For me tunneling is when I'm camped or soft camped and killer always goes after me when someone unhooks me, not giving me a chance to do anything until I die.

When you try to pick up survivor and open a locker instead.

If players are polite I don't tunnel, camp etc. Even if they all could escape.
If they are toxic everything goes.
As a survivor, If killer tunnels me for no reason after unhooks, I'm going to use every dirty trick possible to make him miserable.

The problem is how many second chances one can have?
Ds, Bt, insta heal, flashlight saves, deliverance, adrenaline, sometimes even dh...
As a killer you don't have enough time to deal with everything I think.

Play any killer and get to rank 1 at least. Then tell us that killers have the advantage. How can you know who has the advantage if you only play one side? You are clearly biased as I was once.

It's a rare add on or offering not a perk. And solo survivor is easy to pip and stay at rank 1, not a challenge unless you want to escape every time. It can be frustrating if you get bad teammates or killer decides to camp but you can afford to lose from time to time.

You are correct...I tried it and didn't like it. More exciting to escape a monster with traps, invisibility, teleport, etc
Try it and after you play for a while see if you are going to see things as you see them now.
