Or how about, if you don't like the way the game is going - play the game to your best of your ability. People leaving the game (on both sides) because they are losing is not the smartest thing, losing is part of the game and it's how you learn!

Without the profile of the person and proof from your ISP that your network was cut as a result of an attack there's nothing we can do.

Steam has a recent players option, try that.
Because the game is now on Dedicated Servers, this does not work with Steam any longer - because there's no connection to one another, which does raise the question of how someone can get the relevant information to attack someone else's internet.

As already explained to you, you accept the EULA - the EULA has all the relevant links to the website where the information is available (further links).
Also, temporary bans are not able to be appealed.

I don't think this is needed personally. Legacy was a one off thing when the bloodwebs were a lot tougher than they are now. Also, there's now a cosmetic store that people can purchase items from - I don't see the need to offer any new type of Prestige other than the current Prestige cosmetics. The grind to get every single character to P3 is tough enough.

It's up to players to make themselves aware of the game rules - they've been advertised quite often through streams, YouTube, social media as well as on the forum.
They're pretty much common sense as well.

It's not something I've noticed in my games, please check that your windows resolution is set to 100% - this issue does occur when it's set to anything different than that.

I love Lithe, so if I had to use 1 Feng perk that would be the one I would choose as I find it the most useful.

I play both sides and have done for a long, long time. However, it's quite funny when I'm called a killer or survivor main depending on what opinion I have with regards to anything specific from either side - despite the fact that I'm pretty unbiased as I understand the frustrations on both sides of the game.

The wiggle bar is not supposed to be a guaranteed escape, it's supposed to be only achievable if the survivors work together to effectively deny the killer the hook - for example, if someone sabo's the intended hook, a survivor runs Break Out and puts themselves at risk to protect the person who's being carried etc Or the survivor could run Boil Over which combined with any of those above makes it harder for the killer to hook the survivor.
I really don't think survivors need any extra mechanics/perks/add-ons to try to guarantee escaping from the killers grasp.

I have done, but for the opposite reasons - I don't tend to be concerned about the Streamer reactions to things but I check out my gameplay, see where I made mistakes, what I could have done differently etc.

Chat offences on Consoles are handled differently then they are on Steam - you need to report to Sony, they handle them on PSN not us.

Have you ever eaten stuffed cabbage? My mom is from Palestine and she’s cooked it often growing up. She’d blanch the leaves to soften them, put a mixture of either ground beef or lamb mixed with rice, herbs and parsley, roll them up, stack them in a pot and voila it until cooked. Moonwalking wasn't intentionally removed (I actually think you can still moonwalk in this patch), there's just efforts being made to smooth out movements in general - and losing moonwalking has been a side effect of this, whether it will stay like this I can't say because there is further testing going on.

The only way you can really counter whispers is by keep moving - whispers can't pinpoint exactly where you are on a map, only the general area so if you keep moving the killer won't be able to pinpoint your actual location.

I think blacklisting a character is a terrible idea personally and one which will lead to much slower lobbies and games.
The fact that you don't know what killer you are playing against is part of the fun of DBD and if it's a killer that you don't particularly enjoy playing against (we all have them, its Hag for me), I just try my best to do well and help my team and try to learn HOW to counter that particular killer.
Everyone has purchased the right to play the game and nobody should be punished because of the character they have chosen to play as.

My main survivor is Nea and yeah I could probably cosplay as her, although physically I resemble Kate more...but my killer main is Wraith, and I just don't have the legs to pull off that cosplay!

I think it's totally unnecessary personally, a killer can always leave a hook and if the survivors dive bomb the hook the minute someone is hooked, that's more chance to injure people and it's also people not working on generators.
Plus, in that scenario you're also giving survivors extra time on the hook - which means that the survivors have an extra 15 seconds on a generator, I think most killers would prefer to get survivors off generators as quickly as possible instead of giving them extra time on them.

Wraith for me, I have no idea why, it must just suit my playstyle - always if I have a bad streak, I stick on Wraith and I play better...I think it's probably because I'm more used to playing this killer than any other, and it really suits my playstyle.

Right now for me, it's when I go into the match and remember that I forgot to select a challenge - its especially worse if by the end of the match, I would have got that challenge had it been selected.
Guaranteed I spend the next 5 matches trying to do it 😂

Yes, this is definitely reportable and bannable under griefing - you are preventing that survivor from taking part in the game and deliberately causing them distress.

I don't think this is necessary at all, she already has a wind up time to her hatchets and reduced movement speed whilst winding up the hatchet as well as being a 4.4m/s killer anyway.
I certainly don't think she's in need of a nerf to her basekit in the slightest - I think she's incredibly well balanced, but she's pretty much map dependent, especially where LOS blockers are, as well as lockers in order for her to reload.

The two platforms are different and we currently do not have a "cross progression" system in place - nor can I confirm that one is coming, it's something that we would like to see in the game, but there's no information available as to wether it's being worked on or would be implemented.

It's not bannable by BHVR - however, this is bannable by Twitch themselves, it's against their TOS - so if you have proof of it happening, please take it to them, they are in charge of their own platform.

All killers have the same lunge distance (with the exception of T3 Myers and Pig dash) - it's just the animation that differs.

Yeah, sorry this feature is not enabled at the present time and I can't say if it's something that will be brought in, at the present time. I know it's wanted but I can't guarantee that it will be implemented.

Temporary bans are on an escalating scale leading to a permanent ban yes.

I would definitely suggest fixing that router, because as far as I'm aware that will count towards your "DC count" and could get banned if it happens excessively, not only that but you are effectively spoiling other people's games as well.

The FPS problems are to do with specific cosmetics, it's listed in the patch notes under Known Issues.
