From the in game news. Yes these have been awarded to all players.
It's funny, you say you don't wanna undermine that part of the community that has been there since 2016, when you clearly undermine everyone that's here since 2017 and earned these cosmetics. But I guess these people don't matter as much. What a joke.
-
if you're surprised by that, you must be new to dbd.
-
if something changed and it's not in the patch notes, it's a bug.

The Legion outfits are also property of the Silent Hill license, so it makes sense.
no it doesn't. there are cheryl comsmetics that you can mix and people say a new nea comsmetic will also be in a set only.

My build is all about synergy. There is a massive amount of snowball potential in my build.
Also, BBQ is top tier.
Also, Stridor is a hinderance. It's bad for you.
synergy? tell me about it because I can't see it. also having synergy doesn't automatically mean that it's good.
bbq is top tier? on billy yes, on spirit no.
how is stridor bad? it literally counters the strongest survivor perk iron will.

I agree with that; personally I don't go into any red rank killer games without corrupt since the ruin nerf. Having 2-3 people spawn on top of generators and begin working on them within 5 seconds of a match starting is just crippling even to the strongest killers in the game. It basically guarantees you will lose a gen for your first chase unless you absolutely body the survivor (which spirit can do). It doesn't buy you much time, but it buys you time during your weakest stage of the game as a killer (3 survivors on gens, with you chasing 1).
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/DFQS7G1TF3M3/spirit-png.png
This is probably my favorite low-economy spirit build. You spawn in, find your first chase immediately, and can start regressing gens and applying pressure from there. I don't play her without stridor since there's typically 2-3 iron wills a game at red ranks and it can be hard to hear footsteps if there is chase music in the background. I used to use monitor but whispers lets you just jump straight onto a generator with almost warning anyways.
yes i'm not the biggest fan of whispers because I usually forget about it but it's a good build.

the real question is why have perks rarities? I get if tiers have different rarities but some tier 3 perks are rare and some very rare, why?

Definitely not.
A lot of times people DC because the killer's behavior is insufferable. Under no circumstance should toxic people be unjustly rewarded for making other people's games miserable, which is all this change would promote.
You don't want people to DC, don't play like an #########.
haha thanks for the laugh mate.
-
Sorry but that's a terrible build.
devour is just a big gamble
infectious is good on killer that can snow ball aka killer that can one shot, spirit ain't that.
bbq is what ever
stbfl is for killer that walk, you don't walk you use your power to hit them.
Before you ask, yes i have a better build
Stridor, Sloppy, Pop, Nurses
also good are bbq and m&a
also also if you struggle in early game, discordance or corrupt intervention are your friends
-
possible? yes.
likely? no.
-
You see more than you're supposed to, it's an unfair advantage, it's cheating, end of story.
-
Yes but no.
-
Nah, baby survivors cried for 2 years to nerf her. They wont touch her any time soon.
-
Hands down Nea.
-
it's an 18+ game, I think showing some skin is more than ok.
-
eh this is already in the game, they just want to improve it.
-
this is really only a problem when one survivor is left. when 2 or more are left the killer cant really protect the gates. the second he comits to a chase he loses the gates.
-
4,4 m/s when holding
3,68 m/s when charging

Me and my friends tend to 4-man SWF alot. We just want to have a good time, we aren't the best players and we're not toxic.
The problem is, every killer we go against brings an ebony mori because they think we're a toxic swf. This just makes the game unfun for us.
If the killer brought an ivory mori then we'd be okay with it. But the ebonys just keep on coming.
We're all red ranks but we're having a tough time having an enjoyable match.
In my opinion mori's ruin the game.
- "every" killer brings a ebony mori, sure dude.
- You do realise it's not the killers job to make you and your friends a fun time? You play against each other, which means everything that's fun for you, is probably not fun for the killer and vice versa.
-
the claudette artwork already looks boring, it will be even more dull ingame.
-
Here's the roadmap just for you!
Chapter - Midchatper - Chapter - Midchapter - Chapter - Midchapter - Chapter - Midchapter
-
It will be a licensed killer, so any clue would immediately give away what killer is Coming.

Until killers are not able to see the names of the survivors in the lobby, I have no problem with it. BEHAVIOR is being hypocritical by letting Killers see survivors names WHILE not permitting survivors from seeing the killer's name. It's ridiculous to say that survivors will dodge a killer BUT the same is not also true regarding killers.
And what value would get out of the killers name? He can change his name at any time and can set the profile to private.
-
Even if they would work on pig, they are not gonna tell you here.
-
It doesn't matter what color they have, all tier 3 perks are either purple or green. But it doesn't mean anything.
-
camping gens = good
camping hooks = bad
Logic?
-
No one ever said you can't 4k with wraith but compared to other killers he's still bad. End of story.
-
like said before, this would end in massive lobby dodging.
I would be fine if swf would be shown in the tally screen. so I would know for sure without asking who was with who.
-
Because this is the only way people like this can communicate. They think being nice is weak and uncool.

What killers do you play? A killer like trapper or hag works best with a 3-gen strategy. But if someone brings a key, that basically becomes impossible.
If you kill 1 person by the time there's 1 gen remaining, all the setup you did becomes useless if the rest of the survivors find hatch.
If you don't kill anyone, maintaining the 3-gen is extremely difficult.
There's no real way to win here other than tunneling the key users and hoping that a) they are using a weaved ring and b) that their teammates don't rush the gens while you're tunneling one survivor, which is most likely what will happen.
Moris and keys both give you a win for only partially completing your objective. My main frustration, however, is not the user of the key/Mori winning, but the fact that the other side depips and loses out on points because of them.
My suggestion is this:
- Red/Green Moris require you to hook each survivor at least once before using their effects. That way each survivor has a chance to get points and secure a safety pip as long as they're not screwing around.
- Cypress Mori affects anyone who is dead on hook. This includes the last survivor because they technically die on hook regardless of hook state.
- Keys only open hatch for one survivor and close instantly. Purple keys can only open a hatch that has previously been shut (whether automatically or by the killer). This way a single key can't give 3 survivors a win and the killer a fat depip, but the achievement is still possible.
TL;DR Keys and Moris both need reworks
I like the idea for keys but the problem with the moris is, this would probably lead into the last unhooked survivor to hide very hard. I think in reality this would be very hard to pull off. A solution would be to hide mori offerings completely, or even better show some kind of decoy offering. This would add a nice element of actual surprise. Because they way moris are "hidden" now is a joke.
-
ds isnt an anti tunnel perk. it is a tool for a cocky and unsafe playstyle.
-
we really need a funny section for threads like this.

I'm failing to see where the math was actually done wrong. It seems as though you came up with the same numbers we provided.
In any case, please wait until you try it on the PTB before making any conclusions. It's a little to early to say that it won't be enough. It's not meant to stop gens from going off period, it's meant to stop them from going off before you can possibly get there.
It's also worth noting that with a 20% reduction, it would actually be faster to repair a generator with three survivors than it would be with four.
3 survivor would only be faster than 4 when you have a >25% reduction, just saying.
-
either you didnt play the ptb or you are just ignorant. and no there are no refunds for being butthurt.
-
if they balance all maps, then we dont need breakable walls.

1 is still 80s
2 is 47,05s
3 is 38,09s
4 is 36,36s

Wiggling was already hard enough as it is, they should have left sabotaging alone with traps and hooks, but made wiggling off slightly easier or take a fraction of the time it did.
I think devs are making these insane killer buffs and updates that are killer sided to make up for nerfing ruin or just trying to piss people off, but the doctor and plague dont need buffs. The doctor was already a really well balanced killer and now hes just a cannibal/freddy hybrid without the ability to teleport or instadown.
I dont know if anyone who plays has noticed the amount of pallet glitches and bugs lately but I dont see anything in the patch notes about fixing pallet bugs.I.e. throwing a pallet and the killer teleporting to the other side of it. Preventing stun registering when carrying a survivor and failing to free the carried survivor. Getting hit by the killer mid pallet stun and the killer stun taking precedent over injuring or downing a survivor.
if you call this an insane killer buff, you are a hopeless man.

If it makes you feel any better, the devs confirmed that depleted keys can't be used on the hatch.
Still upset that Franklin's got nerfed though
it does indeed, thanks for the info.

It's always been like this. 🙄
wrong. you could destroy keys or any other item. you can´t do did anymore.
-
@Almo said:
It does not delete the item if there are no charges.
you´re kidding right? so if someone has a key they can pick it up as often they want and still use it to open the hatch because that doesn´t require charges. sounds fair to me, lmao.
-
For the last time, the killer is the power role, hes meant to be stronger than a survivor, hows that so hard to understand?
-
they could do that but i think they consider that as "too powerful".
-
yes i have seen it a million times. one is on the hook far away from the exit, noed is up. 3 could just safe escape but no they all want to play the hero. so they go to the hook and of course one by one goes down.
and then they ######### talk me for leaving. I mean did you not just see what happend to you? why would it be different when I try to get to the hook?
and the result is, the killer gets a 3k or 4k instead of the 1k. good job survivors.
i mean as a killer i love when they do that but as a survivors i just can facepalm.
-
because its 16 vs 4 perks. you survivor mains have to stop thinking that your powers have to be equal to killer powers, because they dont. Its 4 vs 1 not 1 vs 1.
-
yep, new events these days mean there are new cosmetics to buy and maybe some stuff in the rift.

Nobody is favored. Whoever gets their first wins, and nobody has to play hide and seek for half an hour.
What are you talking about? the whole point of the hatch is to give survivors a second chance to escape and even when they not get it, they get a third chance by opening the doors or even a fourth when they have a key! how`s that not favoring survivors??
-
@Peanits said:
It's more or less there out of necessity. It did not spawn with zero generators completed before. The problem was, the survivors would then have to power 4/5 generators alone while the killer patrolled them. Since the killer could patrol them faster than a survivor could power them- and touching a generator tells the killer that someone was working on it- the only conceivable way a survivor could win was by waiting until the killer got bored and gave up, then do a generator. As a result, it became a very, very long game of hide and seek, and it wasn't fun for anyone involved.
These days, the hatch spawns. If the survivor gets there first, the game ends and you still win with three kills. If the killer gets it first, they close it and the EGC starts (odds are they'll get that last kill). Either way, the killer still wins and the game ends, you can move on to the next match.
I would much rather have the game end and move on, personally. If anything, I would just prefer if the emblems were more lenient when there was a hatch escape (since you basically had it in the bag).
But here´s the problem, why do you choose to benefit the survivor in this situation? When clearly the killer should be rewarded.
