You have to be in the start menu, when you load the game and not in a search lobby. Go to the settings and you can disable crossplay from there.

Well, for his base outfit, you could get a hoodie and grey (for fabric though!) acrylic paints and paint the motives. The shorts and bag are easy to come by. For shoes, black sneakers work. The face bandana on his face... While you can't find one exactly like this, there are many bandanas available online with skull faces on it.
Alternatively, you can buy a black one and use fabric acrylic paints to draw over it.
It doesn't need to be expensive clothing either, so you can easily make this cheaper than buying a cosplay online.

Just as every other ban that someone tries to discuss. Bans are not to be discussed on the forums.
For Discord: If you want to appeal your ban, message the person who has banned you. It tells you in the DM with Elemental. You can add the person and they'll get back to you whenever they can.

Hello. You don't have to play only one killer... You can play any killer if you want and have fun with it! I have invested into other characters first and then started playing others with zero perks on them.
Just swap over and see it as a fresh start with another killer. It might take a bit, but it'd work and like @x_kookie_cookie_x points out, there are many guides with Legion that could help you. What I would do, if you figure out a way for yourself to "enjoy" Legion to some degree, collect some BP and get some starter perks on the killer you want to play.
If you enjoy playing survivor and you feel like you really have to play Legion and can't play a not leveled up killer, try playing survivor to earn some BP - it won't be as much like playing killer, but it's a starting point and invest those in the killer you want to play.
Sadly it is not possible to reset your account though, in case you ask this.

From someone who does Kobe all the time or at least tries to, unless I use a specific build, I don't do it that often and I pay with going to the second stage - it comes with a price if you try it properly, which mean three tries. Maybe as a killer you see it more often, but for the survivor it might have been the first kobe in hours or days. Additionally to that, chances can be so lucky in one round without luck add ons that multiple people kobe. I have gone sometimes two days of 4+ hours gameplay with no kobes on my end.

It depends on when it started. If this was throughout the whole game pretty much (they do say it was the entire game) then yes, it is, as the blocked survivor isn't capable of escaping the situation and doing anything. It'd be the same if it was another survivor blocking them in a corner.
If the EGC started, the timer runs out, so that'd be fine. That is holding the game hostage and not bodyblocking.

Right now, there is now way for playback, so for certain things it does require a video recording. If you have a Nvidia Graphics card, they offer a recording software with GeForce Experience.
Still report people though as it helps in the long run.

There are people who play both sides or just survivor who do not agree with DS, which is perfectly fine. Yes, DS used to be worse, but people still are allowed to feel a certain way about certain mechanics. It's also okay if you think DS should not be changed and you feel like it's okay. That's why opinions exist and are subjective.
I definitely understand why people would want it to be changed, especially due to it's perk synergy with things like Unbreakable, Adrenaline, etc. DS is a very useful perk, especially if combined with other specific perks.

This thread has run it's course. It has been explained that the ACM team is there to take care of it. Please keep in mind the game has many players, so there are most likely many reports in the game, too. They don't care if someone who breaks rules or cheats buys skins or DLCs - this is not a factor they care about when dealing with those people. They're treated equally.

It is not directly considered a toxic perk, but the mindset most of the time is that someone who runes NOED isn't a good killer, that's one of the most comments. Yes, there are people who say it's toxic, but you can run pretty much whatever you want. Give NOED a try and see if you like it! If not, there are many other perks you can give a try.

I don't mind the struggle mechanic per se, but I do wish there was another option as I have damaged wrists. Both of them.

I would love a system that rewards giving props, but it should have it's limits so people who play with friends can't give themselves props to get the rewards. I'm pretty sure Overwatch doesn't let you give props to your friends you play with, so this is definitely something that should be added.
Maybe a incentive could be a reward for the one giving props, but again, what if someone spams it to get those rewards? Maybe have a limited amount of props they can give.

It's not the devs that ban. There is a dedicated team for it and there are many reports daily. Some things might be bugs, some others might be cheats, but the most important part is that if you report it properly it will be taken care of. Yes, the ACMs do ban people. There are bans and punishments for people that break the game rules.

Again, there are reasons, especially in regards of synergy between perks. There will be changes people might not like and changes people like. I will also point out, DS right now is definitely better than before and I do get why it can be frustrating for sure, but again, the previous and the first verison used to be so much worse.

The dev team is not ignoring the community - there are many things that they want to add that to the game and it can't be just done with one finger snippit. It takes time and thinking about it.
They do care and they definitely don't want the game to die. Some devs are active on the forums, explaining balance changes and they do read what users say. Things users say are taken into consideration, but sometimes changes you want to see won't be added to the game and sometimes some changes simply just can't be done quick as a lighting and they take some time to implement.
Also to the comments about the cosmetic store: The art department is not related to the balance team. They're two different teams and both are working on the game, just in different ways.

One of the Tombstone ones or both... If his left hand is open instead of closed, he has Tombstone.
For the others you have to pay attention though. If a Myers never tiers up from tier 1 and consistently pops up from corners, it's highly likely he has Scratched Mirror. If he never tiers up from tier II and also is slower, it is possibe he has Vanity Mirror as it reduces hier speed in tier II. His movement speed in II and III is 115% aka 4.6 m/s.
Also if a Myers is actively stalking throughout the game non stop mostly, he might have Lock Tuft of Hair or Fragrant Tuft of Hair. They both require a insane amount of stalking to fill up!

With Nurse it's a learning curse you need to master, it might take more than a few days to learn here. There's a add on named Plaid Flannel you could try to use to learn where a blink goes. That might help, even though I do recommend learning a killer without add ons as it helps you get used to the killer itself.
Otherwise, she might not be the killer for you maybe! You can definitely try out different killers to see which ones suit you the best. If you do think Nurse is the one you like the most, definitely play her more to learn her better.

Maybe you're mixing it up with one of the older PTBs where the timer didn't run out if the killer was close by? That used to be a PTB thing that wasn't implemented in the game.
You now get hooked twice. The second hook puts you in the struggle phase and always been like this. If you get hooked a third time, you die.

The option is there for a reason - some players might just prefer to not play crossplay and opt out of it. Plus from what I have seen, people still get plents of people from different platforms to play again. It's not something that's being looked into to be removed. There are also certain rules that have to be considered with respective platforms themselves.

Discussing anyone's or your bans is not allowed here. I advice your friend to not send multiple support tickets as sending multiple support tickets, one is enough and they will get back to her as soon as they can. If you've complaints about the way a Fog Whisperer may be behaving, you can inform support about that. Just do not send multiple tickets in a row. But if it's anything that breaks another platforms TOS, you have to use the platforms reporting system.
The moderators and ACMs take every report serious and I advice everyone that if you report on any platform, do so respectfully. The game and forum rules do still apply to the reports.
It certainly is frustrating when something like this happens and I can understand when being told something like this and being insulted that it feels awful. It's important that it gets reported and the team will handle it as soon as they can.

Hey peeps. Please remain respectful. There is no need for hate or being discriminatory for whatever reason. People are free to voice their opinions and they are free to also ask for additions to the game as they see fit, unless it breaks the rules obviously.
A lot of comments needed to be removed, so please try to remain civil and respectful. Do not insult others. It's fine to disagree, but do it respectfully and do not attack anyone while doing so. If this continues, sadly the thread has to be locked and actions (in this case comments) will have consequences.

You don't have to play against people from other platforms. You can opt-out of the crossplay feature if you go into settings and disable or enable cross-play platform play. This will match you up only with players from your platform, but that could in return increase your lobby time.
It's not exactly the answer you asked for, but that way you can remain on your platform specifically.

Have you tried restarting the game in case you were playing while it was activated? That might resolve the issue. If you read here, you should be able to opt out of the crossplay feature: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/game-info
Also the option is greyed out if you are in "Play as a killer" or "Play as a survivor" screen. Go to the games main menu to change it.
