You mean holding M1 for 90 seconds and getting less chase interaction since swing recovery has been decreases and running speed after getting hit has also been decreased? With half of the killer roster being anti-loop? Yea so much fun interaction.

People are acting like they have basekit BT when a.) they really don't and b.) unhooking in the killer's face was a stupid idea unless you absolutely had to anyway.
We're in an awkward halfway zone where person A expects you to have OTR now and person B still expects you to have BT.
This but when killers come back to hook every 5 seconds. Which every killer for some reason loves doing. They proxy camp leaving the survivors no choice but to unhook in their faces.
-
Except killers didn’t have teammates who self care in the corner of the map or unhook in front of the killers face. Now add to that 50 more seconds total gen time and swing and breaking speed increase. Solo survivors are tired of getting shafted especially since everybody agrees that SoloQ is harder than killer.
-
So what you want the survivors to rush the killer? But then you get labeled as a bully squad? Lose lose situation man
-
Those same killers when I run 4 SWF with DH, DS, COH, UB with 4 BNP (They suddenly don’t like it when people sweat and use the most optimal strategy)

1 flashlight save is OK.
But when you have 3 survivors running with you during 2 minutes just to save their pal with a flashlight. This is toxic.
Same for body blocking.
Survivors must do gen, not bullying killer.
But doesn’t literally EVERY killer complain about gen speeds? Like it’s a lose lose no matter what you do as a survivor at this point.
-
That’s like if a killer downs people too fast and gets a 4K in the first 5 minutes would be “kill rushing”. It’s literally their objective. No one calls a P3 nurse with double range addons a “kill rusher” and it would dumb to.
-
Ah yes another indoor map. Because they’re the best and not filled with either safe pallets every 5 steps or extremely unsafe pallets every 5 feet removing any time of mindgames and just revolving around throwing pallet simulator.

I'm specifically talking about the square structures on maps survivors glue themselves too. Not looping, idc if i get looped but every game being the same location because you can practically infinite if the killer doesn't have bamboozle
Tell me you suck at killer without telling me you suck at killer. Needing bamboozle? This has to be a troll

Then they can rework it to that. It will make you jump faster. Also there is so much stealth killers are destroying by this perk.
Myers is stealth at tier 1 and this perk makes hard to stalk people. Plus his TR is small at tier 2. He still can stalk you if SC does not warn survivors.
Sadako has small TR and she can come close to take free hit. But SC is warning you and you are hiding or starting run to loop.
Wraith has same issue of Sadako's.
Ghostface is already you said, yeah smart survivors can see you but SC should not warn you about him.
Dredge is 100% stealth in Nightfall and plus he can take surprise hit with teleporting lockers. SC should not warn you about him as well.
Yeah this perk is issue for all stealth killers and this needs to go. Because surprise hits are important part of their kits, SC makes this imposible.
Mike is one of the tallest killers in the game if you look around you're going to see him lol. Getting out of T1 is extremely easy even if they do have Spine Chill.
Sakado again you can literally see her in a certain radius even in her cloaked form lol. Idk what matches you play but any mid-tier survivor knows how to look around and then hold W.
Yes except you can arguable see him at an even further range and he actually makes noise when de-cloaking, actually you can hear his noises when he's cloaked lol.
You can hear him going to a locker, you can lock the locker.
Getting “surprise” hits on with them is pretty hard regardless of Spine Chill. That's why all of them suck except Dredge and that's because he has 3 different powers. The rest are so easy and only low their players ever get surprised by them. Now any good player is just easy and pre-run since their “stealth” isn't very stealthy. It only “destroys” the killer because they're relying on surprise hits when that tragedy sucks. Which is why most stealth killers are never good.

Stealth killers have not chase powers, only stealth. And this perk is destroying their powers. Does not look healthy to me. Perk needs to rework.
What “power”. Mike’s entire kit is to get out of stealth, Waith is transparent not even invincible so if you have any halfway decent eyesight you’ll be able to see him coming (not to mention he rings a bell when uncloaking. Ghost Face is the only “stealth” killer that actually relies on stealth and even then if you're not a potato and just stare at the gen you're gonna be able to see him. Spine Chill is only useful for vault speed build and for “stealth” killers and some stealth perks like Tinkerer and Monitor. If it weren't there is 0 use to the perk, might as well be Deja Vu.

Kindda complicated to implement. So anytime someone DC’s near a Scourged hook they instantly activate? Then yea its fine but pretty situational and anytime BHVR tries to implement something new like that it creates even more bugs. If they can actually pull it off then it wouldn’t hurt to implement it.

I’m referring to the OTZ’s video in total
-
I mean you can’t expect to not try harder when using a mechanic or a character that’s weak. Either you play a good character so you don’t have to sweat as much or you accept the fact that you’re playing a bad character and are going to have to try a lot harder. Can’t have it both ways

No offense but why is your brother playing a game where there are constant flashing lights. It's like going to a rave on purpose.

Why shouldn't I go 4man SWF with a clicky-clicky flashlight with Dead Hard and BNP?

@SuzuKR said:
The overwhelming majority of killers have zero way to counter Dead Hard for distance, which can easily buy another 30+ seconds on a strong tile setup against a standard M1 killer.
Most killers suck/mid tier tho.

Not a single person uses calm spirit unironically
Wait the 7 second timer
Don't tunnel
Most killers don't even skug and even if they do they can only pop the perk once.
The rest you actually have a point

If only anti-loop killers exited and made up more than half the roster. Oh, wait...

I play a bunch of Nemesis with chase-only perks, and I have yet to have a match in recent history where someone didn't DC. Why do survivors queue up for god knows how long, and then quit the game in less than a minute? I play pretty relaxed with mostly common perks (except for enduring and BBQ) and no add-ons, like what? I would get spanked every single game if some rando wouldn't quit immediately.
Because going against a killer that counters the only fun thing a survivor can do is pretty boring ngl. If they DC just cuz they're bad then yea they're a-holes but I'm not gonna play a match against. A killer who pretty much denies looking

As far as I was aware - the only way you can "counter" them is to look at a wall while picking up. Anything else puts it on the survivor.
When there are no walls, whats the counter?
Have more than 2 brain cells and learn what “object permanence” is. 👍

Yo, that sadly helps.
Yeah, this game has come down to literality holding a button even longer for survivors. No fun or interactions for you unless you're a god and can loop the killer for 2 hours.
-
I wonder how sad someone's life has to be to get so upset at a crouch animation in a party game.
-
Just another anti loop killer. Use the new exuashtion perk and hold W as long as you can and “gen-rush.”
-
Aka waste flashlight juice on a power she's gonna get back in 4 seconds (not to mention your pretty much stationery so she's getting on M1 on you no matter what)
Get grabbed in a locker
Die instantly after you use E since again she gets her power back in like 4 seconds or she zones you in which case you're ######### either way.
Here's one that actually works, you see that W button in your keyboard? Hold that until you get downed works for every killer too since more than half are anti loop 👍
-
@Yamaoka said:
Extremely unhealthy design. Rewards failure as its activation requirement is getting hit and promotes hold-W gameplay thus further punishing killers that don't have:
- an instadown.
- mobility to close distance quickly.
- a real ranged attack to ignore distance (i.e. Huntress).
How are you supposed to have fun playing non-mobility M1 killers?
Tbh “looping” killers is pretty much obsolete since most killers are design to stop looping. And even without that 9/10 against a good skilled killer mindgames don’t work or will backfire. Thus holding W is just better.
-
Yea, open the exit gates and leave. Works with any NOED user

This pretty much.
Survivors need to learn how to be more aware of their surrounding and do other stuff rather than immediately dive bomb a Gen.
The game is meant to be more than just hold M1 on a Gen and forget about the rest.
This game is more then down a survivor hook, tunnel off hook.

I hope they don't touch Artist. It's also not a good idea for them to make a decision about balancing from people who've only tested something for not even 6 hours yet and that's only if you somehow managed to start your first ptb match when the ptb dropped immediately. People haven't had proper time to figure out counters and really gauge how the killer truly is. (Also the ptb is probably the worst thing to actually make game changing decisions on unless it's a glaring issue with something and I don't think Artist has all that many issues)
Anti loop killer so it’s the same boring counter as every anti loop killer. Hold W. Especially with the new survivor exhaustion perk. If we can have powers that are actually fun to play against but strong then the meta would most likely disappear

I play many killers, so I know what I'm talking about. He has almost nothing going for him. Claims that he's OP or even strong literally come down to "he's invisible and fast, so must be OP." There's way more counterplay to him than that, and that's clearly observable.

Looping good doesn’t solve anything for the other 20 killers tbh. There’s a reason most of them are low their

Blood is easy for oni to get which is why i didn't mention it by limited i meant by his steering and duration. He is a good killer and nost player can get down with him if they know how to position him and use both his movement and steering (right stick for controller and mouse for mouse and keyboard) to get a better chances but he is still limited but not as much as billy.
Ghostface has a terrible reveal machenic and i wish it was fixed
Also i would like to see those video of killer that push survivors off loops pls.

Most of the time you can't push them away from a loop and if there was a situation where you could, there are lot of pallet near each other so there are a small chance where you could push them into an open area.
There are 8 perk that cuase exposed (dragon grip, iron maidan, hex NOED, hex devour hope, hex haunted ground, make your choice, rancor and starstruck) and 5 one shot killers (billy, myers, bubba, ghostface and the oni)
Iron miadan and rancor are mostly situational when it come to getting any value on them.I
Make your choice, haunted ground and dragon grip can get some good useage but it depends on the decision on the killer and finding the survivor which haunted can be pair up with hex retribution and make your choice you can hear the scream of the survivor (which depends on if there are one or more of the same character to see if it give more or less value)
Starstruck can get value but need to carry a survivor and is limited to the terror radius which can get bigger with agitation and destressing. It get a lot of value if it on a killer like the nurse has she can goes through anything.
NOED is a perk that i do hope it gets change but it in current state it only work when all 5 gen are powered and if the survivor left one totem up. It can give the killer a kill and possibly 4k'ing.
Devour hope is a good hex perk as it can become the sole reason why the survivors lost while still being fair as you need to be outside of 32 metre for it to gain token and up to three all survivor are exposed till the totem has been broken. If paired with undying it become very strong that if undying isn't destroy by te time it get it 3rd token, they will have to be lucky enough to find both of them.
Oni and billy are very limited when it come to there oneshot. Oni need to fill up his bar to activate his and it limited in steering just like billy but can go into his dash more quicker then billy and even if you have little experience of playing him you can get a lot of value if you know how to play him. Billy is very slowed when revving and at most loop his power won't do much unless the guy is very experience and skilled at playing billy.
Bubba is slowed when he's revving his chainsaw but he can move around like normal and can hit more then once but isn't great at most loop and is harder to menuveur in them but can still get some great value is some situations.
Myers and ghost face need to stalk to get them exposed individually for ghost face and all for myers. Myer need to tier up which can be a hassle once if you can find anyone. It take awhile to tier up which it can take awhile or in a moment. Going into tier 3 he gain increased vaulting speed, extanded lunge and all survivors are exposed till tier 3 run out (60 seconds) he can snowball while in tier 3. Ghost face power need to be activated to gain undetectable and the ability to stalk survivors. He can be reveal which put his ability on cooldown for 24 seconds. When he stalks survivor that can only exposed individually but can exposed all with they group up together. His crouch can make some look that are unable to be mindgame to being able to depending on both players.
Hope i didn't miss anything because i did more then this and it was erased (myer and ghostface part)
The only time there are a bunch of pallets near each other or in indoor maps. What do you mean you can lush them away from a loop I can send you 20c videos of killers doing just that from both killer and survivor POVs if you want.
Ive never heard of an Oni struggling to gather blood unless they’re facing 4 medkit SWF. He has addons/techs/strayfing which instantly makes it 50x easier to steer and hit so regardless a good Oni should have a problem landing his 1 shots. Billy… he’s suffered enough I’m not even gonna get into how they massacre one of the most fun killers in the game.
Ghost face won’t even get into either because I’ve literally gotten in front of him and looked directly at his face for 10 seconds and still didn’t give me the chance to expose him so I’m keeping my hands off him too.

couple of things:
1) those perks usually dont have nearly as much of an impact over the trial as Dead Hard does (e.g. Whispers) - or they have a very clear counter to them (e.g. Hex: No One Escapes Death)
2) this does not justify Dead Hard being as ridiculously broken as it is. So what if Killers also have some cheap Perks / Perk combos (which i wont deny they have - Enduring + Spirit Fury comes to mind)? Just because side A has something overpowered does not mean that'd justify side B having something overpowered. If anything, this just shows that both sides have problematic things that should be changed.
you're just dipping straight into that "Us VS Them" mindset with that statement, which is an incredibly irrational way to look at this games balance.
I’m not, they asked what perks killers have that require almost 0 requirements I named them. I’m not justifying DH but I’m saying that I didn’t see killers go wild when survivors got exuashted on the ground (which lasted MONTHS same with pallet stuns) and now that it’s fixed people are complying the perk works as intended. I will agree that the yelling and blood splatter can be annoying but defiantly not as annoying as using a perk then it being utter,y useless because of the devs.

Those perks you giving are not as strong as dead hard or the effect it give doesn't give the killer an big of an advantage even if it not strong as dead hard.
They give affect that help the killer in way that the killer need to put in some efforts to get any value (whispers, zenshin tactic, bbq, corrult intervention, shadowborn and hex ruin etc) or help the killer by strengthening a part of the killer either that increasing their speed or reducing a stun time (enduring, agitation, iron grasp, mad grit, fire up and moniter & abuse),
@Mister_xD did a good job on explaining it better@Mister_Holdout
Most of the time DH doesn’t get that much value especially if the killer is actually good and knows how to zone you. He’ll force you to use your DH in an open area that way it’s useless. Most killers don’t know how to zone and let the survivors lead the chase which is why it’s used and even gets any value at all.
-
He’s one of my mains and in high level play yea he’s pretty trash but he’s 100% one of the EASIEST killers anyone can ever lay their hands in you literally hit, cloak, down. Either you don’t know how to play Wraith properly or with all due respect your just trash
-
Pretty boring, just another killer that counters the only defense survivors have looping. This is why the holding W meta is a thing.
-
Yea lol, all seeing is so bad that it counter any mind game for survivors. So dumb. Not to mention if you don’t have spine hill he will always get a free hit no matter what unless you wanna waste a pallet anytime he tries to uncloak.
Blight has limited charges and relies on flicks/good movement with your camera and predicting what the survivor is gonna do wraith you just run up to them, uncloak, BONK, repeat = kills
Thats why mindgames exist you pretend to go on one side then go to the other not to mention it’s a SHORT loop the survivor is getting hit/downed no matter what basically.
What do you mean EVERYONE said he sucked and needed windstorm addons? 😂
