@Nicholas No one really knows, people are just hating.
It is not the tv show one, the t.v. show one did not have rights to the mask, like DBD does.
They took a little creative liberty with Ghostface's jacket, and didn't make it flappy, insead it looks leathery.
I will remind you, THIS IS WHAT THE T.V. SHOW LOOKED LIKE.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/984/29CPJHMBCBBV.jpg
A melted mask had sex with someone with down syndrome, and forgot to wear a condom.
This is what our Ghostface looks like

Yeah the longer, cut up cloak gave his costume more of a ghost look in the movies. but this look, is pretty good. And honestly probably what Ghostface would look like, if rebooted.
That looks sick #########?
People are harassing him over this?
-
You telling me that a garbage killer with broken mechanics got changed to just being garbage with no broken mechanics?
Good. Maybe he'll get some buffs. After all his base power was so ######### stupid to begin with.

Nope, that would show that there's a problem with the way the killer is designed. It would probably be something unintuitive or difficult to new players but easily abused by experienced players if that were the case. The target for balance is 50% in any given match, not overall. Naturally some killers are going to perform better at some ranks than others. Nurse, for example, usually falls well below that 50% target at rank 20 but exceeds it at rank 1. Or the Spirit, for example. The Spirit sits around a 43.65% kill rate at rank 20, but shoots up to 69.25% by rank 1.
Does that mean that the spirit is overpowered, though? Nope. The target is just 50%. A good player can come by and do well with her because they're good at the game. We're just aiming for a 50/50 average, what you do with it beyond that is up to you.
@Peanits Outta curiosity, what was the Nurses percentages?

Iron will helps and avoid creating scratch marks if you can.

Either sometime this week or next week.
-
No, it's not report-able.
It's getting fixed next patch regardless.

Plague surprisingly. Always a blast with her.

Yep, and those normally happen hardly ever after the gates have been opened yup...
Never seen any of this hardly happen until EGC got announced now a few folks trying to convince others that this happens all the time~
Who the ######### said it happens all the time #########? Where did you read that in this thread?

In theory if they move then there is a chance they will allow you a chance to slip past on either side. Even if they do it perfectly, if you just press against them the whole time they will only be able to go backwards, eventually getting to a point where they aren't blocking you anymore. Also they have to stay there and do it continuously and perfectly if they intend to keep you trapped. Since killers will just sit there AFK it means that most instances where this occurs will be eliminated as no one will want to actively troll someone that hard. Some people might but at the very least this would solve 99% of hostage situations.
I don't think it will. Killers could just tap 'W' and 'S' keys and stay in the middle of the stairs. Nothing will really change.

Better question...what are multiple survivors doing in the basement after endgame starts?
It's so dumb to defend this but once again...why are the survivors there when the gates are open?
There could be multiple reasons for more than one survivor to be in the basement.
1) Someone gets hooked in the basement, gets unhooked then receives heals from their teammates.
2) Multi-hook in basement, survivor uses Deliverance to save himself then unhooks their teammate.
3) Survivors trying to body-block your path on the way to the basement to save their teammate.
4) Trying to hide and was in the wrong place, wrong time.
The bigger phenomenon is why people have been arguing for ages for a shorter hit-boxes, completely flip their opinion when stuff like the above happens.

A better option would be to break killer's collision if they stand still for more than 25 seconds. Then they could do it to wait out BT but can't hold you hostage like this.
What's stopping the killer from tapping the keys to avoid that then?

@Mat_Sella said:
You're gonna see this a lot once Endgame Collapse comes out. "It's the basement, if you're in there its YOUR fault"
Honestly, it's dumb that some people are trying to defend this. They need to make the hitboxes smaller for killer.
-
Got everyone P3 except for Legion. Didn't help that the loading screen crashed half the ######### time.
-
The only thing bullshit about Spirit is Prayer Beads.
-
Killer. If I make a mistake it's on me.
Playing survivor on your own is like nails on a chalkboard at times.
-
Hag has more useful perks but Plagues a lot more fun with her vomit.
Its up to you really
-
Red ranks were always miserable. No reason to be there other than pride and ego.
And the devs made it harder to rank up...
-
Killer queues always ######### suck when there's a double event going on. I spent 15 minutes to get one match that crashed in the loading screen.
JFC why couldn't this wait till AFTER the update?

I would rather just "moderately" reduces duration of Corrupt and remove the Corrupt Purge speed penalty. That would make it really powerful but still fair.
Honestly the speed penalty isn't that bad as long as you don't hold the vomit at max charge. I barely notice it.
-
I don't have that much of an issue with this add-on. Seems powerful enough already with the right set up.
You have to consider that good survivors will probably be already Broken from vile purge. Put on Bitter Murmur and extra duration time, you can easily snowball.

That is a strategy with several faults: You cough, you leave a green fog around you, you poison everything you touch, and you have permanent broken status, which hinders your team if the killer has Thanatophobia or something.
Thanatophobia numbers are garbage. Doesn't make a difference.
If you clense, you make the Plague better than Huntress at chasing. Not clensing means the best tools she has are tracking and one shot.
I prefer to not give her a power up.
-
Don't use the fountains...
-
The fact Ruin is used more than Self-Care now makes me sad... At least Self-Care was a free perk. You have to buy Ruin with shards or money.
-
Rumor has it, that it's next month.
As for what it changes, no one knows.
-
Stop being triggered by a button. It's fine.
-
Haven't been running either of those perks. I'm sick of depending on them tbh.

Pinhead.

Gotta test out the new toys after all.

Can't wait for it to be removed...
-
If it fixes their animations, sure.
-
Kill rates for each killer with and without Ruin.
-
I'm liking Corrupt Intervention. Find it more reliable than Ruin in a lot of situations.

Half? Most of the community are mad, cause this changes. You don't even play them so why do I bother
The only people mad about the Legion changes are mad that the killer now requires a brain to play without cheesing ######### design flaws.
I see more people bitching about Pig than Legion, and for good reason.
I played perkless Legion on the PTB. Won some matches, lost a couple and gave my feedback on what needs to be improved. But sure, lets make up bullshit.

You called me out for my claim that the devs shouldn't be patting themselves on the back reverting a BS change that no one asked for. You said that changes are made by request and I asked you to find requests for the initial change of the RTB not being active in the TR.
I'm not arguing that everything the devs do is because of feedback. Only some things get changed or get reversed because of feedback. After all, it's a test build (you do know what that's for don't you?) and I thought the devs don't change anything in there.
At least... that's what I've read of course.

Feel free to provide examples of all the requests to have RBTs not tick in the Pig's TR.
@Tzeentchling9 Show me an example where people liked it. All I saw where concerns and complaints about the Pigs nerfs.
After all, you're currently advocating for it to not be changed back...

But it's still wrong and horrible game play. All trolls have to do is run the basement aura perk and there is one free salty kill right there. Catch two in there trying for a rescue and you just killed half the team.
So don't feed the troll.
I don't like it either, but I rather die then be held hostage in the basement.

You don't get credit for fixing bullshit that you create.
@Tzeentchling9 What bullshit?
Last I checked end game got changed due to requests.
Pig changed back due to requests.
The only thing I see right now is that the devs made a complete fool out of everyone that claimed they don't give a ######### about their feedback.
Excuse me if I point and laugh.

I didn't expect you to come up with a valid argument. And you didn't. Congrats, you fulfilled my expectation. Now go back complaining about Ruin being op.
Come up with a valid argument against rank 21 potatoes...
Why should I bother?
-
The devs 'might' buff pigs dash.
Keyword here is 'might'.

They didn't listen to your feedback. Half of the community was happy enough with his changes.

Freddy. Survivor is whatever nowadays.

'The devs don't listen to feedback...'

Finally.

Ok, please, someone explain to me what the issue is with the Legion. All I've seen since his release are people complaining about him, and some even going as far as to say he's the worst killer in the game, and yet, literally every single video I've seen of Legion gameplay, even from months ago when he was first released, he seems to dominate, getting hits on survivors like crazy. Now I have personally never played as the Legion, though I must admit, I am seriously considering picking up his dlc chapter to try him out for myself at some point, but I just don't see the issue. Someone please enlighten me.
@TheShape78 Current Legion has lots of design flaws that made him unbearable to play against (Moon-walking, Infinite mending, etc).
PTB Legion removes these design flaws and make him tolerable to versus.
He's considered garbage because his stall mechanic (Deep Wound) is barely a hindrance to experienced survivors, meaning staying injured is the better option against him.
-
@powerbats I understand she might needed to be changed for EGC, but the fact remains she lost a massive benefit with nothing to compensate for it.
-
I think mostly everyone who played Pig, at least once, will agree that these changes are extreme without any buffs to compensate. Crouching faster is nice and all but it's not enough for her to lose her massive benefit.
So that's a 'No' for me..
