if you adjust gen speeds, killers will continue to use any form of gen slow down, even more
Like I said, you will always have people who keep gen slow down perks no matter how slow gens will go.
Even if a gen would take 10 minutes to complete, some will use gen slow down.
A gen takes 80 seconds solo, 40ish with 2, i believe 35 with 3.
So yeah they can go really fast, so making it only go 10s faster with every other survivor working on it, doesn't make a very big difference and imo fun for both sides.
I really think a lot of killers will start using much more different perks instead of the mets ones

Can we adress this combo already? Like jeez, playing against this in solo Q is the most boring bs to verse. Team mates are trash and cant focus gens nor find totems. All the jobs are due to me. I need to do everything. Like, I used to do everything before this combo already: Do at least 2-3 gens, unhook mates before next stage, get chased for minimum 4 minutes while being super greedy with pallets cuz my team mates cant stand longer than 10 seconds without 100 of them and then find the noed at the end.
Now? all of this + cleansing minimum 3 Totems on my own. Nothing is getting done. Its super unenganging because most killers ignore me once I loop them for 20 seconds. They realize Im not easy to down so they go for my potatoe mates.
Unfortunately the devs gives little choice with gen slowdown perks.
They don't want to increase the repair time and for the survivors having little other things to do the gens CAN go fast, even with ruin up and even with gen pressure.
If i play survivor I just push trough if ruin is up.
When I'm with 1 or 2 more on a gen and we get chased off, if I see the killer go to after the other survivor I immediately go back, so little regression is made.
And i have to disagree that it is boring af, and I don't even care what streamer says it is.
I play solo and barely ever notice a problem with it.
Yes you do sometimes get patatos, hell I've even had 3 people looking for totems π€·ββοΈ
The problem is easily solved with adjusting gen speeds.
Not by much but just a little.
Like instead of a gen with 2 people on it which takes about 40ish sec to complete, make it that repair time goes down with 10 sec for every survivor working on it.
It's not a big change, but enough for killers to make more fun builds instead of a lot of gen defence builds.
And sure you will always have people who will use almost every gen defence perk in the game.
Look at forever freddy, still being used a lot eventhough he doesn't need it
-
Tbh bhvr should have a good talk with ubisoft.
They had the same problem with rainbow six siege where people who had terrible pings gain advantage while people with good pings got punished.
They realised that and had changed some things and turned it the other way around.
Even went as far as where people who had a certain amount of high ping for to long were automatically kicked from the game.
And tbh i would mind to see that happen in dbd too, been against people with as high as 800 ping.
I can tell you that ain't fun as killer with around 30 ping.
So i really do hope they will try and gather some advice from ubisoft on how to fix their problems with the servers

Who knows. I remember that one Dev saying that 150 Ping is "pretty good Ping". Who knows, maybe they thought that too many Killers got robbed of Hits, so now 250 Ping is "pretty good Ping"... At least this would be my guess that they made the validation a little bit more lenient after the test.
But it will not work as long as on EU Servers you have people from Russia playing who will have a high Ping without anything they can do about that (or similar regions where not Server is nearby).
The more they try to change anything the more it looks like Dedicated Servers have been a big failure. I would give up everything on Dedicated Servers, including Crossplay to have P2P back. The same things that were a problem with P2P are a problem on Dedicated Servers, plus Perks are not working correctly, sometimes Killer Powers are not working correctly... And against some Killers it is just worse, e.g. I hate to go against Huntress since Dedicated Servers, because often they are Russian, have a high Ping and you get easily hit around Corners.
At the very least they should show the Killers Ping in the Lobby, now you just see your own Ping, which helps not at all. (And for some reason, the Killer can see the ping of all Survivors, but not vice-versa...)
Oh hell those huntresses are the worst.
I've been hit by hatches at the shack where I was allready outside and even around the corner going to the window side.
She threw a hatched from the other doorway and still hits me all the way over there.
They had problems with huntress in the beta test where it didn't hit them apparently, and now they've overdone it and make them always hit you.

I know. I play on EU Frankfurt. What did you mean exactly?
Thought maybe you played in the US or something and thinking you played on the same server with people from the EU.
That's what I meant.
But yeah like others say, people from Russia, Arabia, etc all have terrible pings with or without having control over it.
Kinda forgot about that tbh.
Those people imo are also the most toxic in my experience but that is another subject and not on topic
-
@Bwsted said:
It doesn't work. If you have good stable ping (mine is 32) and you're on a server full of laggers (cough EU cough cough) you can get dedicated hit just like before validation. VPN and lag switching hits still work the same.
I don't know what region you are from, but you do know there are multiple servers right?
US East (Ohio), US West (N. California), South America (SΓ£o Paulo), EU (London), EU (Frankfurt), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Seoul), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo).

I Can agree I moved my xbox closer to my router and hits have been worse.
Putting your console closer or further from the router doesn't do that much tbh, unless your using wifi.
Tho a shorter cable does give you a few more mb/'s but that is barely noticeable.
Using port forwarding or putting your console in dmz will improve online quality, that together with a decent up and download speed.

I got a warning from this post. How much of a nanny state is this forum I got a warning for "insulting a group of people". After asking what group I was told I insulted people that disagree with me which is apparently defined as a group. I've asked them to permanently delete my account as I don't agree with the crazy speech suppressing rules of the forum. I mean the guy who warned me was named "gay meyers" just his name alone is way more offensive than anything I posted. Putting your sexual orientation in your name is fairly offensive and unnecessary. Hopefully me calling him out will make him delete the account faster or permanently ban me, but I'd prefer the account were just deleted and I don't see that as an option.
πππ
You're joking now right?
How does stating "gay" in a profile name offence people?
Tbh I'm not surprised it would offend you seeing your post against everything for killers π
-
Yup in all other games the game punish people with bad connection.
Dbd on the other hand rewards bad connection.
I've been hit by killers when not even in range and even as killer I can hug survivors and not getting a hit trough.
My ping is around 30 and my router is put un dmz so no bad connection on my end

If you killed everyone and didn't score at least 30k points it means you were doing some level of camping that prevented survivors from unhooking and generally you are a trash killer. Score more points rather than just camp and trying to end the game early. I know killers wills there only job is to kill everyone and blah blah blah... its a game meant to be fun for everyone and it isn't much fun when you camp the basement so hard no one can do anything. I know other people well say blah blah blah don't get caught you suck and to those I say you are an idiot. The game is designed massively so the killer can easily catch people. Yes we can prolong the inevitable, but chases aren't even supposed to lost a minute I believe the devs have said.
Do tell me please.
Have you actually played killer?
If you did, how long did you play killer?
I'm betting you have either never killer or maybe 1 or 2 matches but failed at it an thus only played survivor from then on.
I highly suggest you play killer for a while, and for the best experience you play it in red rank.
Once you actually did that, then do come back and tell us which killers and your scores, otherwise do shut up with this nonsense π

I run to the next and throw that one down too and creating an infinite loop.
It's fun to see he killer chasing you and hoping they can catch you with bloodlust only to realise that that doesn't work either. ππ¬

Why are there not stronger penalties for this? This makes me not want to play at all. More and more terrible players are maining killers and relying on face camping and leaving players unhooked to guarantee a full clear win. Why isnt there a mechanic that will allow players to get up if they are left to bleed on the ground? They just leave you there and you cant fix generators, open the gate or do anything. You just sit there and watch the screen for however long it takes you to bleed out.
It all depands on when it happens.
If all gens are done and you get on the hook than expect that the killer will camp you.
1 gen left and all 4 survivors left, than you can expect that the killer will slug to try and get grip on the situation and waste time of the remaining survivors.
At these situations I don't care if the killer does it.
But at the start of a match, yeah it is their playstyle but is it a fun playstyle?
Na not so much.
I've had a match not long ago where I was slugged from the start and that is all that happened.
My game ended on the ground bleeding out, not been hooked once and only been slugged π

To preface: I'm a PS4 player (crossplay on) and I definitely haven't been playing as often as I used to, but I have 3k hours in the game, probably 60/40 killer, but more survivor when I've played lately.
I just started trying a tome challenge to destroy 25 dropped pallets. In one game as Spirit and three games as Trapper I have broken 12 pallets. Three pallets per game. I played on Temple of Purgation, Coal Tower, Lery's and Groaning Storehouse, so it's not like pallets were scarce. Survivors just weren't dropping pallets.
Is this a thing now, or have I just had some funky matches tonight?
I also think it has to do where they are hit.
Are they hit just before the pallet then they use the sprint burst to get to a different loop instead of throwing the pallet and thus waisting the sprint burst.
That is at least how I do it.
Getting hit before the pallet drop, is using sprint burst to gain distance and thus waisting time.
Do I have time to drop the pallet than I will
-
When someone dc and there is 1 survivor left I shake while carrying to let them know I'm looking for the hatch for them.
If they still wiggle I hit a hook and shake hoping they stop.
If they don't I give them 2 chances to stop wiggling.
If you got of 2 times I hook you.
But why others do that when you're down I have no idea.
What I do know is that when a pig or ghostface t bags eventhough you were just playing nice, they either had a bad day and put their frustration of on you or they are just plain toxic idiots.

so when I look at the skill requirements an power of certain killers there's obviously clown at the low for example and spirit at the high for example. i hear a lot of people who have opinions that they want every killer to beat high tier swfs but then there's people that say that they want killer to be more like huntress with both sides having opportunities. in my opinion i feel like its okay to have bad killers and good killers. like wraith isn't that great but who cares. does he have to be like spirit or buffed in someway. anyway that's my take.
what's ur guys opinion on this, would like all killers to have spirit level powers or to be default like old billy etc or even a mix of both.
Hahaha than you haven't been against a good wraith I think π
I still menage to win against 4 man swf, sometimes easier and sometimes I need to put my try hard pants on.
He is add on depanding but nowhere weak as many think.
Personally the one who need a good little buff would be trapper.
Going around the map to get your traps, than walk back to where traps are needed is a lot of time lost for nothing.
If they make it so he can get a certain amount of traps out of a locker that would benefit him and more balanced.
The survivors can sabotage/break his traps and he can only replace them by getting 1 from the locker

Let me start by saying that I agree that a SWF team is almost impossible to play against as the killer, it is true that if played optimally survivors have the upper hand due to how the game mechanics work, but playing solo queue is completely different, playing solo queue is almost the exact opposite of ''playing optimally'' I'd even say that solo queue gives the killer the upper hand (not due to game mechanics but due to the community itself) theres like 10 different barriers you have to go trough to even get a fair match.
To start off you have to trust the matchmaking AI will pair you up with/against players of your same skill (which is often not the case since matchmaking sucks! I was going up against purple and sometimes even red ranked killers when I was barely rank 16 playing with 1 or 2 basic perks) I am rank 9 now for both killer and survivor...
You also have to trust that you will not get paired with a troll who will ruin the game from the start (I had lots of matches with troll team mates that will follow me to a generator just to blow it every time to lose progress on purpose) or with the rage quitter who disconnects as soon as he gets downed the very first time.
You also have to get paired with people who know what they are doing, most solo queue survivors don't cleanse totems and they usually don't give a hoot about how gens are distributed around the map, they do whatever gen they first come across and most of solo queue matches you end up getting 3 gen'd and makes it very hard to escape, especially if the team is down 1 or 2 survivors. At least 7 out of 10 games that I play have at least 1 of the people I mentioned and makes solo queue feel like it's a nightmare to play survivor.
I know there is probably nothing we can do about a bad team mate (hopefully they will learn the game and get better) but why can't we have harsher punishments for trolls and rage quitters?
Nah don't worry about it, you will get better eventually and will hold your own as solo.
I also play solo but I don't care about escaping, I love to get chased more than escaping.
And even then I escape most of the time.
I would even sacrifice myself if it means the others get out.
When you get to reds it barely happens that you get 3 gened cause most know that it sucks.
But even when it does happen, they know how to push and aren't scared when the killer comes.

This game has a serious problem in that solos are too easy for killer and SWF are too hard. That's why, when I play killer, I'm gonna dodge if I see all survivors are my platform or all of them are from another platform. I have to assume they're a 4-man SWF, which is a very miserable experience playing against. If there's 3 and 1, I'll humor it because it might be hard but is almost close to a fair match. But I don't care if I have to lobby dodge 5 times or more, because I don't want to be a 4-man's plaything. Maybe with Spirit or one of my better killers, I'll break away from this strat, but not with Trapper or anything weak like that.
It isn't always hard to go against a 4 man swf.
Last week I've been against a 4 man swf on comms, 3 keys, map offering and hatch offering.
I played as ghostface that round and they only got 1 gen done, got a 3k only because I forgot the last 1 had dead hard and thus got the hatch.
Didn't camp, didn't tunnel, I just got into their heads instead of them in mine π
But yeah i agree there are some swf who genuinely make gen rush build and fly trough gens as if they are nothing.
They got to 1 gen and i almost gave up.
Then all came to 1 gen and ive put on my try hard pants π¬
Decided the only thing left for me is to slugh them.
But yeah kinda suspect at least 1 had unbreakable.
Turns out all 4 had unbreakable so it was a lost game.
I only dodge lobby when I see people from a certain region.
They always have terrible connection and those games are nowhere fun tbh.
You can hug them before the hot and it still doesn't register

"pub SWF just arenΒ΄t good". This is true like 9/10 matches, agreed, but I think itΒ΄s fair to also acknowledge that there are great teams out there. Especially late-night (11pm-5am) on EU itΒ΄s quite the sweatfest.
Btw, these seem like some pretty BS hits, I think they need to polish hit validation a bit more. Personally, I didnΒ΄t even notice it was enabled, but I have good ping AND the luxury of living relatively close to the german server.
Same here.
I play with 25 to 30 ping, 40 at max.
And i live in the Netherlands so pretty close to Germany.
But there is a part that also plays on the EU server and they are known for terrible connection.
I said it in a earlier reply, had a game where to lowest was in the 200 ping the highest went up to 800 ping.

While I do agree that hit was BS. Nobody thinks this game is survivor sided for solo q, And if they do theyre simply repeating what theyve heard from others without knowing what they're talking about. Same goes for Unbreakable + DS.
Solo Q = Killer Sided
SWF = Survivor Sided
Yes and no.
Even solo can be survivor sided, but i must say that will only count if you got survivors who know what they're doing.
I always play solo and had a few times where we were just outplaying the killer.
The whole match we were so coΓΆrdinated that we looked like a swf on comms.
I messaged the 3 others asking if they were a swf or not, ok I admit they could be lying but maybe not, all 3 were solo q.
Nothing looked like they were swf by looking at their profile and friends list.
But yeah it's not comment but with good survivors it will be survivor sided

ππ Yup ######### happens unfortunately.
Be glad you didn't get my rng on coal tower post rework.
From the tower into a regular pallet loop between 2 tracks, into a jungle gym, into a V shaped pallet loop, into a mirrored V shaped pallet loop, into a TL which was by that time allready close to the killer shack.
Which ofcourse had on the other side towards the tower, the regular tl and jungle gym.
Was unfortunately playing hag vs a swf so I had no chance there.
I put a trap and someone immediately set it of or disposed of it with the flashlight.
Now I usually don't give up during a match, but with that rng it was completely impossible to even get something of.
This was btw this year before they reworked it

Yeah, hit validation just doesn't seem to work at all.
It still favours the killer no matter what your ping is
Had nothing to do which side.
I've been playing killer against survivors for a certain region which are known for terrible connection.
I could literally hug them and the hit didn't count.
When i looked at their connection I understood the problem.
While I had a ping of around 30, lowest ping on their end was high 200.
Even 1 of them went up to almost 800.
So it isn't killer sided/favoured, it is hit validation not working as they said it was.
The same old problem still exists, before hit validation, if you had a bad connection no matter what side you're on, you had a advantage.
Now with the hit validation it should be taken care of this problem, yet the same issue remains, bad connection is giving you advantage.
Sure there will always be latency issues, but i don't agree that the person with a good connection should be punished instead of the terrible connection.

It's mostly the bubba that face camp that need to be addressed like he is weakened near a hook or a perk needs to be added to counter it.
True.
But if he is face camping the hook than do what must be done, do the gens fast and get out.
It is exactly what he wants that survivors going and try the rescue.
Whenever I see a bubba face camping then I leave and do the gens as fast as I can.
I had 1 time where I was able to pull it off but if I noticed that he was just facing the hook constantly than I would have left.
He was looking in all directions and we had a pallet to work with.
It was during egc and I had done enough to pip so I didn't mind tmo die.
But to my surprise all of us got out.
But trying it during the match where gens still needs to be done, I wouldn't recommend it because it usually backfires and the match is over

If you've seen the other thread about playing Freddy, this thread is a development to that. I admitted to sucking, was told I sucked, and now I've identified what the problems are. But now I need people with solutions. The first thing is the build, I'm running: Oppression, Pop Goes the Weasel, Devour Hope, Barbecue and Chili.
Now I've been facing loads of teams so I need a build that counters SWFs. I'm thinking of taking out Devour Hope and Oppression can go if you have a better combo idea. Or Pop can go if you think Ruin is viable.
The second thing-and this is *huge*- is that I don't know how to win shacks quickly. Whenever I play survivor teams they ALL just run over to shack and loop the crap out of it until they've used the pallet and the window has sealed itself off. I can't just ignore it because everyone now just heals if I leave them alone for half a minute so I can't have a safe zone like that where teams are basically indestructible. Do I have to play Trapper to win shacks or is it possible as Freddy? (don't bullshit me about "oh just juke once" either,I've tried jukes in every different way)
Personally I like my build which let's you continue the chase faster.
I'm using pop, bbq, save the best for last and franklins.
Franklins can be changed for something else as I use it only when I see keys or other items.
Usually I got thanatophobia or brutal for franklins.
Safe the best for last is fun the more stacks you gain.
You hit and almost immediately continue to chase.
Even during unhooks it is strong as the usually don't get the chance to unhook.
I even had the last survivor t bagging the hatch as she was full health.
She didn't realise I used that perk and had 8 stacks.
She regret it immediately as she was downed and picked up before the hatch opened π
As add ons u personally like fake pallets more so I use that with a slowdown when in dreamworld.
Winning killer shack is up to the survivor.
They have to miss read your move or you have 2 options.
1 brute force it and try to get them to drop the god pallet.
2 just leave them and go for a different survivor.
What I personally do and it works pretty well is to fake the red stain.
If the run in they usually go for the window.
Approach the door and turn around but continue to the door walking backwards.
It will sometimes (not always) mess them up a bit especially when they ran in on the pallet side.
Sometimes I vault the window when they vault the window out and then back in.
If you see them run out immediately vault again.
Sometimes they don't expect you vaulting back in and are half way in the shack giving you a hit or down.
It's a bit of trial and error at the killer shack.
See what works and what doesn't against which survivor and take advantage of that.
Same at other loops like a jungle gym, faking your red stain can do wonders and give you a hit and make them drop the pallet

They healed the rest of the time. Everyone who made an unhook was at full health. The BT didn't even need to body block but they did. This isn't even advice, it's just "be faster". I was already pretty close.
My new solution is just to play Demogorgon and give the survivors a good time instead of trying to win.
How is it not advice?
Just because you won't accept it as such doesn't mean it isn't.
You see a survivor running to a hook for a rescue right?
Intercept them and hit them before the get the unhook.
So what if the unhooked person escapes, at least you get a hook trade because the person who did the unhook don't have a change to get away.
And if they manage to dead hard away when you swing, you will still hit the unhooked person who will get down Immediately because no bt.
Keep him on the ground but stay on top of him.
His mates will try to revive and you get to hit them, they run away to heal just as the others you hit.
By the time they are all healed up you can allready hook the downed survivor as his ds timer has ran out.
Now if you do or don't see it as advice, that is up to you.
I just give you examples on what you can do in the current situation.
You complained about the situation and I gave you a couple of solutions.
Now if you can't accept that then why make a post about it?
I'm not trying to be toxic or anything, but that's just how it is.

"anything can happen"
That's just wrong. They made a fool of me when I was going full force for the entire match. They were all healthy by the end game. One of them DS'd me already and I know at least one had BT. That was going to be a losing round no matter what. It was over. The game, looking back on it, was decided by the last generator.
Always expect everyone to have ds when there is a obsession present.
About bt.
You are freddy and can destroy bt.
Make sure you hit them before they unhook and there will be no bt.
For bt to work they need to be awake, any survivor with bt who is in the dreamworld has no bt.
Again If you get annoyed by them for not leaving the match, just open the gates yourself.
Doesn't say they leave immediately but they will before the timer runs out.

Probably because he can just sit on a hook or doorway and kill all 4 survivors in 1 swing of his ability without addons or perks
And if you let that happen than you screwed up as a team.
Never be with all 4 in a space with 1 exit, if you do than you all deserve to be sacrificed.
If you want to be in a spot with 1 exit, then make sure it's no mere than 2 people or its gg and over

So i need help/ a ruling on the perk :power struggle.
So here is the example i just faced. two survivors left, with both of them down and near by exit gate at 99%. I hooked and killed one. I came back to the second one to see they crawled to a near by pallet and are waiting there. I assume that the reason they would do this was because the have power struggle ready. So I have the choice of waiting for 3 mins for them to bleed out, or eat the pallet stun and let them escape. Now that power struggle is a thing, i know its toxic to make them bleed out, but is it bannable, when now its part of the game?
BTW I did end up picking the player up, and yes she did have it, and yes she did escaped...
You forgot 1 more option, force her to make a choice.
The gates are powered which means you can open them yourself.
By doing so she now has to choose, does she wait at the pallet hoping to pull off power struggle?
But if you don't pick her up, she will bleed out.
Or she can try and crawl for the exit.
Imo the best thing you could have done is before picked up the previous survivor was just open the gates first.
Hook that survivor and go back for the last one.
Huge change that she crawled to the exit hoping to escape

After years of playing I've switched to Freddy and I've finally hit rank 2, yet I still suck and get beat hard. When that happens I go to the corner of the map and wait for the survivors to just open the gate and leave. But they don't. They follow me to the corner and just stand behind me for five minutes.
If you do this please stop. Just end it. It's already over. Two hooks by the end game with no kills isn't a fun game for me and I'm ready to do something else.
You know you can open the gate yourself right?
Also, anything can happen during the opening of the gates.
It can still quickly turn around.
If had a game where all 4 were still alive on the red forest map when i played wraith.
Still ended in a 3k

It's not fair on anyone and its screwed up.
change my mind.
(I'm a survivor main and even seeing this stuff in the after chat is crazy! When I play killer it's sad because a level 4 David can pair up with a level 20 whats-his-face and get "free wins" off of inexperienced killers. It's highly unfair and deeply..... Weird? How can you maintain red rank and call a win against a new killer a win????? LETS NOT EVEN MENTION THE T BAGGING FOR DAAAAYS.)
They can and they should.
The only thing is, the rank 20 should just take the damage and be matched against a red rank killer.
Is it fun for the survivor?
Nah probably not, but it's a risk you take when you go in with red rank friends.
But it is way more fair for the killer, instead of 3 red rank survivors vs an unexperienced killer.

Does this mean while everyone is getting pretty skins for Christmas, Feng and Clown are getting nada? Dwight now has two to choose from.. Anyone who bothered with previous rifts already have these items anyway. This Feng Main wants to be festive too.
And by everyone you mean the most played survivor characters?
Cause last time I checked my nea doesn't have and probably won't get any festive outfit.
The devs just go for the most used characters because they can bring in the most money.

What is this treat about really, STRIDOR or how supposedly uncounterable spirit is?
Stridior is strong on all killers as it is on spirit.
On all killers you hear the same amount of sounds from the survivors, but only because you can't see spirit while phasing, almost everybody is losing their minds.
Instead of just trying to think out of the box for a change and stop playing like a blendette.
But unfortunately to some people who say she doesn't have counters you might as well talk to a wall cause they listen just as much.
I've had game vs spirits with stridor and still made it out?
How?
Use that gray mass they call brains and you will do just fine

I forgot about nurse. Looking back, she is the hardest killer.
However, I do think that if a group of people (including me) are good with clown, than that means he does have potential.
In my OP, I said you are playing him wrong. That was not meant as an insult, it was just worded poorly.
No offence taken here.
The thing is, ever person who is good with a certain killer will seems like a very strong killer.
With wraith I'm very good if I say so my self.
Even against a 4 man swf on comms I can dominate, but the fact is that he isn't really that strong and very add on depanding.
In a way so is clown, he only has 4 bottles and you really need to get as much damage done before you run out (unless a survivor isn't playing smart)
That is why i also use the bleach and ether combo.
Either that or I use the one that has a wider area and exhaust add ons.
Especially those are imo very good since almost every one is using exhaustion perks, and getting rid of those gives a bigger advantage.
No more dead hard, sprint burst, lithe, etc.

I didnt prove myself wrong.
Clown is the one of the hardest killers to master, that doesn't make him bad.
Nah I don't agree with you he's the hardest killer to master.
I will still stay nurse will be the hardest killer to learn.
He's not as weak as people think, but he sure as hell isn't strong.
And like I said, any person who is good with a certain killer will dominate

I do wish they would take a good look at DC stats for each Killer. I played against a lot of Doctors this weekend, and in every single match, we had at least one player deliberately DC (and yes, it was obvious by the timing that it was deliberate and not an actual DC). That screams (pun intended) that folks simply don't like playing against the Doctor, which tells me he needs to be re-worked. If people are choosing to DC out of your game because of something, that should be a huge red flag that something is wrong with the game. I suspect there are a few other Killers who also have high DC stats.
I will never understand why people hate playing against doc.
I just love going against him.
He's nowhere strong or annoying imo.
I could understand before his rework people found him annoying with his passive static field.
But now?
He has to wait till it recharged and if you don't use whispers, it's just a lucky guess when you use the static blast

Ur missing two things.
1) Spirit is infinitely easier to get good at, all you need to know is where survivors run and general game knowledge.
2) Even the best of nurses has counterplay, its just very hard to pull off and requires alot of skill. Not even being the best player in the game will save you form a god level spirit.
No best player on dbd will escape from any god killer π

People would not DC in the first place had this game been a little more fair for survivors. Not every team of 4 is 100% all the time productive and communicating. Even the best get beat 50% of the time. The ones that arenβt get beat 100% of the time. This game is balanced around communicating teams so the killer has been buffed like crazy. They need to tone the killer down a bit.
Also if killers are so buffed and survivors are nearly powerless, how is it that i have no problem escaping without any perks and items or with a no mither build without iron will?
And yes no matter the build I always do gens, save, heal, bones and get into chases.
So don't get me wrong here, not trying to be toxic or what ever.
But if you have problems as survivor with escaping, than that might be a you problem.
As survivor is absolutely the easiest role in dbd without any doubt.

No offence here, but balancing around survivor?
What have you been smoking? π
The people that dc are the ones who don't want to adept.
Oh I don't like this killer so I'll dc.
Oh I don't like this map so I'll dc.
Oh I don't like this build he's using so I'll dc.
Seriously survivors dc over the most dumbest of reason.
They just want to sit at a gen not thinking about anything or anyone.
But if they put in just a tiny little bit of effort, they can have a great game and possibly even escape.
Hell I had a survivor recently when we were facing a spirit on the game map.
Around 30s in the game, that person goes down and immediately dc.
Had that idiot not done that than there was a big chance most of us made it out.
We got down to 1 gen with the 3 of us, so with 4 it would definitely be gg and most likely escape.
It is stupid to dc in the first place (not talking about connection errors).
You play a team game and you know full well before you even start up this game, so you just screw over your team on your own selfish reasons.
For that i would love to see an increase in the penalties than what they are now.
I play solo always every day because that is more fun, yet I get out about 90% of the time.
So there is 0 communication on my end, so how do I pull it off?
Simple, i have given a pair of eyes and ears.
I search for the killer and look at what sorts of loops are close.
A little situational awareness will get you a long way, combine that with a little bit of brain usage and you get out.
But unfortunately the survivors are never pleased and want the easiest games

@Wesker09 said:
Please get rid of the penalties. I'm tired of my teammates dcing for no reason and then being forced to play in a loss game
So you're asking the devs to remove dc penalties because you have teammates who dc and leave you alone in the match?
If any they have to increase the penalties for dc to counter this nonsense instead of removing the penalties.
Remove the penalties and you increase the dc during the matches.
