REALLY sad the devs didn't let us test her rbt in the end game though. 4 mins is PLENTY of time to search the boxes. Just cause they are bad at it, doesn't mean the rest of us are.

I can understand why they changed RBT with the EGC even if it does remove some fun plays but I will take that over hostage games any day.
Horvath did say they with the EGC they know it changed a fundemental aspect so they are keeping a close eye on her.

Not quite. That was actually a neat use for it. It's more because the pig can crouch to hide their terror radius and completely avoid it anyway, which defeats the whole purpose of the change. This way you also don't have to worry about brushing past Survivors while chasing someone else and pausing their timer.

Don't get me wrong, thanks for fixing one part of an uneeded nerf. If a wrong path leads you to the right destination, who am I to complain I guess.
But it does show that you guys need to work with higher skilled players when you are making these kinda choices.

Nice to hear that the terror radius mechanic won't make it live. However, it's still an immense nerf that Pig's endgame is dead. If it stays that way, she needs a buff to make up for this.

They didn't listen to your feedback. Half of the community was happy enough with his changes.

In the Devstream they also said that they will look into the Pig to see what they can do to keep/let her be viable.

Never said it was powerful or practical, but that change would have solely been to prevent someone from abusing it to get an easy kill. Since it wouldn't accomplish that anyway, it didn't make much sense to change it and potentially hurt a killer who is playing normally.
@Aven_Fallen Yes. The problem is that for now, Pig received a big nerf and didn't get anything for compensation. I'm afraid that a buff for Pig will take quite some time. Meanwhile, she is just a weak killer and I'm sorry for our Pig mains. :(
This. Either do something else to adjust the Pig for endgame or give her a meaningful buff to make up for it.

I think her biggest nerf was the inactive trap lethality change. Making half her kit useless after the last generator is done is kinda weak.
Come up with a valid argument against rank 21 potatoes...

Last I checked end game got changed due to requests.
Pig changed back due to requests.
The only thing I see right now is that the devs made a complete fool out of everyone that claimed they don't give a ######### about their feedback.
Excuse me if I point and laugh.
Even in this instance, it actually encourages tunneling because she can no longer pressure by proxy using the traps and letting the survivor go knowing they'll be burning time trying to get it off.
It wasn't a positive change for her, or her gameplay.

You called me out for my claim that the devs shouldn't be patting themselves on the back reverting a BS change that no one asked for. You said that changes are made by request and I asked you to find requests for the initial change of the RTB not being active in the TR.

I'm not arguing that everything the devs do is because of feedback. Only some things get changed or get reversed because of feedback. After all, it's a test build (you do know what that's for don't you?) and I thought the devs don't change anything in there.

Her RBT shouldn't have any downsides. Just because they add a new end game thing, doesn't mean they have to make a end game type killer trash.
Putting them on before the 5th gen pops is a good enough nerf. Everything else shouldn't be touched.
Just because the end game is 2-3 minutes long and you've got a trap on your head doesn't mean you're entitled to win.

The only people mad about the Legion changes are mad that the killer now requires a brain to play without cheesing ######### design flaws.
I see more people bitching about Pig than Legion, and for good reason.
I played perkless Legion on the PTB. Won some matches, lost a couple and gave my feedback on what needs to be improved. But sure, lets make up bullshit.

@thatguyinktown That's also my thought. If the devs feel that it is necessary to do something about the RBTs in the endgame, the logical thing to do would be to slow down the EGC timer.
How it currently is, they just nerfed a killer who wasn't that strong in the first place.
@Peanits Reverting changes that were too far out there are good. Let's hope you're gonna revert more. Seems most of the Pig changes were based upon "those 0.5% games where everything lines up" scenarios.
Seriously, instead of nerfing stuff to hell before seeing how things will work out.. choose instead to implement and see how things work with the current state of the game and then nerf afterwards.
