The Twins are horrible in every possible way, and they're getting a nerf.

The only thing you can really do with them is slug and camp, because that's literally what the devs made them for. Because that's the only tactic the devs can consistently use with the sheer lack of practice and skill.

And, evidently, the Twins were too good at slugging, so that needed to be nerfed into the ground. Unfortunately, they can't really do anything else, but that's a player problem, not a dev problem.
