  • I never got to test Ashy Slashy after the patch yesterday, is he still bugged? I noticed they patched Ash's head movement so the killer can see if he's looking backwards now...typical they fix that but not Ashy Slashy being bugged.

When this was a bug, I actually had more fun on killer. Getting stunned didn't end Bloodlust, it didn't give survivors a free easy no skill blind and it still stopped you.

Bloodlust doesn't belong in the game as it's currently designed.

Yes. He will become a she, much like the genderless legion....

Your going to grow breast! Oh hang on

.no no! NO! THATS JUST an over weight old man. My mistake.

Can you see a chubby male Jane happen?

& who the better counterpart then ash.

    Ash already thicc

the reason he dose not look the same in game is because they use a lower resolution version of his model for the game to stop the game from lagging its the same for all the survivors and killers, if you put there model into a modelling program like blender and put it the highest setting they all look really good.

here is a vid from Skemooo looking at ash in blender

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fL9CD-k4vFQ

Yeah i use blender myself for my thumbnails and stuff, i still don't think he looks right, definitely needs some tweaks like i'm sure all survivors will be getting with the graphic reworks. If interested here's how one of mine looks.

Aside from that, i just want them to fix Ashy Slashy and i'll be happy xD...i've done so many bug reports about him and just go ignored unfortunately

  • @QwQw said:

I don't really think Ash needs a remodel.

He's the one licensed character that Behavior was actually able to use the likeness of the original actor for. And in my opinion he looks pretty good.

I just wish he'd get more outfits. There are so many from the show that could be used.

Hmmm he definitely doesn't look like the second image ingame. Have you seen his design for Evil Dead The Game coming out? He looks way better than in game Dead by Daylight. But yeah I'd love his funeral outfit from season 3.

  • I've got about 100 of these clips. It's Victor & Deathslinger as well getting shot around objects etc..just bad servers.

  • These servers are just terrible. I played Gears 5 the other day and got 18 ping. Even playing Apex Legends I get 30-50 ping. This game is minimum 70 ping for me every game. Not to mention all the bugs on top of that...I think they need to invest in better servers other than these "Amazon Game Servers" they're currently using because they're just bad.

  • @EngineerDispenser said:

Have the same issue as you in a different spot.

Had a Cheryl and Elodie abusing this exact bug just a little bit ago.

My guess is the survivor attempts to position their hitbox in a way where the killer cannot pick them up.

    // cw: strong language

Edit: Included the part with Cheryl attempting to do it.

Yeah it's like if they put their heads inside of the object you can't pick them up

Like... you SHOULD be able to make it somewhere within 12 seconds... I guess I get why people are roasting you about 12 seconds not really being enough anymore, but there honestly are scenarios where 12 seconds doesn't seem to be enough time. I think if you plan out your chases well enough, 12 seconds should nearly always be enough, but I've definitely had matches where I got hooked in a corner dead zone, and to get out of there I have to bypass some random debris (no pallet), a hill, and then get to like... a pallet gym with the pallet already gone LOL

I mostly only feel like 12s isn't enough in the rare cases where the killer has STBFL and has several stacks of it + being forced to run in dead zones.

Despite that, I don't really think the nerf aspect of the change to BT is that bad at all, and the buff is incredibly good and far outweighs the bad. IMO it's more an issue with how maps tend to spawn now. I played a game on Suffocation Pit where the shack side of the map had a hill on one side of shack, and a complete dead zone on the other side with a gen. And when I mean dead zone, I mean DEAD ZONE. There literally weren't even more than like... 4 or 5 trees. I even took a clip of it but I may have deleted it recently to clear up some space. Whenever I play on Wretched Shop I also notice that same issue- there are so many spots on the map where there is just absolutely NOTHING to work with, and yet there are hooks and gens over there (thus requiring that you end up spending time in those dead zones)

Your Suffocation Pit game is exactly what happened to me and it is why i made this post. Wretched Shop, any new coldwind map, Suffocation Pit & Gas Heaven are literally awful for tiles.

    Long response.

12 seg is a lot of time. the terror radius mechanic was bypassed by 50% of killer.

On a lot of new maps it isn't a lot of time.

  • @bm33 said:

I love that it goes off no matter what now, it's helped a ton against the killers that could have no terror radius or ones that could return to hook quickly from a distance like Hag or Spirit. Seeing endurance pop up with old BT wasn't needed to tell me the killer was close, I could hear the heart beat and in many cases see them to know they were close if it was a situation where BT would activate.

The player unhooking should be going for a safe unhook by trying to distract killer if they're nearby/returning instead of relying on BT to save you. If killer is after you instead of the unhooked you could also bait out a hit before BT runs out to give you the speed boost you need to get to a window/pallet.

No but sometimes with some terror radius the indicator did help is what i'm saying. You can't really bait out hits anymore with it because they just follow closely behind you then down you, unless you can make it to a window and force a hit...which is why i preferred the old one because it worked as intended and having the extra 3 seconds really mattered to reaching windows/pallets.

  • I agree. I know a lot of people who have stopped playing the game due to laggy hits. Unfortunately there's a lot of ignorant people who also want to say "just get good" "play safer" when they don't understand that you can't time anything correctly in this game against a lot of Killers because of the bs hitboxes. Yet they want this game to become a tournament competitive game when skill only comes into play 40% of the time whilst the other 60% is broken hitboxes.

  • @BrokenSouI said:

Is 12 seconds TRULY NOT long enough to get to a safe area....? Or is it survivors being obnoxious and trying to body block and take a hit for someone..? Because I see aN aweful lot of people trying to prevent me from a hit. Then get a surprised Pikachu face when I wait it out and tunnel them out of game. Instead of giving them a smack and letting them run

On maps like Suffocation Pit when you're hooked in the corner. No it isn't...definitely not enough on Coldwind either. Majority of the time of it happening is someone going down by trading with me then the Killer just follows me and downs me at the 12 second mark.

Yeah but i'd rather just not look at rank or pips...

  • @TruffleTurtle said:

Omg stop whining. You act like this was on purpose. It's probably just a bug that will get fixed within the next couple days. If they were changing rank again they would've announced it. Also idk why u would have to restart nothing else should of been reset. Just be glad u didn't play when rank reseted like this on the regular

I played when Rank reset would put you back 10 levels. Honestly it just made the game more unbalanced and the grind even more stupid. It's a poorly designed mechanic to give people false sense of achievement.

  • They should just remove the rank system all together and just implement a background skillbased matchmaking because all Rank does is PISS people off. Just becomes a total bore fest when you get to rank 1...here's 1 depip from a bad game then 1 pip to rank 1 again, then let's reset you back to rank 9 because of a buggy rank reset which you're supposed to only go back 1 colour...but here is 30k bloodpoints for our inability to Rank Reset people that we've been doing for 5 years.

It's getting to the point with these devs that they really don't know what they're doing to run a live service game.

Honestly, whenever I play WGLF, I just include it in my regular Build. But I guess, WGLF and BT together are fine, the other Perks as you like.

You can go full bonkers on Protection Hits and include Mettle of Man as well (and a good Medkit), but you basically have to throw a game to make MoM work, lol.

Maybe they should just got BT stacks so it's in line with BBQ & Chilli instead of using WGLF to gain stacks from unhooks because i find it a pretty useless perk slot, suppose it's a good anti-slugging perk

  • Yeah i got double reset from rank 1 to 9 on Xbox Series X.

  • I'd be happy if it was just reverted tbh, not bothered if it doesn't work against a handfull of Killers, i dont think it was really an issue.

  • Give us the DBD mobile mechanics of Bloodmarket and individual survivor XP for perks.

  • People sweating their cheeks off for Rank reset tomorrow probably why, not the only one having bad games then i have days where i'm unkillable lol when you have bad days you want some redemption so you play and try harder and still get killed and it's usually the bs hits that tip you over the edge too

  • @Seraphor said:

Conversely, if hit validation favoured the survivor, you'd be constantly swinging at survivors thinking you should be landing hits, and you'll miss. Every. Single. Time. You would have to try to run through the survivor, to make sure you land a hit where they're going to be in the next couple seconds, instead of where they are currently on your screen. Which is impossible, because of collision. You literally will not be able to gauge whether or not your hits will land, you will actually have to predict the future, and killer would be unplayable.

Hit validation has to favour the killer in order for the game to work.

Latency will always be a factor one way or another, because of physics, we don't all have super robust, instantaneous connections. The current system is the best one available.

People will keep making these threads, because they don't understand this.

They're using Amazon Game Servers which are literally trash. Also saying hit detection should favor the Killer is just a poor excuse to be rewarded a hit from bad counterplay. If a Survivor makes the vault or times it perfectly to get around a wall just in time (for example a Huntress Hatchet hitting you behind a wall) then why should that Killer get rewarded the hit...even I can tell when i play Killer downing people through pallets and behind walls is just bad design...there is games like Apex etc where you can get shot behind objects but that occurs VERY rarely, this game takes it to a whole new level.

  • It's not just laggy hits that's the problem, it's mechanics like bloodlust that effect the hits quite a lot. As well as Power bugs trying to reveal ghostface and nothing happens...it's probably just bad servers...i've never played any game where my minimum ping is at 70 every game....

  • Feel like they won't patch this till they do a Character remodel or something.

  • Tbh i think most projectile Killers are very poorly optimized for the games servers or something because all of them have stupid hitboxes, Huntress being the worst but Trickster is so rng if he hits you or not, even through solid objects his knives will hit you and if you stand still he misses you, sadly it gets to the point where you think it's never going to be fixed so you can't time anything properly in chases anymore. That goes for a lot of Killers, i have a folder on my pc from 3 weeks with 50+ BS hits from getting hit midair on vaults etc...

Funny you read the Amazon Gamelift quote for Dead by Daylight (which is the servers they use) Saying "Dead by daylight benefits from Amazon Gamelift keeping up with it's fast paced gameplay. Yet every game there's a stupid hit.

  • Still bugged after 4.7.1...please fix this, would like to use a cosmetic i paid for without it being BROKEN.

  • hmm, i played 2 PC Blights after the patch today still hitting me like a J flick so i don't think it's gone, i heard it's a Z flick now or something.

  • Blight on Authaven maps is literally the worst. I'd rather play stealth killers on indoor maps than play against him. He's supposed to of had his turning nerfed and still he's hitting 90 degree angles come out of a lunge.

Honestly what does take skills in this game? Do you think running around in a circle as survivor takes skill? Even when I first started this game as survivor a couple gameplay videos was all it took for me to loop killers well. This game is not meant to be competitive it’s meant to be fun that why it does not have an Esport. You are not meant to survive every game or 4K every game. Players in this community need to learn to have fun and stop worrying about winning every game.

The reason why this game get's so competitive is the stupid rank system. Losing a single pip and dropping to rank 2 just because you have one bad game literally just frustrates the F out of you and in turn people start to get toxic because they get frustrated. Tbh I always say this game is Killer sided just for the sheer amount of Bloodpoints they get from doing nothing really, then as a survivor i'm escaping, doing gens, totems, unhooks, running, healing & getting the odd pallet/fl save...here is 20k points. Even with WGLF it's nothing.

I played against a Blight today. 1 guy dc'd from first chase, then he kills 2 of us on first hook & the third guy dies 2nd hook. Here's 21k points vs our 6-8k.

The most fun I had on this game was the Chinese new year when we were all getting so many more bloodpoints from completed gens and stuff...

  • Ever since the animation patch, every hit for me just seems ridiculous. I don't want it to be precise all the time but i'm getting lunged hit off a nurse as i'm dropping a pallet and going down from it...

I really don't know what the hell they've done to Doc either, every Doc I play against feels like they move at 120% speed and his power feels so bugged out (i get hit outside of his shock therapy or I don't get hit inside of it) I really don't know what's happened to him but since mid-chapter his speed feels off.

It's ok. Nothing amazing...i'm annoyed Ashy Slashy is still bugged and has been for about 6 months. I noticed I had a weird chaser emblem bug at the end of one game against a Doc too but not sure if that was just random as i escaped and didn't get a emblem when i ran him for the amount of lucky break which he didn't lose track of me, not sure why lucky break buff was nerfed before we even got some proper testing.

The maps kinda suck with how bright they are, still getting frame drops on a series x on some maps too...seem like some of these little bugs in the games are just never going to go away, they may be little but they're annoying when they occur. Plus protection hits are still wobbly

So last night my ritual was be chased for 2 minutes as Felix my Felix is level 5 but I accepted the challenge. I replaced one of my killer challenges hoping to get a different killer one and got heal 3 survivors which seemed odd to me as you would think they would want me to stay playing killer right now but whatever I switched over. Blight was first game and really sweaty one too slugging at 4 gens and rushing to hook like a spirit with her phase. Speaking of 2nd game was a spirit we all escaped so she did not know what she doing. First spirit I have seen that didn't phase to hook though.

That's strange, i never get survivor challenges -.- it's like the game knows and trys to force you to play the other role lol but yeah every Blight has the exact same playstyle Tinkerer, Ruin and then Snowballing hooks...with that weird J flick exploit they've been doing.

Yeah it isn't the most fun counterplay. He is much less annoying than Bubba or spirit imo, but still not great

I think because of some Dead Zones on some maps, Bubba is horrible to go against since he can just instant down you if you can't find a tile. The yeah Spirit who only has one counterplay really which is Iron Will + Walking. I think with Trickster you do get more time to get away from him but he just catches up much faster now, they need to nerf his knife basekit amount, i think he has enough knives for 8 health states...Huntress doesn't even have that.

  • @IWasLeft2Die said:

Lots of Bubba, Spirit, and trickster for me honestly. (Midwest USA)

Yeah the new matchmaking when we finally get it is supposed to have individual rank for each Killers, that's why you can't swap your killer when queuing anymore

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2146535#Comment_2146535

None of what you're saying is ever going to really happen in a solo queue game or even majority of red rank games.

Well I am unsure at what skill level you personally play vs, but I play vs survivors who do this all the time. Its not uncommon for these strats to be used vs me when I am a killer and when I play survivior hence why I know they are thing you can do. In any sense, then this is your chance to understand what I have said and employ these "rare" strats, and then killers will fall for them consistantly (even though you are just using red herring fallacy.)

Survivors have to be efficient as possible to actually try and win since most Good Killers these days can actually pressure a map that well that no more than 2 gens can get done. Not to mention the amount of Dead Zones and about 3 hooks per tile. This game is not Survivor sided and even the bloodpoint amount suggests that.

No they don't, they have to be efficient as possible if they want a game that literally lasts less then 3 minutes. If at optimal play, even a nurse has issues (nurse would still win likely however or at least draw unless the survivors did everything humanly perfectly).

Some Killers I escape against and if they get no kills also end up with more points than the whole survivor team. DS is rarely used now as well because that got a stupid nerf so Killers barely slug anymore anyways.

See it was after you said this I am starting to think you are a new player. Not seeing common strats vs and as killer, and now not understanding how the emblem system works?

Anyway, conveniently I have already argued this and refuted this point in another thread. You can find it here:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2143285#Comment_2143285

But as you say "recklessly slugging loses games" which i've never heard anyone says, the Killers that slug (which btw is probably one of the most powerful methods a killer has to gain pressure) are the ones that generally win games easy as well.

Likely because you don't understand the optimization for killers at all.

The killers that ensure hook states are the ones that win, killers can slug all day but they won't get anywhere if the survivors just ensure they're teammates are being picked up and in fact this would constitute to the killers lost and they basically would be allowing survivors to regress chase worths of time for no reasons.

You haven't even attempted to refute my above argument, so you can refer it to why this is.

Yeah let's have over altruistic survivors triple healing while one person is on hook or running from killer = 0 gen progress with the possibility of ruin being up as well so there's more pressure for the Killer.

This is a fallacy, strawman, no. Refer to my point AND quote me with your response otherwise I am just going to ignore this point as I already argued it and you are outright lying.

Seems you really don't understand how pressure works in this game in the top ranks because all you're dishing out at me is theoretical situations and scenarios.

Ironic considering you think slugging is absolutely amazing and also I am in the top ranks but the funny thing is the argument from authority fallacy you are using doesn't even make sense as rank doesn't mean anything but play time in modern day DBD. Its not even known what the mechanisms for match making are currently.

Just admit MoM is a terrible designed perk because everyone else pretty much agrees.

Yup, totally agree with that. Although don't know why this is relevant as it has nothing to do with neither of our arguments. I never argued it was a good design.

It's not about having to go out your way for Protection hits it's also gifting the Killer more health states which also gifts them more pressure...

Already gave the reasons why this is not the case, and why survivor is coming out better in this situation if you actually decided to read what I said.

and like I said Protection Hits only have a chance to work if you're standing by another survivor, they only really work when someone if being carried to one of the 3 hooks per tile that we seem to get in every map now, which btw also renders even MORE survivor perks useless.

    This is just bs.

You also seemed to miss my point when i say i've got to run the same 4/7 perks. Trying to run other builds that don't include Borrowed TIme & Iron Will seem utterly pointless because there's too many perks in the game that require about 2/3 other perks to actually get any use out of.

You seem to miss that point THE BASE SURVIVIOR KIT IS GOOD ENOUGH WITHOUT PERKS, hopefully you actually read that now that it is boldened.

This is a issue with killers or survivors, they're are a great deal of not viable perks but this is for both sides.

What's the point in running a perk like Flip-Flop or Buckle Up when there's busted Hook RNG in the game. Yeah let's also try Tenacity, Unbreakable, Soul Guard or something...another useless perk build that would probably work once in about 10 games,

I have no clue what RNG has to do with anything nor is it busted for hook escapes. If survivors could consistently escape hook this game would have no killers. That would be a better version of Deliverance at base.

or let's run prove thyself and then get the Killer camping and tunneling because we "gen rush"...you see my point here?

Yes, because that is the optimal play when every gen is done in 3 minutes. Its either camp a survivor and force a kill/drawed game or outright lose.

It seems to make no sense to waste your time running anything else because too many niche perks in the game require a stupid playstyle or have a 1 in 10 game chance to actually be effective.

They are powerful in specific situations. That's they're entire purpose. That's why DS is one of the most used, as well as unbreakable ect.

And DS IS one of the most used perks because it is useful even though you don't think so because you are new to the game or just not good at it.

"ThE bAsE sUrViVoR kIt Is GoOd WiThOuT pErKs" the fact that you think that is hilarious, let's see how well 4 random survivors with no perks would do in every game.......

It's like you're trying to make it out that perks shouldn't exist for Survivor because let's all have the same playstyle and repetitive gameplay.

The fact you don't even know how bad the "protection hit" detection is on the game just shows you don't actually play survivor.

Also DS USED to be one of the most used perks in the game. Now you barely see it or even see an obsession in games because no one wants to use it anymore since the nerf.

Also you're literally just sounding like everyone else on the forum with every argument..."you must be new to the game"...the fact you think Slugging isn't a strong play against Survivors just shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. Some Killers can end the game at 5/4 gens just by slugging...

  • @DerpyPlayz said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2145533#Comment_2145533

You didn't once bring up the fact that it requires to also take 3 health states to even get a use out of it, which then requires a lot of time to heal back up if you're not using a Purple Medkit which btw making a perk that's only really good with a purple medkit or communicating with players is bad to be in the game to begin with.

That's because typically you get alot more value out of protection hits alone, in turn making up the 3 hit condition for the perk.

For example, if you take a protection hit that happens to save a survivor from hook, you basically in the process gain back two of those hits as now the killer has to hit whomever again wasting one of they're hits. They also need to redo chase which assume the survivors are competent can take a while, meaning now you are making the killer further negative in time, AND you fulfil a condition for the perk in turn later able to be used at key moments whenever you feel like it to tank through whatever the killer is doing for some major disruption.

Again, it rewards you for doing actions that you should not be rewarded for (taking any form of damage), and even if the person got hooked (which is bad play on your part as what was the point of the protection hit in this case?) you still fulfil a condition.

Healing is quite fast as it takes 16 seconds at base with the default survivor heal rate, and two survivors double it to make it 8 seconds. Which in turn, very much so simply for playing with a group of people (which is common, at least on pc due to groups such as the Official DBD Discord) would make healing back not such a issue. Then again, you are assuming you even want to heal due to the fact then typically gens are priority and therefore you can heal whenever you want as its not really a threat to be low health unless you are poor at chases.

The fact you're also saying "you could never slug in any situation" is entirely situational because you're making it out that EVERY survivor would run the perk.

Its clearly implicated that if this perk was around with those ideas proposed that is true IF anyone has the perk in the game, and even if it wasn't that is how killers would feel. Always worrying it is and it could be and that would pressure killers just by being a change in the game.

I'm tired of running the same 4/7 Perks in the game to really get any use out of it and most Killers lately don't slug because they don't really have a fear of DS or if they do slug then it's just a build /playstyle they set out to do, why not give survivors a counterplay to that build other than Unbreakable and actually swap up some different playstyles.

Then stop using the same meta perks, survivors don't even need them to win because of they're base kit being the best in the game and they all have the same great base kit. If your issue is "I have to use these same perks" then that's just not correct. You are choosing to use the same x/7 perks for reasons unknown to me.

This second part is silly, the reason a killer slugs is both subjective and entirely situational. For example, I think it is a good idea to slug if someone unhooks next to me after I just hooked someone as they likely do have DS and I don't want to eat it if I have no reason too. The amount of time it takes away for you to get stunned by DS can be game changing entirely based on the situation so I find this assertion it doesn't matter comical.

There is builds for slugging but unless you are nurse, or a absolutely cracked A tier killer they aren't very affective at all because slugging doesn't do anything but waste the survivors time and its completely reliant on the survivors to take advantage of the missed hooked opportunity's when it happens, and also punish the killer by ceasing to heal and instantly do gens after picking up a survivor. Its like you don't even understand you have to optimize slugging for when it specifically wastes survivors time, adds pressure or has a unique condition its fulfilling.

IE: Slugging for a end game 4k so the last survivor doesn't find hatch.

Recklessly slugging is a surefire way to outright lose.

I've used MoM for about 20 games straight and had it activate once with actively taking protection hits about 60% of them weren't rewarded to me because of the score system not recognizing i took the hit for a survivor next to me who was being chased. In doing so I also had to pull myself away from the objective and putting myself in the injured state.

That's your fault for using a perk with a specific niche incorrectly. Its to reward smart play during situations in which you save/help survivors in need.

Its not to recklessly try to fulfill its requirements just for the potential of being a 3 hit down survivor.

Also can't believe you don't find Spirit Oppressive, you must play against some pretty bad Spirits. I'm constantly against, Ruin, Undying, BBQ and Stridor Spirits who actually know what they're doing.

No, Its just as said before its a mindgame. If you know what you are doing you can literally make every situation she uses her power a 50/50 chance for her to guess where you are and that is a issue because that makes her power involve luck and as we see time and time again luck will make or break your power.

Suppose you're happy with the meta the way it is and will continue to just keep the game boring and stale.

Nope, if I was happy with it I wouldn't be highlighting the issues with both survivor and killer. There does need to be balance changes, but right now the game is objectively survivor sided and adding more clutch perks for survivors is just a bad idea.

None of what you're saying is ever going to really happen in a solo queue game or even majority of red rank games. Some Killers I escape against and if they get no kills also end up with more points than the whole survivor team. DS is rarely used now as well because that got a stupid nerf so Killers barely slug anymore anyways. But as you say "recklessly slugging loses games" which i've never heard anyone says, the Killers that slug (which btw is probably one of the most powerful methods a killer has to gain pressure) are the ones that generally win games easy as well.

Yeah let's have over altruistic survivors triple healing while one person is on hook or running from killer = 0 gen progress with the possibility of ruin being up as well so there's more pressure for the Killer.

Seems you really don't understand how pressure works in this game in the top ranks because all you're dishing out at me is theoretical situations and scenarios. Just admit MoM is a terrible designed perk because everyone else pretty much agrees. It's not about having to go out your way for Protection hits it's also gifting the Killer more health states which also gifts them more pressure...and like I said Protection Hits only have a chance to work if you're standing by another survivor, they only really work when someone if being carried to one of the 3 hooks per tile that we seem to get in every map now, which btw also renders even MORE survivor perks useless.

You also seemed to miss my point when i say i've got to run the same 4/7 perks. Trying to run other builds that don't include Borrowed TIme & Iron Will seem utterly pointless because there's too many perks in the game that require about 2/3 other perks to actually get any use out of. What's the point in running a perk like Flip-Flop or Buckle Up when there's busted Hook RNG in the game. Yeah let's also try Tenacity, Unbreakable, Soul Guard or something...another useless perk build that would probably work once in about 10 games, or let's run prove thyself and then get the Killer camping and tunneling because we "gen rush"...you see my point here? It seems to make no sense to waste your time running anything else because too many niche perks in the game require a stupid playstyle or have a 1 in 10 game chance to actually be effective.
