Flashlights don't need a nerf they need to be fixed. Being blind outside your fov was something they fixed years ago and now is broken again.

Killers moving at top speed is basekit so survivors should have Sprint Burst as base.

Nurse main but also play Trapper, Huntress, and Pig.
BBQ is the staple and it was a goal after about 300hrs to P3 everything and not risk wasting bp past P0-50 just to P1 later.

The bad was mid-chapter characters and double survivor releases. Hopefully they reduce the grind soon™.

I too have one surv P3L50'd with all perks. I think I'll just P3L1 the rest of the survs honestly, then level them up if I feel like playing someone that isn't my main.
I tried to be as efficient as possible and only poured in bp until they had all perks or reached P3-50. Had to forgo any addon farming so I mainly play without them.

Survivor is a longer road than killer. Hopefully the grind gets addressed at some point.

Some of my killers have like 50+ cakes on them and I'm a hoarder
Not cakes but offerings that you can't get anymore. Mostly the original survivors, Dwight, Meg, and Jake.

Frenzy hits 1-4 increase movement speed by 0.2 m/s with a base of 5.2 m/s (max 6.0 m/s).
The 5th hit will down the survivor and end frenzy.

We can see the Entity on the hook at the first part of your video. The survivor was already in the 2nd hook stage, I guess.
Even so, my hook counter did not increase and they died with half bar of health.

I'm seeing this with 120fps. No dip in fps when it occurs and survivors seem to keep moving normally when it happens. I do see this while playing survivor too.

The map itself should be disabled too than. Kinda doesn’t make sense to disable the offering only.
They disable offering to prevent forcing the map in order to use the exploit. Dumb? Yes. .....
They should really disable the map if they haven't already.

DH has only been considered an issue in recent years. Sprint Burst was used far more around the time of DH's release.

Not when it comes to bhvr and their coding. A "leave match" DC would result in 1 pip loss. A crash could cost you 2 pips.
I haven't seen a 3 pip loss in OP's case before but this is bhvr we are talking about.

For consistency, bhvr should increase 2nd stage hook speed with each successful skillcheck.

Distance addons don't affect the 2nd blink. They did two years ago but not now. Thats because the distance addons increase the charge time not the distance to charge ratio.
The 2nd blink has a fixed time window to charge the blink negating any extra distance you could gain from the addon.

Last thing survivors would tolerate are more killers like Blight. But yes there should be more strong killers.
