It does suck.
I got in to Stranger Things after the DBD teaser trailer (I wanted to know what it was all about). Others had told me to check it out for years.
-
No.
The only map removal worthy of celebration would be Raccoon City.
-
This is not that uncommon a practise with licensed game content.
Recently, the Scarface character/map was removed from Payday 2 due to a licensing expiration.
It does happen.
I'm just hoping they give Hawkins a lick of paint, removing all the licensed elements, and rebrand it in to DBD lore.
Also, this acts as a warning when putting time and effort in to maps which involve licened content. The characters are for keeps...but the maps could be gone forever.

I think the T-1000 would be so cool.

Yes. Morphing in to survivors, gens etc.
-
No.
But I would accept The Terminator and Predator. Both are frightening antagonists with horror elements.
-
I would rather have Chatterer and Butterball.
-
Replayed/completed Resident Evil 5 (well first time on PS4, played it originally on PS3 back on release in 2009).
Refreshed my memory. I understand why I never replayed it previously and can see why the game is frowned upon.
It really is quite uninspiring. Bland locations, clunky controls and Sheva....oh my word that woman is horrendous. A real pain.
It's not a bad game...but it is the worst in the main series in my opinion.

I went through the level SFX in RE4 one time and her lines are in every area. I had headphones on. ðŸ˜
Voice of an angel 😂

RE 4 all the way. I want an Ashley skin for Jill to go with Leon. Fitting for a leon chasing a killer carrying her away.
"LEON! HEEEEEEEEEEELP!"
-
Tony Montana's mansion.
Pelican FLY!!!!
-
If anything, the effectiveness of her traps needs to be buffed.
-
Cursed Legacy.
I dislike playing as and against Oni. Yui's character is irritating. I am not fond of the Japan maps.
-
At the very least, it needs a complete rework. It's bloody horrendous.
Shame. The Resident Evil series has plenty of locations that would of made for intriguing maps.

All in all, I tend to like 6 the best.
But I love all of them for the most part. Even Gun Survivor 2.
What made 6 special for you? Genuinely curious.

Village was fun but I prefer biohazard because in terms of how scary they were biohazard was much more terrifying.
I really enjoyed Biohazard. Superb game. It's second just behind RE4 for me. Very violent too. Couldn't put it down.
Haven't played Village as of yet. Waiting for it to come down in price.

If it went non-horror.
The horror genre is the main thing keeping me invested.
-
Every killer should be "Problematic" to survivors.
That Nemesis nerf...absolutely not.
-
Someone leaves = replaced by bot. That's what I would like it see.
-
Recently seeing a Jill nearly every match. See a lot of Steves too.
-
I healed two from dying (partials not fulls) and one full injured. It popped.
-
Obviously Freddy.
-
Playing since 2017 Ps4 release.
Survivor: Claudette. Wanted Self-Care. Stuck with her. Got all the perks. Good at camouflage.
Killer: Clown. Always had an odd interest with clowns on horror. Always liked him, and he got better with his update. Like his lore, cosmetics and chase music.
-
Agreed. Absolutely woeful.
Those yellow coloured loops and the corridor blocking pallets are infuriating.
What a pile of crap this map is.
-
Evil Dead seems to have promise. But my fear is that these sort of games are doomed to fail. After Friday 13th, DBD is the exception.
Predator: Hunting Grounds and RE: Resistance were ok...for a week. They're both not games which will capture attention for the long term.
Hands up to be a cynic, but I wager Alien: FireTeam will be another tepid offering. I hope I'm wrong.
-
At the moment?
Man of Medan, Hawaii Shakedown and Huntdown.
-
Not particularly. I think I'm honestly past the stage where I get excited for new films, series and even games.
One can be disappointed only a matter of times.
-
I'm going to laugh so hard if it gets nerfed.
And I prefer playing as survivor.
-
Haha. Not many I guess.
NO: Definitely not David. Seems like a complete yob. Nea, Yui, Feng, Meg, Felix, Ace, Zarina, Yun-Jin also have character traits which could cause friction.
Neutral: Adam, Bill, Ash, Jake, Kate, Jeff, Jane, Nancy, Steve, Cheryl, Elodie, Jill and Leon.
OK: Probably Dwight, Claudette, Laurie and Tapp.
-
Key? = Franklins.
2 or more flashlights? = Lightborn.
Both served with complimentary NOED and a side order of Mori.
-
Don't forget to use puddings and cakes. Some perks (Distressing/BBQ&C for killer and WGLF for survivor) are handy. Also take advantage of Bloodhunts and complete Rift and Daily Challeges.
-
Having fun.
I know, that can be a rarity with DBD, but if I had fun...I won.

Funnily enough, the most frustrating thing about Code Vein for me was actually the AI, they could not shut up, so I stopped using companions (I found out later you could mute them in the options).
I have to agree with your Isaac take, though, nothing frustrates me more in that game than my own greed and stupidity!
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/267504/games-you-found-frustrating
Congrats on beating Valfaris, I enjoyed that game a lot when it came out, challenging, but fun, and the score is great!
I usually don't get too frustrated in games, but one thing that probably frustrated me a lot was Pantheon 5 in Hollow Knight...
Cheers. The bosses on Valfaris were really challenging. That last boss...I should really start legal action for the stress caused 😄
-
I thought something had changed.
I got blinded by a very quick beam as I chased the survivor. Managed to kill the little twerp during EGC.
-
I played it just to get the map achievement.
I don't like it very much.
-
I like both but prefer in-door. It's more atmospheric.
-
They could look interesting, but the fact they're licensed makes it an uncertainty.
That said, Ghost Face got a serum skin so who knows.
-
If you are referring to the 1980s horror film, it's not going to happen. It's not popular enough to be a marketable licensed inclusion.
-
From the list, 'Slinger. Only because I'm not very good with him.
But overall, BLIGHT. I can't stand playing as him.
-
...but that's only when it's viable. It feels good to snuff out some little twerp.
Then you have situations like "hook the obsession x amount of times". I don't like doing it, but I also don't like doing multiple matches for a single rift challenge
-
I actually found that rather cringeworthy.
-
The news was broken by Corey Feldman. He apparently bumped in to a lawyer at a party.
So order a huge trailer full of salt, then cancel the order. Next.
-
All.
Currently butchering my way through the latest editions.
-
VERY rarely see Twins.
-
"Impossible" 😂
This is an absolute piece of cake. Did it over multiple on first attempt.
If you're finding it tricky, I recommend Garish Makeup Kit (increased Invigorated effect) and Cigar Box (16m aura reveal when Invigorated).
-
Playing killer is just crap.
A large chunk of the community have ruined the experience.
-
I hate this map.
It's in desperate need of an update.
-
Highly farmable.
Also, going after hook rescuers (especially basement) will work.
-
I have his Adept, but that must of been a lucky game: I am useless with him and his bouncing about.
Saying that, I do find him one of the most enjoyable killers to play against.
-
Cheers.
