Maybe someone in the Dbd Dev Team got married and they made an Add-On for that.
-
Usually hook actions means how often you hooked Survivors. Did you 1 hook everyone, 2 hook or did you hook every Survivor 3 times?
Maybe you did less than 9 hook actions which didn't grant you an Iridescent Emblem.
-
Basically what Fichte said. Infectious, BBQ and Monitor and any gen slowdown Perk. I personally like Ruin more since I don't waste time kicking gens, but that's my playstyle.
Monitor let's you get your first hit earlier since it reduces the Terror Radius.
BBQ gives you information where people are so you can Blood Fury Dash right into their direction. I personally use Blood Fury only if I see Survivors since they could still hide after you activated Blood Fury, making you waste it.
Infectious is in my opinion the best Perk for Oni. It gives him so much snowball potential. Down a Survivor with Demon Strike, see another Survivor, dash to them and down them. Usually if your Infectious shows a lot of people you're gonna get 3 downs if you know how to control Oni properly. Also, since you are in a chase with someone, Monitor will increase your Terror Radious which will immediately increase the range of Infectious Fright.
And yeah like I said, you can use any slowdown Perk or maybe even any other Perk of your choice if you down people very quick. I like to not worry about kicking gens that's why I use Ruin.

There used to be a bug where you were able to increase your speed to lightspeed with Spasmodic Breath if done right. Maybe this bug is still in the game.
-
My face
-
I main depression.
No, jokes aside. I really like Deathslinger and currently he is my favourite Killer.
-
Nurse. Even if she is harder and more frustrating to play I still like her ability more.

By "old" I'm guessing you don't mean "release", right?
Well I mean the version were even your auccessful attack cooldown was reduced by 30 %
-
Old Unrelenting. Combined with current Save the Best for Last hehe.
-
Spirit, Oni, a very very good Huntress will also do pretty well, maybe Billy but that's not sure, and yeah, Freddy because he is such an interactive Killer.
-
Why didn't you put yourself on Hag?
-
Do Perk changes also count? Because if yes I have an idea for Mindbreaker.
Mindbreaker:
- Every time you hook a Survivor, any generator which is currently not being worked on will start regressing at the normal regression speed.
- Survivors who start working on regressing generators will be afflicted with the Exhaustion Status Effect for 4/6/8 seconds.
I personally like the idea of Auto Regression Perks like Ruin and Surge so that was my idea for Mindbreaker. This could also work as it's own Perk but since Mindbreaker is useless anyways this could fit as a change. It also punishes people who tap gens during a chase by getting exhausted.
-
I don't use it either. Personally I find it a waste of a Perk slot. Much better and funnier options than DS.
-
Personally I enjoy playing Leatherface more than Billy. Even if Billy wasn't bugged, I just don't like him.

Took him long enough to understand how to play Bubba.
That's excactly my thought. People played "his" playstyle way before him but now when he started with it everybody thinks he created it and realize that he is a good Killer with this build.

What i mean is, he is, as people claim, the worst killer without this combo.
Pig also has a good perk combo, monitor and whisper. But pig can live without it. However, that's not the case for bubba. The "brute force" strategy won't work if you don't use nemesis and PWYF.
IMO the killer is not truly viable if he needs certain things that cannot be changed. Trapper with no additional trap add-ons is also under this.
It isn't about him being viable but rather he has the potential to be good with a certain set up. But still, why shouldn't you use these Perks if you have them if they make him good?

What if you don't use nemesis and PWYF combo? I doubt you'll say he's good without this combo, which is introduced half year ago together with Oni.
Why wouldn't you use Perks which are good on a Killer if you have them? Good Players would usually have all Perks unlocked.
-
I don't really like vsing Billy. He isn't op or anything but I just don't like him, especially now because sometimes his Chainsaw doesn't make a single sound while he is sprinting which is kinda stupid.
I like going against any Stealth Killer, Deathslinger and Huntress. I play them often too but chases against them are usually fun imo.
-
Tru3talent recently made videos on how Bubba is underrated and now people of course are saying the same because their favourite streamer said so, so now everyone puts Bubba on higher Tier without any clue how to play him probably.
I tried "his" playstyle as well and of course it works. Brute forcing pallets with Nemesis and Play with your Food. He isn't the first one who plays like this. But people are thinking he created this playstyle and now they say that Bubba is good.
He never was bad, rather falsely played.
-
I use Ruin, Haunted Ground, Sloppy, Nurses.
My playstyle is switching between hit and run/stalking.
I use Ruin and Haunted on almost every Killer because kicking gens seems like a waste of time but sometimes it's important, so Ruin does that for me. Haunted gives me good early game pressure because they usually break Haunted first.
Sloppy and Nurses gives me the ability to sneak up and surprise people, but people know that since most people use those 2 Perks.
-
I mean, if you're not the God of Killers or aren't that great with them you'll probably get frustrated. I reached a level where I can deal with high ranks but I understand if other people get frustrated. I just came back from my break because playing solo is pretty frustrating and Killer queues weren't that good before I made the break.
-
I remember sabotaging a hook with the old old Sabotage Tier 1. It took me about a gen.

"Which undo all progress of the gen"
So a 99% gen Will be at 0% again and Will be blocked to that time
Whops. Didn't read the "undo's all the progress". I thought it would basically be a "kick gen and regress over time" action.
Idk, it is weird since completed generators work like checkpoints for Survivors. Deleting a checkpoint seems a bit stupid.
-
Seems weird. You'd have to use Pop to get value out of it. Otherwise you'll just block the gen for 30 seconds and during that time the gen will stay at 99 %. Survivors will just have to tap the gen to refinish it.

Do NOT get trail of torment. The perk is useless.
Laughs in Third Seal

Sprint Burst.
Mettle is very inconsistent and situational. You have to go out of your way to get the Perk to work while Sprint Burst just works.
Sprint Burst will also give you a good headstart and waste Killers time extremely if you just run forward, especially against 4.4 m/s Killers.
Sprint Burst makes also every unsafe Area safe since you can get to a loop pretty easily.
-
I love Blood Pact. It helps in chases if you heal the Obsession in time which is a rare situation but it also gives you more map traverse speed, you basically get map mobility but as Survivor which is nice.

Yeah, it works hella good. Michi did a youtube video regarding this build on hag, and it did its job
Nice. Good to know. I'll probably test it myself because it sounds like fun.
-
Speaking of this combo. Did someone try Third Seal and Trail of Torment? Does it work?
-
I get like 1 or 2 Anniversary Cakes per Bloodweb as Killer. Might be bugged with the Items.
-
I think that only a Timer nerf might do. Or DS should deactivate as soon as you do any interaction. So you can keep it permanently but you can't heal, do gens, sabotage, do totems, search chests, go in a locker etc. to compensate.
You might use your DS after getting unhooked to instantly get chased again. Throwing pallets and vaulting won't deactivate it but the Killer will probably ignore you or slug you.
Or you can make it that it deactivates when someone else gets hooked, which is the most famous change in the community.

Then why Deathslinger?
Maybe he's the most played Killer at the moment. But we don't know since we don't get stats.

so, what, you want a cool down to crouching and using the flashlight? because i cant see any other way to take either of those out
Let's make a slight basekit change and add a 3 second cooldown on every crouch. I don't know why that sounds familiar.

Oh, MB, I just assumed it was like Adrenaline's Haste effect. Guess it's just a more temp Hope effect.
Would've noticed if it was 150 %. But you are a bit faster. And the Wiki also says 7 %. Since Breakout and Hope make you 7 % faster I'll just assume the same goes for Blood Pact.

How is it barely noticable? You go at 150% speed, more than a normal speed killer. And it's for 10 seconds, enough time to get distance between you both. It's extremely handy if you use it corectly.
No, the haste you get is 7 %. So instead of 100 % you're running at 107 %. It's still good for looping, but you're not moving at 150 %.
-
I get 500 Deviousness Points for "Punishment" after hitting someone with the shockwave.
-
It wasn't because it looked good, we weared them with pride, but this pride got dumped into crap with the Devs doings.
-
Probably Nurse and Deathslinger. They're my favourites.
-
The Timer shouldn't go down if you are hooked or downed, because currently it does.
-
I played 3 matches on Sanctrum yesterday and I put the Trails on the Main Buildings stairs and they also stayed there. Don't know about other Maps.

Yeah and Deathslinger has a 16 meter terror radius and Bubba can instadown. It's useful to know whether you'll be snuck up on by a guy with a gun or hit by a chainsaw if you're in a deadzone.
Well, if you get downed against a Bubba in a dead zone it's your fault for mispositioning yourself. Fair point for Deathslinger.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
Yeah it's the ranged attack. They should remove it. He doesn't have any mobility so there's no reason for him to have it.
Deathslinger has even less mobility because he is a 4.4 m/s Killer and has a global sound as well. Bubba also with his Chainsaw, even though his saw can only be heard within a 60 metre range which is still a lot.
-
I like them against and as stealth Killers.
-
I miss old Nurse. As Killer and as Survivor. It was always fun to play against Nurses. Now nobody plays her.
-
I also stopped playing daily since middle of May. Sometimes I play... 2 matches of Survivor and I already get annoyed and bored.
-
Sprint Burst and Fixated, combined with Empathy and Solidarity or any other healing Perk.
Fixated is a much better Urban Evasion + you see your Scratch Marks. So basically if you accidentally start running you see where they are excactly and you can outrun your own scratches to outrun the Killer if he sees them.
-
Oh no. It's Dwight Head

I agree with you on the word "like" being overused.
I've even been conditioning myself not use that word so much when I speak.
You mean like me?
-
Because Devs clearly said that Blood Pools and Blood Orbs are 2 completely different things.
-
I was thinking of remaking some dbd maps in Minecraft. But I didn't do anything till now.
