I really don't care about the nerf to Billy, because I have no skill with him anyway. What does bother me is the fact that you added an overheating function to an engine that will never overheat!!!!
The signature of an air cooled two stroke engine, which is found on all chainsaws and weedeaters is that you can run it full throttle for hours on end without issue.
What two strokes aren't known for is economy, so fuel would gave been the better option.
The generators also annoy me greatly, exposed pistons and no cylinder heads. Means they have no chance of running.
sounds like they should hire you as "consulting mechanic"

For an ability that can negate many anti-tunneling and camping perks, it's pretty oppressive to be able to see exactly where a cage is at all times. *Not to mention moris work on cages*

So I had an experience back in first grade with a yellow jacket that clung to my ear and stung me several times. I've been freaked out of bees and wasps ever since. I actually have a diagnosed phobia of them. Also spiders...ew.
happened to me once as well, only it was on my back, I remain unconvinced that wasps aren't specifically designed to cause you as much pain as they feel like

A while back, my sister was on this diet that involved her eating cauliflower. It was late at night and we shared a room at the time. She was on her bed eating cauliflower and I was browsing my laptop and, for some reason, we had a mattress lying beside the door. My brother opened the door and stepped over the mattress. He asked us if we wanted to play Smash just as my sister sneezed. She let out this zombie-like groan as she looked up with cauliflower mush all over her face. My brother leaned back with an audible "Ugh."
Just as he did that, my sister got up and ran for the door. My brother screamed, leapt over the mattress, and ran away. My sister, blinded by cauliflower, stumbled over the mattress, ran directly into a wall, and ran into the bathroom to get the cauliflower off her face. I laughed to the point of crying.
I wish I was there to record that whole escapade

It’s actually embarrassing as none of my friends or family have ever had the same issue. I would love to help you since I tried many different things and none worked as well as this YouTube I found. It worked super well!
Here is that link -> https://tii.ai/0C8OAXe
Click on the link above and when you get to the landing page, click where it says I am not a robot’ and then you will be sent to the YouTube video that will have the steps you can take to help you with your fear.
The best part is you don’t need to buy anything just watch the video and follow the advice and tips it gives you.
I hope it helps, all the best!

I don't have a problem with the ocean itself I just get scared being deep underwater surrounded by pitch black darkness

Yeah, that's what people mean when they say "don't make it obvious". "Making it obvious" is synonymous with "making the character a walking stereotype" for the majority of people.
unfortunately

look at the above comment, tell me what you think, don't take the comment personally as it wasn't directed at you

Those guys make up the majority of people. Nobody likes a stereotypical LGBT character who's defined by the fact that they're LGBT, least of all LGBT people.
if the LGBT character is solely defined for being LGBT then the character is poorly written, speaking as someone who has written stories before I can say writing a interesting LGBT character is as easy as writing a normal character, slap the LGBT label on em, and make that fact a prominent one but not the defining one
for example, I have a male LGBT character, he's a confident outgoing person who likes trying new things to see what sticks, he works at the brewery, his partner works at the local market, he goes on a adventure with his partner to do something far away because his dog got stolen by some guy off the street
the defining traits to make this character interesting are motivation and personality, the fact that he's gay is one of his traits and isn't exactly subtle but that isn't what defines him, the story isn't written around the LGBT trait, it's written as a normal story with a LGBT protagonist
TLDR: make it obvious but don't make it the defining trait

First things first. This is my opinion as someone who is Devotion 9 now. Been playing since 2017 and I've been red rank on both sides for pretty much the whole time.
I'm ranking these off a few things.
- The killer is using their best perks.
- The killer is using grey/no add-ons. This doesn't include extremely strong greys like huntress's exhaustion add-on.
- The survivor team is good. Not OP swf levels of good but they aren't babies.
- The killer is decent. Some of these killers need at least some skill in order to beat a good team.
The reason for these rules is just so you understand my mindset. Against babies (hello boosted red ranks) all these killers are S rank. I don't want really strong add-ons since they make killers like Leatherface, Pig, Doctor and Ghostface go much higher than they maybe should. This is also why I'm including perks since killers like Leatherface, Myers, Trapper and many more are dependent on perks. Having no perks would also make Pig go up a few ranks due to her built in slowdown ability.
Now for the actual tier list.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/6A5DWBC3OMWG/my-image.png
If you have any questions as to why certain killers are in certain spots then feel free to ask. This discussion is already too long so I don't want to explain why each killer is their spot.
EDIT: These are in order. The left is best and right is worst of each tier.
Demodoggo is S tier why is he that low

And everyone else always says "Don't make it obvious because that just creates a ######### character defined by their orientation and nobody likes that".
those guys are idiots who don't know how to write a relatively decent and interesting character to save their lives, I wouldn't bother listening to em

Everyone on this forum that already read one of my posts know that I am a killer main, so, as a killer main, I have my strategies and my way to play, I try to follow my rules, but sometimes I make some exceptions.
My personal rules and their exceptions are:
Not Camp: Unless someone is nearby or the survivor is salty as the sea water;
Not Tunnel: I usually tunnel someone for two reasons, 1- it was the only person I found, 2- the game hitbox broke and I accidentally hit the wrong person.
Not Farm: I only farm if a survivor or Disconnect from the match, or kill himself, so I fell bad for the survivors and farm with them.
Not Respect pallet: Unless if the guy I am chasing drop every single pallet every time.
So, what are your rules and their Exceptions?
the only rule I follow is "I will respect you, I expect respect back"
if the survs are respectful, I play normally, for fun and for the thrill of the hunt, if survs start BMing, I say "alright, don't expect me to play nice"

I mean, if I remember correctly people were pretty pissed at Soldier because Blizzard basically gave no hints and was just like "lol look we have a gay".
I'm all for it, but hopefully they do it right.
Also, was a new thread needed to add to the 23 we already have?
Edit: Not to sound rude but, like, could you read the other things that I've posted in this thread too? Instead of commenting the same thing someone else did that I already responded to?
i always say "if you're going to write a gay or lesbian character, make it obvious and make it a part of the character, don't just say it for brownie points, that's just lazy"

I can actually answer that for you! It makes evolutionary sense because they can’t reproduce anyway, so it doesn’t matter to future generations if the die. Only the queen can lay eggs, and the males never leave the hive.
If you get stung, it’s by a non-reproductive female. (In fact, the stinger is what would have been the reproductive, egg-laying part). Furthermore, it makes even more evolutionary sense because the death of the bee means it stung something that is now far less likely to endanger the queen. As long as the queen keeps laying, that’s all that matters.
the more you know

I hate playing against russians (I dont hate russians, I just think it's unfair because of mentality differences to match them with us, same reason why I wouldn't want korean players in my League of Legends EUW servers), they are very coordinated most of the time. Same problem in WoW, you have open PvP with russians basically playing in a team while most Germans dont team up.

That so sad, bees are already an endangered species. (Not that I like them or think they look asthetically pleasing, they are insects after all, but from what I remember they are important for the environment.)
I've asked Google, apparently the Giant Hornets are slowly invading Europe too, but they haven't reached Germany for now.

If it's a video game chapter i'll go for Clock Tower especially the Snes game.
ScissorMan as the killer and Jennifer as the survivor and the map will be the Barrows's Mansion.
Jennifer will probably have stealth and escape perks because in the game she never really fought while ScissorMan perks will promote continuous chases and mind games.
clock tower would be awesome

Just joking, nothing about the colour of her skin... it's about the prestige 3 dress that i'm kind of worried... it's somewhat that you can't easily recognize or i'd better say you CAN'T recognize at all even if you have it in front of you.
Even tap prestige 3 is a challenge sometimes BUT at least he is a man and the character is bigger and harder to hide so i'm not having problems with him (Or when i had him in game he hid so good i didn't even know he was in the game?)
Seriously, i would give a shot on reworking that prestige 3 dresses for a better look in general, since we are going trough a restyle of maps etc, it would fix both problems at once.
P.S.
i've posted this in "general discussions" instead of "suggestions" cause... this ain't a suggestion! its just something i thought it was good to share and something to laugh on, but something that from time to time makes me worried about some mechanics that people abuses for their own good when instead, those should be just cosmetics...
there is no worse experience then playing on Yamoka with a full team of P3 blendettes, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy

One day I can be in the same room as one as long as it keeps it's distance from me and another day all it takes is for me to see one on the outside of my bedroom window for me to almost have a panic attack. I played the Resident Evil remake for the first time recently not knowing there were spiders in it and almost started crying when I encountered the giant spider boss.

Can we PLEASE have a decent new killer for once...? Stop wanting him nerfed...
I'm not talking out of nowhere, I can handle him as a rank 1 surv and he's REALLY fun to use as a rank 1 killer.
Now, yes, he messes with hook mechanics, and I'm glad, I prefer to be sent to the cage far from him more than faced camped on a hook right next to him... It's like a "far away hook" when he sends you there.
Maybe people are mad cause BT and DS are practically wasted perk slots against him? LMAO, come on...
About the "anti loop far away hit", yes, learn to play aginst him, you can fake a pallet drop and keep looping until he understands you're not dropping the pallet until he stops using the ranged attack.
About the speed, he's fine, both fun to play as and a fun challenge to play against.
Nurse is anti pallet and anti loops, Plague is anti healing, and YES, Pyramid Head is somehow an "anti hooks" killer, it gives the game variety, and have in mind we're gonna see him this often cause HE'S THE NEW KILLER, it'll pass. I don't remember the last time I faced a Freddy or a Spirit...
Feel free to debate, I wanna hear opinions.
the only thing I don't like about PH is the increased sensitivity when using Rites, definitely a "me" problem though

Huh, y'alls are really interesting fears because I'm less afraid of them and more so interested by them. Caves? I'd absolutely love to explore a cave. The ocean? I love swimming, it's relaxing, although I admit I stand at ankle-depth and am immediately terrified of potential jellyfish.
Cooked fruit in pies... Ah, I can get behind that one. Fruit in general in any food that is supposed to be sweet. Like raisins in chocolate. Not a good look, yeah?
But no, my fear is actually the dark. My mom and step-dad watched either Darkness Falls or The Tooth Fairy when I was a child (whichever one it is that she can't go into the light) and I happened to come in at a particularly scary part where it was revealed that if you stayed in the light you couldn't be hurt, and ever since I've been petrified of the dark.
i also like swimming, but I wouldn't put on a diving suit and go deep underwater
