That’s actually not what i said. You didn’t respond to my point about the game disruption to survivors being the real issue. Ok, maybe if you are at a gen you might be able to continue working on it if you are lined up correctly so your aura doesn’t peak through, but that doesn’t happen most of the time in my experience. My point is that by having to counter the perk, it puts survivors at a big disadvantage and there isn’t a survivor perk that disadvantages the killer like that. I don’t think it needs to be totally nerfed, but it should be balanced more.
Tell me, what counter is there against ds than?
They jump in a locker and you want to grabbed them out, voilà ds stun.
Smack them down and pick them up, voilà ds stun.
Smack them down and leave them on the ground, we'll you guessed it, the get up by unbreakable.
Than to keep it a bit on the aura reading part.
Try playing killer when survivors are using OoO.
How does this not put a killer at a disadvantage?
You have pretty much unlimited aura reading and against freddy you have unlimited aura reading as long as you stay asleep.
Tell me, what is the counter to that perk?
You complain about a 4 sec aura reading perk that is mostly used for bp and is easily countered.
Yet you forget the most broken aura reading perk in the game with no counters (unless you're a stealth killer), belongs to the survivors.
Do your research before you complain about a 4s aura reading perk ✌️👋

I wish more people would go in lockers when the killer downs someone. Lots of games are lost because bad loopers get easily caught and go down in 10 seconds. Even when I get in a locker in front of someone, they don't take the hint.
As for the subject matter, no one truly believes BBQ is OP except for the truly ignorant. I doubt the Dev's will ever touch it, it is one of the healthiest perks in the game.
If only you knew how many ignorant survivors there are 😂
And don't underestimate the devs.
You know that if those survivors cry hard enough the devs will most definitely consider it 🤐🙊

That was a great game. U have great gen pressure. Very sneaky and great mind game. But the survivors were a bit weak compare to how good u were. especially the silent Hill girl. That Kate was pretty good. I really like what u did with the killer shack play.
Is this really swf? What kind of swf team brings 3 keys? And I don't get how they all lost their keys.
I usually put the key either in the corner or the bushes so I don't lose it. If 3 ppl bring keys, I'm 99% sure killer will bring Franklin's.
Do u have more videos? Can I watch?
Edit: nvmd, I found ur channel. Ty.
Tnx
And yes they were a 4 man on comms, i sent a gg after the matched and they said they were a 4 man and were still talking about it.
Hahaha yeah Cheryl wasn't really strong.
The 2nd time I was going after her at the main building I didn't plan to continue as I saw fresh scratchmarks on the right side, unfortunate for her that she ran around the corner and I don't skip an easy down, especially not if the bring keys.
David also surprised me at that safe pallet near the shack where he panic vaulted back over.
Didn't expect that at all, because I personally would rather wait on the other side till I see the killer.

Oh sorry didn't understand. But yeah survivors run Kindred for camping rescues. And solo Q coordination so you don't die on hook and so everyone doesn't come to you instead of fixing the last gens. Not BBQ.
Yeah i think he is new to the game and still has a lot to learn.
I never run Kindred and I'm playing solo, I just pay a lot of attention on what is going on around me.
Do I see a survivor is being camped?
I just rush the gens than.
Do I suspect the killer to have bbq?
I just hide in a locker or stay close to the area where the survivor is getting hooked or hide behind a gen in the direct line of the hook.
But yeah when a new survivor comes to the game, the killers seems overwhelming and OP which I can understand.
But to start and cry on the forums about it so soon without getting the basics right is imo pretty sad

B&C is the best perk in the entire game (survs+killers perks). But if you remove it, the killer rate would decrease 15-20% because killers don't know how to work for their hooks and find survs.
As I said in other posts, they should remove the aura reading of survs in dying state from the perk. If you want to slug, then use thrill of the hunt.
How does thrill of the hunt have to do with slugging?
It's a totem perk which gives a notification when someone is on a hex totem.
Absolutely nothing to do with slugging.
The only time you get benefits from it is when you play a full hex build with haunted ground so all totems are hexes, other than that it's pretty much a useless perk on it's own.
And people who slug a lot are most likely to use deerstalker to find you in dying state and not bbq

Have YOU played survivor recently? They recently reworked the spawn points for totems. There are now near infinite spawn points. Finding 5 is simply TOO much. The change to undying means you need to find TWO and that is a reasonable compromise.
I could give two s* about DS as I don't run it anyway.
In a matter of fact I have yes.
I play both sides since day 1.
And again you proven my point about the laziness of survivors.
"Finding 5 totems is just TOO much"
Stop whining about only 5 totems if you don't/can't adept.
Everything is to op these days for survivors.
Survivors winning from killer, whahahaha baby killer, noob, uninstall your game, you're trash, apply more pressure if you want to win.
Killer applying pressure and have finally a decent perk combo.
Reeeee that perk is so OP, it is unfair, we can't do anything, he won't let us heal, etc, etc
Always the same.
New killer or strong perk (strong not OP) and you guys are whining on day 1 after 1 game here on the forums.
Just adept, it isn't too hard if I actually tried.
Same with totem spawns, once you found them you know their locations.

@Splinterverse said:

Again. You are wrong. With undying active (in its current state) and ruin, you have to potentially cleanse all 5 totems to get rid of it and ruin. That had to be fixed.
With DS leaving them on the ground is not 100% guaranteed to work, but it can. I'd say it has a better chance of working than finding all 5 totems against ruin and undying. Stop focusing on undying and just make another complaint thread about DS even though the best killers work with it.
I have to disagree, if you play a bit of survivor (my guess is you play it a lot), you won't have a hard time finding totems.
Simply because you should know the spawn points of them by now.
Leaving a guy with ds on the ground you have 3 other factors to worry about namely survivors.
And unlike your totems, they aren't stationary but always moving around.
Meaning if you search for another survivor, most likely 1,2 or 3 survivors will heal him up.
The only reason they nerfed it, is because of lazy survivors who know only 1 thing and that is doing gens.
I play solo survivor and never ever had any problems with undying.
Fun fact, if the killer is very focused on chasing you of the totems, it can backfire on him.
Done that a couple of times, he chases me off and moves to somewhere else and I go back to the totem and we repeat the circle.
I've made them lose the match because of that several times.
Unfortunately, and they don't make it a secret anymore, the devs are very survivor favoured and this react very fast to crying survivors instead of letting them to learn to adept to a different playstyle

First off only 2 keys open black locks/hatches. Second you have to actually find the hatch. Is it worth wasting a perk slot for such, nope. The hatch is what 1X1 meter. Using a map means no key. The 2 keys are fairly rare and how many have even one. Hatch Randomly spawns. Sometimes it spawns in the middle open area, sometimes it’s in some random corner. Not exactly easy to find. Killers can close the hatch. Again how many games by % does even 1 survivor open hatch with key? How often does a match start with a keyed survivor? How many keys spawn in chests? Bloodweb...
the outrage over keys is kinda funny. Oh noes one survivor keyed the hatch and got away and ruined my kill sweep, OUTRAGE. Keys are fine get gud.
Mories were fine too.
Git gud 😂
The problem with both were very simple.
Keys, you and/or your team f'ed up and can't stay up and actually do the objectives or you 3 gen yourselfs.
You still get rewarded for it and being able to go and look for the hatch and escape, yes at least 1 survivor has to be dead but it's undeserved none the less.
Mories, down a survivor and camp the hook or tunnel the person of the hook and instantly mori them.
Like with survivors and key, undeserved kill out of imo bad gameplay.
Also I believe there is an add on for keys to find the hatch right?
So no need for a perk slot used to find it.
I could be wrong tho as I don't use keys
Before you start saying git gud to me, here's a little vid of me playing your favourite killer vs a 4 man swf with 3 keys, a map offering and a hatch offering 😂

I think this perk has been discussed quite a bit, But here’s a common denominator with killers, most use it. Might as well assume. Forces survivors to use Kindred which only slightly offsets as at least it can giveaway the perk may be used. When you play watch how many killers use it. I will attest it’s most. Needs to be tweaked. There’s your sign, force killers to use some degree of skill and cunning. Not hook and then hone in on the next kill, hook, wash repeat...
Hide in lockers before they hook someone if you suspect the killer use bbq.
Or run distortion which hides you or make sure you are close before the hooking.
There, see easy counter.
It gives extra bp which is always nice.
While we're at it and you complaining about the usage of the perk.
Next time you play keep a counter on how many survivors are using ds or ub or even both.
And if you whine about the aura reading perks, take a look at OoO.
Nice fair perk

When did they say keys will be nerfed?
Don't know exactly but I remember they talked about it saying both mori and key will get reworked.
Which is funny because it's always like if they bring one the other brings the other one and they used both in 1 sentence.
So you might think they implement both at the same time.
But unfortunately they only changed the mori and didn't say anything about that, it was just there without any announcements it was coming that patch.
And they key stayed untouched and unspoken.
So if lucky, they key might be changed somewhere around this time next year is my guess.

You overestimate the times, people use DS and UB together. I made my own little survey of 100 red rank games and DS was used 174 (43,5%) times, UB 66 (16,5%) and on one survivor together ~33 times. So roughly, only 1/3 of games has one survivor, that uses both together. Only 3 games where 2 used it and 1 where 3 used the combination.
It is similar to the old dev statistic in use of the perks.
That might be, but then again I see it quit often used together both when I play as survivor and as killer.
The times I see ds being used in reds is almost every single game.
If lucky I maybe, just maybe see 3 matches without ds.
And when ds is used there is almost every time ub in the build too.
Might be that it is different on other platforms tho.
I tried to do a little survey myself but stopped when I got around 50 or so games.
There were only just a hand full of games where there wasn't a ds and/or ub.
So it could be platform or region specific

I understand that you've wanted changes to those for a long time, but making survivor unplayable is not going to get you there. Go play survivor for 8 hours straight in various formations (solo, SWF, mix), etc. and then come back here with an opinion about undying. In it's current state, it makes it unplayable.
I play solo always and tbh never found the combo a problem.
Just push trough and you'll be fine.
If working with 2 survivors on 1 gen and you get pushed off, don't run to far.
If he's chasing the other survivor you run back and do the gen.
@ukenicky said:
Ruin Undying was a problem because it did too much. Ruin is the most powerful gen regression perk in the game. Hexes are usually extremely powerful because they can be cleansed and once cleansed they're gone for the rest of the match. Old Undying potentially allowed Ruin to stay up through 5 totem cleanses if the Killer was very lucky. And yes it could also be cleansed away in 2 but that was unlikely.
Just yesterday me and my friends had two matches where we couldn't cleanse away Ruin Undying in the first few minutes and it just makes you lose the match when / if the Killer downs anyone and removes someone from the match. And then when we DID find the final lit totem the Killer camped it. Like ugh talk about overkill at that point.
Yeah if I bring a map + detectives every match I can be on guaranteed totem duty but I don't have that many maps so rip.
Bottom line, powerful hex perks shouldn't stay up for free ALL match long that doesn't even make sense especially when Hex Undying itself IS A HEX PERK.
Ruin is as strong as survivors let it to be.
I have never had a problem with the combo as solo.
Yes I can understand people might find it a hard combo.
I have won games as solo where ruin was up all match.
How?
Just pushed trough and do as I said to the person I replied before you.
If i come across a totem I cleanse it even if it's a dull totem.
Do I find 1 of the 2 hexes and he chases me off?
I wait till he downs someone and as soon as he picks him up I cleanse the hex.
As killer you must be really close to a hook or close by me to get to me before I destroyed it.
Again, the hexes are as strong as you let them to be.
Old ruin was strong but the new one is nowhere as strong tbh imo.
@BaldursGate2 said:
DS BT never a problem if you don't tunnel / camp. Dead Hard on the other hand, even if it works not properly, is a huge problem. Even when you know the guy has it, if he is decent, he just uses it to make it to a window or pallet. It's the strongest perk there.
It buys so much time and that's exactly what a killer doesn't have enough and it has a CD, not a onetime use.
I have to agree to disagree with you about DS tho.
DS is a problem especially in combo with ub.
I can hook 2 other survivors before I find the first one again and still get hit by ds, and trust me it has happened several times before.
Now did i tunnel or camp?
Nope, I just capitalised of the survivors mistakes and getting punished for it.
Now you could say, if you doubt that that survivor still has ds, (which you won't after hooking 2 others) you slugg them.
Well yes I could do that, that is true.
Unfortunately they get up again because of unbreakable and I have to find them again, hit them again and down them again for what?
Because the F'ed up, I have to pay the consequences for their mistakes as killer?
How does that make sense?
-
@CLAUDETTEINABUSH said:
You guys probably know what I'm talking about, when survivors loop on killer shack when the survivor is on the basement, when a swf with 4 flashlights rush to the downed survivor so you're forced to slug, when you return to the hook and you can only find the unhooked, because the unhooker is hiding. And then as you finish your game they blame you for it, and you get another commend on your stream profile. I really can't wrap my head around it. So you basically DEMAND the killer to go to the other side of the map, even if they know you'll do a free save a second later? To not slug and apply more pressure when they know that half of the team is on this side of the map? And if I find the unhooked, and I KNOW that 2-3 survivors work on gens, should I simply let them go and hope I'm lucky? What annoys me isn't that they promote this behavior with their playstile, what annoys me is that they blame the killer for being a dick because they did their job.
Did you forget the golden rule from the all mighty survivors rulebook?
Rule #1. Survivors are the only ones that are allowed to have fun.
Any other form of fun created other than that of the survivors are strictly prohibited.

I know many people swear by Rotten Fields, but the Swamp and the Stranger Things map are absolutely the worst.
The Swamp is a Blendette's paradise, and seeing how she's a very popular character in my region (Brazil) that just makes it even worse. Yeah, corn makes it hard to chase but at least the map is lit up as #########. Swamp is very dark, big, with lots of cover for survivors and stupid jungle gyms.
Research Lab is a giant jungle gym on itself with absolutely boring thematic and design. It's claustrophobic, navigation is confusing and generators are somehow harder to defend in this map than in other larger indoor maps.
The thing what survivors most of the time will do on the lab map, is that they start going for the furthest gens on the map.
I don't bother to much with those gens, especially not the one on top at the portal room, they can have that one for free.
If they aren't dead by then, than It will become interesting as they now need to do gens on the middle part, and thus they can be chased of easily.
The only map I don't like to go on as killer is any corn maps.
To much places to lose the survivors in.
I mostly play on sounds during a chase in the corn till I can see them.

What no one here seems to realize is how small of a team BHVR really is. It may not be a measly few people like some indie games, but it isn't in the mass thousands. The official site says "more than 600 employees." So let's say under 1000 people are split into several different teams. You won't have many people to go around. Not even every employee works on Dead By Daylight; many work on other projects.
That is something I already have noticed.
In a stream they gave an answer about a QOL.
There have been multiple questions about a chapter dedicated to QOL.
Their answer was that they are big enough to work on QOL and release new chapter with killers and survivors.
Now we all saw and experienced what happened when they released the twins chapter.
Now hit validation also falls under QOL and as they had shown they are not able to work on new chapters and on QOL at the same time unfortunately.

That's why folks should take the time to file reports after the match, not just tick the "did not have fun" dot. If you have people engaging in toxic behavior, report it.
I, too, have noticed I'm still getting some VERY sketchy hits, given the hit validation was supposed to correct it.
I already have had a ticket submitted about the terrible connection being in the advantage over people with good connections.
All they said is that their matchmaking has some problems and they are working on it.
So basically the standard answer.

Big oof. They use the "did you have fun?" Slider to nerf killers, not fix the game.
A dev said they use it to correlate what perks / killer were used for unfun matches.
No idea what they do with the ones killers send in.. throw them out?
Ok that is something I didn't know.
All I saw in a different thread was peanits say that they did use that.
Can't remember if he said anything about perks and add ons or something.
I also said In the thread that they will get only a part of the info of the match.
Like, was the killer slugging from the start?
Did the survivors rush the gens?
Did the killer or survivors kept the match hostage?
There are so many factors why someone gives it a 1 pop, so it could have nothing to do with perks.
But it might explain why they are always so eager to change perks.

So I have around 40ms and super fibre internet and I'm still getting hit through pallets ( even killers glitching through pallet stuns and hitting me) and through windows.. and even when I'm falling through the air? will they ever fix this? it's getting a bit tedious now.
Even when playing as killer I notice hits that I'm just like.. that shouldn't have hit them.
Yup unfortunately the hit validation bs they released shows how competent they are.
The problem they have created is that the more terrible you're connection is, the more advantages you gain.
It isn't killer or survivor sided.
I have had games as killer where I was hugging survivors before going for the hit, unfortunately the hit never lands.
And i have games as survivor where the pallet was down and the killer teleported through and then back and managed to hit.
Even huntress in the opposite doorway from the shack and i allready outside around the corner and still got hit.
I heard that they do use the "did you have fun" on the score board.
So i decided to just give every single match with bogus hits or hits that should land 1 pip.
I for sure know it isn't my Internet connection, having also fibre Internet, a good router and have my PlayStation put in dmz, so all is good on my side as far as I know

The perk is more of an anti momentum perk than a anti tunnel perk.
If you as killer are stronger and more efficient than the survivors you will get punished for it, while the survivors will be rewarded for it?
Make sense?
Nope I didn't think so either.
60s ds timer is way to long, either make it 30s or make it where it deactivates with certain actions.
It's not hard to Balance the perk, the devs are just ignorant and incapable of thinking for logical solutions.

I've been avoiding playing too much DBD since the mori update as there was insane increase in amout of keys per match (from my experience) so I'd love to know what to expect.
If lucky I think the rework/change will come somewhere around this time next year.
If lucky, but i wouldn't hold my breath tho 😂
Do the same as me, use franklins when there are a lot of items or keys.
Survivors are eager to get their items back which make them an easy target.
It is especially funny if they pick it up right in your face after you just hit them 😂

The perk itself is fine if we are talking about a fair game of 4 solo survivors. This perks becomes a nuisance only in SWF sweat squads, where it becomes their legal wall hack for the team. You shouldn't constantly change the game when the problem is somewhere else entirely: half of all the problems this game has come from SWFs and how comms break any balance this game could have. Just do something with SWFs and stop crippling survivor perks further, making solo survivor experience worse than it already is.
Solo survivor isn't worse at all.
I always play solo with different builds and having a fun time.
Even escape almost every time.
If they revert it back to the old OoO than all problems are solved.
Back then it was a balanced perk as it had a counter to it, something it doesn't have now.
Especially against freddy that perk is nasty, don't wake up and stay asleep and you have unlimited info.
You can be next to him on the other side of the wall and still see what he is doing

Before as it is now, it was when both the killer and survivor both were looking in each others direction.
But somewhere around the freddy rework they changed it to what it is now.
I didn't know untill someone was mentioning that to me.
I was as freddy facing 4 OoO on the swamp and used the backwards walking to them.
When i talked about it in a community, they said that that was the old way of OoO and that they can now see me whenever they wanted.

Now that survivor has a change to get away from me as I don't see where they are going because I got my back towards them.
But i can also surprise them by doing that.
It can throw them of guard as they don't expect that much.

We all know that this perk is really annoying and it could cost you the game if you play trapper because the object user can see you every time whenever he wants.
Then my suggestion is to make object work only if both players watch in the same direction so if you play trapper or hag you can still have a chance to put a few traps without being disarmed or activated when you will chase another survivor.
My other suggestion is to make object reveal the one who is using it and all his friends who started the game with, so they gain information on your position and you on them because they only send one person with object that will tell everyone the information gained.
Finnally if possible object would deactivate if the killer is chasing someone because if they are in a swf they will tell what the killer is currently doing to help them in chases.
These are my suggestions let me know what you think about in the comments.
Been saying that when watching in each others direction for a long time now.
That is like how the old OoO worked and it was good.
I don't get why they decided to change it into this ######### perk

It is the only 'strong' meta for killers right now, I agree it isn't the most fun to go against, I think there are other things that should be looked at before this nerf, specifically DS and unbreakable.
How much I agree with you I don't believe that will ever happen.
Unfortunately they said that they will only keep an eye on it but not going to rework it.
Which is actually very funny because I can remember very clearly the reason they gave for the ruin nerf.
They don't want a strong synergy as they said it.
Well if you ask me ds+ub is a strong synergy and combine that with soul guard ad it becomes even stronger.
But looking for a change?
Nope that is not happening.
You can mark my words that there will be a nerf to undying first before they even take a closer look at ds.
And my gut feeling says that you the nerf will be included in the mid chapter update.

Step 1: killer is hit with pallet
Step 2: killer hits survivor THROUGH pallet with standard m1 attack
Step 3: killer sided hit registration
Infallible logic.
Yup I know that happens too.
Again if you read my comment you'll understand why it isn't always killer favoured.
I play both sides and get hit by hits that were unable, looking at you huntress.
And as killer I don't get hits even though I should have hit them.
Like I said and some others too, it is most likely a server issue.
If you play killer you should take a close look when you clearly hit a survivor and they don't get hit by you.
You will see that it is true what i say 😉

I have not yet seen a Survivor that knows what to do against a jump-scare Myers play about five rounds with it each round I only had about one person Escape they treat him like normal Myers and hide when in a chase
I vs him some times and it's really fun to go against.
All you have to do is listen closely as he breath very heavily like he's got astma.
If i hear that, then I'm gone.
Best thing is, depanding if he has nemesis and pwyf, to just keep running.
By the time he gets you if he decides to follow you, your on the other side of the map.
That is without throwing pallets, using loops, etc.
He's not really difficult but you need your team to know what to do too.
As far as I can remember, I always escaped from him.
But it is fun to see other survivors struggle and don't know what to do.
Playing against him as a solo is a bit more difficult when your team is clueless.

Oh, I agree. I think it was somewhere in this thread, but I made a comment about how I believe DBD is the only multiplayer game I know that awards bad internet, not good internet. This is both on killer and survivor side. Like, why is that a thing...?
I truly do believe it is due to poor servers and/or coding as well. The game just isn't optimized very well, yet I still love it anyway.
Server Hit Validation might-as-well not exist, as it doesn't appear to actually do anything anyway.
Yeah i don't know why that is a thing too.
I said it in a different thread that bhvr should go talk with ubisoft.
They had the same problem with rainbow six siege where bad connection was rewarded.
They changed some things and turned it around so bad connection would give you a disadvantage as how it should be.
Same with bugs, glitches, etc.
Ubisoft dedicated a complete season for a QOL to get rid of most of the problems.
Now I am very certain that the team behind rainbow six is much bigger that the team behind dbd, wouldn't even be surprised if they are twice as big.
And here bhvr saying their team is big enough to push out new chapters and do QOL at the same time.
While the rainbow six team said that they needed a season to make it work properly.
Especially with the last chapter, bhvr clearly showed that they are not capable of doing it.
The amount of bugs that came back plus all the new once, and yet no chapter dedicated to QOL 🤷♂️

Getting hit after you stun a killer with pallet is the most frustrating thing ever. Proves that hit registration is killer sided.
Most definitely isn't killer sided, can tell you that from experience.
My ping is always around 30ms and my console is put in dmz so there should be little to no delay there, got between 700 and 800mb/s up and download.
Played against an Arabic swf team with their lowest ping being around 250 and the highest even went to just over 800.
I can tell you, even when I was running up against them I didn't get awarded the hit.
So it's definitely a server issue or coding issue, it just favours the person with the most terrible connection and not how it should be, the one with good connection.
Wether it is killer or survivor, if you have a bad connection you will gain a advantage over the good connection.

My knowledge of DBD far outweighs yours. In every way. Join me in 2016 when the game was in beta, then you can criticize my knowledge.
Exactly as I thought, you know your logic is flawed and try to diverting it away from it.
Nice try and nice fail goodbye and good luck 😂

I said Dead hard for DISTANCE.
If you don't know what that is (which you clearly don't), best not try to discuss it with someone who does.
Dead Hard and Dead Hard for DISTANCE are two completely different things. There's nothing you can do about a Dead Hard for distance.
Maybe you don't know a thing about perks as it seems.
There are several ways to counter exhaustion perks.
Run mind breaker touch a gen, get exhausted.
Example : run clown with an exhaustion add on, problem solved.
Huntress, again exhaustion add on, hit them and again no dead hard.
So or adjust your playstyle or maybe stop crying about nothing

NOED has a counter. Dead Hard for Distance does not.
Not the same thing. Try harder.
Dude if you suspect or know someone is runnig dead hard, don't swing to early.
Stay up their asses and force the dead hard or wait a bit and swing.
I rarely have any problems against it because I force them to make a mistake or push them in the open where dead hard has no use.
Can't believe people are crying over perks and make their own rules when someone uses it 😂
What kind of state has this game turned into when people are starting acting this way? 🤷♂️

I'm right. Zero right to complain.
😂
Well I just stay in your own little world than and keep crying about a perk that kills your fun in dbd I guess than.
Whenever I complain than I suggest you better scroll down and don't read it.
Might be better before you get a heartattack😂

Again - anyone using dead hard has zero right to complain about anything. Ever. That's my standpoint. E key users (or whatever button it is on consoles) have no valid opinions/gripes while they use E to outplay.
Last time I checked the eula there was no point about a perk that doesn't give a right to complain 😂
I play both sides and use dead hard and i don't care if I go against it

You say “play killer at rank 1 for a month” as you feel powerful for it. I’m a surv main, but I play killer too. I don’t need to feel powerful, I play to have fun. Also I never escape against a fair killer. I’m sure you’re another try hard killer that camp, tunnel and slug for the 4k. I don’t think I’m wrong in this too
Yup definitely a tunneling, camping try hard killer for sure mate 😂
Before you jump to conclusions and think I am lying when I say I play both sides, my YouTube is DennisvanEijk1980.
You can definitely see what type of killer I am 😂
But just looking at your comment it shows you definitely haven't hit red ranks as killer for sure.
If you did your comment on mine would have been different and your posts and other comments would be much different too.
But good luck I guess

Killers always cry about DS/UB when its not even hard to counter, slugging multiple people instead of just picking up everytime helps them more, adds more pressure yet all they ever do is cry about it. they never will try to adapt because they dont wana give up there only playstyle of camping the hook and tunneling.
bad killers stay bad.
Yeah try that in red ranks when you go against a team that love to rush the gens.
You slug them, they use unbreakable.
You pick them up you get ds.
Some even use soul guard with it, so good luck with countering that.
Either you haven't played killer or not in red ranks.
A good survivor with ds and unbreakable will let you lose the game.
I've had not so long ago a 4 man swf who were all using ds/ub and 1 or 2 with soul guard.
A typical gen rush squad with toolboxes, BNP and prove thy self.
1 gen left and no kills, slugged them all out of necessity, and I don't think I need to tell you what happened from there right? 😉

Another killer that needs to feel superior and powerful in a video game
😂😂
Dude instead of rebeling against killers and how "OP" they are and everything is in their favour, maybe spent a time playing killer as rank 1 for a month or so.
No survivor, only killer.
Bla Bla Bla yeah of course you've already done that and it is as easy af Bla Bla Bla.
I bet, and I could be wrong even though I highly doubt that, that the only time you have played kler was maybe when you first started playing the game.
But only a few before you switched to survivor and nothing else anymore.
As I said, I could be wrong but I don't think I am on this one.

I'm not surprised even a little, sounds working properly seems to be the hardest thing for the devs to do. Of everything that is bugged in this game sounds are bugged the worst and most often. I mean hell, IW has been "bugged" for how many years now? (it isn't meant to stop ALL sounds, only cries of pain, survivors should still breath but that's a bug with the perk.)
Hahaha even today you don't need to run iron will anymore 😂
I never run it and I have matches where I'm injured and don't even make a single sound 🤷♂️

@Peanits can you maybe share some inside on this matter and what is going on?
Would be much appreciated to know what is happening with the validation and the hits that get rewarded to the person with the bad connection. 🤘

I wanna bring light to this again, played some Oni and was probably more disappointed with the change/bug than I probably shoulda been, that Oni theme made me hyped to kill.
I really hope this is a bug, and not something they let go for 2 years.
It's dbd man, they have bugs all over the place.
They said they are big enough of a team to handle it all but it clearly shows they can't.
They said there is no need for a QOL chapter because they are a much bigger team than they used to be, so dedicating a chapter to fix their problems isn't necessary 🤦♂️

Agree. They should take more time to do gens. 75% killing rate is so low, we wanted 90% at least
🤣🤣🤣
I'm not gonna have this conversation with you again as you have already made up your mind and will not accept anything else, no matter how true it is.
So let's just agree to disagree, because someone who will truly play both sides will agree that gens are just fast.
Survivor mains want to get rid of ruin and undying, but don't want to give anything in return for it 🤣
Gens still can go as fast as a little over 3 minutes, but no gen speed is just fine 😂
Btw that is without any gen defence.

@Peanits said:
It is actually used, yes. It's a way for us to check for trends and to see if what we're seeing is a problem for everyone or just a vocal few. It's definitely not the only thing we check, but we do check it.
It is good to see it is actually being used by you guys.
But, and I think I know the answer already, the only info you get from it is the killer being played, perks on both sides as well as items and add ons right?
But if people uses 1 pip to indicate they didn't have fun because,
A: the killer slugged right from the start and left them on the ground to die or ended the game by hooking them and there were no kobes.
B: the survivors rushed the gens as fast as possible say like within 4 or 5 minutes.
That kind of info would not be included in the info right?
If not than that would make it a bit of a incorrect info and you might even change things in perks or add ons because of the faulty info.
Just wondering here 😉
