Yes, this is another post about NOED.

This is gonna be a long read, so, sorry, but I need to get this off my chest.

I've seen time and time again, NOED stans' counter to complaints about NOED is to "do bones" but when players ask for a totem counter, NOED stans show how much they despise the idea. (By counter, I mean a number in the HUD letting players know how many totems are left, please stop talking about Small Game, we know it's a "counter" to totems, that's not the kind of counter I'm talking about.)

It makes me think "but don't you want survivors to "do bones"?? That's what you always say! Then why are you against the idea of letting survivors know how many totems are left?"

It's not like the number will show them the location of the totems... It's the same as with the Generator Counter, it doesn't show you their location, just the amount left to repair. And you don't need a perk for it! (looking at you, people saying a totem counter should be gained by a perk).

Anyway, back to the topic. When people say "do bones", they are asking the survivors to waste time. They are telling survivors to take time away from their primary objective- or should I say ONLY objective, (because totems do not prevent survivors from opening the gates and leaving) - and running around the entire map making sure ALL totems have been broken. Because of course, it's not enough to break 2,3 or even 4 totems by yourself, because if there is a single dull totem, NOED will activate. You can't tell the survivor who has been getting chased all game because the killer won't leave them alone that they should have done bones if they didn't want to get downed by NOED... they were being chased ALL GAME! And you can't blame the teammates for using the time their chased teammate is giving them to do their objective, instead of wasting time totem hunting. Imagine getting chased for 3 minutes and not a single gen is popped because your teammates are running around. We've all had those games...

And what happens when the killer actually manages to apply pressure? And survivors don't have time to do totems because they are constantly getting interrupted, and they are struggling to do gens and rescue and heal, etc.? But then, you make it to the end, and BAM, NOED. It's like the Killer was gonna get a win from the very beginning!

Anyhow.... ultimately, this is why I don't agree with the "Do Bones" argument:

As I stated before, when Killer's tell survivors to "do bones", they are telling survivors to waste time. They are putting the responsibility of lengthening the match to the survivors. They are telling survivors "give ME time to get YOU hooked and potentially out of the game."

"How DARE survivors do their objectives and be good at chases. They're supposed to let the Killers down them! How dare they finish their objective in under 3 minutes!"

When survivors "end" the game quickly, they should be punished by NOED for not doing totems.

Ah! But when KILLERS end the game quickly, they don't get punished. When KILLERS end the game in 2 minutes because they played an insta-down Killer and / or slugged and hooked everyone at the same time, they get applauded. They get the thumbs up. They get the cheers.

When Killers camp, tunnel and slug early game, to prevent survivors from playing / getting points, and end the game by killing everyone in the first 2 minutes of a match, they get applauded because "it's a strategy". But when survivors do their objectives "too fast" and get hit with NOED "it's their own fault for doing what they came here to do." "It's the Survivors' job to make the game last 10 minutes." But the Killer can definitely end it in two minutes if they so desire.

Being camped, slugged, tunneled, is NOT fun. Not only because you are denied of play time, but because you do not get points from it. You don't even make 1k points from struggling on the hook all the way! Not even 900! You don't get points for getting hooked again after having just been rescued, you don't get points for the killer being close to you on hook for half a hook state, you don't get points for recovering on the ground or crawling... but the Killer does. The Killer gets points for doing all of that. The Killer even gets points when survivors get healed!! But the survivor who just got healed by someone else doesn't??

PLUS, even if the Killer doesn't hook anyone, even if they are chasing one survivor all game, they can still potentially max out on 3 categories (hitting, breaking pallets, using their power, chasing...). While the survivor who's getting chased, only gets boldness points from it. And the other categories? Forgotten. Left unrewarded. So the survivor who got chased all game and got downed and sacrificed because of NOED, can potentially leave the match with 8k points while the killer can leave with more than 10k.

Killers have it easier when it comes to making points, and getting them in various categories, they have the power to deny survivors points, and have the power to completely take them out of a game. So why is it that Survivors deserve to be punished for doing their objective, but Killers don't get punished for slugging or camping early game and eliminating the survivors leaving them with scraps worth of points? (Looking at you Infectious Fright Nurses and Oni's, lol)

And don't say it affects their pips because rank doesn't mean anything. One or two depips is nothing. Deranking means nothing. It is not enough to be considered a punishment. They still get more points than the survivors.

This is a game, a game where you make points that you can spend, a game you play BECAUSE you want to make points. Why would you want to wait for a lobby, to get in the game to just get immobilized and denied of getting points all match? If I wanted to do that I'd just play tic tac toe with myself on a piece of paper! How come Killers are allowed to deny survivors from playing and end the game quickly, but survivors aren't allowed to do their objective quickly??? Don't y'all see the double standard???

NOED needs a rework, all survivors getting exposed status right off the bat for doing their objective is unfair.

But I also think that gens should be a bit less accessible (I know on the 4th year anniversary stream they talked about an early game rework, so I'm waiting for that.) Survivors spawning and being able to finish a gen in the first minute of a match is unfair. By less accessible I don't mean increase their repair times, I mean like making the survivors look for an item around the map before they can repair them or maybe a 15 second universal corrupt intervention or SOMETHING. Gen rushing is a thing, not because of gen speeds, but because of maps and the ease of access to gens. I disagree with the "NOED users are bad players" mentality. You shouldn't blame Killers for "not pressuring gens" many times it's not their fault. It's the game's.

    Thanks for reading.

Killers get more bloodpoints because the cost of their add ons and the fact they can't even keep them at the end of the match. Other than that, I don't agree with anything you typed.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/192901/revive-survivor-after-mori

better change would be to require all survivors hooked at least once before mori can be used. That way the killer has to get AT least 4 hooks. Currently if there is more than 1 maybe 2 gens when you lose your first survivors you instantly lose and moris are really really good at doing that. Having minimum 4 hooks but sometimes more if you end up 2 hooking a person or two would give the survivors a bigger window to get gens done before the killer just achieves their win condition.

Then the Mori would be useless...?

  • Moris could be a great way to even the odds and you're treated to a visual, but they aren't a replacement for skill. I would think of them as tools than anything else like perks or add ons.

Okay clearly you cannot read. No where did I say I don't want to play the game in general. I think we all do. But I'm not going to play a game where a killer has overpowered add-ons, slugs, camps, tunnels, moris, etc. That isn't fun. So cause a killer slugged everyone and watched them all bleed out so I dc cause I'm not having fun, am I in the wrong? No.

Heaven forbid the killer use tools that earn them the win.

  • Just introduce killer bots then be done with it.

If I didn't DC at first look at the Huntress, be sure that I will when I notice your Iridescent Head. Sorry not sorry. Even with penalties.

That's so ######### pathetic. I ran a lot of matches I didn't want to play.

Springtrap would be perfect in every way for me. The only real problems I could think of would be what his weapon would be, his Mori, and if he is still gonna sound as a mad British guy in his stun and hit sound effects. But his power, perks, add-ons and skins could all be thought up really fast and they all could be really cool. But for a survivor? Hell no. They could make the security gal from the new game the survivor but that probably wouldn't fit right and I don't see Jeremy, Fritz or Micheal being in the game

Maybe the lady from the novels, she'd add a pretty interesting dynamic. Springtrap's mori could be a jumpscare, that'd be pretty fun lol

If I were asked awhile ago, I would say no to the idea. However, now with FNaF going in a much mature setting and it not relying on cheap jumpscare tactics anymore, I would be fine with this once the new game this Summer comes out.

    https://store.steampowered.com/app/732690/FIVE_NIGHTS_AT_FREDDYS_HELP_WANTED/

I mean, the latest project has a ton of popularity and impeccable reviews on Steam. I believe he's working with the same company who made this for their next game, which involves a literal cult and such. I'm not too knowledgeable so correct me if I'm wrong. I'm pretty sure the creator is known to be lenient with licensing and I think he'd be fine with changing up the designs a bit as well.

(Here's the other reference image, it wouldn't let me post an image of it: https://www.deviantart.com/misterfab1970/art/Stylistic-Springtrap-Render-686826438)

All the way, yes. I hate how people overlook how much FNAF has brought to the table when it came to survival horror. It was one of the games that renewed interest in the genre and I respect Scott Cawthon as a developer. Springtrap would fit in perfectly and would even challenge DBD, which is something it desperately need

  • @SpaceCoconut said:

Survivors that teabag at the gates are narcissists.

No need to change anyone's mind. It's just a fact.

"Narcissistic personality disorder involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration."

Don't even get me started on how they treat the killer and each other, in my three years of playing this game and all of gaming I think I have endured the most racism or queerophobia((I'm bisexual)) while playing DBD and it's usually when I am playing killer or solo at the hand of other survivors and I have played with some pretty ######### communities. You have four other players berating and belitting you with a crap report system. But hey---being hit on a hook is bad right?

  • Jesus Christ...this community is out of control. Why do people even entertain bad faith actors like these?

It's not about running or not into people who using things like that.

It's about people who loudly demand other side not to play certain way and who don't want to change their playstyle aswell.

Exactly. I have made the argument that we need to abolish the killer's rulebook then push for policies that would enrich the game for both sides. If anything, the rulebook is toxic. It's gotten to the point to where killers feel shame for wanting to win. The community literally bullies you due to your perk choice or killer choice. That's abnormal. I wonder why the hell people even play killer anymore.

First off, "It's a competitive game." Direct quote, from you. Nothing got lost along the way, you just misspoke.

Second... I'm not talking about just killers, I'm talking about everyone. What kind of person thinks it's actually fun to genrush? Or BM at strong areas? Or run the smallest of pp builds? The kind that thinks they accomplish something by doing it. The kind of person that thinks DbD is competitive. Is it the Devs problem that broken toys exist? Yes. Is it the communities problem for claiming them to not be broken because maybe one day they can bully other players for money? Yes.

I think I'll just call it here. Nice talk.

  • @MadLordJack said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1616833#Comment_1616833

PvP and Competitive are not the same thing. DbD isn't competitive, survivors literally have the option to win every trial, no exceptions and no real contest, not even from an Ebony Mori Nurse with range add-ons. Please dont pretend otherwise. This isn't Overwatch, it isn't Siege, it's Worms. Play to have fun, not steamroll the opposition and pretend it was skill.

And, by the way, DBD should never be competitive. That would ruin the game.

Somewhere along the line, my original point got lost but let me try again

I didn't say the game was competitive, I said it has competitive elements. I personally thinking DBD's just a sports game under the sad pretension that's it's a horror game, but that's a story for another day. The goal of both sides is to win. That being said, my post was against the idea that you had to play a certain way in order to please survivors. Placing that role on a single player that's struggling to juggle four other players is never a good thing. You should not have that responsibility. The developers should. It's the reason I am against the survivor rulebook. It's gotten to a point to where you have to literally not use certain addons, tactics, perks, or a damn killer so you won't be labeled as toxic. We as a collective should push for more dynamic gameplay that would account for both sides instead.

I think the fact that you feel you can't cut loose is a symptom of a larger problem. You have as much right to fun as they do.

    Hopefully this is clearer.

You can't have a debate. Like I said, you ran out of buzzwords to use and you literally become "kekw omegalul Scott come pls help"

You can't see traps that have been set before, they can't be heard across the map, there are STILL spots where traps become invisible or are hidden under certain textures yet to you it's not a problem because Trapper's "guesses" are weak as #########.

Killers have to guess all the time in this game. Mindgames are literally educated guesses, survivors have a third person view which allows them to cancel many tiles which killers just have to eat up because there's no way around them. You don't know how to change your playstyle and you don't want to because you want to loop your way endlessly through hordes and hordes of useless M1 killers and it shows so bad. You hate PH, you hate Spirit, you hate any killer that you can't loop and loop for 25 minutes effortlessly.

I wouldn't be adversed to killer changes provided they don't break the killer, which I can't count on BH to do. I can't say I am that experienced enough with PH to voice an opinion as I purchased he and Cheryl cause I am a huge Silent Hill fan but I do know the person you're attempting to debate with is a bad faith actor. I'd just ignore him going forward. I don't mind opposition or disagreements, but this guy seems to only be interested in riling people up or trolling.

My squad loves cool killers. We aren't toxic. We just like to play and have fun. We'll play tag, and sandbag each other when being chased, and say " you're it ". Lol. Most people play the game as if it were a matter of life or death. Granted, we do play serious at times, but not toxic. Also, the fun killers get a surprise at the end of the match, because we let the entity have us in return.

Yeah because it's a game with competitive elements, it isn't toxic to desire to win. What in the hell is a "cool killer" anyway?

  • @MadLordJack said:

Do you honestly believe that people care?

I'm sorry, but as a killer who goes out of their way to play nice... They don't give a damn. Most players, killer or survivor, genuinely don't have the presence of mind to avoid being hypocritical.

But you're missing why this is an issue...why the hell should you? It's a competitive game. You should have a rule or a guide book from other players. I think everyone misses this point and it's batty. We need to be pushing for changes from developers that ensure smoother games and doesn't put the role of babysitter in the hands of the player. Right now, only killers deal with this.

  • @leyzyman said:

there have been a good amount of people posting on reddit something like "here's an idea: LEAVE!" Recently. I am just curious?

Do you prefer the survivors to leave and get it over with, or to stay and get a little more BP using your power or finding hatch?

Stop showing off in front of your annoying death squad buddies then exit the game. I have had games where it was one sided so I hung out in the basement and checked Facebook only come to come back to a group of morons running around me. I always leave and don't troll the killer when I am survivor, I expect the same courtesy.

If I get one of your buddies and you've slaughtered me, I'll even drop them off at the gate. I mean if I kill them, I'll face end game backlash anyway. So just go.

Pyramid Head main here, he's not balanced in his current state. He needs changed to be closer to balanced and not just, "genrush and hope he's bad enough to mess up chases". The developers change whatever they want, whenever they want, to help balance the game. If you don't agree go become a dev to ensure you're calling the shots instead.

Pretty weak response. They're a paying customer and they could voice their opinions as they see fit despite whether or not you agree with them. You don't need to be a developer for that, that's ridiculous.

Solely judging by how humiliating Jason play is, from the game. I can only imagine DbD having Jason Voorhees pallet slammed, and him stunned to the ground only to be laying still for a few seconds long. (Long enough to tbag) 😆🤦‍♂️

Phew...I could tell you some horror stories. I played with some people I know and not only did they chase me around, but I was killed in front of a live audience. I think I was the first Roy Burns Jason death. 😂 Guy didn't even say my username right on stream.

Not really. The problem is, nothing is being done at all. Literally no one outside of killers take it seriously, that's why you see complaints about all the time. And their problem isn't SWF itself but rather outside communications sort of breaking the game. No one seems to understand this and thinks the issue is people wanting to play with their friends.

  • I don't care if Moris are nerfed or not. They are a good way to even the odds, but I don't agree with the suggestions that would make Moris useless. Then again that's probably the intent

Bruh, Imma need citation on that "she had it coming because she was wearing this" statement. I never heard that in a context that wasn't making fun of the idea that men are so stupid they think that's an argument you can use in court, at least in a modern context.

As far as harrasment goes, yes some people harass women sexually and that is a consequence of being attractive, but that harrasment isn't isolated to the sexual. You could be wealthy or famous and be harrased, it has more to do with the nature of having something others want or covet.

That alone shows that sexuality, and the ability to tap into sexuality as a tool in society, is powerful and invaluable, and amongst many talents and abilities that most woman may posses, just like physical strength is a symptom of Male physiology, inevitably tying the idea of physical size, shape, and power to male nature, the ability to attract, facilitate, and nurture are in the same way tied to female nature. Are all females sexual? No, and neither are all males physically strong, but those ARE the exceptions to nature rather than the rule, and they don't speak any less of those who fall into the natural trend, or vice versa

There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying that sexuality is inextricably tied to womanhood. It would be wrong to say specifically, that woman are to be sexualized at every opportunity and that they deserve to be harrased, but I'm not looking at the negative connotations of feminine sexuality like you are. I could easily say the same thing about men, that because they are considered to naturally be physically stronger that it's the reason they have harder physical and mental work loads placed on them, that they are the driving force cattle of society and that men aren't treated fairly in cases of ######### allegations, and these contribute to the higher suicide rates in men.

But then what does that say? That I think men as a general rule SHOULDN'T bare a certain load of responsibility because they are in general physically stronger? And in turn, should I look at all women as sexless human beings who should only be approached for mutual business arrangements?

Sorry, but that's not how nature works. Nature isn't concerned with gender politics, it is concern-less.

What the ######### did I just read? Nevermind gameplay feuds between survivor and killer, when are we going to discuss these reactionaries in our community? The DBD community have a big problem.

    • Tunneling because it's the most efficient way to win, using perks like NOED if need be.
    • DS/Unbreakable and Genrushing because it's the most efficient way to win.

Yes, those could be quite unfun. I have faced both of these things, but there's a difference between unfun and toxic.

Not toxic: Perks, tactics such as slugging, tunneling, and add ons.

Toxic: Holding game hostage by blocking survivors in basement, calling the killer racial slurs after a match cause he didn't play the way you like, and refusing to exit the game so you could ######### with the killer. Using glitches or exploits.

The gen speeds is more a game issue than anything, killers have crappy movement speed, bad pressure, or RNG just screws with you. This is not on the fault of the survivors who are completing their objective. NOED's designed for end game, there are counters like using a map or using a perk.

This community needs to challenge itself on how it decides how killers play, either update the honor code to be more nuanced or throw it out all together. I've seen people get talked down for even using a killer people don't like. We need to have these discussions without manipulation through shame, it's friggin weird.

  • @Moundshroud said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/186514/question-for-killers-mains

It depends. You have to understand that the Mori is a "tool" that Killers bring to deal with certain issues. It isn't our preference. We don't earn as much points when we Mori someone. The maximum hooks is three per Survivor. A Survivor taken out early loses us the chase time, the downs, and the hooks. That being said, there are times when it is necessary. In this era of the SWF, I bring a Mori quite frequently. I don't always use it. I can't tell you how many times I've had someone ask me why I didn't Mori when they see my build. I'm like, "I didn't need to do it this game."

But when I'm facing a SWF with perfect coordination, doing a serious Gen-Rush, I'm going to reduce them to 3v1 as quickly as possible just to balance things out. A Green Mori works just as well as a Red for this purpose. Sometimes I see one "superstar" carrying the whole group (and often I find it is some Red super Survivor at the end) and I Mori that person with extreme prejudice because cutting the head off a snake is a thing. I Mori for tactical reasons.

The long and the short of it is that most Killers who are no longer potatoes (I don't have the balls to call myself good yet, mediocre maybe), understand that Camping, Tunneling, and the Mori are specialized tools which get used for specific reasons. No two games are alike, and you have to be ready. A carpenter doesn't go to a job carrying one type of screwdriver, hammer, and saw. The Mori is just another type of screwdriver for a very special situation.

This explained it a lot better than I did.

  • @GoodBoyKaru said:

Ah so don't get annoyed when survivors bring keys and genrush with DS/Unbreakable because it's their job to survive.

Or remember other people play this game and we should, ya know, be decent human beings to them.

Only that comparison holds no water. There's nothing toxic about using perks or completing your objective, gen rush is more an issue involving RNG than other players. Wanting to win does not make you a scummy human being, this expectation only tends to fall on killers for whatever reason.

  • @Mekochi said:

This isn't all, just the ones I've seen. If someone isn't being toxic but being a good sport, why do you feel the need to tunnel them off hook with a Mori? Like what did they do wrong?

    Edit: Wording

The killer could be getting you out of the way earlier. It isn't always personal. Sometimes a Mori could be a good way to even the odds or catch up in a match. Nothing more nothing less. We need to get out of this attitude of equating things we don't like to toxicity.

Don't misunderstand me, I could see how that would suck.

No the majority of killers camp and tunnel. That's just fact. Read some more forum posts or play survivor long enough, you'll see. They call it strategic. But GG on trying to make it seem less than what it actually is by downplaying it as bots. And survivors have to play sweaty with how killers play. Y'all don't understand that that's a byproduct of y'all's playstyle.

I believe all the whining in the forums are players not understanding Dead by Daylight as a concept. You have counter plays for tunneling and camping. I hate bodyblocking, but the developers have provided a means for me countering it. It's more so the developers hiding these counterplays behind perks you either have to spend ages grinding for or paying for them. Yes, it's a tactic. Whether it's a fun one or not is to be debated.

You're also wrong about the forums, you'll be humiliated if you camp or tunnel here. Tell them you're a killer than run NOED then look at the reactions. The forum posters reactions depend on your posts, really. If I make a thread discussing my gripes with let's say SWF, I expect to get the same responses you'll see in any other post.

Yeah, it's a nightmare but ThEiR job Is To KiLl. People can easily pip without a single kill, but those 4 skulls at the end screen are apparently more important than actual fun.

Well, my opponents don't seem to care about my fun when I'm playing killer, thanks to ######### MM I get demolished then called a racial slur for my trouble by four other players. I think it's about time both parties have a clear and updated discussion on the honor codes killers must follow when playing the game or perhaps discuss changes to the game, I think that works better than the constant shaming in the forums. Your issue is with the unclear and weird winning conditions in the game, not killers.

You accused Killers of being bad if they can't win against swf and talk about playing with friends.

You should already know how to punish camping Killers. Tunnel gens and get out. If your team throws the whole game to save 1 guy.. well a tactic is not dumb if it works.

This. Heaven forbids that we're against players providing info to each other using coms and there's barely an efficient counter for that.

I constantly see dumb ass killer mains tunneling, camping, and down right being dumb as hell because they're mad at survivors. They constantly use gen rushing or SWF as an excuse to do these things but what else are survivors supposed to do? Doing gens is the objective, why are you mad? SWF shouldn't even be an issue. If you can't counter a well coordinated team that says something about YOU as a killer. YOU'RE bad. Survivors don't owe you easy games because you're too brain dead to do your job efficiently. Survivors shouldn't have a disadvantage because they want to play a TEAM BASED game with their friends and work as a TEAM.

You get alot of information from undying. I was watching streams and the killer was able to see the aura of survivors walking around when totem was on floor below them. I don't care about having to cleanse ruin twice, I care that the killer can know survivor locations without the survivor doing anything but walking near a totem.

I think it's a good thing, a perfect way to counter a SWF team with comms I would say. The killer do not have the same information they do so they'd be able to keep tabs on their opponents.

I don't think you've ever played solo q...imagine being so entitled that you think only about your own experience.

I play solo and I think you're whining. Do you have any alternatives? This is why devs are afraid to give killers anything meaningful or challenging towards survivors.

  • Behavior Studios just introduce killer bots already. It'll end the unproductive perk shaming towards killer, they'll play the way you want them to play, and it'll put an end to these annoying posts.

  • Having played the new killer, this post is some serious cringe. It'd be less so if it was just bait. His power sucks, it's impossible to see ######### when you're playing as him, but those perks are quite nice; they'll work better with other killers. As someone pointed out earlier, the plants with the nectar should have been part of his gameplay.

  • To be the way both parties could enjoy at their fullest, Dead By Daylight must be rebuilt from scratch or they need to decide whether or not they will be competitive. Also, they need to get rid of the delusion that DBD's a horror game.

  • I hate to be on the receiving in on whatever sucker you and your friends are doing this on, I could never do it cause I'm crappy with flashlights

Thank you! Might get on twitter just for that.

Haven´t tried F13 myself. I agree though that competition is something DBD will profit from in the end. Ideally we´d have it both ways where Jason can keep his own game and starr in DBD at the same time.

I don't even know if I could suggest it at this stage, maybe when it was in its hay day? It was so fun and there was an actual reason to rank up

    Screw Coraline.

Give us a Nightmare Before Christmas chapter.

    Survivor: Sally

    Killer: OOGIE BOOGIE

It'd be interesting, but I wouldn't want that at all.

  • This just in, killers wanting to win is toxic.

  • As much as I want to see Jason get teabagged and humiliated, I doubt we will see such a thing anytime's soon. The game starring him as pretty fun and didn't bare the same amount of stress this one did so I hate to see good competition go.

  • I can't be the only person who finds this to be mentally exhausting. I wish the developers would just nerf killers off their feet and introduce every single idea the survivors want so they'll shut up about our play styles and perks. Hell even remove add ons while we're at it. I'm so sick of the damn shaming. NOED's a tool like anything else.

  • @bredbeddle said:

It's not the fault of the killers if the meta is a certain way. Instead of wearing the king's pajamas and expecting killers to adhere to your guidelines instead of the game's, give an actual productive suggestion.

I agree with this. Your post sums up my issue with this entire community as a whole. Killers are shamed for doing anything short of breathing, but no one approaches them in good faith and make useful suggestions or ask for the developers to make changes that make these sort of plays not needed. Not that we're obligated to follow said rules anyway. Even the people responding to this proves your point. It's exhausting and needs to stop.

  • @Thatgurl_again said:

This post is asking for entitled killer mains to speak up 🤣

Anyone that disagrees with me is entitled. 😞Out of the two sides, the killers' way of playing is policed the most. They literally can't even run the character they want to play without stigma. I literally see it all the time in these threads.

Ok, so I'm a killer main...

I've played roughly 1800 hours as killer, to my 150 as survivor...

And I'll tell you this... I don't mind decisive, or bt, or any meta perks a survivor may bring. After a 3 month break, I come back and find that I'm still facing survivors that are WELL below my skill level.

I don't understand how killers are complaining. These killers that whine on here, must spend very little time playing, or they may have a learning disability... But it's ridiculous. In the 17 games since I came back, I've had survivors escape ONCE. And that was a 4 man swf, all rank 1...

And ya know what? Kudos to them! If you work as a team, and play well, survivors SHOULD escape.

Basically, what I'm saying is this... I'm a killer main, and I see ZERO reason to say this game is survivor sided. It's soooo killer sided, that if I'm playing against survivors, and they aren't being toxic... I will ALWAYS give the last survivor hatch.

So these crybabies need to suck it up and practice as much as they whine. Lol

I fail to see how this contributed to the conversation at all, who cares which side you main, your entire post was all subjective opinions and not facts. Quit posturing for kudos.
