I've played a few matches against her. It didn't take long for me to get bored of her because she just feels like another Anti-Looping killer, which I'm not happy about. Because those are incredibly boring and annoying.

I disagree with your tier list on the following:
Nurse is broken but she's not extremely game breaking plus she's not easy to pick up at all. It is for that reason Nurse is S tier and not SS!
Spirit is nerfed and no longer top 3 or 4th! She went down because of the nerfs.
There is no D or E (F) tier. There simply are no killers that are that bad. Your killers are lower than what they should be imo.
Why do you think there are F tier characters? What determines a character that bad to you and why do you think Myers and Legion are there in the first place?
I could honestly place Nurse on S-Tier. But I choose I give Nurse her own tier simply because I think she's on a slightly higher level than the S-Tier killers. As you can see, Blight is on top of the S-Tier. And that's because he has good map pressure, he's good in chase, his power has good synergy with perks, and his Add-Ons are good. And Nurse is better in chase, she has an equally good map pressure as him, her power synergies better with perks, and her Add-Ons are also good. And that's why she's in SS and not S-Tier.
Spirit is still in the top 3 IMO. I think people overreact to her nerfs, you just have to play her a bit different. But I agree that she did go down after the nerfs. But she only fell under Blight IMO. Besides, her Add-Ons are still really good and she has good synergy with many perks.
And I actually believe that there is a D-Tier and an E-Tier. D-Tier is basically the bottom of the C-Tier, but their strength is so low that they aren't even near the others in C-Tier. And E-Tier is basically "These killers need a rework because of how weak they are". Myers is an M1 killer and once you're injured, there is really no point in healing because of his tier 3. I mean sure, he has great Add-Ons, but he will probably get his Tier 3 after the second gen-pop because he's just staring at you for like half of the game. And it's not difficult to loop an M1 killer, especially when it's so easy to tell if his Tier 3 is 99. And Legion, oh boy, his power basically does nothing. He injures you and runs away. Then what? You mend and start doing gens. And if he says, he will have a long fatigue that gives survivors quite a lot of distance. And then he's just a worst M1 killer than Myers.

It's basically a permanent but weaker Ruin. That kills any synergy with Pop and Eruption, which is unfortunate.
80% normal regression means -0.2 c/s or 5 seconds to undo 1 sec of repairs.
It's a pretty underwhelming perk, tbh. If it were 100% it'd still just be decent, but it being 80% just kills it.
Fun fact. I actually decided to give it that 5 seconds window before regressing, just so you would be able to use perks like POP

I hate him mostly because there really isn't really anything you can do in a chase with him. He is not a strong killer, he's just way too oppressive in my opinion.
Like, if you're in the open you're dead, if you're at short loops you're dead, if you vault a window you're dead, if you fake the window you're dead, if you fake and then vault you're dead, if you drop a pallet you're dead, if you don't drop the pallet you're dead, if you vault a pallet you're dead. And is really no reason to dodge the knives, because he has 43 more of them.
And his design doesn't fit in DBD. And he laughs. Oh god I hate killers that laugh at me xd

I honestly have more fun when I play killer. Because whenever I play Survivor, it's always a sweat fest and I just get those annoying killers (like half of the killer roster). And if I get a fun killer, then the player is a complete #########. But the worst thing is when I face a frustrating killer, like Clown or Trickster, and they are also complete #########.
But when I play killer, I can chill. I can meme and have a lot of fun. And on top of that, I can play Huntress, my favorite killer by far. And getting those snipes, there's nothing more satisfying in this game.

Yea, Surge should definitely activate on special attacks. And I would also love to see it have a shorter cooldown. Maybe 25 - 30 seconds instead of 40

I mean, Trickster and Yun-Jin are like the Legion. They're not particularly good, they are just perfect for cosmetics. And if what they have now is what Korea's use, it's pretty easy to make outfits for them. Just give them a flashy chicken suit or whatever and it will be pure fashion.
(That was a joke btw)
But I think the reason why they have so many cosmatics, is because they're both just good characters to make cosmetics for. Just like Legion.

Killer perk:
Regular Perk - If a generator is not being repaired for 5 seconds, it will start to regress automatically at 70% of the normal regression speed.
Survivor perk:
Boon Perk - You can recover from the dying state as many times as you want when you're in the boon radius.

Why was quick-scope issue? It's not true there wasn't nothing you could do about it.
It wasn't hard to predict, if you ever played him and you could react to it with Dead Hard, because of travel distance.
Issue was ADS fake nerf, there you were #########, but now you have ADS walking instead...
Deathslinger has limitations other ranged killers don't, so why was it so bad to have something good other ranged killers don't too?
He is less unique, more clumsy, less fun and just worse. There is no reason to play him now, unless you like his hat.
ADS reduced FOV and sensitivity is terrible and any FPS player can tell you that.
I think it was an issue because I don't think "guessing" and hoping that he will miss is a good counter. Because it was really easy to not miss his shots. And whenever you faced a good Deathslinger, there was no point in even trying to predict him. Because he only shot if he knew he would hit you. But I agree that he feels less unique and more clumsy, less fun, and worse. I also agree that the sensitivity when is aiming is terrible. And yes, I do like his hat :3
I honestly never saw him as a range killer. More like a Limited-Range killer, like Pyramid Head, Nemesis, etc.

I mean survivors can literally spam heal, stun the killer for ages, and escape the trial at will.
But probably the one with the better gaming chair.

You have to get the Merciless result. It's much easier the lower your rank is. If you're the lowers rank, you can literally get Merciless with 2 escapes. That's how I got Adept Ghost Face xd

I'm not sure about that. Like, what would his power be? He's basically just a normal person with no real talents. He's just a guy running around killing people. And that's not an interesting concept for a killer, sorry
I guess he's a bit sneaky and hard to catch. But we already have a killer that is literally based around that.
