  • There are a lot survivor sided maps, but the Coldwind ones are the most clear example.

  • It's very good with hag.

  • Hag, but only in third person...

  • Ok maybe I should have watched the entire season before starting this thread, but after a nule interaction between the Demogorgon and Steve in 7 episodes I didn't expect to see a plot twist in the last episode making more sense for his presence in DBD. xD

  • I don't blame anybody for using OP offerings/addons/perks, but I don't like it, some are very unfun and unfair for the opposite team, ebony moris are unfun and unfair for example, Iridiscent heads too, specially in good huntress with laser beam accuracy and exploiting the hitboxes, redhead's pinky finger too, and any of those addons combined with an ebony mori is simply an abuse. From the killer side, two or more people with instaheal, the damn key (specially if you don't have Franklin's demise¨), more than two toolboxes (genrush over9000), an organized 4 man SWF with Sabo, etc.

  • The hag is the best killer for using ruin (in fact it's one of her perks), you can put 3 traps near the totem and usually the two or first trys for cleansing it result in a trap triggered and and your surprise spawn, hehe.

  • Both are toxic, but the survivors have more ways for proving they are, so they seem more toxic. The only toxic things a killer can do for being toxic is camping, slapping you in the hook, shacking the head when they down you or tbag only with pig and ghostface. The survivor can Tbag after a pallet, starting to heal themselves after a pallet for scoffing you, waste your time hiding, following you and annoy you with the flashlight for taking your attention, vaulting a window/fence for annoying you and make you chase them, failing intentionally madness cure when you play doctor for taking your attention or simply annoy you (happened to me yesterday), and before the endgame collapse, waiting you in the opened gates for tbag you.

  • When I'm playing as killer and two DC I usually let the two remaining survivors win unless they are toxic after two hooks each one. When I play as survivorr and it happens I go towards the killer for being hooked and suicide, sometimes they become friendly, I like that ones.

  • I've bought all without money except pig, Freddy and Myers. The people who spent money in killers buyable with shards will regret in the future when they won't know how to spend the shards, and spending it in BP is a bad deal.

  • The best loopers choose Claudette because they know they are the first target for the killers due the hate towards her. She has a passive perk for taunting the killers with their mere existence in the match, so she carry flashlight and loop the killer while the rest of the team do gens. xD

  • Why Jane's one is the only buyable with shards?

  • jMy0vLj1TMMK.jpg

    IT'S NOW GOODHAM PRESCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111oneone

  • And suddenly, SC is a bad perk and nobody use it and use pharmacy instead, or you are becoming pros suddenly or you lie, I see a lot of SCs and almost nobody using pharrmacy.

I use SC because I like to heal myself and the medkits are spent quickly except if they are the good ones, and also i usually skip them in the bloodweb, specially the expensive ones, and what about Franklin's demise? Which is a pretty popular perk in killers, and ALSO the medkits prevent you from using other accesories such toolboxes or flashlights. Sorry but the handicap of healing myself more slowly worth it, considering the drawbacks of using a medkit.

  • The EGC is way more fair than before it was implemented. Now, the one who find the hatch first, win, and even in that case, when the killer find it first and close it, the survivor have a minor opportunity to scape if he/she manage to open a gate. Before EGC, finding the hatch first as survivor was a win, finding the hatch as killer ended up being that horrid and ridiculous battles of patience called "hatch standoffs" (in my case I simply let survivors scape when I was the killer, I don't like to waste time only for getting a 4K), it was unfair, because finding it first as killer didn't mean a win, only a hatch standoff.

  • For survivor:

    S tier: Coldwind

A tier: The rest except Lery and The game.

    B tier: ...

    C tier: ...

    D tier: ...

E tier: Lery and The Game.

    For Killers:

S tier: Lery and The Game

    A tier: ...

    B tier: ...

C tier: The rest except Coldwind.

    D tier: ...

    E tier: Coldwind.

IMHO it is way overrated. It makes absolutely no difference against good survivors because they will notice the change in your TR and realize you have M&A, which then changes their strategies. I really don't ever find myself falling for the smaller TR because if you suspect the killer has M&A you just make an extra effort to track them visually or by some other means (Spine Chill).

The only killer who gets actual tangible and consistent value from M&A is Myers, and that's mostly because of how it combos with Dead Rabbit. His TR is so small at this point that you can actually get the drop on good survivors if you understand LOS and survivor's perspective.

Hag and Spirit can get some value from it too, to a lesser extent, because they have already a small TR. But even then it can be countered by good positioning and awareness as survivor.

But for any 32m TR killer, M&A is a meme to me. Sure it may help against the 90% of survivors that are trash at the game, but against a good survivor it means nothing. I honestly laugh whenever I see a normie killer run this perk because it's an absolute waste or a perk slot.

Following your argument almost all the perks are bad because good survivors know how to deal with them. Also, I won't consider a bad perk (or overrated) a perk that work against 90% of the survivors as you said...

  • I use it with all the killers I play except ironically the doctor, which is the owner of the perk. In fact, I use the opposite perk with the doctor, Distressing, due the synergy with treatment mode.

And being able to see how weapons look when playing

The Wraith Grim Tidings sickle clipped into his hand during the animation for example. The new wooden knife for the Clown Pucinella outfit clips into his hand always, I haven't checked it for the midchapter patch yet however

These issues are extremely easy to notice and that no one bothers to fix them before release where people then spend real money on them speaks volumes about the devs priorities

Bonus: The Pucinella outfit clips with itself (mask into collar) when the Clown turns his head in the lobby

And the hair of the new pig masks clips into the hood of the basic trenchcoat and the hair of the old pig mask is seen suspended in the air when using with new outfits. They need to adapt the outfit for not having such issues, it's paid content...

  • I don't like it, but it's almost mandatory to use it if you don't want to see two gens done before the first hook, specially with killers which have low map pressure.

  • That offering is only useful for causing fear in the survivors, they think you are using a mori when they see the secret offering.

  • He went to buy a box of cigarettes, as son as he come back you'll have it in PS4.

    End of the report.

I was a pre patch default Legion main. So I know there was counterplay i've seen it in the game.

I don't say that the Legion was not op - with certain addons loaded, but not every Legion had play his character like that and if the addons are the problem, why looking for more?

I usually tend to watch YouTubers that are a help for me and with that I mean, that they show me how I can do something.

To listen to someone, who's not explaining how to do something and is instead just arguing about something he finds unfair or op, is just a waste of time, because it didn't help anyone, besides the people that have already their opinion made (so that they can say "here look that guy says exactly what I already said!").

So Legion mains don't know what argument have to use for defending that unbalanced and badly designed mess which was Legion and the new argument is a massive conspiracy of experienced players who only want to please their youtube suscriptors, blaming about Legion... Ok...

Legion had the dubious honor of being designed considering the only the fun of playing him/her without considering the fun playing against him/her. The most unfun to play against for me, over the top, worse than Doctor or Hag, which is saying something.

  • I agree with the OP in all except in his defense of Legion moonwalking, that's an exploit and not fair at all.

  • I think Kindred is the only perk that should be baseline and only when playing solo, I hate when I go to unhook somebody and the other ones unhook him/her or the killer is camping, a waste of time and unnecesary risk.

  • NO.

Now is an antitunneling perk, the old DS was a free save with 0 counters except slugging or dribbling, being both very boring tactics.

  • I would settle with a better hidden spots (near gens or not), sometimes the hex totem is so visible that only need a big neon sign with an arrow pointing it and saying "here is the hex totem" for being easier to find.

  • For Amanda's Letter is better to just remove the reductions of RBTs and Boxes.

"But that would be too OP"

and? there are more OP pink addons (Iridiscent Heads, Judith's tombstone, Redhead's pinky finger, etc.), it's an ultra rare addon and won't be new to see another OP pink addon.

Its a 1000% crutch perk and the fact you can play the whole match without getting touched only to get obliterated by NOED is a joke. The killer has to do nothing but suck to get instadowns at the end is crap. I play killer about 75% of the time at this point and onlybrun NOED when I'm running chill games where I'm trying to get everyone points and show people where my totem is at the end. You're being rewarded for being bad and it needs a rework.

If you are not touched the whole match and you are touched and downed at the end is your fault, why you don't stay untouched at the end too? Also, always the same, your argument can be expressed for the opposing team, why if you have played bad as survivor and downed and hooked two times and you are downed again and the gates are opened you get a health state and speed buff with adrenaline?

  • I dont want a male pig skin, but I want more cosmetics or at least outfit colours for her. Ghostface broke the curse of "licensed characters don't have cosmetics (without considering leatherface masks)" so add some cosmetics for the pig and other characters, for example a true captain kirk mask for Myers, no the weird mask he wears.

Camping amd tunneling have been a complaint since the game came out and the devs refuse to do anything to help it. Also overpowered add ons and offerings that further destroys whatever passes for balance in this game will also never change. People complain about it all the time and its always on deaf ears. Your friends are smart.

They did, but what they did is not enough.

They made an emblem penalization for staying near a hooked survivor. Not enough because a lot of killers don't really mind the emblems or getting higher ranks or maybe they don't even know about the new penalization.

For tunneling they reworked DS for making it an antitunneling perk. Not enough because it have only one use per trial and because you need a paid characters for unlocking it unless the stars are aligned and you see it in the shrine of secrets.

  • Because killers don't use items.

They could have done an addon or offering. And yes, insta-blind that can be popped mid-chase is very powerful.

The instablind is easy to avoid due the sound of the firecracker when being dropped. I avoid the 95% of the firecrackers, also they can be used only once per trial.

  • Because killers don't use Items...

And the firecrackers are not powerful.

  • I think it's because the anniversary. There are a lot of people playing killer for farming. The survivor waiting time is almost instantaneous.

Maybe if the devs finally fix the laughable amount of BP that survivor get in comparison with killers it wouldn't happen.

  • So they removed the hair physics only because some people with potato PCs can't handle it instead placing a new graphic setting? Using a sledgehammer to crack a nut, again.

  • I wonder why they don't simply put a slider in the settings to select the volume we want like almost every other games...

  • As I have seen in this game and other games, some people say "GG" despite the game have been a trash game with DC's, use of moris, use of keys, etc... They say this automatically without considering the true meaning of GG.

  • And locker heaven too. Is there a map with more lockers? There are even a zone with about 6 lockers together.

Only good for the huntress as killer.

  • I agree.

Why I must wait for a scrub to find the hatch or tbag me at the gates.

  • Why some people say playing stealthy is useless and assume the people who play that way is doing nothing and just hidding?

I'm a stealthy survivor and I do gens and approach to a hooked mate when it's safe to save him/her. I don't know why I'm useless for the team.

Of course there are people who hide all the trial waiting the dead of their mates and get the hatch, but they are the immense minority.

  • By the way, ironically this perk is bad for the doc.

  • No, it's very used. Myers and pigs use it a lot. I like to use it as Freddy too.

  • Yes, i can use obsession perks as killer without wondering if the survivor is also using DS. That was the main reason why I didn't like to use that kind of perks as killer.

  • I played 4 trials as survivor today, 3 safety pips and 1 pip, playing as good as before the patch, before the patch this would be 4 pips or maybe 3 pips and 1 safety.

I supose i have to start playing like a regular looper if I want to pip, which I don't like.

PS: I have played solo, for clarification, I suppose in SWF is more easy to pip than killer, as always.

  • For me is more easy as killer now, because I play stealthy as survivor and I don't get enough survival and boldness points for a pip...

  • As survivor I usually get a black pip because I play stealthy insteand being a looper, so almost no chase points for me = black pip.

    This is bad, yes.

  • Flop Flop is OP, I hope they will never release that perk in its current state. It's like a perma-DS.

  • I'm happy, one of the last trials I played I catched a suvivor in less than a minute and slugged her just in case, then I hooked her and at the end I saw she had DS. It's delicious to counter DS without tedious actions like dribbling or slugging and there are no more free scapes for nothing as was happening before the change.

Also, now I can use obsession killer perks without wondering if the survivor also have DS or not.

    DELICIOUS.
