This works assuming the survivor loops 100% of the time in the traditional direction and that the survivor isn't taking the tightest possible corners (which they should).
I applaud your ingenuity, but I fear this isnt a perfect world
-
Pips are supposed to be indicators of skill, and while that has never shown for either survivors or killers, you obviously arent more skilled just because a survivor has DC'd.
As for bloodpoints, having a survivor removed from play dramatically speeds up the game. kill 2 survivors, close the hatch, move on to the next one. nothing lost, get more bloodpoints in the next match.
Last thing we need is a DC meta of killers trying to get survivors to DC so they can gain mass amounts of points just because BHVR boosted the DC score

Part of The Spirit's phasing mechanic makes it so that you cannot hear her phasing if you are within her Terror Radius.
Prayer Beads Bracelet makes it so that if you are not within her Terror Radius, you always hear the phasing sound, leaving you unnerved.
-
I'd 1000% prefer being mori'd to being left on the ground for 4 minutes. just kill me.
-
People always try to justify Self-Care when there's all these Altruistic perks that can provide time or strategic advantages that I and other survivors can never use because randoms love to either run for 30 seconds before they let you heal them, or just self-care and prevent the heal altogether. This is why we hate you.
-
you can wiggle out of the hill if you are also moving towards the slope. May this save your game until the patch comes.
-
I like the concept of Aftercare, but the downside is just too much to be anywhere near as viable as Bond
-
Self-Care is a good perk
-
The roar is still better than The Spirit's "WAH!"
-
Perhaps Stealth Killers should get notified at a reduced range (16 meters?) so that they still have the agency to approach them without completely invalidating the perk
-
It truly makes all the difference, though. Whereas before I would usually arrive at the gen as they just have finished, now killers can actually reach the survivor(s) and commit to an action before it can pop.
It's genuinely horrifying as a survivor as well when a non-stealthy killer (like Pyramid Head) comes right up and yanks you.
-
They need to make mmr more accurate, if they remove killer lock, the accuracy will drop.
That doesnt mean you have to like it, thought i'd just share my two bloodpoints.
-
I dont see the appeal of charms, outside of killers using them to display their progress in rifts, it makes no sense as to why anyone would even care about them.

Essentially, each prestige increases your chance of getting rarer nodes in the bloodweb as seen in the table.
(All credit goes to the DBD wiki for the table)
a shame a lot of Very Rare and Ultra Rare add-ons lately have been rather garbo.
-
if you think you need BBQ or D-strike to win games, you really have no clue how to perform even adequately at this game.
-
That's both cute and thematic.
I don't see why not, if you wanna go into the basement for that info that's your prerogative.
-
I swear this community is so tragic, something bad happens to them that they didn't deserve then people come here to just throw all of the negativity.
and on top? people actually liked those comments. y'all are sick.
-
if perks weren't game changing, they'd be boring. There were very good perks in Deathgarden that did change the game, it just usually was few and far between.
-
theres a major difference between hiding spots in new realms and ones in old ones. They'll put totems way in the open on the Asylum map but between inconspicuous garbage in recent ones
-
Yeah, the devs made a post about this. They dont want ranks to be a: keep playing and you'll be on top no matter what. The new matchmaking system should put you in a more reliable ranking that more accurately reflects the skills you've procured or lack thereof.
-
while that one survivor is at a good loop, odds are 3 survivors are on gens, possibly together. you better hope you can snowball off that one hook after those 3 survivors finish those gens.
-
Wondrous, simply wondrous,
-
I think its good, anything is better than having the same ol' music for every single killer.
-
no one likes "wait 4 minutes and do nothing" gameplay. imagine survivors being able to disarm the killer for 4 minutes, just watching everything unfold as they can do nothing about it. Thats slugging.
yeah, everyone understands the strategic advantage of slugging, doesnt make it any less unenjoyable,
-
No Discordance, Ruin+ Surveillance, or Corrupt Intervention.
If you dont plan for early, you dont win the early.
-
maybe globally here the chain reeling in? that way you know exactly what is happening and for how long
-
They just need to make outfits for Deathslinger and some of the survivors and we basically already have it
-
you're not entirely wrong, and that's an issue. Killers don't have the choice of playing "fair" as it usually stops their momentum. The more I play killer, the more i understand this.
Survivor perks can bring things in line to stop tunneling, but why would a killer not want to do what gives them the best advantage?
I really hope BHVR comes up with some mechanical incentive so that killers can play in other ways while still maintaining pressure to push for a win.

Who's Adam?
-
balancing around instasaw's is bad game design
if all possible bubba builds have a long enough charge time, you can properly balance him without having to take into account those few addons where you just walk right behind someone and if they dont escape fast enough they're doomed
-
Ghostface is crying, tears falling through his mask, wondering why his stealth wasnt enough to triumph over the survivors as he's forced to look at them from the other end of the Exit Gare
-
Im assuming XBOX has the least population, and so the new matchmaking is attempting to solve XBOX queue times while simultaneously providing good enough quality matches through MMR.
-
If OoO is run by a survivor, you know that player, and quite likely the entire team, is attempting to make your match as miserable as possible.
-
whats so rude about it lmao? they just wanna see if they get off for the meme, people need to chill.
-
is this a filter or does the game actually look like that for you? By the Gods...
-
I really like that Idea, would make it far more personable

lmao this community is anything but manipulable, its has become massive circlejerk of "give me what I want or you hate me!"
As it was, so it shall be
-
I feel like if they pulled a Lery's and put an indicator where the gens were and opened up some more rooms then it would be just fine.
-
y'know, if it worked half the time.
-
im pretty sure its for the tall wall loops, the survivor attempts to juke you or hide, you see exactly where they go and get a free hit.
-
well they were working on Server Hit Validation, but since the PTB was a complete dumpster fire of bugs and latency we never got that far.
-
congratulations on getting what we all deserved!
-
you didnt have to be coordinated when you could instantly pop a gen and instantly shrug off a heal when damaged and then teleport to the other side of the pallet and loop your infinite and then someone's flashlight made you go blind in real life and then they go back to the infinite
-
I disagree wholeheartedly, as did the devs.
Pressure is the focal point of the game, you get chased to alleviate pressure from your team. As a killer you chase to push pressure, and you play around chases strategically
Sounds like to me you aren't applying any pressure as i've been in games where killers apply extreme pressure, and its fun and it wasnt in the days of old ruin.
-
Yeah, the slow movement speed feels sucky, but think of all the time you save when you pull someone off from Elevation.
Think Coal Tower, any hill or the Saloon. Walking up there would easily take at least 10 seconds, and then the survivor would just drop down and run. Deathslinger negates that by sniping them down, preventing Balanced Landing, and getting a hit on top of that.
-
not with Deathslinger they wont
-
They've been testing their MMR system, so sometimes you'll get very very off matches as they are trying to figure out how to get the system to work. (seems like a fools errand due to the nature of the game, but we'll see)
-
Whatever makes killers want to slug less, I'm all for.
-
X killer has a low win rate, so that definitely means they need a ton of buffs and it definitely does not mean that they are just hard to play.
