Remove boop the snoot next!

What if blood favor denied pallets a certain distance away? It would mean survivors couldn’t use their speed burst to get away without risk

Bill Gates first attempt to create a business was Traf-O-Data in 1972. When Traf-O-Data went bankrupt, Bill Gates never attempted to create another business and faded into obscurity.
Oh wait, Bill Gates actually tried again and became a multi-billionaire. My bad.
We’re comparing bill gates to BHVR. Which one has more drive to do well?

Pinhead is not weak lol. If he gets buffed too much it would be annoying. He is one of those killers who could be annoyingly oppressive. Getting grabbed in the middle of a loop, to get downed.
Fair enough. I don’t really know since I haven’t played the ptb but he seems kinda weak. At least his power is unique though

4 BBQ stacks with a score of 25k or more.
Bonus if I pip, negated if I depip.
Same here. No point worrying over kills tbh

None of the fixes mean anything if the chain break time isn't lengthened. He will remain pointlessly weak until that change is made in the mid chapter patch.
Even still I’m glad we got a unique killer after a lot of boring ones.
He definitely needs some small buffs but he has potential
-
I prefer DH. It lets me memorise totems from the final gen and then check them

I doubt that. There are many people that can perform great against strong surv teams with other killers.
also -and I know that may be a very naive take from my side- if it actually results in the worst case scenario, maybe then the collected statistics could help in balancing the different killers? People have always asked for statistics and if given they specifically asked for red-rank statistics. With the new system the analysis might very well get more accurate!
They did say in the dev post that they’ll be doing that but tbh I don’t trust their word. These are the same devs who are convinced pig is a good killer
-
You can’t remove either. They tried to remove camping and survivors abused it and what if a killer chases one survivor the whole game?
-

I mean… no one expects it to work perfectly.
fact is, we need a new matchmaking and the last testphase has been pretty well received by many and statistics/analysis support that apparently.. of course there will be flaws and unfair matches. That pretty much guaranteed for any system. And the system may very well be adjusted still after going live.
We’ll see I guess. Personally I don’t really care since I don’t take this game seriously but I hope it’s not just nurse/spirit/blight in the high brackets because that would ruin survivor fun imo

Can't wait for my Billy chainsaw to overheat 50% faster and Clown power not slowing down Survivors Kapp #Bugsarenewfeature
Don’t worry it hasn’t slowed on direct hits since RE :(

You forgot something:
- People complaining about stuff just because it’s new or just for the sake of complaining (ie talking SBMM down while ignoring the fact that emblem based matchmaking is/was awful)
I think most people know ranks are terrible. Problem is SBMM comes with its own issues
-
- Pinhead is getting buffed but even if he’s weak I’d rather have a unique weak killer than a killer like nemesis
- I hope spirit gets shadownerfed
-
Don’t worry about kills tbh. Rng can lead to things like this and it’s not fun stressing over it
-
I don’t really feel a difference personally

I mean, if I see that other Survivors have the same Skin, I will adapt and change mine as well. It does not really have to be a serious thing, it is just funny to go into the game with all the same Character. I mean, who has ever played against 4 Jeffs?
I actually did once. Sadly I actually killed them all :(
-
Gearhead lasts for 45 seconds and works on all skill checks
Edit: Just thought about it and why not make dead man’s switch a scourge hook perk?
-
A speed boost with lethal pursuer would be pretty op tbh

The stridor nerf was all it took, she's got decent counterplay now so she isn't as powerful compared to Nurse or Blight.
*If you bring iron will* Otherwise she is still pretty broken
-
It’s neither imo. The game becomes killer or survivor sided depending on the map/map rng
-
Were people actually reporting for gen tapping with ruin? That’s pretty funny
-
Deathslinger would probably still beat them. His has experience and his spear gun would mortally wound anyone it hit especially an 18 year old kid
-
While I like the idea of BHVR using MMR to help balance the game realistically that’s not going to happen. I think it’s just unnecessary and a waste of their time but since I felt no difference during the tests I don’t really care
-
I’ve seen him once. It’s hard to justify a 15 euro skin
-
Only one I see used is pig’s occasionally. Huntress’ just use charge time and cooldown from my experience

Those are addons from so long ago that have never been reworked. They might never be reworked since i'm pretty sure DBD has to go pay a license holder money to do the updates and they just lost the demo.
What's the downside to survivors bringing something like Haddonfield again?
When did I ever say map offerings were fair in general? All I’m saying here is that wraith with this add on and an indoor map can be insanely strong
As for the license thing they managed to completely change Freddy even though they couldn’t get him on switch so I doubt that claim
-
My problem is both wraith’s bringing indoor map offerings and how it compares to similar add ons (Amanda’s letter and scratched mirror specifically).
It’s just too strong to warrant not having a downside/cooldown etc
-
Flashlights are usually a burden to a team of survivors
-
I enjoy her but she’s inconsistent and buggy so it hard to be consistently good with her
-
I always found it weird that Billy’s engraving give 15% with a charge speed reduction and blight gives 11% per rush with no downside. Bias much?
-
It’s closest relatives are scratched mirror and Amanda’s letter which both have massive downsides so it is weird that this one has none
-
I’ve never seen a hag with the gold and silk skin before
-
Hellshire would probably be way more open since it was a pretty big prison.
-
Honestly the atmosphere and style of the game has been lost to me. It just feels empty now
-
Probably legion or trapper because from my experience they get the least amount of kills
-
I have no interest is hell raiser so they chapter is just meh for me. New perks look interesting though
-
I think coal tower is a better example but ormond isn’t too bad anymore
-
It can be an issue in solo since most survivors are allergic to totems but otherwise I’m fine with it
-

I mean I think, if they made indoor maps with 4 ways to get up and down, and gen spread on each floor wasn't to tight but there was 3 gen possibilities then I'd think it could be fair.
I also like the holes to drop down at any point like in the game.
They could balance this, just takes a bit of thought.
Still doesn’t account for certain killer powers like hillbilly or blight. Currently the game is the best contender for layout but it’s pallets make it way too unbalanced
-
I never use exhaustion perks ever despite the fact most stay they are essential in any build
-
Killer: Tinkerer is the definition of a crutch and is just annoying on high mobility killers like nurse of blight
Survivor: Urban evasion because the people who use it make me want to tear my hair out
-

There's a lot of unbalanced outdoor maps too:
Red forest- all maps (too large),
Ormond (don't even need to say anything),
Haddonfield,
Cowshed,
Cornfields,
Dead dawg (too small),
Swamp- too easy to protect gens, easy 3 gens,
I truly think that the only balanced outdoor maps are like ironworks, coal tower and clowns map.
Definitely agreed but literally none of the indoor maps are balanced at all
Lery’s: Hidden gens and potentially broken window spawns
hawkins: Unsafe pallet city with very little useful windows
Midwich: hold W the map
rpd: I don’t have to explain this one
-
I’d rather not have any tbh. They just aren’t ever as balanced or fun as outdoor maps imo
-
If they could get the license I’d love that as a skin

Why should tracking have a downside? Theres perks already that track with no downside.
Because the add ons effect is extremely powerful? Look at add ons like yakoyoka amulet and engravings which have strong effects for some kind of downside
On a front closer to home scratched mirror has a huge downside

It's never enough for most killer mains.
No point generalising them. Most killer mains aren’t like this except for the vocal minority such as the poster here

Everyone that thinks he needs a nerf needs to actually play him 10 games in a row at a high rank and try and 4k if you dont 4k every single time he doesn't need a nerf cause some of y'all making him sound like hes jesus and better then the spirit nurse and blight they refuse to nerf
A killer doesn’t have to get a 4k every game to be op. Spirit is unanimously agreed to be op and her kill rate sits at around 60% as of most recent stats

No.
Wraith is fine just the way he is. Pay attention and you'll EASILY stomp him. He doesn't need nerfs or any downsides to his powers.
This isn’t a nerf to wraith’s base kit though. It’s a nerf to and add on that became OP after they buffed his base kit.
I’ll make it clear that I have no issue with wraith besides this add on. It completely invalidated a valid playstyle for survivor (stealth) for literally no downside even though a lot of the wall hack add ons come with major downsides

Fair point. Unless I have DS and don’t get to use it I prefer being moried
