running small game will teach you to know where the usual spawns are for totems.. so you won't need it in the long run. hex ruin at that rank will also teach you how to burn through it so when you get better it will be no biggie for you.
as others have said bbq can be countered--- hide in a locker, or behind a gen or run in 1 direction and after 5 seconds go in another.... or be lucky enough to be out of range of the perk.
btw small game is really good for countering trapper and hag which are played around that rank. if it goes off while in a chase you know not to run in that direction because there's most likely a trap that way.

But no; I don't think the Killers and Survivors see eachother outside of trials. Keep in mind: this is torture for the Survivors; the Entity gives them the ILLUSION of hope to drain some of their life away each time they die.
This is not a game to the Survivors, and they don't pal around with the Killers. They are terrified and get maimed, tortured, killed, and wake up at the Bonfire to do it all over again.
And the Killers (most of them, not all) are almost mindless. All they have is killing. All the heard is the Entity whispering in their mind to kill and murder and maim. They are not normal people. They are disturbed or outright insane (Trapper, Nurse) or just cruel (Legion & Doctor)
I would love to read more about the wraith and nurse love affair as portrayed by their valentine cosmetics.

I don't deny the is an issue on the survivor side too, the point is, would be nice that something is done to encourage both sides to use more variations of perks.
I wish the rift was the solution to this. There could be more challenges that ask a survivor to survive using a specific 4 perk build, and killer get a 2k using a build that doesn't involve meta perks.
Instead we are getting tedious challenges that ask us to repair 4 gens. 🙄

If people are intentionally DCing so you lose your items... they will just wait for that threshold to be over and DC or bring franklins and DC after you're hit.
I still think it's a good idea tho.

Mind you, Spirit and Nurse weren't heavily nerfed, but Legion is getting gutted, meanwhile the only nerf to survivors is coming up with Balanced Landing.
don't forget the shadow nerfs pig seemed to get often the past few updates.
but yeah.. survivors constantly getting nerfed while killers getting buffed. Seems legit.

agreed... just because she has red hair doesn't make her a Meg. She is far prettier than Meg and has more delicate features.

I pretty much always play solo. I hate having to feel like I was carried... or carry a teammate just because I'm on coms with them. Plus people on coms are distracting... constantly yapping and distracting me.
Some games are good... some are terrible.. but that's the way it goes.

The reason they changed spirit before doctor is because she was unfun to play against and just broken. The community was complaining about spirit needing changes more than doctor, so the devs changed the spirit. Now they can work on making the doctor more viable.

The spirit was bad for the overall health of the game. They do need to buff wraith, pig, doctor, cannibal, and legion, but they weren’t actually hurting the overall game. Now that they have fixed many of the largest issues with the overall health, they can buff the weaker killers to make them more viable. If you really want a change to the weaker killers, everyone should be asking for them. But the devs focused on the things the community was asking for the most, a spirit change. So now if everyone asks for a doctor buff, the devs should be able to come out with one. But you cannot tell me that everyone wanted a doctor buff more than a spirit nerf. The spirit changes aren’t even very bad, they fixed most of the issues.
This reasoning is very flawed... because next killer to complain about will prolly be Freddy and his chains/jump rope add-ons... and if people ######### and complain loud enough Doc's rework/update will get pushed back even further.
We were told Dr was up next. They should deliver that. This just only reinforces if you review bomb and yell loud enough any other items that were pressing will get overlooked to shut up the loud mouth babies. Did Spirit need to be looked at? Absolutely... but come on.... The lower end killers need attention desperately

I know of one person who does this on Xbox if the killer is "winning". I have no idea how he does it...but he does... I played with him once and he was able to tell me my IP address, and all the fun info that goes with it. He then lagged the killer during the game and laughed about it.
If he can do it, I'm sure others can.

My survivor games yesterday sounded a lot like this. I was getting tilted I switched to killer and memed. I felt better.

I may be wrong, but I believe they said that with ECG hatch grabs would be too powerful?
