The time is way too generous on both counts.
I think the no key option should be reduced by half, and the key one triggers a loud noise notification and allows the killer 15 seconds to get there.

Depends. There are some notable differences, and he can get rid of pallets way more easily than Billy. Even if you find him similar in gameplay, his perks are worth it.

I posted this somewhere else, but cooldown of Night Shroud now depends on how well you use it.
- For each survivor stalked: -2 seconds
- For every 10 seconds in Stealth Mode: -2 seconds
- For each survivor marked: -5 seconds
- Injuring a survivor: -7 seconds
- Downing a survivor: -10 seconds
- Marked down: -12 seconds
You'll get seconds shaved off of Night Shroud for each of these actions to a minimum of a 12 second cooldown time. Recharge addons will be reworked to shave 10(Brown)/15(Yellow)/20(Green) percent more time off per action. (Example: with the brown addon, Downing a survivor would award 11 seconds off rather than 10.)

I think you people are overreacting. (unless you main Ghostface, Freddy, or Wraith.)
The duration is reduced so you're really only going to feel it if you are in fact proxy camping or face camping. It is a buff and it is much stronger now, but it's not going to turn into any kind of oppressive meta.

I incorporate it into some of my builds, it's a decent perk. Playing against it actually puts me on edge when I'm being chased so there's that.

I had an idea for Trapper where he sets a trap and then forces the survivor's head into it. As for Wraith, maybe he can use his weapon to stab downwards on the survivor's back, and then kick the survivor away, tearing their spine off?

It solves a lot of the problems that DbD has. For example, objective speeds. You need to prepare the rituals before you can do them. This is a widely suggested feature by the community that HSHS already has.

This happens every time I play survivor. I either run the killer for 5 gens or I do 5 gens by myself, and then after I finish the last gen the killer says "haha NOED go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" and coincidentally runs into me first and then my teammates either all die or just open a gate and teabag there as if they did ANYTHING in that match other than taking a dump in the tall grass.
Yes I did just play a match where this exact thing happened. How did you know?

I'd replace Second wind with DS. It's still a very good perk even after the nerf. We'll make it is also a great perk to use.

I'd put Bubba in top tier. He's been abused by his family and he knows that it would be hard for any children of his to go through that same thing. That's why he'd dedicate himself to being a good father and role model for his kids.

I've seen a lot of people suggest after the stun the survivor leaves no scratch marks or blood for a few seconds so that killer has to actually hunt that survivor down again.
well the killer has to look in a certain direction so if you run towards the killer and then go around them they can't see where you are going.
