Mori with PH would mean you could kill them on death hook regardless of torment status. Not entirely worthless.

The Gateaus do not expire, so you don't have to worry about the event still being active. You'll be able to use them any time.
There's likely going to be more people using them while the event is on so they'll be stackable. Saving them for after the event will just be using a marginally better BPS.

Literally all moris need is to make them only work on death hook. I wouldn't mind seeing Ebony moris go away forever, but making it so you can't get tunneled off hook and removed from the game immediately would be a huge step forward.

"Take advantage of the bug!" is such a disingenuous thing for them to say. As soon as more than one person brings a cake you are losing out on BPs. If you don't bring a cake and one person does, that's more BPs you're losing out on. Fix the bug, extend the event, give us compensation.

I distinctly remember being able to switch killer >< survivor in the lobby as long as you weren't actively searching for a match or in an active lobby. Not sure why it got removed.

It's a bug. They're basically working like escape cake/survivor pudding but 140% instead of 104%.

They gave out event exclusive cosmetics to everyone. This is saying they will not do the same for legacy. Some folks lost them due to bugs so the devs are saying they aren't handing them out to everyone.

e: more seriously, 140% personal is not good enough when we could have up to 520% BPs. We've all been missing out on so many BPs that SOMETHING needs to be done to compensate the losses here.

Meanwhile the only times I've seen this offering used, I haven't received any of the bonus BP at all.
It's only giving bonus BP to the person who used it. If you don't bring one you don't benefit from it.

You have to grab the crown and escape/finish the match with each character that can unlock it. If you did it on a licensed character you got nothing.

They're only giving out points to the person that brought them. If you didn't bring one you get nothing.

No additional BP on PC either. Had a match where two people used them and neither of them granted extra BP.

I always get annoyed when I pull a green key out of a chest. It's completely useless to me for that match.

Playing killer is infinitely more stressful. I enjoy the gameplay of that side more but I do not enjoy the endless bullying and rudeness, plus the toxicity in endgame chat.
