Honestly, just revert all the Pig's nerfs and she'll be golden. None of them were needed (except, arguably, the endgame nerfs - but then you could just have the timer slow down when someone is trapped).

Perhaps Adrienne could repeatedly stab the survivor before plunging the knife into the head and Seraphine could make a design with blood on the ground next to the survivor with their blood?
I like it! Keep the ideas coming!

My question is the Mori? what would it be? Would it be different for each sister?
I haven't really thought of specifics, to be totally honest. The idea's open to everyone!
In general, Adrienne's mori would be more focused on raw, brute force. Multiple, coarse wounds. Maybe even broken bones, I dunno. Seraphine's would be more efficient, or elegant. She'd make the murder look like art.

I can’t see this being added because of balancing issues. If the killers play smart they would just camp a survivor while the other one pressures the survivors at the gens. It doesn’t even require that much coordination.
Actually, Lucid can't camp. A survivor who isn't in the camper's dream could just run up to the hook and save them, and then neither would be in the camper's dream. Don't worry, I thought of that!

My friend made a point about one sister Bamboozling a window while the other sister chases them. I think I'll keep that in there for the memes.

The lobby system as it is now would not allow for two person killers, at least not yet. That and this killer seems kind of weak, so they wouldn't be very good for high rank play.
Given that the multiple killer glitch existed, it is entirely possible for two killers to join the same lobby. Lucid would be a great way to turn that glitch into a feature. It'd be nice to clarify this with a dev, though. @Peanits (sorry but idk who to ping lol)
As for Lucid's strength - individually, both of them are among the worst killers in the game. That's the point. You can't rely on the strength of your killer - you have to rely on coordination and teamwork. That is Lucid's power. The ability to spread out and apply double the map pressure of a normal killer more than makes up for their individually lacking abilities, in my opinion.
If you were to buff Lucid, though, how would you buff them? I'm interested to hear your ideas!

I. Rules of Conduct
While participating in the Game, you also agree to comply with certain rules of conduct that govern your use of the Game (“Rules of Conduct”), for example you may not:
[...]
• Use or distribute “auto” software programs, “macro” software programs or other “cheat utility” software program or applications.
The email states that developers may ban certain tools at their own discretion. It appears that by default EAC does not care about macros. The EULA however specifically mentions that macros are not allowed.
You are thereforce breaking the rules by using macros and are also encouraging others to do the same
It might be beneficial to get a mod in here to clarify this. The use of a macro doesn't give you any advantage, and I actually did end up breaking my spacebar by struggling. I had to rebind it to right shift.
(Yes, I tried the "set it to mouse scroll down" trick. Doesn't work for me, and I have no idea why.)

I will say one thing - a player who relies on Ruin is a bad player, and a Killer who relies on Ruin is badly designed.
Not because Ruin is overpowered. Not even close. Corrupt and Pop do its job far better. It makes you bad because if a survivor is actually affected by Ruin - if it forces them to run around the map looking for the totem, or they lose all their progress to skillcheck after skillcheck - then you would likely be able to beat them without it.
Hit great skill checks. If it's that hard, run This Is Not Happening and 99% heal yourself. Or, you know, just spawn next to the totem and cleanse it.
Ruin OP, btw.

Edited title to be more eyecatching ^-^

The lucid is "1 killer for 2 players" in Op's version. Thus resulting in adrienne, seraphina and the other killer in a 2v8 match. Though one of the girls might need to be coded to share freddy's dreamworld" for optimisation purposes.
Most 2v8 possible rulesets i know feauture the "no same killer rule"
On the issue of matchmaking, there is already a spectator slot which could be used or shows that the lobby could be tweaked in this chapter.
Also, the lucid either assigns a random sister when picking the lucid or simply both sisters join the killer roster and you're simply matched with the one you arent playing. Heroes of the storm uses the latter system for their "Cho'gall" hero.
There's not much holding back this kind of killer, except maybe lobby ping. Which should be fixed with servers.
It's still 2v4, but yes - Lucid is a two-player killer.
As for how two people would be matchmade, well, I'd imagine it to be somewhat like a killer version of SWF - a Steam friends list pops up, and you invite someone to play. You both choose a different sister, and then go into the lobby together. If you don't have anyone readily available, I would actually recommend just putting two "Lucid" players together instead of an "Adrienne" player and a "Seraphine" player. Then, in the lobby, you wouldn't be able to ready up (as in, the timer won't start) until both have chosen a different sister.

Offtopic: What would you think about a 2v8 in which it isn't possible that tow people chose the same killer.
I think that people would pick Nurse and Spirit instead of Nurse and Nurse. :P

I mean, with the way killer is set up, it couldn't work now. Since killers can only go solo with the current mechanics.
Maybe if you could kill with friends, this concept could work. I'd love to see Legion be able to have multiple people as them too. Since it makes sense lorewise.
What specifically? The only thing I can think of is that survivors would never win a chase, but Lucid avoids that.

This would be interesting... but I think that with the current setup for killers, that this would be hard to work with. I'd like to see it pass though.
Why would it be hard to work with?

I'd find this hard to rank in terms of power. To me, it seems like he's meant to get his lunges off via sneaking up to people, but if he still retains his TR that'd be kinda meh. The instadown might balance that. Dunno. Depends on how advanced the free-roaming AI is.

Seems like a really nice killer, and a neat concept. I'd would surely try out your killer if they were accepted into the game, but I doubt I'd have a friend to play with at the time I'd play her. Also if you're interested, I have a killer concept idea I made myself; I'd love to hear feedback, even from a creator themselves. So if you're interested please check it out. It's called "Child's Play" or "Chucky" I think you can guess 100% what it's about as well.
Could you link it here?

I've got a killer idea that allows two players to assume the killer role, without being stupidly broken. Check it out here ^-^

It's not the 2v8 that we crave but it's probably the only one we could get in this game.
Beautiful and brilliant concept, a new game mode in the guise of a new Killer/Killers. It is very creative and gives each Killer 2 Survivors but also switches those Survivors after every hit which is genius. By switching from 1 Killer to the next it means that they can't get oppressed by 1 and can only be downed by the other, skill is very important from both sides and not just a free for all, which everyone wants.
I would most definitely be playing Seraphine mostly as she suits my preferred play style, she's elegant, lethal, and mysterious, simply gorgeous. Also, I love that you made them French, beautiful people, I love checking them in at work(I work at a motel).
Thank you! ^-^
As a Pig main, I totally agree with you. Stealth is a lot more appealing to me than brute chasing, but I understand how some people think chasing is more fun. That's why, when I come up with ideas, I try and make them versatile instead of just straight-up powerful.

Edited the original post to clarify that the Lucid is played by two people.

Thats why i said offtopic when talkingabout 2v8 😎
(Also from personal experience in identity v, camping and doubling up on a single survivor leaves 7 (!!!) Survivors on gens, which quickly ends in a loss for killers.)
Fair point lol

Oh right, friendlist intrgration, totally forgot. Well there should be a "random stranger/potato" button at the end of the list 😁.
In the default gamemode 2v4 they wouldnt be allowed to be too powerful either, compared to killers who have to go in solo ("Op killer, pls nerf)
Offtopic: I hink such killers would be best if there was the always discussed 2v8 mode. There both sisters could have powers that matched huntress or billy tier, and have secondary powers to place traps/etc in the other sister's world.
I get why people want 2v8, but it would encourage unfun playstyles. One killer could facecamp while the other runs around, you could end up with two Nurses, looping would be impossible if both chased you at once... etc. Lucid was designed so that individually, they are tied worst killer in the game. Awakening is a very small boost of power, and that's how it was intended - their strength is that they can double up and coordinate to spread effectively twice as much map pressure as one killer.

Sounds like it would be awkward if you have to switch to the other sister right after hitting a survivor with another sister. You could be in a map like Coldwind and the two of you are at opposite ends. The survivor might have enough time to heal up with a medkit to counter the killer, unless I'm reading this wrong and you switch stances between killers instead of controlling 2 individual killers. Also, the stealthy sister sounds very vulnerable to getting looped forever to survivors with good communication and awareness.
(My browser is being weird, so if this posts multiple times, sorry.)
Lucid is intended to be played by two players. That opens up a lot of communication potential, which could offset some of that. 2v4 would be kinda overpowered even if both killers were just basic M1s, so I had to give em some counterplay and weaknesses.

Oh, I didn't make this clear enough, apparently. Lucid is intended to be played by two people. And yeah, large maps would counter them pretty well... but they counter pretty much every killer. Also, I'm sure there would be a way to coordinate efficiently, especially with comms.

Interesting concept.
Its a good twist on killer teamplay. Although 2v4 might ne too much for some potatoes.
I guess adrienne players get matched with seraphine players, depending either on csmetics or the killer chosen ( first chapter that releases 2 killers)
Might have misundestood something but wouldnt it be a bad situations when one sister cannot do anything because all survivors are with the other. I think the stealthy seraphine might get overwhelmed if she'd have all four on her (being slow and only having stealth).
I was thinking more that when someone clicked Lucid, it'd pop up with an invite list similarly to KYF's menu. Then, you could invite a friend to come and play the other sister, and start a lobby with both of you as the killer.
Yes, it would be a bad situation if all the survivors are in one domain. Both sisters need to be able to get hits at about the same rate. Lucid's power is almost entirely based on coordination and teamwork; Awakening is just a slight bonus. Their real power is that they can split up and deal out more map pressure than they could individually.
-
@SkaRiot said:
Could you explain what this sister domain thing is? I don't understand what happens when a survivor gets switched between domains. Are the domains 2 sides of a map or do you have to switch killers on the spot once you hit the survivor?
Think of it like old Freddy's Dream World mechanic, except that one killer is in Adrienne's Domain and the other is in Seraphine's Domain.
If Ace is in Seraphine's Domain, then Adrienne is invisible to him and he is invisible to Adrienne. If Ace is in Adrienne's Domain, the reverse is true. That is essentially the only difference - the map is shared, it's just a matter of which killer can interact with which survivors.

I've got a killer (killers) with a second power button here, if you wanna check that out.

I mean, I like the change. Getting to keep eight stbfl tokens has been helping my games out.
Okay, so it fits your playstyle, and doesn't nerf you. Not my point - it nerfs the Pigs who run other perks like Third Seal, and removes synergy with them.

Your argument is that one (small) upside in exchange for at least five downsides constitutes a buff. I can't really see how that isn't a bait.

Maybe we should limit the amount of pallet he actually has and maybe by looking at the pallet, if it is a dream one we can simply destroy it?
If you think it's a dream pallet, you destroy it by throwing it down. Being able to remove them just by looking at them would remove their entire purpose.
-
@JAWS_BDSM For the love of all that is good, please don't rework Pig. Please.

@GrootDude said:
This isn’t a nerf, you can now hit the obsession without losing STBFL tokens. :D (actually gives me a reason to ambush people)
And in exchange, you can no longer:
- Gain STBFL tokens
- Gain Remember Me tokens
- Apply Mangled with Sloppy Butcher
- Down Exposed survivors in one hit
- Apply Blindness with The Third Seal
One upside, five downsides. The Exposed downside could also be expanded to count once for every Exposed perk. If I did that, then there would be eight downsides.
-
Guys, please don't go after the devs for implementing this change. They opened a feedback forum for this very purpose - feedback. No need for hate or insults. They're trying.

I just had a game where a DS-running Claudette ragequit, and then got angry at me for "deranking to bully and farm low rank survivors."
Rank reset happened yesterday.
-
The thing about STBFL is that it lets you place your traps closer together, which means you end chases faster. It's not about chasing with 110% MS. Ideally, as a Hag, you want to get a hit with one trap, and then have that survivor run into another trap as soon as you're finished the hit animation. With STBFL, that animation is reduced, which means (as previously stated) you can put your traps closer together and end chases ludicrously fast. In my opinion, it's one of her best perks, up there with MYC, NC and M&A.

Here's an idea from a friend of mine.
- Rework toolboxes to be sabo-only.
- Introduce Jigsaw boxes into the map regardless of whether or not the Killer is a Pig.
- Jigsaw boxes will now give repair toolboxes to Survivors who search them. Each toolbox is enough to complete one generator. Each Jigsaw box (Trapped survivors still have to get their trap off before they can get a toolbox.) (Franklin's Demise will make the Survivor drop this toolbox, and they'll either have to run back and get another one from the Jigsaw box or find and pick up the one that was dropped.)
- Generators can now only be worked on with toolboxes.
Reasoning:
- Pig's stall is a little luck-based at the moment. This will make it more consistent.
- Genrushing (basically just optimal survivor play) makes it so any non-Nurse Killer (and sometimes even Nurse) can't get more than 3 hooks before all generators are done. Survivors are not at fault for playing optimally and crushing the Killer, but when games can be over in less than five minutes, that suggests imbalance. Heavy imbalance.
- It requires you to search for Jigsaw boxes before you have to just hold M1. It also allows for mindgames on both sides - the Killer has to choose between patrolling gens and patrolling boxes, which means the Survivors can try and trick them into patrolling the wrong thing.
- The above point also encourages teamwork against a Pig. Survivors will not be able to see Jigsaw boxes UNLESS they have a trap on their head. This means trapped Survivors can lead other Survivors to Jigsaw boxes, potentially cutting down on time wasted searching.
Please respond to this with logic and reason. Don't tell me "oh you just want free wins killer is ez" or "this is overpowered and killer doesn't need this buff" without giving a proper argument.
