They have stated in one of the Reddit amas that they want to looks at survivor items and addons in general and may even add new items!
though nothing specific was mentioned about anything other than that, so we don’t know..

Probably need to (re) link your twitch account and BHVR account.
you are not on Switch though, right? There it’s not possible to claim Twitch drops and you would need to enter in-game-shop codes specifically for the switch version

I really like this build up with the storytelling, and different media.Though I can’t see anything of the stuff actually being directly translated into the game? And way too many names mentioned for them to be featured, I do wonder what the survivor will have that separates them from these other victims.
Is it all on instagram? Usually everything is shared on twitter, insta and I think Bluesky? I mean, I wouldn’t be against straying away from twitter considering the owner. Maybe I should create an insta account? 🙃

The problem is that all males use the same base skeleton and animations (and the females use their own)
just using female skeleton/animations for a male character would result in possibly very weird animations (not only too effeminate but also possibly complete wrong poses) and vice versa so it would mean they have to maintain another two sets of survivor animations instead of just the two they have now..

PTB is next week on the 20th, these teasers seem to be killer only yeah. I think these might be "survivors" the killer can mimic in the teasers. Which if you're mimicking NPCs I'm not sure how effective that's actually gonna be.
I feel like there's something really major about the power we don't know yet cuz while really fun the power is sounding really weak gameplay-wise.
Might be another legion situation were the trailer was kinda misleading but well.. kinda fitting for the characters/lore and actual gameplay isn’t really suited for this kind of presentation

I would guess next week as that’s the usual schedule (3 weeks after latest big release in this case Alan Wake Midchapter)
though this isn’t set in stone at all and can be tomorrow as well. Especially since teasers started last week and those usually start a week before PTB.
could also be on a Wednesday and not always Tuesday 🤷♂️

Hm, new text messages seem to involve two people that are not related to the original story with Ashley, Tyler and unnamed girl. So I guess this is only really teasering the killer and not the survivor(s)
also, is PTB this week? Usually teasers start a week before PTB but I think based on the usual schedule it would be next week?

They have stated around the January PTB that these things are always subject to change and due to other changes they couldn’t get this done on time.

I love the idea very much as well and especially Birkin is so fitting! Hoped for more of them really.. would also love it if there was a possibility for licensed characters to get skins from other franchises (eg Mr. X as Myers) though I understand that it’s very unlikely..

I wouldn’t call it exactly bm ing as all survs participated (could have crawled away/downed far away and wiggle free) and he gave hatch. Matches like this can be very fun (as long as the others aren’t forced to participate).

It’s a little bit longer for me but then i pretty much had instant lobbies (with bad matchmaking) anyways so… 🤷♂️ I can wait for a few seconds more, actually gives me some more time to progress the video or whatever I am doing in between matches 🙃

Every chapter and midchapter release counts here I think.
though as I understood it, the game modifiers are not fixed to be released every 3 releases but that’s only meant as a rule of thumb and sometimes it may take longer, sometimes less..

It has never been confirmed there will be banners/badges for every killer nor has it been confirmed that there will be rewards for getting to p100.
they have stated that they might add banners/badges for existing characters, sure, but no requirements nor when.

Alles gut, ist ja nicht deine Aufgabe dich über jeden auftretenden Spielfehler zu informieren. Eine in-Game Message mit entsprechender Info von den Entwicklern wäre hier sehr hilfreich gewesen anstatt das einfach nur wieder wegzunehmen

Es war vorher (seit November circa glaube ich) im Shop verfügbar - und Leute haben dafür Geld bezahlt.
dann wurde es aufgrund eines Fehlers für alle freigeschaltet - nicht bewusst geschenkt. Und dieser Fehler wurde behoben..

Oh I loved the hints for All Kill! Where everyone participated in speculations etc and there was more substantial teasers!

Complete different mode, PvE.
Survivors: defend in team against ‚killer‘ bots - eg zombies or some other generic ones like vampires or skeletons etc. everyone gets a different item (eg flashlight for blinding, baseball bat for direct defense, a healer with Medkit). Some bigger mobs that need coordination.
Killers: possibly something similar also in a team, but need to down/hook plenty of survivor bots? Am not creative enough to find something more worthwhile/intriguing here.

They have said they want to do it but it’s currently not possible and not top priority.
and to be frank, I do believe they currently can’t implement 2-piece sets technically without introducing bugs/glitches that may very well affect all sets including those that need to be sets for licensing reasons.

You expect a gift for not having a diverse set of outfits in the in-game store and get mad when the devs correct a bug - that was giving an outfit to everyone while others have paid real money for it already?
also I still would love to see actual proof that set cosmetics are more lucrative for BHVR than mix-and-match-able ones. Using this argument with so much confidence, you must have proof right?

In one of the recent surveys they have asked which possible game modes out of a set of 10 or so the players prefer over others. Lights out was among them and is now being implemented. 2v8 was one as well iirc.

They are definitely considering this as a time limited event mode like the upcomig Lights Out.
though the maps aren’t big enough and would need adjustments here and the game already had problems running with the two Nemesis zombies as is. Imagine 10 players and possibly 4 zombie bots 💀

You use anonymous mode, that way the killer/other players won’t see your name and can’t open your profile even when they are on same platform.

while not horror, the survival game with its settings and themes does carry many horror elements imo.
Charlie as Killer (possibly as Dredge skin if it’s not enough for a full chapter?)
Wilson would be the obvious but imo boring survivor choice with Willow as legendary. Plenty of children so those would be not possible. Would love to see most of the cast in DbD artstyle tbh - they have phenomenal character designs.

But you can be sure that if there is a possibility to get Jason, the Devs will try to do so and will probably also have some concepts in mind.
The lawsuit is ‚settled‘ though the ip is split between the two parties. One side owns the original movie script with Jason’s mother as killer, little boy Jason, the Vorhees name, Camp Crystal Lake. The other owns the sequels stuff, including the iconic Jason we know. It’s a mess and I think it’s even messier because the rights work differently in the US.

I missed all of that I guess. I think Make your Maker, Hooked on you, and Misfits all had some sort of DBD crossover, whether it's charms or cosmetics or weapons or whatever. I also missed all of the content creator streaming
