using Goose Desktop is ban-able?
so I downloaded a software called goose desktop like in this video

I would be very, VERY surprised if it was bannable.
It will possibly trigger EAC - to be sure, you'd need to contact them.
The real question is "why would you possibly want that on your computer?". That is quite possibly the worst idea I've ever heard of.
