Please Devs CHANGE these freaking perks!!!!! It is NOT fair or fun to face! Especially in a 4 man on coms with boon unbreakable on Temple!
You guys are really gonna let these two perks really allow a killer be denied their first hook after dealing with predrops thanks to windows, an exhaustion perk that made an easy/good mind game be wasted because that perk was just equipped?!
When you do finally get the down 2 gen pops and then you see the 4th survior just pick them up and you cannot wait the 10 seconds for either because both have windows and will make it to that god window or pallet because of the free endurance that only the survivor picked up should get! Then whoever is the one that isn't getting chased ppps that 3rd gen while the last 2 you haven't seen all game works on the last gens split.
And while we are on the topic of endurance, WHY are survivors allowed to body block the killer with it?! NO WAY should I be punished when trying to get to the OTHER survivor who SAVED! Endurance should make survivors lose collision with killer. Just like how knight can't body block a survivor being hunted by guards. You've done with with a whole killer power now do it BASEKIT for survivors who earn endurance.
You as developers and the communicators who watch these forums should take herd and get it changed the sooner than later before killers choose to leave again and you get tour arm twisted to do another "killer buff patch" because survivors wait times get longer and longer every day.
Long story short for crunched for time readers.
Change endurance to make survivors lose collision. Change buckle up to only give endurance to the picked up survivor.
As a killer main I don’t have an issue with this combo. It’s all survivors have for their meta right now. Let them keep it.

Hate to be a bearer of bad news, but Scourge Hook: Gift Of Pain only gives -9% not -16%. Not sure when they changed it.
Aside from that, i honestly think Hemorrhage should be on a time limit, would of probably felt better especially with killer powers that can interupt actions.
The 9% I believe was a bug. I remember them saying it was intended.

Honestly if your going to be bitter, just do not reply. Please and thank you, most kill rates now adays is from people throwing or people who are beginners in new lobbies, you'd be surprised.
With all due respect my friend, @Pulsar is my friend as well and I don’t believe he was intending malice. I think he’s just trying to bring something to your attention.

yes, me too. God knows if what we say will ever get the older version back.
I wish they would stop reworking old designs. Just improve current designs. Eg; Freddy, Sadako, Trickster, Skull Merchant

her only problem was 3 gen
That's not true. Her chase was actually better than it is now. 3-gen was just easy way to annoy survivors.
You had better movement speed, you had better passive slowdown, you had pallet breaking, exposed and more information.
She was best killer for hex builds. Chase merchant with Blood favor, or Devour hope was really good and it was kinda hard to get rid of her totems.
EDIT: I have feeling you didn't even read who I was responding to.
I miss the old skull merchant :(

As far as I know they don't want people to immedialty level up a character fully as soon as the new chapter drops, which is quite ridiculous considering they basically support people in using tomes and daily to go over the cap in the sense of using more BP to level at once... At that point they could just remove the cap..
I can understand that perspective, but at least move the cap up to 3 1/2 million

yeah don’t you love that when someone completes rejects your idea even if it’s bad… at least you tried.. then they gave no feedback in return in a feedback thread. Imagine.
My idea. 💡 When inflicted with deep wound you have 60 seconds to remove it. It won’t darken the screen either. It’ll down you if you don’t handle it though. Maybe this might help you get a little more time?

5 meters? He can litteraly launch them upwards to 20meters and they bounce and go trough objects / walls like what?
Also the "removing weakness" takes 10 seconds opossed to the 7 second cooldown for UVX, you also have to be very close to the killer to actually be able to get rid of the UVX giving him a bigger chance at hitting you a second time, 21 seconds and you could be dead and there is no way to loop him unless you got map advantage, only windows will save you
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3676274#Comment_3676274
Huntress has 7 hatchets basekit not 10
The 5 meters is in reference to the aoe effect in the post I was referring to.
”You have to be close to actually be able to get rid of UVX”
False. I’ve done it as far as 25 meters away.

I've been having alright games too but that's not the question to the OP. Maybe I should have added the word "specially". Since you replied I'll reword it for you. Sure you are having "very good" games but what about the event is making them more fun over a normal match. What in this event has being giving you fun games?
I apologize for missing your question. I enjoy looking at something different visually in the trial, I also really enjoy towing around with the blood basins 😂
The glowing bloods are cool, looking too.
I definitely feel like this event should be giving us a lot more blood points than what it is, but at least it’s something I will take that.

I didn’t say that you couldn’t. You have your opinion, and I have mine. It’s just my opinion. Also, I am a killer main. Off the record is not the first perk that comes to my mind if I was going to be frustrated with a perk.

Yeah it’s silly. I don’t want a cap. I also want a faster way to spend them. Still takes almost 10 minutes to spend them 0-50

We should fr, get a 2v8 game mode, like kill with friends! 1v4 is honestly getting outdated as the decade comes by. I would also like to apologize to anyone I've been a jerk to recently on here, I've been getting Alot of feedback and some private negative feedback, just to show how bad the community really can be, I didn't know a simple opinion makes people so bitter and petty, but sorry anyways. Sucks people get judged for the killers they play, because the opponent loses a game or two, like c'mon gamers man up. But a 2v8 would be so cool!
I would love a killer friend :-)
If your a skull merchant main I love and support you 😍

Can anyone explain to me WHY does OTR have EIGHTY seconds of endurance? Like, give me one good reason OTR needs 80 seconds of endurance. You want to nerf tunneling? REVERT DECISIVE STRIKE TO 5 SECONDS (And remove the fall stagger, that's dumb as hell). Off the record gives so much power to the survivors, it also lets them bodyblock and completely win the game because hey, 80 seconds of endurance is completely fair and balanced, right?
It is fair and balanced.

No

I pick her because I enjoy playing her. I like her predator vibe, I like modeling walking at people as the sassy classy killah in my boots.
I like her chase music and drones. I don’t give $2 bills if someone dc’s. I’ll take my blood points thank you. 🙏🏼 😁

If Weakened…look at him while looping. Dodge his uvx. Go left….go right. (Not sarcasm)
It’s as simple as that. He uses uvx to block off loops too like clown.

Indeed, the one saving grave with Onryō is at least you can't move for a moment before the TP ends, so at least the bearing finding can start as you transition... though would it be such a bad thing to be able to look around maybe 30 degrees as you come out of the TV?
That would be nice... slightly angle yourself as you come out of the TV too... nice QoL change
I would agree. Generally, I just tried to see where the aura is facing. Which direction is the front of the TV where the back so I have an idea of where I’m popping out of when I do teleport that usually fixes it, but it always takes a second for sure.
It also depends on which TV I teleport to some easier to come out of than others
-
I totally get it. Even as someone who mains a tp character such as onyro, I get disoriented too. I’m certain they do this on purpose. It’s even done with dredges remnant and you have to use a brown addon to correct it.
Onyro pops out of the tv and if I wasn’t exactly paying attention to the direction of the aura of where the tv is facing and I tp? I need a sec to gain my barrings plus make sure nobody is hiding being the tv lol
-
I like the perk personally but I have to make a whole build around it which is the part I don’t like. (No mither build, resilience etc)

Right now I'm giving props to players who in my opinion played absolutely legendary throughout a match, weather that's throwing themselfs at a harms way to protect a dying teammate or just being a very efficient member of the team or for acts of great kindness (difficult to elaborate on) or simply incredible feats or show of pure game-skill!
But I feel like the props that I'm giving aren't doing anything, I'm not sure what that mechanic is for or what it awards...
So my suggestion is make it give people bonus experience for their levels or bonus blood points or maybe some shards anything visible. That makes people go, I wanna be someone people can look up to! It would probably encourage respect amongst fellow DbD players!
As of right now that seems to be lacking with teabagging with malicious intent at the exit gates or singling out a single survivor from the start of the match to tunnel and proxy camp them to death is running rampant!
I think it is definitely a step in the right direction for sure!
-
🤣🤣
me personally if I have no hooks and 4 gens popped. The game is over. I let the survivors go do whatever. Get challenges done, break totems, I go break walls and pallets.
They won. 🏆

Let me just start off by saying, because I know some players will take this thread uncharitably: I don’t think the devs or designers were intentionally being transphobic when they made these skins, and I understand the concept they were going for. HOWEVER: The decision to launch the Unknown with femme coded cosmetics was extremely irresponsible, and is already enabling transphobia amongst the more hateful members of the playerbase.
The cheerleader outfit in particular evokes a rather harmful stereotype of trans women, a masculinized body in feminine clothing that’s depicted as dangerous and grotesque. The fact The Unknown happens to be voiced by a trans woman (which otherwise would be a such a great excited piece of trivia) makes the choice to launch with these cosmetics feel particularly egregious. If there were other, more positive pieces of trans rep in DBD this wouldn’t feel like such a blunder. But with all the combined factors, and the political climate that these skins are being released under, I’m really am shocked no one on the team thought that maybe these skins were inappropriate.
This is silly respectfully. It’s just a creepy skin from past victims. Get the politics out of here. They don’t belong in Dbd. Period.

And if Sadako teleports to a TV that a survivor is interacting with, she has to spend time crawling out and has no camera control.
There is no time to react to Unknown teleporting right to you during a dispel and it has instant control over its body and camera. The survivor is getting hit if the hallucination is not next to a window, pallet, or another survivor willing to tank a hit.
False. Unknown teleports to hallucination and does not have immediate control or camera control. There are addons he has to use to help him get 50% of his control back though.

I thought about it a bit more and I think you are probably correct that it should reset. Otherwise it would be kind of pointless for the killer to bother with using their power on an injured survivors unless they are at a very strong tile. Though I do think there are concerns about how limited survivors options are in countering him right now.
Perhaps making the Unknowns recovery time longer or reduced movement speed duration after a shot longer could be a good way to address this. This would reward survivors for managing to successfully dodge his AoE attacks. Though too much of a nerf would make him less smooth and fun to play so there needs to be a bit of a delicate balance there.
Absolutely my fellow onyro member 🥰

It happens often enough for me to question it.
I still don't think it should be able to teleport during the dispel process if dispelling them is such a crucial requirement from the survivors.
I disagree. By this logic, this should apply to Onyro. Shutting off her TV’s I would debate are more important than dispelling an illusion thus saying
“Sadako shouldn’t be able to teleport while the survivor is interacting with a TV”
1) TVs are a threat to generators
2) Tv builds condemn. Which can kill you.
3) tv transports sadako around the map.
Hallucinations are just a means of the unknown getting around. Potentially cutting off survivors if they’re not paying attention.
I do believe he should be able to.

Does the UVX AOE shot have a lingering hitbox? I ask because I dodged one once and then ran back into it as the purple visual effect was almost completely dissipated. If so I feel like this is a bit unnecessary since it is already an AoE shot. It doesn't really need a extra short period of area of denial on top of it.
Also I think that if a survivors is weakened and they get hit by a UVX shot, it shouldn't reset their progress towards removing weakened.
The only thing I don’t agree with on this comment respectfully is “it shouldn’t reset their progress towards removing weakened”
I feel it and because you’re being exposed the UVX once more. You made contact with it.
(I don’t know how to quote people so I had to make my own quotes lol. If someone could teach me how to do that on here”
-
It still takes 2 hits to injury and 3 to down. If you’re not getting the weakness off while in chase that’s on you and your counter play. It takes hardly anytime to do it.
“Big range” uhh it’s barely 5 meters. Executioner can go through walls too but with a much further range. Not including addons.
The unknown is hardly an issue.

Let’s see what they decide to do with the feedback given.

Plague's is more tolerable because it requires more buildup to directly damage survivors. My only issue with Plague is it seems almost impossible to dodge her projectile in the open.
Huntress deals immediate damage with her hatchets. 🪓 The unknown takes up to 3 hits before he downs you if you don’t remove weakness.
Is huntress an issue then?

No. This is how I respond to things that are unfair and unbalanced in the game. I have 3200+ hours played in DBD. I think I know the basics well enough at this point. If a new killer comes out and on day 1 is getting 4k with 4-5 gens up match after match then that to me is a problem. Whether it be matchmaking, killer being overpowered or a combination of both, something needs to change. This killer's ranged attack gives too much control over chases. That seems to be the norm now with so many killers having a way to down survivors from a long distance. Pallets are losing value. Windows are losing Value. Looping is losing value. All because killers are constantly being given new powers to counter the very few things survivors have to deal with this.
The ONLY thing I think needs to change with this killer is the ability to down survivors with the ranged attack. It can do everything else including put them in the injured state, but downing them needs to go. New killers having a way to down survivors from a distance is just annoying at this point.
Jeesh, I would have hate to seen how you would’ve reacted when plague came out….especially if you think unknown is OP.

I know. The funiest thing is still no way out and remember me is OP and undeserved after the entire team is dead and the hatch is closed. Nope it's not, the killer killed the entire team with only 2 perks and won the 50/50, your dead is more than deserved xD
Faaaaaaacts!!!!

You really want killers to be unable to kill you, don't you? He's not even close at being to strong, he's very map dependent and you have to learn angles for even hitting remotely with his power. His attack would be way too weak without the teleport so it's fine.
This is how she responds to anything killer related, on each thread. Nerf this, trickster is OP, blight is too much, sadako is this, unknown is that.
It boils down to her. This killer isn’t OP by any stretch of the imagination.

We've been there, tried that and it didn't work out.
Back in 2021 we had a time when pretty much nobody wanted to play killer and yet many survivors still weren't happy. And the kill rates weren't that bad either. The queue times for survivors back then however were 10+ minutes (almost all day iirc) but the killer queue times weren't longer than 10 seconds.
Those were the days. Us poor killers. 😮💨

You are really raising a serious problem that has nothing to do with the topic. This has nothing to do with BHVR or the character himself, who is literally a monster and the people are already trying to put a gender on him? Are you serious?
this is the fault of people's actions, which is sad but the game itself has nothing to do with that.
I would agree. 👌🏼
A monster with no identity. No gender. Just the looks the unknown makes out of past victims. If people are saying these harsh comments they need to be banned. End of story.
