YES. I literally don't play males because their outfits are so boring/colorless. Honestly. :/
-
I don't care either way, they are in ABC order. :/ Add ons can be annoying, but you can't really filter by what they do, so that's what I'd need more than anything.
-
Okay, I'm SO happy with it!!! I have been playing RE to see him, he just interested me since I started. But it seems every game I play doesn't have much of him. So I'm happy he's getting some screen time. I just feel like he doesn't have much story compared to others. But I haven't completed some of the middle games so that is waiting to be seen.
-
I don't mind playing against him. I appreciate killers who through how you play off, for example Pinhead/Freddie. They're actually my favorites to play against. The doctor is fun because he messes with you doing gens, or helping others, or hiding. But for some reason I run into a lot of newbie doctors who face camp. :/ But if they are thought out and you can tell the killer has experience, they can be really fun. One of my most memorable rounds is against a dr.
-
That would actually be amazing. I freaking love glyphs, but most of my objectives are done. :/
-
Better than what it used to be. There are hooks in the houses so they don't have to struggle with carrying them down stares.... and there are big open places in the middle and behind houses. If someone goes in a house tho, it's kinda hard haha.
-
I've literally never seen a Jonathan in person.
-
I honestly think some just think of it as a competition and use it as an excuse to act nasty. I honestly don't mind, I just rage a little when people don't do gens or get anything done and you just see their aura go back and forth when being chased or on a hook lolol.
-
That's really good to know about the update. I don't mind if the basic items are lost, but the event items are so important.
-
That is really good to know. I had a legion literally block 3 people into a house room. We had hidden in there to heal together, he found us and just stood there. I disco'd but I should have thought to film him.
-
I don't think that would work, I'd leave if I couldn't be Yun. She's got all my good perks.
-

Thankfully I got all the killers I care about to p3 already. The rest all have offerings I don't wanna lose like, I think one has 90 cakes or something like that.
What I'm doing right now is working on a few survivors that I like but never bothered getting to P3, might as well make use of the double BP week. I doubt the reward will be worth it but the BP was just gonna go to waste otherwise.
TBH It's probably not a good idea to prestige right now since you lose all your stuff, I'm doing it for my survivors because I have nothing on them anyway, I leveled them up for teachables, did their adept and then went back to my main
If someone had like a lot of items I don't wanna lose, I'll literally just use that character for all the basic objectives like do gens, open chests etc so I can at least get the BP from them before I prestige. All my people about to prestige are barren. I do wish we could take special event items forward though.
-
If they are extreme bullying, I literally run into a corner and stare into the sky so they' can't flashlight me and walk away from the game and do dishes or something so I don't get the wait time for disco'ing. Sometimes I will take it as a challenge, and I see that as an invitation to tunnel. =)
-
Congrats. It's hard! I've currently got Yun and Feng to P3 and I'm gonna go for Meg next.
-
So, from what I understand, take them out of a locker drop and pick them up on repeat, it counts as wiggle time. Then they are standing so you can Tombstone. I'm saving up items to get his achievements, so I'm worried about it.
-
I find the Huntress really satisfying, especially when the survivor is about to be able to hide behind something, or run into the Shack and you snipe them down. <3 That's why I main her.
-
Honestly, that would be a nice purchase from the store.... have an additional Mori would randomize which Mori you get, or you could equipt it.

Sadako by a very long shot. Her condemned takes way too long to build up and is extremely easy to remove, making it barely a threat at all. You'd need an entire build (and a good map) centered entirely around this mechanic to get at least some usage from it.
Nemesis Zombies are idiots, but they do go and harass Survivors when Nemesis is away, making gen repairs with one around very sluggish and giving Nemesis some tracking abilities (they waddle towards noise, plus you get to see when they enter their chase animation).
Pyramid Heads Torment is actually very strong. It allows him to bypass any hook defence related Perks and abilities, so once Tormented it enables him to basically tunnel you out of the Trial: Hook, then Cage to bypass DS, then tunnel off Cage since DS and BT don't activate off of Cages.
Cenobites Box gives you a passive bonus by having someone solve it - that being said Survivor not being on gens and instead wasting their time doing this Box instead. So even if you don't get a Chainhunt going, you still got some usage from it.
Pigs Reverse Beartraps are receiving a very nice buff in the upcomming chapter, which gives them a lot more consistency across the board (the Survivor team has to make 12 searches to get all their traps off now, so on average the Key is in the 3rd Box). Currently the only way her Traps are as useless as Sadakos Condemned is by having all Traps removed on 1st or 2nd Box, which is purely RNG - so she isnt as consistently bad as Sadako.
Freddies Dreamworld enables him access to his Dream Traps, which make him quite a decent anti loop Killer, so it's not very useless.
I actually have a really hard time setting up Pyramid Head's trails. Like, the survivors just kinda walk around them. T.T I'm dying trying to get his trophy.

I thought about Evil Dead but I heard and seen that it’s a kind of buggy and little messy and on ps4. But I don’t know it may be fun and it does look really cool. I also thought about Spider-Man ps4, Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes and Resident Evil Village which all look amazing and fun. I do also know that I can pick whatever sounds good to me but I thought I ask you guys for the fun and also what your thoughts on what games seem more appealing to you?
Can attest for the RE remakes, they're good. If you have to get any RE game, get Village for sure. There are two games before it, so if following the storyline bothers you, you need to get Biohazard and.... I can't recall the name of the other one, but he main guy is Ethan.

I just went against a killer that was complaining that there was 3 ds' (keep in mind only 1 ds got used and it was at endgame so he just got salty)
Are killers still upset about the existence of this perk? Because as someone who plays both sides pretty equally if not a little more killer lately, I find the perk to be at the perfect state, doesn't need a buff, doesn't need a nerf. Simply if you are chased within 60 seconds of being unhooked and then downed and picked up, you stun the killer and escape and this is only active if you don't progress the game essentially, you can't heal, unhook, do gens, boon and cleanse totems. It really is just an anti-tunnel perk, if you don't go for them you have nothing to worry about or if you do, you don't mind getting a little stun before continuing on so they can't use it later.
Ds is kinda just a necessity in all survivor builds so I always expect it and also always use it.
Dead hard, I can see why people complain, ds I don't.
Yeah, DS is just anti tunneling, that's all they are mad about. Anyways, its easy to get around. Just hit them, knock them down and chase after someone else. Get's that person out of the game for a bit, and you don't get DS.
-
Honestly tunneling isn't too bad. I just hate it when literally you get killed before anyone even gets a single hook. :/ It's a really unfun match. Mori's aren't bad, I like seeing the animations.
-
If you can't accept a GG then it's bad sportsmanship. Afterall, this is just a GAME. Honestly, even if the killer gets a 4K against us, if we had to run back and forth and it was fun, I'll say GG.

For me, its blight, because in the right hands he is just too good
Legion, because he prolongs games greatly, becasue a lot of survivors don´t know how to play against him, also i find his chase-musik annoying.
and bubba, the lord of camping
Actually I love Legions, but he can be real annoying if you have an objective lol.
I would say not to.... Nemesis, Trapper and Plague. Plague is just hard for me to beat, I know I'm gonna die lol.

It was stated and Mandy confirmed later on these forums that the reward will not be a cosmetic(piece) and not a charm.
Thank God it's not a charm. Honestly, I only use a couple charms. :/ I wouldn't mind a cosmetic, but the prestige cosmetic was kinda boring, just a bloody version of normal. Although I did like Yun's bloody hair. <3

breaking 1 million of the same exact walls for the map to be playable as killer is soooooo boring.
as survivors i feel bad for any m1 killer because yeah connecting loops on this maps is so busted
-really good map for survivors.(unless you get bad teammates that lets the killer managed to get a 3 gen on the big deadzone of the map)
-miserable for killers except nurse or blight.
If you personally don't like doors, get that kicking in doors/gens ability. It's like me, I hate looping, I got Bamboozle.
-
This is so sweet. <3 As a queer person, representation really does matter. I remember when I was in middle school, my first gay experience was Sailor Moon, with Sailur Uranus/Neptune, but they got censored into being cousins in the US. =( It could have been such a good thing seeing loving gay people in media, but instead they censored. I'm glad to see DBD, my favorite game, having a gay character. Especially since "gay" is not his personality trait, and he doesn't look sterotypical.
-
Myers - Daddy Myers, since I see so many Simps.
Ghostface - Jed. I can't get over how DBD made an original Ghostface, and didn't use an old one, it's cool.
Carmina is Bird #########.
Claudette - Blendette.
Jeff - "My Name Is Jeff" Meme
Tapp - Tappy.
-
I've legit seen Sadako use condemn only one time, near the beginning when she was released and people didn't know how to counter her well. Good Nemi's use the zombies pretty well, actually, so the'yre good. Freddie's dream world isn't bad, it keeps you on your toes, kinda like Pinheads. I feel like Pin and Fred's abilities are just to change the game mechanics around and have you racing for something other than gens to change it up.
-
I play games with friends as survivors, I don't do mic, and I don't like custom matches tho. I don't mind people jumping in my lobby. =)
-
The best doctor's I have played against were very good at shocking quickly before a pallet so you can't pallet or jump or a window. And when you're hurt they can get you that way. I only do the big shocker whenever I know two people are around to build up madness.
-
Sometimes its just a crap week sadly. Honestly, when I see Ghostface I am freaking thrilled. I think he's fun to play with, and his new music is kick ass. I try to make a point of not DC even if I don't like the killer.... but I have noticed especially if a survivor is new then they may disconnect if they don't know how to face a certain killer.
-
Ya'll realize that there are some pages left right? And most of the tome entries have had to do with the Twins, not David. His challenges may just be on the last pages. But dang he had a whole tome of challenges for him. I know I struggled through it. XD

I'd love to get sent to RPD over and over lmao! Goodbye Gas Haven!
Good God no. I've been playing for months, and just barely am getting the hang of RPD. I'm sad their are variants of the map possibly coming.....

Tenacity is really fun for that too. Just have to be sneaky with it. Killers will pick up immediately once they see Tenacity
That is a good perk, but it's like one I'd just as like a fifth so it never make it on the team. I like Desperate because I can heal myself, unhook and get people up faster.

@Barbarossa2020 said:
It's horrible, there is just so much in it, the only clear areas are around the outside of Tower.
As a Huntress main it sucks, way more than rpd. Rpd has nice corridors.
Dude, I'm a Huntress main and I KILL on this map. Lots of open space to throw, and lots of door way/windows to aim at to think where survivors are going.
-
Seeing as she is my second main, I'm happy for it. And it's cute! I like mismatching the outfits.
-

I mostly approach it as a PVP game. I'm trying to win and optimize it. What's fun for some people isn't fun for me and vice versa. Games usually solve this problem by having quickplay and competitive options. DbD tries to take a one size fits all approach and nobody is really happy with their teammate/opponent playstyles or skill levels
Honestly, I like the randomized approach. It feels very.... horror gamey I guess? Sometime you get a nice easy match where you can basically farm. Sometimes you are literally fighting for you're life and regretting changing your fourth perk to try something else. I think it keeps us on our toes.

I have 2 takes on this
- As a killer I would never do this because it's so boring and I want to chase people even at the cost of losing, I honestly do not care about winning that much to spend the game looking at a survivor on hook
- As a survivor I do not mind it if the killer does it, I do mind it if my team then proceeds to do nothing instead of split up on gens and then try to save at the last moment once we have 2-3 gens done, the game can be saved and even with bt / /ds the camped person can get out with some fun plays unless there's a mori in play, but not punishing the killer for the free gen time seems like such an idiotic thing yet it happens all the time, even when there's Kindred on someone
I totally agree on point 1. Even if I lose, I want to chase and get blood points, and find other survivors and have a bit of a struggle. It's no fun just sitting their staring. It's like playing a game but just staring at the pause screen, it's about as much fun.
-
Like, I totally get camping on survive with friends, or like, you are swamped with a gang of flashlighters or something. But to literally grab the first survivor you see before even a single gen is a completed is just lazy killing. I get that it's legal in game, but it's just a really horrible, un fun strategy. Like, the whole thing is this is a game. By camping you are literally not allowing 1/4 people to play the game. It's basically like body blocking in a room.
-
Yun, then Feng and then Meg. Although with Haddie coming in, that might change soon, she looks cute as hell.
Huntress, Twins, then Clown.

That's fair enough 👍 I know a lot of people who do that
Heck yes. I'm all about collecting. Plus, you may need to play them for their tome anyways. Just makes it easier.

If the slug timer is reduced, then slugging becomes super viable and you end up with more slugging.
That was my thought. Slugging is annoying, but that's why I run Desperate Measures. It gets people up quicker, especially if more are hurt. If you don't want to lay there, you can crawl to killer so they can find you. Or be vindicative like me and crawl to a corner so if they want to play that way, the killer has to wait too. =)
-
I like to get about 2 gens down before I start messing around. It also kinda depends, if the killer is really good I like to get more gens down in case people start dying left and right. But especially if its a slow, killer isn't finding anyone type of match I'll mess around and get cleanses, or maybe give them a chase and hook.
-
I just happens. I got the cornfields like 6 times in a row one night. I was very tired of corn by then. I wish they had like a little meter, like higher chances of a different map if you haven't played it alot. Like, I LOVE Eyrie but I am lucky to get that map. :/
-
Honestly, if it's like that, they literally are just camping hardcore, I sometimes disconnect. :/ I mean, I'm there to play a game, if I'm not playing and just pushed in a corner, it's not fun anyway. Or I just kill myself on the hook by failing checks depending on how campy they are. If they want to camp, they are going to get a very short game, I'm just not going to play with you. If they kinda come and go and not face camping, I'm more tolerant.
-
I don't see anything wrong camping on 5th gen, or during end game. Especially if you haven't killed anyone. Killers have objectives to, and sometimes they include killing or sacrificing. :/ Camping is only annoying if you do it on the first hook and literally won't leave and it's beginning of game. Like, give people a chance to play lol.
-
Honestly, this game has given me so many hours of gameplay, I don't mind spending money on it. (Keep in mind I'm a big Playstation discount gamer lol) It's a game and they actively do new events and chapters and stuff, they deserve the money. If you want free, you can basically get the basic pack and play and not buy add ons.
-
Honestly, I think it's a good Perk for Killers. Survivors can kill a Hex, why not vice versa? If you don't like it, just don't run the perk. But as a Booner, it makes my heart cry.
-
Honestly it would be a really fun thing to try. But I doubt it will happen, seems like it would take a lot of work.
