Both sides sometimes decide to be toxic for no reason. Killers do the same thing.
But it's more frequent in the survivor side, I don't see so many killers nodding or hitting in the hook as survivors teabagging at the exit gates, not even remotely.
-
I agree.
They ruined the MMR since the last changes, they did that only because tryhard players were complaining about getting very hard matches so they reduced the top MMR so we the average more casual ones are mixed and matched with that kind of people and this is making me have Vietnam flashbacks of the old rank system. I'm even considering staying afk some matches with some killer and losing for reducing my MMR like as usually did in the old rank system.
It have no sense to implement a change to benefit only the 10% of the player base.
-
Considering the huge amount of levels I've raised in a lot of characters I can assure that the RNG is not truly RNG.
If you get Tier 1 of one perk the possibility of getting the successive tiers of that perks increases.
-
Consistently - Bubba.
Sometimes - Trapper. Sometimes the survivors step on a trap when the chase just started.
-
The main problems are the map sizes, generator placements, the abundance of safe loops/pallets and survivors spawning next to a generator.
A lot maps are too big and have the generators next to the edges of the map, also the main buildings of most maps are too safe.
There are a lot of generators in too safe and/or difficult to reach places, too hard to defend them, for example the generator in the saloon of Dead Dawg Saloon is a lost generator most of the games, the same for the one in Thompson House or the ones in the second floor of houses in Badham/Haddonfield or the one in the house in Mother's Dwelling and to less extend the ones in the Dead Dawg gallows or the one in the Swamp pier. In my opinion none of the generators in the game should be safe to repair all of them should be in the ground level.
-
The main problem with Pyramid Head is the same problem of Nemesis, their powers are extremely easy to dodge, they are not reliable, the effectivity of their powers depend most in the skill of survivor you're facing than your own skill, the only way you can hit whit their powers if the survivor is good is in windows/pallet vaults and sometimes in narrow corridors. With both killers I have very good games or very bad games with almost no average.
-
I almost always get killer daily rituals, I'm main killer and I have all killers and only about the half of the survivors, but I wonder why I always get the rituals for the same killers.
Almost always Huntress, Pig, Demogorgon, Pyramid Head and Deathslinger. The RNG for rituals seems to be bugged.
-
For me the buff that perk should get is only removing a token when you achieve a hit, it's only 5 tokens and the last one is got when the match is about to finish with all generators done, also yo need an average of 20 hits in a match (considering chasing a non healed survivors or exposed survivors sometimes), it would't be OP at all.
-
Everyone but Feng Min.
-
I do sometimes, depending on my mood.
And sometimes I simply stay afk when there are one survivor remaining because I don't want to look for the hatch and let de survivor find it and scape easily, haha.
-
Yes. It definitely need to be tweaked again.
Before the last changes in the MMR when I won 2-3 matches in a row I was put against sweaty tryhards and after losing 2-3 matches I returned to the chil games (it wasn't very good anyway).
With the current MMR with Legion with trashy perks for example, I lose at least 4-5 games with 0-1 kills in a row and then the game put me against worse survivors, I win a single match and the game put me against against the tryhards. This experience is almost as miserable as the old rank system days.
-
Too many morbillions the license for the morbing time.
-
Use shock therapy only for denying pallet drop/vaults or window vaults, using it just for increasing the madness is pointless, a lot of newbie doctors do that.
-
It's considered balanced and even killer sided by some people and is also quite small, but I don't like it as killer for some reasons.
The generator in the saloon is almost indefensible.
The generator in the gallows is a bit easy and secure to do, specially if one guy have balanced landing equiped.
There are a ton of mandatory breakable walls if you don't want spend a lot of time in a chase and even for cutting an infinite.
Is the map with the best bushes for survivors to hide easily, better than Yamaoka imo, if the survivors decide to hide in bushes you spend a lot of time searching for them.
The only good thing is that the map don't have a lot of good loops and some dead zones in the edges.
However there are way worse maps for killers.

Well its one of the silliest. Its like say the killer is kill rushing if they keep getting hooks quickly.
The counterpart of gen rushing is tunneling, not hooking. Also achieve a hook is harder than doing a gen.

"Slowdown perks carries killers"

Because his head looks like a penis.

Buff.
-
It's a buff, not a nerf.
Explanation:
-
I do this sometimes, specially when it happens while playing a weak killer.
If you have so much desire to scape OK, I'll help you, congratz for your 15.000 bloodpoints.

Equip detective's hunch or small game and you have a counter for the counter and also you can counter hexes. ;)

Pokos.

A myers mid stalk animation loses collision pretty sure it's so he can't trap someone in a corner and get tier 3 instantly
I understand they did this for avoiding the killer get his power easily which affect all 4 survivors in the case of Myers, but with Ghostface happen the same thing, what's the problem of bodyblocking a survivor and downing him in a corner? also they can reveal ghostface while they're bodyblocked in a corner and also the plage can achieve a easy down just by bodyblocking survivors in a corner by vomiting and hitting them.
That feel very inconsistent.

Nurse: hard to use and boring.
Hillbilly: hard to use and mediocre.
Huntress: too hard to use correctly.
Blight: ugly and hard to use.
Hag: boring.
Freddy: I refuse to use freddy since they became that killer so boring, bring back the pre-rework one please!
Deathslinger: I simply don't like him.
Spirit: I have problems tracking survivor sounds, maybe my headphones are not good enough.
-
Good, I hope it's not a bug, one of the most strong main buildings currently in the game.
-
If you don't equip gen regression perks they still gen rush and the gens are done too quickly.
Two days ago I played Trapper with a troll build I copied from from TheEntityLeftHand without a single gen regression/protection perk just for fun and most of the matches were fun but I lost around 7/10 matches due the gen speeds despite the survivors being potatos in almost all of these matches.
-
Fearmonger: Good against people with sprint burst.
Blood Echo: If you have a killer who easily have the survivors injured (Legion for example) is very good since the haemorrhage buff.
Enduring: very good combined with Spirit Fury.
Grim Embrace: stopping all the gens for 40 seconds can make you win a match you were losing.
Hex: Blood Favour: good in M1 killers.
Nemesis: Good for changing the obsession without forcing a Decisive Strike.
Play with your food: Very good in Myers and Ghostface.
Spirit Fury: Good combined with Enduring.
-
You see the hands and you have better appeal for the survivors.

There isn't going to be a grind anymore once the prestige update drops.
Yes, but when a new killer is released I still want to prestige it as quickly as possible for unlocking his perks to the other ones. xD
-
At least this time the cosmetic are not that ugly floating crowns which I never used.
-
Why they don't just let you hit the survivors downing them to the ground as always and give the possibility to grab the survivor or make the mori as a regular mori/rancor/davour hope?
-
Hooked on you.
Ok, jokes aside, the grind reduction system and the meta perks getting a gigarework for reducing their use.

A yandere in DBD would be cool.

Maybe I'm aventuring a lot, but Sadako seems to be worse than Dredge.
Dredge seems to have better chase potential than her, leaving the remnant behind can be used in chase and have a good mindgame potential.
His cooldown for teleporting is pretty small, the nightfall load quickly and this decrease the cooldown, increase the teleporting speed and give the undetectable status effect.
-
The adult onion alien from Gantz.
-
If they nerf the aura reading I don't mind, I'm still equiping it for grinding, but don't nerf the BP bonus please!
-
Nice cherry picking in the screenshot.
-
Rod Reiss Titan form fits better in The Dredge.
-
Why is there some dissatisfied people? What do you want? Maybe all the perks at tier 3 in the other characters just for buying a new characters? If you remove the grind completely isn't good imo, there has to be some sense of progression.
This change reduces the grinding dramatically. I have all the killers and when I buy a new killer I only need to prestige 1 that new killer for unlocking the perks for all the killers at once and I also maintain the items I earned before prestiging.
The only thing I don't like about this change is this should have been implemented as an Anniversary update feature, not as another SOON™.

Trapper bara tiddies.

That's exactly what they wanted. Easier matches for higher level players. They even said it.
But maybe they didn't expect to be so hard for average players, when they check the data and see the average players losing so many matches (most of the playerbase) maybe they change it again by increasing the MMR cap.
-
The MMR need to be touched again ASAP, I've never lost so many times in a row like these days, not even in the ranks system times, I'm constinousily being placed against better players than me even after severar defeats (killer). I think the problem is that they decreased the MMR cap, a lot of very good players are placed against average ones and they steamroll and it is aggravated by the narrowed difference of points they implemented.
The last changes only benefict the very good players (maybe only around 5-10% of the player base).
-
That map is not bad for that killers imo, maybe not in the case of Bubba. You can make those killers lose their sight and miss their ranged attacks in the huge cornfield.
-
Myers is sick of being looped and started to grab the hatchets in the lockers haha.

@KateDunson said:
Just bait it out, i don't have any problem with it, the devs will never nerf it because is the only good counter to god nurses
How I bait it out when a survivor use it for gaining distance for reaching a window or reaching a pallet? It's the most common use of Dead Hard the decent survivors use Dead Hard for that purpose 90% of the times.
-
They don't need to play the game but at least they should watch Fog Whisperers' streams or other popular streamers, when they see a guy with 5000-10000 hours losing in Meat Plant with an M1 killer due the huge amount of safe pallets maybe they start to wonder what's happening with that map.
-
He was angry because he missed 3 hits in the house before downing you, the tbag is an excuse.
-
I trade this for Decisive Strike not activating when all the generators are done, deal?
-
Way worse since the last changes.
I don't know which is my MMR, but I have an average MMR (I think) and I get a lot of tryhard survivors with most killers, even after a lose streak. Almost no chil matches anymore.
-
I only care about the killers backstories, I don't care survivors backstories I've never read them and I don't read the expanded killer lore of the archives, their backstory is enough for me.
