I'm not a fan but it's definitely more fair than the old one.
-
The MMR has become worse since the last changes a few days ago.
That changes only benefict the top players, but the mid MMR killers are put against tryhard squads too frequently.
I expect more changes and I hope the devs see this problem in the global results.
In fact, the streamer I follow, which have 9000 hours have way more relaxing games now because of the reduction of the top cap and put against worst survivors than him.
Sumarizing: The last MMR changes benefict 1% of the player base and harms the 99% of the player base (at least in killer side).
-
Plague, she got an update and no new chase music.
-
Corrupt Intervention.
-
I want to move to another game quickly.
-
That's called 360.
There are video tutorials in youtube.
Anyway, it isn't a reliable tech, it doesn't work 80% of the times against decent killers.

GOT REKT BY GHOST FACE IN ONE SECOND
Title fixed.
-
The bots are preparing you psychologically too.
-
Which of those builds gave you better results?

Yeah no deathslinger main would’ve looked at the changes and agreed with them. They also have people like scorpionz who are fog whisperers and specifically main 1 killer. Why not ask them?
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I heard that Scorpionz thinks that Pig doesn't need buffs, so it's better that the devs don't take his opinions in consideration.
-
I say the same I said in the Ghostface thread. I've played some matches with Legion and they feel like nothing have been done, the only noticeable change is the reduced stun when losing the power by 1 second and the better addons. The 5th hit-down maybe happen only if you are playing against idiots. Their power is still too short in seconds and is still weak against pallet camping, in my opinion the power time should be doubled and the pallet stuns shouldn't disable the power.
-
I agree. I've played some matches with him and feels excatly the same. The survivor not being able to reveal you when exposed have almost 0 impact. At least he have better addons now.
-
Use sharpening filters with ReShade or Nvidia filters, it's what i do.
-
The Blendette squad hidden in the new Haddonfield house when they hear the chase music.
-
They have become gay the character with less gay vibes of the entire game, the same thing Blizzard did in Overwatch with Soldier 76, haha.
-
In 90% of my games as plague the ppl cleanse their infection. Also, she is the only killer who don't give a **** about Circle of Healing.
-
Did they disable the SBMMR? When? link to the news?
I'm in a break.
-
Spine Chill, Prove Thyself, Lithe, Balanced Landing, Sprint Burst, Borrowed Time, Unbreakable,...
Well, is easier to say everything except Dead Hard.
-
Sumarizing why DH is broken:
- Two powerful effects in one slot, gaining distance and i-frames.
- Ridiculous cooldown and the single requeriment for using it is being injured.
- The only counter for it is Fearmonger which is a mediocre counter at best because the survivors waiting in the corners of a jungle gyms, shack or main buildings con get rid of the 5 seconds exhaustion very easily and the perk only work if you chase a survivor out of a generator. Baiting out only works in the open.
- Can potentially extend a chase from 30 seconds to 1 minute (even more if you are playing an M1 killer and you are playing broken maps like The Game or Cowshed).
-
I take the game too seriosly to consider me casual and also not seriosly enough to consider me competitive, so neither of those things.¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
The Felix Richter moan at 0:34 when he get hit is the most funny of the entire game for me, I laugh everytime he emit that sound. OOOoooh oh.
https://youtu.be/vpJpXUrsGeI?t=34Also the Bill's moan in 0:21
https://youtu.be/bTHnWfVmhys?t=21For killers, mostly the Clown's sounds, he is always laughing, even when is hit by a pallet.
-
What grade did you have as killer? The rank system matchmaking was a problem mostly for killers because raising the rank as killer were more easy than raising the rank as survivor, so you was put against better survivors than you most of the times. In fact in the old rank system I usually deranked to green ranks when I hit the purple grades because in purple grades I was getting put against sweatfests SWFs almost everytime and hitting the purple grades was ridiculously easy as killer, even the red ones.
-
It's only good combined with Pop imo.
-
I think it's a bug, it's too dark.

They said they are looking at it. They did not confirm that they will be nerfing it. While "looking at it" hints that it will be being nerfed (because, at the end, Killers complained enough I guess), there was no official confirmation of a Nerf.
Phrasing is important, otherwise we will be stuck with Threads a la "The Devs said they will nerf DH this Midchapter, where is the Nerf?!" because information have been passed on incorrectly.
They also said that they don't like the use for gaining distance and considering how problematic the perk is it will be a nerf, maybe a rework, but after the possible rework it would become the perk less powerful for sure.

DH is useless perk, especially when it's not connects properly with killer hit, u finishing up DH in ground and u still complaining about that perk, u serious???
This is no problem since the hit validation implementation. Also the Devs confirmed that they will nerf Dead Hard.
-
Two years ago I was a "just do bones" argument guy, but after thinking about NOED I finally realized that that perk is unfair a lot of times, even with totem tracking perks require too much effort to cleanse/boon the 5 totems and if you're playing solo you can waste an huge amount of time for preventing a perk which maybe the killer don't have equiped.
It needs a rework, it's an outdated 2016 perk, I almost never use NOED and I consider it a good trade for the CoH nerf and future Dead Hard nerf.
-
I like facing him, he is one of the killers with more interactions, you have to dodge the chains and pick and resolve the lament configuration (one more thing to do aside repairing gens).
-
Because she is a new killer and a lot of people don't know that the body block is useless.
-
Me.
Most of the killers I play are mid to low tier except Oni, Plague and Cenobite. Trapper is one of my most played killers despite being bottom tier.
I don't play any of the top tier killers (Nurse and Blight).

and what is so bad about that? Perk combinations are really cool
Because you need two perks for a decent effect, reducing the slots for more creative builds, the meta builds are made up of 3 gen regression/protection perks and sometimes 4, usually Corrupt Intervention and two more.
-
The problem of the most gen regression/protection perks, included the newer ones, are only good when combined with other regression perks.
For example, Call of Brine is only good when combined with Pop.
If there were more perks good by themselves the builds would be more fun.

Copy&paste of a post I put in other thread a few days ago.
- - Doubling the BP earned by every score event in the game and raising the cap to 64k BP every match.
- - Bloodhunts every weekend.
- - Daily quests 50k each and 100k the mori ones.
- - Doubling the tome BP rewards.
- - 4 perks in every bloodweb from level 1, 8 from level 50 and ahead. Removing the feature of the entity consuming one perk when you select other.
- - Becoming the Party Streamers a yellow rarity offering, remove the brown BP bonus oferings and becoming the current yellow ones in brown ones except maybe Escape Cake and Survivor Pudding. The green ones related to a only one category now give 150% BP bonus.
If the proficency of ultrarrare and very rare addons become a problem due the increased economy just double the BP required for them.
-
They announced that it will be changed.
I hope it's in the next mid patch. I'm fed up of that perk carrying the matches for the survivors.

Ringu was cool. Im happy Sadako's in the game. Sadly Resident Evil/Silent Hill are IPs that gamers are more familiar with so thats why they attract new players.
With that being said, what other game IPs could help boost the playerbase? Don't say Bioshock or Dead Space.
FNAF. I never played it, I'm not a fan but if they finally release an FNAF chapter:
1- People stop asking for it, they're are starting to be a nuissance.
2- It will bring a good amount of new players.
-
I'm surprised they didn't fix this problem already, it have very easy solutions.
In the last Q&A they saidthat they won't remove the tiers due coding problems or something like this, OK, I believe you.
BUT, here are some damn easy ideas:
- Doubling the BP earned by every score event in the game and raising the cap to 64k BP every match.
- Bloodhunts every weekend.
- Daily quests 50k each and 100k the mori ones.
- Doubling the tome BP rewards.
- 4 perks in every bloodweb from level 1, 8 from level 50 and ahead. Removing the feature of the entity consuming one perk when you select other.
- Becoming the Party Streamers a yellow rarity offering, remove the brown BP bonus oferings and becoming the current yellow ones in brown ones except maybe Escape Cake and Survivor Pudding. The green ones related to a only one category now give 150% BP bonus.
If the proficency of ultrarrare and very rare addons become a problem due the increased economy just double the BP required for them.
It isn't that hard, all of the things above combined would be perfect, but at least some of them combined would be nice aswell.
-
For me is the worst map rework. They ruined it by turning it to daytime.
-
A low mobility killer can't never be S tier.
-
I prefer MMR instead the rank system, but I think it still have a major issue, at least as killer the MMR raise too quickly, 2 or 3 4Ks in a row and you'll be facing sweatfest squads, the MMR should increase more slowly, maybe you had luck with the RNG of the maps or the survivors in the last two matches did mistakes and they weren't that bad, we need a bigger sample of results before increasing the MMR that much, it's not normal to get a pretty difficult 3-4k and the game considering that you outplayed the last survivors and putting you against way better people, the skill of the people you face doesn't feel progressive or gradual.
-
As solo survivor is way harder.
-
Because she's ridiculous and unfair.
And I'm main killer and barely face a nurse when playing survivor (solo in low-mid mmr), but I still thing would be healthy for the game if she is disabled forever. Also due her existence there are killer perks which can't be buffed only because they would too strong in her.
-
For avoiding this things.
-
For me is pretty easy to deal with 360s but you must have reflexes and stop your mind-automatized M1. When you chase a survivor and he stop suddenly you must stop and wait for a bit and then hit, this will make them fail the 360s. Anyway I miss a hit sometimes, but around 85-90% of the 360s fail against me using this method.
-
In my case.
3-4k against bad survivors.
1-2k against decent survivors.
Typical M1 underdog.
-
I've played with her 8-10 times and my impression is: she is in the "noob stomper troupe tier" along with Wraith, Pig and Freddy. Easily destroy noob or bad survivors and she's useless against decent survivors.
-
It should activate at 70% like Tinkerer. A generator at 90% is a lost generator despite being blocked, it is more a (bad) information perk than a gen protection perk.
-
Coldwind sucks after rework, for me is the worst rework due the lighting only. Cornfields at night were very immersive.
I hope they won't set swamps and red forest to daytime.
-
We need more pure evil killers in general.
Considering the Pure Evil Wiki there are only 5 pure evil killers in the game.
-
This topic is brought sometimes to the forum and surprisingly there are people against this (we can know what kind of players they are they if they're against this change).
Removing the "clicky clicky" is one of the best thing which can be easily done for the health of the game and nobody who uses the flashlights for what are intended to should be against this.
Two-Three seconds cooldown after using a flashlight would be enough, it is really that simple.
