But you respect the Broken as ######### Green Keys?

The raiting in general is worthless.

Okay, in what regard though?
A new player, playing survivor for the first time, may experience a ton of stress. The solution is obviously invest more time into the game, get better, desensitize, and run the killer around a bunch of tiles.
So I suppose, outside of being a new player, what stress do survivors have that outweigh the stress of the Killer.
The killer is constantly juggling four different people, forced to make quick decisions, be efficient with time management in multiple categories, and prevent all of these things in an attempt to keep the survivors from escaping.
For a survivor, you have to do gens, unhook from time to time, run the killer as long as you can, and open up a door. Which is delegated among all the survivors in the trial, not just yourself. Time isn't pressing in the same sense.
From my perspective, so I'm looking for other perspectives.
You seemed to have taken a lot out of one statement. You got close to what I'm saying but still a bit off.
There is a reason why I didn't mention the killer's experience* in my reply.
* referenced to the level of skill not how they perceived the match.
-
Technically it replaces a lot of perks.
-
Depends on the experience of the survivor.

Welcome to online gaming.

Jumped the gun a bit there. You are supposed to wait for the changes to go live before complaining.
-
How do you enforce a minimum time?
slug, camp and tunnel ... physically IMPOSSIBLE to do
Ok, how? Once a killer downs a survivor they automatically go to the shadow realm for a set time and reappear far away from the killer? Have a survivor go to a random spot on the map to "revive" a fallen teammate? What happens if the killer downs all four? Wouldn't that violate point 1, an enforced minimum time?
Balance killers and maps to allow a long match enjoyable for everyone.
You forgot survivor. Having three gens pop for one hook isn't fun either.

💩
They are getting somewhat better but if you have poor connection to them you're screwed.

yeah and perhaps you'll have to do more then press your face on keyboard to get 4k's
Top picked killer and hightest kill rate.
Hold M2 to win,wait thats Billy.Press M2 M2 M1 to win!

Sounds like you are either playing an unfun killer or in an unfun way.
That or the survivors had real world things they had to take care of.

I've played a handful of matches with her, she's still garbage.
🤣
Ok

Problem is Death never loses. He would overperform every match.

I disagree. I've done well against players well above me in rank with Trapper, Meyers, Ghostface, Hag, Spirit, and Plague. This game isn't that complicated once you learn the maps, move speeds, and lunge ranges. I understand not picking up a killer and being an instant god, but you should at least be able to make it competitive, otherwise it's absolutely no fun for killer or survivor.
On top of that, if 80 hours isn't enough to play killer well, a "handful of matches" certainly isn't going to be enough to be competitive with nurse.
A handful of matches where you feel like 💩.
Didn't say you would be good after those.

Billy requires skill and practice, but he can still be picked up by a beginner and at least get a kill or two on a team of noobs. I'm sorry, but when a rank 11 killer with 80 hours in the game can't get a single down against a team of 15's, you've screwed up the character. I've literally had more fun being facecamped.
Hate to break it to you but it takes more than 80hrs to even learn how to play killer in general correctly. Cool down or not, Nurse is not for beginners. She's a hard killer to pick up and those first handful of matches you play as her are going to be the worst ones you will ever play in this game.
Bottom line, not every killer needs to be accessible.
-
Lets just say, I felt like playing in this casual mode for a bit and get four survivors that are well, not experienced with the game. Unless I consciously ignore blatant errors on the survivor's part, they're not going to have a good time.
Same for a group of survivors that are good against a killer that's not so good.
-
The Killer model blocking vision is part of it. Weapon wipe as well.
-
The Killer Blind needs to occur when the killer regains control. You can still build up the blind during the animation.
Learn when to start blinding in order to get the Killer Bind status once the killer regains control.
-
The FoV in this game is set for "balance" reasons.
-
I'd down you then check the locker.

When you do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I have enough, I've never used ebony or ivory moris before
No one has enough to kill them all.
They're like cockroaches. Squash one and two more scurry away into the tall grass, stepping in 💩.

Launching Civ 5 as I'm typing.

Going to run out of moris using them every game.

Need to adapt and learn counterplays. Survivors want none of that git gud!
None of what? Counterplay?
😏

Nope, I still have bunches of them.

The evidence is there and its very damning.
The Devs really hate the Pig.

Tru3 says X is top tier.
Random person comes to the forums claiming that X needs nerfs.
No correlation at all.

Solution
Don't use windows or pallets.
😈

For the game as a whole, Ruin has had the adverse effect of speeding up generator time.

If its annoying don't repair any more gens.

I did the opposite. Flashligted the killer while the animation of hooking was just about to start (a bit before it acctualy started), the animation finished and only then the blindness notification showed up and it counted. Took me lots of trials and a few flashlights but it got done. Just hope I don't need to do it twice next tome :)
Tome 1 Level 4:
Blind a killer while carrying a suvivor 2 times.
Must be completed in a single trial.
-
Ultra Rares are typically jokes. Very few actually do something that is worth the rarity. I find Very Rare and some Rare addons to be far superior.

Yeah, sounds like you got BHVR-ed. The blind I got off to complete the challenge didn’t result in a save so I’m confident it can count those.
This is how I completed it as well. Got the blind way too early and it counted. Took several games to even get a chance at it.

Survivors can suck blood too.

Sure its fun. I just wish the survival to kill ratio wasn't used for balance.

@ Every answer the like just open the Exit Gate as killer if you want to trigger EGC:
that's not the point. As a killer you (usually) don't want EGC to trigger (I'll come back to this), because the timer works not just against survivors, but against you as well. The point of my suggestion is that right now survivors 99% exit gates in order to guarantee an escape without risking bloodwarden (1) and have time to unhook everyone (2). Once the unhooked survivors is near an exit gate, just tap it and you're done - borrowed time and DS do the rest.
Also, even if a killer has bloodwarden and wants to trigger EGC, most of the times it is not possible for him to open the gate before hooking a survivor - the only viable scenario where this is possible is when the downed survivor is right next to the gate. This change could induce survivors to open the exit gates instead of 90% them, indirectly buffing bloodwarden, but what I think will most likely happen is that survivors will simply have to be more careful in their last minute escape.
In other words, no more hook bombing by the 3 survivors remaining, and no more injured survivors escaping from the killer just because they tap for 0.1 seconds the door.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/913003#Comment_913003
That's actually not true: before EGC was a thing, survivors would open the exit gates all the time, and almost no one went for it if a survivor was still on hook - NOED not withstanding of course.
I don't believe removing a valid survivor tactic is warranted here.
IMO, I wish survivors would just leave and stop adding to the kill rate over risky saves.

I got and Infectious fright Plague while doing this one
With all the Onis running around I put on Calm Spirit. 🤫
-
99% is fine.
Removing that would just encourge survivors to dip and not try for end game saves.
-
Decisive Light at red ranks.
Getting a red rank killer who doesn't look at a wall while picking up a survivor is rare enough. Being nearby when it happens even rarer.
Luckly I was matched with a purple rank Trapper and was able to get a blind.

they are.
i mean... just look at the difference in size between the two roles...
I know. We all know. Its obvious.
Back when all this was on the Steam forums, one of the biggest complains was looping. The community kept asking the Devs to make the survivor hitboxes the same size as killer.
During a Dev Stream they showed a Trapper and (I believe) a Meg inside a pill shaped outline representing the hitbox. They then go on to tell us they were the same size. Then they gave the theory because of the 3rd person camera survivors are able to move around objects easier than killer.
This is why having Dev/Mod stating the hitboxes are different sizes is surprising to an old Steam forums user like me.

Why are you asking?
The clarification was directed to a Dev. For the reasons already stated.

That's why I said yes??
Are you secretly a Dev?
-
I'm afraid to let the Devs touch her any more.
The addon changes were needed. Are they ok now? I don't really care tbh.
Basekit I feel was unwarranted. But if a cool down is needed it should apply after a swing, hit or miss. Fatigue has a spot for moving around the map and cool down adds time for a survivor to gain distance after getting hit or successfully dodging a hit.
