I’ve been having so much fun with it on both sides,,, I love seeing these snowmen slowly walking towards me doing the sprinkler ,, it’s so funny I can’t take it seriously

I wasn't able to play more than 1 game since they changed the UI lmao.. I never even noticed my teammates were being hit until they actually went down.

Definitely would have to be a proxy quick chat, no audio.
Why would it need to be within a certain range? it is just a message that will pop up above the player's icon with a cool down so it can't be spammed. It just makes it easier for people who arent on a VC

As a killer main I completely disagree,,, If you're getting spun thats on you lmao. The new survivor moment is god awful.

Most of the reworked maps just look really bad in my opinion. Its unnecessarily hard to see in them and they usually end up looking really messy and unrecognizable.
I kinda feel bad for the people who didn't get to experience what the game used to look like.

Short version:
We took a close look at the perk to identify what makes it so frustrating to play against. Three key issues were identified:
- Its punishment of new players or those who can't hit Great Skill Checks. Newer players trying to help veterans with generator repairs tend to make the situation worse rather than better.
- The passive nature of the gameplay pressure it provides means that there is a huge amount of potential with very little effort or risk on behalf of The Killer.
- Its inconsistency due to the random nature of the appearance interval of skill checks.

See that’s the thing. Nurse got a cool down on her blinks but it’s literally 2-3 seconds, shorter with blink recharge add-ons. She’s still a very strong killer you just can’t spam her blinks after your final one anymore. Yes they removed 5 blink nurse which WAS necessary but her power didn’t change at all just the add-ons. Like I said the majority of the people that are upset are the ones that can’t spam his power anymore. I still don’t understand why people think it’s okay for a killer to spam their power? Let alone a power that can one shot you.
Nurse is slower than survivors, she literally relied solely on her power. You can "mindlessly spam" blinks as much as you want but unless you know how to use them correctly they aren't going to go anywhere.
The biggest issue that people have with these nerfs is not that they make them worse, but they make the killer significantly less fun to play as. Nobody likes having to wait for a powerbar to fill back up before you can actually play the game.

I've seen suggestions that after a generator is finished you have to press a button or a switch on the other side of the map for it to actually activate. It buys the killer more time without being detrimental to survivors. I think it could help a lot without having to continue playing m1 simulator.

I've been playing apex legends instead of dbd recently and have been having A LOT more fun even though I suck at it lol
I recommend playing a different game until they get their crap together. dbd is awful right now.

But even then I just played against him like you would old doctor. It isn't a whole lot different.

I got back after a 2 month break of playing killer and was around rank 13. I was immediately matched with rank 1-3 survivors. Is it really THAT hard to match people up with people around their own rank?
It must just be because nobody is playing killer. :-/

I was actually really disappointed when i saw who the archives were about this time. I expected them to at least get through the original characters first before doing dlc ones.
It's a very money hungry thing for them to do on top of the fact that they already have a battle pass system. Realistically, they didn't expect people to have enough shards to buy 3 new characters.

bbq, shadowborn, discordance, and dying light. I usually bring the double recharge add ons just to keep some of my sanity. props to you if you enjoy her without add ons though.

That sounds like an awful idea. I keep comms muted in every game I play, and would certainly do the same if it was implemented into dbd
The community is annoying enough, I don't want to have to hear them whining in game too.

I actually started playing nurse because I played against a really good one who I thought looked beautiful. She had the white wedding dress and the red valentines day hair cosmetic. 😊
I started playing her pretty much nonstop after that lol.

I still play her occasionally because I miss playing her, but shes not the same.
Playing against good survivors who already knew how to counter old nurse is beyond frustrating and there is just no point in playing her. I can just play spirit and kill them without having to go through nearly the same amount of stress.
Her blink is more of a hindrance now than an actual power and the chases go on for way longer than they need to. They did my girl sally so dirty :-(

Honestly,,, it’s an achievement u probably needed to get before endgame collapse was a thing.
but farming is ur best option to getting it now. That’s how I got it over a year ago.

The light mark you are talking about is a brown add on that shows you were your blink is going to go, which is why it doesn't appear all of the time. Maybe you ran out?
I'll assume you're new to nurse so looking up doesn't make your blink go further, it all depends on how long you charge it. Dead zones might also have something to do with why you're not going very far.

I think I’ll always love this game from a lore perspective. I have grown such an attachment to the original characters especially.
but gameplay wise this game has been nothing but frustrating for the past few months. I even started playing deathgarden again because I’ve been so bored of DBD.
I think I’d be disappointed more than anything if the game shut down; since they failed to fix what was actually making people leave the game. But other than that I really can’t say I’d care.

If you’re really on 20 FPS maybe try turning your graphics all the way down? my computer sucks and I’ve been playing on a solid 50-60

I seriously doubt it. They’re probably going to move on and nerf a different killer rather than revisiting nurse. As long as survivors aren’t complaining they don’t care.

I love using empathy as a solo survivor. You can watch people who are getting chased and have a good idea of where the killer is. It also makes it easier to use healing builds. Both bond and empathy are equally worth taking in my opinion, especially if you're playing solo.

I don’t think I’ve played against a single nurse in the past like two months. And it’s really no wonder that nobody is playing her. Every nurse I played against when her nerf went live didn’t kill more than 1 person.
As for playing her...let’s just say that I switched to spirit almost as soon as her nerf came out. She’s annoying and boring to play as even if it’s still possible to get 4k’s on her. The recharge mechanic was a horrible idea and I sincerely hope they plan on getting rid of it.
