We do not listen to one side more than the other. We take feedback from everyone and make sure it is unbiased by the time it gets to the team. (e.g. We don't say, "Killer players don't like this, survivors don't like that.", we say "People don't like these particular changes."
Most of the community only plays one side, survivors, and they usually want there side stronger than the other, the most recent killer buff I remember right is the pallet vacuum removal, thats it, after that we got hit with several things, like the legion "rework", they became weaker than before, and franks mixtape is (In my opinion) no longer a VR add-on, and more like a Rare add-on

352 criminal files is normal 352 CIVIL files are a whole different matter since they're filed differently and its just stupid they way there done. instead of a simple 8 digit code and a A-Z filing system for civil you have 4 different possible filing ways each one different and some have the same number on the outside but on the first page is a another 4 digit code and these files that have the same outside number are for some goddamn reason in other sections! i swear if i have to read through one more compliant about BENCHES ######### BENCHES im going to hang myself form the rafters
