A killer's vault is 1.7 seconds.
A survivor's fast vault is 0.5 seconds
A survivor's medium vault is 1 second.
Bamboozle and Fire Up reduce the time takes to vault.
A Wraith, when cloaked, has addons to boost the vault speed. (Not sure by how much)
Michael Myers at EW3, has the fastest vault of all killers. (Not specified)
I haven't personally tried this build, but I think Myers EW3 with Bamboozle and Fire Up (4 gens done) will have the fastest vault, atleast exactly equivalent to a survivor's fast vault, if not faster. -

I believe the event will be extended and there'll be news about it soon. Many players, especially on console were affected by a bug wherein they couldn't collect the nectar because the vial icon didn't appear on the top right of their screen. Their progression was stuck for 2-3 days. Some of my friends still need to fill up their vials because of this issue.

The hatch only spawns when the number of generators done is equal to the number of alive survivors + 1.
So, if 4 survivors are alive, the hatch will spawn when 5 generators are completed.
If 3, then 4 generators need to be complete before it can spawn and so on.

I play both sides. I don't think survivors have stopped playing survivors because of the nerfs. It's just because of the event objectives that many survivor mains are now playing Killer to earn the hallowed costumes before the event ends. Also, if they allow players to harvest even after completing the vial objectives, so that players can use their offerings and farm bloodpoints, it will actually solve matchmaking issues in a way tbh.

Also, players who think 'dedicated servers' are going to solve all the matchmaking problems and lags, they've clearly misunderstood. I cannot spend my weekend praying that the server doesn't get DDoS'd, and doesn't go up until two days, because the devs are not working because its weekend for them, too.

Majority of the players have this issue on PS4. As for the fix, the bug still existed as I was playing before 1:30 PM EST, but after that it suddenly stopped happening and I played like 8-9 games after that and the bug didn't occur again. My guess is that the devs fixed it.
But don't worry, we will raise your issue with the devs again to solve it for you too. -
