Yes it was overnerfed.... But honestly its nice to not have to play against it every match
Ruin already was a rarity long before the nerf. At higher MMRs at least.

This is clearly their way of telling us that Resident Evil 2 is superior to RE5. Personally, I am disgusted by their declaration. Wesker has more charisma in the shades that cover his expression than Nemesis does in his entire trash bag skirt.
2?

She's never been a highly played killer + she definitely isn't "super rare". She's almost always in the top 10 of everyone' killer encounter stats.

@Zen_but_not_Zen said:
First few days it was Wesker every game, but that's a given with new releases. I see him alot less now, maybe 1 in 4 games? if that.
1 in 4 is enormous still. Most new killers drop to like 1 in 10 after a week.

Is Clown really that bad ?
No. He actually is A tier along (Tombstone) Myers. There also is no D tier in general, the strength gaps between characters are not that high in this game. The only significant gap is between Nurse and the rest.
-
Because they always ignored the addons and liked to get fraudulent escapes when there was 4/5 gens left.
-
Too much effort for BHVR. They already reached their yearly quota of "skin with actual effort put in" with the Baba Yaga one.
-
Keys are still good because of all the aura addons and the broken one has more charge than the purple. Yes it sucks when you get it from chest but it otherwise is a decent item.
-
I hope those new screen effects when dashing with Wesker also are a bug because they are pretty jarring and distracting.
-
Never because they haven't.
-
Wesker one.

Sounds like someone who depended on old dh.
Or someone who simply wants their perk to work.

@Massquwatt said:
I mean new DH is still pretty good against killers where you can anticipate their attacks and take the speed boost and if that don't suit you fancy there's plenty of other great exhaustion perks out there like Lithe, sprint burst or hell even overcome. Just use those.
It still needs to actually work. Which it often does not.
-
They really need to bring back hit validation for it. No idea why they removed it.
-
Picking up traps all over the map is part of Trapper's charm and balance, it should stay. They however definitively should revise the spawns and make the traps more easily accessible and not be able to be found in a corner of the map with nothing else around.

"How are you doing, fellow killer mains"

She's not as bad as many people think but let's be honest, worst killer is either her or GF.

Nobody asked.

What purpose does DBD serve? What purpose do video games serve?

Okay I'm kinda sick of people calling him an m1 killer. The fact that he can damage or even instadown with his power instantly makes him NOT an m1 killer
People love having their own definition of the "M1 killer" term, don't bother.

Friend, we're gonna need some more constructive feedback than that if you want any chance of it being addressed. Eat less toenails is not enough to go on.
Fix Felix's skin name. It's BSAA Chris costume, not STARS one. I thought you guys were "huge RE fans".
-
Low skill players relying on crutches will definitely dislike this killer.
-
Carlos originally is paler than his remake iteration.
-
Trolls are really low effort these days.

I haven't seen the new content, does she have the Little Red Riding Hood cosmetic?
She's a skin, not a survivor. She won't have anything besides her default costume.

Pre nerfed Iron Will was really busted especially against Spirit who relies on sound to get fast downs.
Yeah, Spirit truly was a struggling killer during 100% IW times, for sure...

shes definintely is not a problem.. in good hands all killer can make problems for survivors just remember that..
Nurse doesn't even need to be in good hands to win 99% of her matches.

why would you care about demo-but-weaker though?
Demo wishes he was half as good as Wesker.

Welcome to 1 month ago.

Myers is in a good spot though? There's plenty of killers more in need of attention.

It definitely is.

To be fair, being literally unable to unhook someone does seem like a pretty big issue, yeah?
Considering Clown, a Killer of similar strength to Sadako, got killswitched for moving slightly too fast under specific circumstances, this seems like an easy killswitch.
The only clown here is you for seriously believing that he is even close to be low tier. Your description of his bug also shows how much you know about him, lol.
-
@Pulsar said:
Hopefully it's bannable if they aren't going to killswitch such a broken issue
Exploits aren't and shouldn't be a bannable offense. It's all devs' fault.

The best perks are not on licenced killers.
Several of the current best perks are. Anyway, calling this game P2W is ridiculous. Probably a troll thread.

Thick Thar + Festering Carrion is her most reliable addon combo.

Patrick despises Slinger.
@dugman said:
From the stats I’ve seen Deathslinger is basically middle of the road in kill rate. A little worse than Huntress overall but not by much, which makes sense since his main advantage over Huntress is his needle like projectile can thread certain obstacles the huge hatchets can’t get through (e.g. shooting through holes in the wall of killer shack, something I can’t personally do since I’m a terrible shot but which some of the streamers I’ve watched can reliably pull off and is pretty slick to watch honestly!) But there’s a few too many pallets where he can land a shot on an injured survivor but not get a down because there’s no way to reel them around it in time versus Huntress who just downs them instantly on the hit.
The one buff I’d like Slinger to get would be to let him turn normally while aiming. For some reason I think he’s the only ranged attacker in the game whose turn rate is significantly reduced while aiming, it feels like turning in mud. If they just let him swivel normally he’d feel a little more fun to play, at least to me. 🤷♂️
This isn't LoL, stop attaching any form of importance to stats. Stats also say that Nurse is the least lethal killer in the game.

I watch a lot of content creators and none of them play against extremely good survivors as often as tru3 does. If you're stomping mediocre and baby survivors live on Twitch every night you might think tru3's ideas on balance are ridiculous
He definitely play against good survivors more than most people due to playing on the afternoon instead of evening like most streamers and getting streamsniped very frequently but it doesn't change the fact that he objectively is not the top level player that he thinks he is. Survivor playerbase steadily improved over the years while he has been stagnating for years and he can't accept this fact.

Just looking at Wraith's or Doctor's perks and comparing them with Bubba's or Myers makes me cringe hard.
I don't get it, why can some killers have no downsides to most of their addons while others barely have any that are useful.
I'm telling you, add-ons are the main thing that make me play Wraith and Doctor more than other killers. I feel like no matter what I pick, even if they are yellow, They still help a bit.
On the other hand, I don't even play Myers unless I have certain addons, cause I fell very underpowered. And Bubba, that guy basically only has the chilli and the chains, the scratch marks are very situational, cause they might help sometimes and other times they might make you not get a kill that you'd otherwise get due to the increased time it takes for you to go for a sweep.
It's pretty obvious to everyone that many addons are straight garbage, and that some killers have very little options when it comes to them.
An addon should not hinder you, you should not think about whether you're gonna suffer more than benefit from one.
As I said, Doctor and Wraith are good examples on how addons should be, why can't we have that all around the board ?
The chains? None of the chains addons are good, lmao. Also, it's "Beast's" Marks and its "situationality" is barely ever relevant. It always greatly helps in loops which is all that matters.
-
She has strong addons. Well, one at least and a few decent ones.
@xni6_ said:
shes among the weakest, but myers and trapper are probably weaker (they waste time for little value, sadako doesnt have any real time sink, but her power kinda does nothing).
Myers? What? Assuming you're talking about normal Myers (there's like 5 different Myers in case you didn't know) he still is well above the likes of Sadako and Ghostface.
-
Wouldn't say the survivor high MMR cap is trivial to reach, especially for solo players. The killer MMR one, on the other hand, definitely is. You only need 1 kill to gain MMR, it's absurd.

First RE dlc covered the era of classic RE games such as 2 & 3, second one covers the action oriented RE era that came with RE 4, 5 & 6, if we ever get a third RE dlc, it should be covering the current era of first person RE games with 7 & Village.
Althou a paragraph for G Birkin would be nice as well.
Rebecca doesn't represent the action era at all. Anyway, I'd like to see Alexia being added although I don't expect it to actually happen at all.
-
If this can make the killer queues not insufferable anymore then I'm all for it.
-
It never was going to be a meta-shaking perk anyway.
-
Ignoring Hyperfocus, heh...? Also, poor Calm Spirit still staying nerfed while MoM already gets reverted.
-
People unironically believing that Midwich is a killer-sided map really shows the huge gap there is between casual and seasoned players.
-
Someone counted the numbers of new survivor skins this year and Feng "only" got 4 while a few others got 5 and Meg got 6.

@Kira4Evr said:
- Sadako, Trickster, Blight and Dredge got buffed from PTB because some of them were underwhelming.
- Artist got nerfed from the PTB because there was literally nothing you could do against her.
So why would Wesker get nerfed? He's not incredibly strong.
Because they have a recent history of nerfing mid tier killers simply because average skill survivors didn't like playing against them.
-
@OrangeBear said:
They just released a mid chapter with big killer buffs and big survivor nerfs. Killer queues are now longer than survivor queues and you are still calling them survivor sided?
Killer queues have always been longer my dude.

So it’s not really a bold statement to say that Freddy is one of the worst killers in the game right now.
It is. I still support a rework though. Not an actual rework, just an overall improvement like with Legion for example.
