That's what i did after i heard of dwightcrow charm lol.
I actually love to use my own perk combinations, many people underestimate BBQ with "Iron Maiden" btw.
-
The main problem is, that they encourage the best survivor playstyle, don't heal and rush gens.
-
Dr. Doofenschmerz and Perry the Platapus.
-
You lost me as you said: "he's basically a wraith".
-
Welp, spirit best killer, nurse map and addon reliant.

Nah devs would rather be hypocritical instead. We are told because of stats nothing like ds or object need changed. Yet the same stats show nurse loses more then half her games but doesn’t need any changes. Now ofc we know nurse is the best killer besides her bugs, but same goes to its common knowledge ds and object swf is a problem. Sorry hope the other part of this doesn’t seem too much like whataboutism or anything.
It's just the same logic the devs use for everything.

You're a cool guy.

I hope this word is a drunken conversation about why we hate Hag lol
He's one of the best hag players out there lol. :)
-
If that's true it's kinda odd, because i could't explain how they can mess that up.

@CashelP14 said:
Remove Hag.
@SpaceCoconut would like to have a word with you.
Anyway, fix all nurse bugs. Pls gimme BHVR!

It's not really buffing it. It's fixing it. Abilities should be judged and balanced around working correctly. DH, right now, does not, and is wildly inconsistent.
So it needs a chonky nerf as soon as it's fixed.

You can already counter it by baiting it and being more patient. They did imply that it was gonna be changed to work better with Dedicated Servers, so likely less to be exhausted on the ground.
Oh that's an excellent tip when i'm playing as nurse. Geez thanks man!
/s
-
First, thanks for the stream summary, i'm a busy nurse, so i heavily rely on those! <3
- they're not changing OoO because the escape rates are not good, i'm definitly creating a thread about that
- keys and moris should be a priority
- i'm boosted for the clown buff
-
They can do good things as well, so maybe it'll be a good change.
-
Yeah this event seems like a huge cashgrab, nothing less or more. Games like Warframe, also a microtransaction play to win game, does so much more for their community.
-
It's okay. Definitly something we could keep for after the event, because it's not too good.
-
They don't want to nerf/rework OoO. That tells me everything i need to know.
-
He feels clunky now. Even more than before.
-
He's fun, but a noob stomper after all. Good survivors will use small objects to completely avoid your lethal rush.
-
They wrote they want to to it. SoonTM. That means probably never.
-
There are exactly two possibilities for the devs right now: a fast hotfix to start an actual event or, well, i think they loose a lot if people. It's not meant offensive or anything, but everything i read from other players is disappointment.

The only good thing from this patch Is the spirit Shadow nerf
If you only play survivor, that's truly a good thing. I play both sides, so i realise that spirit is like B tier with this nerf.
-
Because like 10 (currently known) changes weren't in the patchnotes. Because BHVR is bad at coding.

I find it weird how we were able to have these new ways of playing (harvesting plants, collecting serum) just for events back when the team was way smaller.
Now the team is bigger than ever, and instead plants are re-used but limited to Archive challenges, and no collecting serum or anything at all.
In the first event, cosmetics were given for free if we, all together, met the goal of the day, and even got a new map if we succeeded all goals. (We did, hello Groaning Storehouse.)
Cosmetics are now locked behind the already-established Archives, and a collective big reward like a new map will most likely never happen again.
Idk, it all feels like downgrades to me.
I'm still content with the game itself, but this event isn't very eventful to me.
Even the bare-bones 1st ever event was kinda cool cause you had to do it all together.
That was exactly what i thought too. For people not involved into BHVRs business this event seems lazy. Nothing less or more.
On top of that the mid chapter patch introduced (at least) two gamebreaking bugs on top tier killers and a few Bad perk balancing decisions.
I'm also just disappointed.

Part of my issue that I have trying to wrap my head around is why would someone who mains the nurse want her power to be completely changed when her power is her identity?
The nurse's blink and her ability to go through walls is what makes her iconic and how would you rework her power to remove its "Game Breaking" issues without destroying the nurses identity and thus more or less removing her from the game?
Yeah it's comparable with old freddy, no good freddy wanted the rework.

Somehow I doubt your a nurse main if your crying that she's op.
There's a lot of "Nurse Mains" who say she's op and when pressed admit they have literally never even played her.
So i mained nurse for a long time, even after her rework, but i dropped her because of her bugs. I actually got ~1k hours and although i agree with OP, that she's the best killer in dbd, i don't think she's op, i think she's very clunky and unfun.
My above statement is only true while ignoring unintended bugs.

But that's part of why balancing is so difficult for the devs, right? The only counter for the nurse is a big map ... But aside from the 2-3 killers who perform well on big maps, every other killer on the roster takes a nearly automatic if they draw mother's, Thompson, or Ormond.
True.
-
@Crowman said:
I'm not convinced this will be a huge problem as the trade off is that now the killer is chasing two survivors at once in order for them to maintain their haste.
This. I'm happy they buffed a bad perk.

Do you like that the game is unbalanced?
Nurse is beatable, because her mobility sucks on bigger maps.
-
No, stretched res is not fine.
-
Yeah of course. And SWF too. And nobody would play dbd2 anymore.

Here's a description of the killer add on.
A small amount of Compound Thirty-Four, the final serum The Blight
worked on before his transformation. Causes extreme mutations in high doses.
- Unlocks 1 Token to use on the Blighted Rush ability, which replaces your Killer Power until consumed.
Press the Power button to initiate a Blighted Rush, allowing you to quickly dash forward, consuming 1 Token.
- Cannot attack during a Blighted Rush.
- 1 Token is recharged whenever a Survivor is hooked.
- When used by The Blight
- , instead increases available Rush Tokens by 1.
Blight Serum is only playable during the Eternal Blight Event.
Imagine this mobility on bubba holy cows.
-
Claudette. She's mostly used by beginners and extremely toxic players.
-
It's pretty good!
-
Yo maybe the killer addons give a HUGE unbalanced advantage? Just sayin.
-
Without new "Lightborn" locker flaahlight saves got no counterpick. Just fyi.
-
Omg as an autodidact gamer you love to see it.
-
I've done em. And then i got wrecked in my first survivor game and the i got wrecked in my first killer game. And then i got addicted for more than 2k hours. Sadface.
-
Because the balancing team thinks clown got a "huge hidden potential".
Don't get me wrong, the graphic and game designers plus the programmers are really good at BHVR, but the balancing team is just...well...not good at all.
-
I also had pretty funny plays with it. Like, a killer chases me off a gen, i'm injured, no loop nearbyy i enter a random locker, killer leaves me...lol.
-
Yeah yeah, killer op.

Sorry for taking a long time to answer.
While they are changing PH they aren't nerfing him so I don't really get the community, in fact he was buffed.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1685734#Comment_1685734
Fun map right? And there is nothing you can do just mindgame and even then it doesn't guarantee a down just a hit.
As nurse idc, but AS any other killer ormond is completely BS.
-
I mostly leave, except the survivors were really toxic, because then i just want to end the game fast.
-
My fav build is dark devotion fire up myers. Stay classy guys.
-
*cries in legion*
-
Yes. Don't DC brats.
-
That's because people like to go against easy enemies in multiplayer games. They wanna feel that they're good in the game, even when they're average. It has to do with dophamine, not with SWF.
-
I literally saw 7 long wall gyms on that map once. Plus main building. Plus shack. W H A T

I dont blame them at all playing against legion is super boring and match takes Forever to finish couse of mending
True. He's weak AND boring.
