3.156 hours. I know, I should get a life and do something productive.
But...

Bloody Hair Brooch. It just feels extremely satisfying to instantly start phasing. It also gives Survivors less distance and less reaction time because you start phasing extremely quick.
-
Some people tend to write "dude, you're so bad" after they died.
I then love writing: "Good then, you just lost against someone who is worse than you, which makes you worse".

I like it. I didn't really enjoy the arch with Ashoka and the those sisters that much but everything else is great. Newest episode sent chills down my spine every minute it's amazing!
Yeah saw it. The newest episode was truly amazing. Can't wait for tomorrow, maybe they'll give us clips of dark Anakin or maybe even a bit of the Anakin vs Oni Wan fight.
-
Yes. Devs responded to my question regarding them in the last Q&A. But I manage to hide in them with anyone as long as I have somewhat dark clothes.
-
Besides the 500 new bugs which came with this patch. Let's say they're not there, the balance changes were actually quite good for the health of the game.

Claudette is invisible on this map beyond funny
I once saw a post "Who do you ship?" and someone responded "Claudette and Yamaoka Estate". Which is true.

What are you talking about? You're supposed to turn your brightness up to 500 % and burn your eyeballs out of your head.
-
The most funny thing I won't forget are floating pallets after you broke them. That was legit "space program". Pressing space to yeet those pallets into another galaxy.
-
Usually if I see that one specific guy is playing extra well, I'll tell him that and give him props, which most of the time is a Nurse who is good at her but doesn't use Add-Ons as well, especially those people will get my respect.
Normally I write gg if I feel there is reason to.

As survivor:
Lightweight:
- Scratch Marks stay visible 1/2/3 seconds less than normal.
- Your Footsteps noises are reduced by 50/75/100 %.
Lithe:
- Your first rushed vault become into a fast vault no matter what, after performing the rushed vault, break into a sprint at 150 % of your normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds.
- Causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
- Lithe cannot be used when Exhausted.
Inner Strength:
- Each time you cleanse a totem gain a Token up to a maximum of 5 Tokens.
- While hiding inside a locker for 14/12/10 seconds when in the injured state or afflicted by Deep Wound status effect will automatically heal you one Health state.
- Inner Strength does not activate if you are afflicted by the Broken status effect.
As Killer:
Predator:
- Scratch Marks left by Survivors will spawn slightly/moderately/considerably closer together.
- Survivors Step noises are 25/25/50% louder.
Knock Out:
- Dying Survivors Auras are not revealed to other Survivors when they are standing outside of a range of 32/24/16 metres.
- Reduces the Dying State recovery speed by 25/30/35 %.
- Reduces the Crawl Speed by 30/40/50 %.
Hex: Retribution:
- Any Survivor who start cleanse Any Totem will suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect, This effect persists on the survivor for 35/40/45 seconds after leave or cleanse the Totem.
- If Any Totem is cleansed, including this one, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to you for 10 seconds.
- The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.
Besides Predator and Lightweight, those ideas seem solid. The problem with your Lightweight idea is it would give Survivors to much of an advantage, even more so with the current sound issues. It would become a guessing game if the Killer tries to mindgame you behind a wall because he wouldn't hear you at all, and Devs don't really want those kind of guessing games.
Predator combined with Stridor on Spirit would be overpowered and basically take away any sort of counterplay which Spirit has. She hears your grunts of pain no matter what and can hear the footsteps even better, it would be to much.

Oni has the stronger power but Billy has his power no matter what.
Oni can get really hurt against Survivors who know how to loop, but I got looped pretty early and the snowball power of Oni still got me the win.
Billy can be looped and you can't rely on his curving pretty well on most loops. Also, in order to get good curves you'll need "Death Engravings" or "Doom Engravings". Oni works fine without any Add-Ons, making Scalped Topknot the equivalent of an insta saw Billy. Billy without Add-Ons feels weird because of his 3 second cooldown after ending the Chainsaw. I usually run the Vegetable Oil for that case.
I really think Oni might be the better one of the 2 because his power isn't really hard to get if you use Monitor and Abuse, making it easier to get the first hit, while Billy can't really sneak up well and his power works worse in a chase.
-
I'd probably say Spirit as well, but I don't think she is overpowered.
Nurse is stronger than Spirit but she is a lot harder than Spirit, that's why I think Spirit might be the strongest Killer because she is easier.
-
Basically me after I saw the Patch Notes.

I had the same problem, I was playing Deathslinger on Coal Tower. Picking up a survivor solved the issue but you need them to help you so...
It was pretty annoying though. You get a run, start winning and then you get interrupted by a bug.
-
I had this same issue as Killer after hooking a Survivor.
-
Not to mention, there are sound issues again. I have the feeling I can't hear again if someone if behind a thin wall.
-
Alive by Nightfall. It's very underrated, similar to Dead by Daylight but not as good.
-
Oh no, I clicked. I am a bad boi now.
-
But it is a step into the right direction. You can't be that inpatient. Devs said they focus on things which seem to be more important in their eyes. They can't focus on everything at once.

the "180° flick" on the PTB is the same he has now tho.
the 180° describes the overall attack window he had, so he could flick 90° to each individual side. uppon release they stated that this was not intended and gave him a 90° attack window, so 45° to each side.
they later renabled the 90° flick to each side, as no one liked the 45° flick and Oni saw very little play.
that means he has the same ability to flick his weapon after a Demon Dash like he had during the PTB, however they removed the additional affect of the A and D keys to his Demon Dash (which was also unintentional to begin with), so he is harder to steer now.
to answer OPs question: he is a little weaker than he was during the PTB, but not by a lot. people probaply just got used to him over the time, so he seems less overpowered.
You could do a 180° turn on each side during the ptb, that's what they meant.
It was 180 ° during the PTB.
After release it was 90° both sides which got nerfed to 45° left/right, which made Oni garbage and now he can do a 90° left/right turn again.
Also, during the ptb he could destroy pallets instantly with no cooldown while Blood Fury was active. He was overpowered in the ptb.

@MegMain98 said:
He had a full 180° flick on his PTB and it was nerfed to 90° on release but soon afterward he was bugged where his flick was basically non-existent (I think 30°) and he wasn’t as good as he was before.
Now he is back to his 90° flick like he had on his release. He was only OP on his PTB when he had a 180° flick.
Also, I remember him having like no cooldown when breaking pallets with demom strike. It was instant and 0.5 seconds later you could move again.
-
You could buff the numbers of Thana to 4/5/6 % making it 24 % on max. stacks, but it should only slow down repairs.
Dying Light could be changed to where it works against healing and other actions, just like Leader is working on everything but repairing.
Dying Light also shouldn't give the Obsession a free Botany Knowledge and should stay if the Obsession is killed or sacrificed.
You couldn't really stack those Perks to get nasty gen slowdown but they would work pretty good as their own Perks, pretty much what the Devs want, they want slowdown Perks to shine in their own way.

That'd suck on Azarov's Resting Place.
That would actually be bad in any way.
Let's say you have NoeD equipped, you find the hatch while the last Survivor is remaining. Closing the hatch will trigger the End Game Collapse, therefore making it easier for the Survivor to get one Exit Gate because the Killer can't patrol them because they're further apart thanks to NoeD.
Whispers will probably help you there but why should anyone run one Perk to get info of where the last Survivor is opening an Exit Gate.
-
My build makes For the People actually overpowered.
I use No Mither, For the People, Lucky Break and Inner Strenght. If you want to reach unlimited power, use it. It's an underrated combo.
-
@PrettyFaceKate said:
As a former Billy main, now Oni, there are 3 things that make him broken:
- Some of his add-ons, especially in combo.
- Infectious Freight. It's become meta because on Billy this can end games faster than the sweatiest genrush and some 'content creators' popularized this playstyle just for the sake of being annoying to others.
- Bamboozle. This makes gameplay very stale, i.e. burning through pallets mindlessly with minimal interaction.
Eliminate those and he's a very interactive killer. We know the devs are going to touch the first point, but I would have no idea how to fix the last two.
Just because those Perks might be very strong on Billy doesn't mean they need to be gutted for other Killers as well.
-
What could work is a 5 second sprint with a 15 second cooldown. Like Spirit in that way. But in the other hand I don't think he needs nerf at all, only Add-On changes like people said.
Instasaw shouldn't exist and some Add-Ons are nearly useless or not really good. He is outdated like Nurse was but tbh, they could've done a better job at Nurses rework by just increasing her fatigue time and making her look straight down during her fatigue so people who get nausea won't be affected because of her head tiliting.
Billy needs the Vegetable Oil be basekit and a complete Add-On rework and he would be pretty fine.

And they added an increase to the skillcheck bonus to another perk, they really haven’t done much it won’t make a difference.
Using Stake Out to get this added bonus means one less Meta Perk for this Survivor, which can make a difference.
-
I had an Oni Game yesterday with one of the worst starts ever. I got my first hit relatively late but I still won because his snowball potential is incredible. I think beside Hag he gets the most momentum because he is the best slugger.
-
Wait, can you send the link of this page? I forgot how to get there.
-
I play Oni sometimes. I'd like to main him but I fear if I do I will stop playing other Killers and I'd like to play every Killer not only 2 or 3

Interesting. I keep getting those tryhards in purple ranks more often than not. You play in the EU? Generally they bring a ######### farm offering too so just by walking around I lose games as deathslinger. Only facing reds btw since rank 10. Sometimes though, they play like a rank 17 they really are. But even than it takes ages to kill them with all the second chance perks they have, and boosted them to red ranks. Like really..,pick them up even without tunneling—>DS, slug them to avoid DS—>they get up because ######### me. Or just put them on the hook—->they get off without help and it all starts from again.
Second chances really need to be looked at. They should either stay the way they are but have strict and hard requirements or the effect should be nerfed. I could go on with suggestions but everybody knows that they are badly designed: Borrowed, Unbreakable, Decisive even Adrenaline for as long as gens aren't balanced. It should work like a reward for doing the Objective, but doing the Objective isn't really hard.
Exhaustion Perks are pretty much second chances but with restrictions. Sprint Burst, Lithe and BL are in a good spot but regarding Dead Hard which gives you a second chance because you messed up at looping or get greedy, not sure if you deserved that tbh.

Yeah I can see why that would make you feel hopeless as a killer. But that's the point of getting better at the game ^^
Even if today you aren't able to get kills, there's always tomorrow to try your luck next time and practice to get better.
It's not really because you play bad or you aren't that good at Killer. You could be a very good Killer and still lose because of those reasons. Had it many times as or against Killers.

You mean killers like Oni, Trapper or Shape who depend on survivors getting injured by them or survivors unaware of their presense? Or do you mean someone else?
Mostly Trapper, maybe Hag as well if you don't have time to set up. Michael also gets hurt alot if they stay out of your LoS.
Oni as well but I use Monitor which makes it easier to get the first hit but yeah Oni can also get really hurt. But all of them are decent if you have time to set up.
There are Killers like Clown, Leatherface, Legion who aren't very good in any way.

What do you mean by 0% chance to use your power?
There are matches sometimes where you can't use your power with certain Killers. If you used it, the match would've been over because the gens would've been done at that point.
-
Ignore them people who find it necessary to disagree with your opinion in an aggressive way without any valid arguments.
But yeah, Killer sometimes seems easy because matchmaking and the whole Emblem System is a problem. You'll get matched with purple or green ranks, sometimes even yellow ranks as a Rank 1 Killer, therefore making a Killer Game seem very easy.
Sometimes you'll be matched with other red ranks but since it is quite easy to pip as a Survivor that doesn't mean that those red rank Survivors are very good at the game and will cloud your judgement for the match.
But then there are those experienced red ranks or purple or lower (some people intentionally derank to bully lower rank Killers) who will definitely give you a hard time with most Killers. And those are the type of Survivors who tend to usually exist on red ranks for the majority of time.
Me as well is getting alot of 3 or 4 k's which also doesn't mean that the game was easy, but experienced Killers will deal better with that.
Sometimes I get 4 k's and I am not even nearly satisfied with the match because the gens went very fast and I had to slug for the most part. With some Killers it doesn't pay off to use your power if you get those teams. I played Trapper yesterday against a good team and I couldn't use my power because I had no time, playing only with my M1.
So basically the main reason people don't like Killer is because of the stress you get and sometimes you inability to use your power which shouldn't be a thing, you should always have a chance even if it's a 1 % chance, it's still a chance.

This feeds my thrill to be chased but makes me sad for the killer who has to go against me on that.
Yeah, but you won't have any jungle gyms because there are only LT Walls. That's why there are so many pallet loop pallets.
-
Clown. I'd probably say Freddy as well but Freddy is strong at least.
Clown isn't rewarding, throwing down pallets early makes it like nothing happened, he still chases you for a long time.
He has no map pressure.
There is nothing satisfying in using his power and he gets destroyed by good Survivors, even Solo's.
I used and tried many different builds and none of them seem to work.
Even Leatherface has some satisfaction going for him when using his power.
-
It's not a bug. The Map still includes it's min/max. amount of pallets. In your match, there might have spawned alot of L T walls instead of Jungle Gyms. L T Walls don't have any pallets, which means there would be more around normal pallet loops.
Also. Like others already mentioned, the map is significantly smaller, giving less space to spread out pallets, therefore ignoring the min. distance they should have.

Trust me, ok. Have Distressing, Whispers, Insidious and probably something like Hex: Ruin with the TR manipulating add-ons based on Static Blast (Calm/Order, I forget since I only use these two......) then wait in an area with zero TR and then suddenly zap them out of nowhere.
How does Static Blast exactly work while I have no Terror Radius? Or does it work at all?

I'll never play this this build without Nemesis/Play with your Food again. I hate the feeling of being extremely handycapped when it comes to speed.
I tried a different build but since they always heal at safe pallets, you can't capitalize of that. And Save the Best for Last was also pretty useless. I'll stick with my other build.
