaby is not considered a TR (like huntress humming) since survivors don't hear a terror radius M&A and IF are near useless on him. Sure they work when awake but there are better perks that work more consistently.
Make your choice isn't bad especially if you hook them near gens.
Replace M&A and IF with BBQ and Pop.
-
Just hit them? If you pick a hook far enough away that you barely make it that's your fault, if the survivors decide to take enough hits that the person can wiggle out that's a valid choice.
As killer I can only hope that I get a team willing to injured themselves for a shot of letting the downed wiggle out.
-
Music. You can change the entire mood of something with different music. Make the ambiance more suspenseful while the chase more energetic.
-
I wouldnt mind a hooked survivor playing a saxophone.
-
Its fine, if i end up going after them i just slug. The only annoying part is when you get blind sided by a DS because you completely forgot about them while going after other survivors.
-
Her skill ceiling is the highest in the game. You can spend 10 hours playing Freddy and achieve the same result a 100 hour Nurse would get. This in itself wouldnt be a big problem per say but the only way to learn killers is trial by fire. You got to rank 1 with Billy or something and want to learn Nurse? Prepare to get 0k gg ez baby killer'd for the next 20 matches.
-
So no deep wounds and increase the cooldown on his power? Would it be safe to assume by super fast you want his running speed to increase from 130% to 140%?
This sounds like a pretty big nerf.
-
Toolboxes and medkits are better so I rarely willingly use a flashlight. Only time I use it is when I pilfer one from a box and decide "Alright, flashlight it is."
-
So killers are just pReSSuRinG GeNs incorrectly?
-
You can always make it so it guarantees that you start off as the obsession but it only works if you are the obsession, if during the match it changes to someone else it gets disabled until it comes back to you.
-
Imo they are fine with this considering the alternative is a Ruin meta which they desperately want to avoid.
-
What about teabagging as killer (GF, pig)? Is there a psychological use for this or are they just being dicks.
-
Where is that Nea picture...
-
Adding a second objective will introduce more bugs and they have enough bugs to worry about as is.
Part of the beauty of survivors is how simple they are. Do gens, loop killer, heal team, escape. When you add more stuff you make things more complicated.
There is a chance if they add in a second objective poorly they will completly screw over the entire meta and ruin the game. If you have faith they can do it well then you have more faith than me.
-
I like this combination the best.
-
No one really wants to extend gen times (as in make the current 80 sec into 90+) it does nothing to make the game interesting besides prolong the match by making survivors sit still for longer periods of time.
Gen rushing is doing gens at the expense of everything else. Do not heal, save survivors, get chased, cleanse totems, search chests basically turn the game as much as possible into a skill check simulator. Now dont get me wrong this is a valid strategy but try to understand why killers find this lacking in fun.
If you want to face camp a survivor then its only natural to punish the killer. As a killer main i understand how annoying it is to get face camped and i dont mind if you punish those types of killers by gen rushing them into oblivion.
-
I dont think there is a common build for Freddy anymore (RIP Forever Freddy). A lot use BBQ+Pop but those are insanely popular killer perks in general.
The real issue is that out of the 70ish killer perks there is a clear tier of perks that are waaaay better than the rest.
