I can't help but parse this kind of request as anything other than "I want a mode where I get matched against weaker players more consistently, so it is easier to win."
I'm not actually trying to put words in your mouth or accuse you of having some sort of agenda, but, what else could such a mode possibly be for? Like how would it be materially different in a way that is satisfying?
I want a mode like this so I can have fun and not lose my rank when I am purple (Sitting in purple for now on), I always take every casual mode as a fun and relaxing thing

I find them to be fair, yes eliminating one person can hurt the entire survivor team, but now you have to think about how long they could have distracted you, and how long the mori is to the point that survivors can actually get a good amount of gens done
They are really as fair as keys imo

you had me until the mori part... Even I can acknowledge how OP and unfair moris are. At most the ebony one should do what the ivory one does. Theres no logical reason why we should be able to just remove someone from the match after just one hook - let alone remove all 4 after they've been hooked once. I dont understand the fun in that. Even with sweaty SWFs I like to win fairly.
As for Hawkins - it has pallets but only one of them is actually safe. Any other pallet is an instant hit.
Mori's are countered by Gen-Rushing or simply doing the purpose of this game and hiding

In the end of the second season, all of the Stage 5 Demogorgons (aka Demodogs) are skin colored. All but Dart, who always was dark green with an yellow pattern in his back.
And besides, a large quantity of Demogorgons died there. Why would the Entity bring the only one that hesitated to kill?
P.S.: When the Stranger Things chapter was in the PTB, I've suggested the release of a Dart colored skin for Demogorgon. I still insist on the idea.
Just like every animal, colour can change throughout the life cycle, so Dart could have, if the entity raised it, changed colour to a pale-ish colour
