I’d like to know too. Seeing as they have told us the prestige rewards I thought they would have given us these numbers. @MandyTalk as a fellow non-prestiger (is that even a word) can you help us out?
-
@mandysuxx @Peanits you guys aware of this?
-
Also noticed that the new generic perk doesn’t state that the totem will be destroyed. Has that been removed?
-
I saw someone using Hex: No One Escapes My Breath, made me chuckle.
-
I’ve just tried the PS4 version on PS5 and that’s working. So definitely a PS5 issue, at least now I can get some rift fragments 🤣

on what platforms are you guys? I’m on PS5. Might be PSN having issues because other games won’t connect too
PS5 too. Seen someone else on twitter say they are having the same problem on PS5.
-
I kept hearing them on the asylum map, was against nemesis. Thought something was wrong with his power.

Tru3Ta1ent: Plays both sides about equally, which is nice. Also does a lot of interesting stuff like letting his stream choose his perks and such.
Otz: Very informative.
Dowsey: Just started watching him recently. Very entertaining.
Tru3 doesn’t let stream choose his perks, he charges them $10 for the privilege or $50 if the build makes the killer/survivor weaker.
-
@Edilibs usually yes they do, but currently you won’t get a full heal from a brown medkit. You need a tap from another survivor to complete it. Try it yourself.
-
I don’t bring a brown medkit because it doesn’t give a full heal, FeelsBadMan
-
Patch notes have just been updated so I’d say we get the patch shortly.

I should have specified, that i managed to open the gate while the timer was probably at 5 seconds and got hit right before the invisible line. if i was aware that they had Noed, i probably wouldnt have healed myself and yeeted away with Dead hard.
Can you explain how you would have “yeeted away with Dead Hard” whilst using Resilience, BT, Adrenaline and Iron Will? So many flaws in your arguments, smh.
-
Firstly your team didn’t complete all gens, there was 1 left. Secondly, are you ok with your Adrenaline popping whilst you were slugged? Both you and the killer were using 3 perks until the hatch was closed. If you don’t want noed to proc on a hatch close then the same should be applied to adrenaline. You both got something out of it.
-
I feel your pain. I played 5 games yesterday and I got this error in 2 of them. Gave up after the 15min penalty. I’m considering dropping the game until they fix it, getting the penalty for something out of my control is infuriating.
-
@Vizikk no, it spawns just to the right of where you are when the video starts. So that’s 2 totems that can’t be cleansed.
-
Just go into ps store and search dead by daylight, each add-on needs to be “purchased” again but they are free.
-
That sucks. Have they disabled the dc penalty?
-
It says in patch notes that it isn’t working. Check “known bugs”.
-
I’m sure that’s the hit validation, the server said you didn’t get the hit and rejected it.
-
Sounds like 3 gen rush games back to back at low red ranks.
-
It’s a really ######### situation that you have to uninstall dbd because of the toxicity. I totally get the whole “just shrug it off” thing doesn’t work, it’s ppl going out of their way to make someone else miserable. You take care, and good luck in the next game you choose to play, hopefully one day you feel well enough to come back.
-
Yup, I had no problems doing it with my account. Trophies don’t carry over though. PS5 is so smooth, you’ll wonder how you played on ps4 lol

on that I am not sure, I will try to find out.
Any news @MandyTalk ?
-
Small game doesn’t work against traps anymore.
-
Will the Dead by Daylight Nightmare Edition still grant the ST dlc after it’s removed from psn etc? @MandyTalk
-
Same thing on ps5, pisses me off.
-
The usual tbh although I’ve seen 1 cake played so far and that was by me. Lots of survivor puddings though.
-
I don’t get excited for them but I do enjoy the challenges. I think if we didn’t have the tomes I’d have dropped this game, it gets quite stale when they are complete.
-
The DC penalty is back, my game crashed and I’m currently sat waiting for the timer to go down.
-
I hate farming with a passion, another thing that infuriates me is when a killer knows you are doing gens and not joining in with the farm but yet allow you to get ratted out by teammates to get farmed off hook. So to OP if you don’t want that 1 survivor to be left then leave them be to get out rather than forcing them to play how you want.
-
The Candyman trailer was released over a year ago. The movie release was pushed back because of the pandemic.
-
Someone stepping into a trap.
-
Mine didn’t change at all, not even a pip difference, sadge.
-
“How We Doin’?”
Whilst on the hook, the progress of each generator is shown to you, the higher the intensity of the aura the further along it is.

If we're throwing in TV shows what about X-Files?
Maybe bhvr are taking inspiration from X-Files. I’ve started watching them from the beginning and just finished watching an episode called “Humbug”, it’s about some freak show twins, one of them is deformed and can detach itself and goes around jumping on people. He has a real likeness to Victor too, like almost identical.
-
@Skarkio Me too, Franklin’s is my favourite perk!
-
I don’t find the in game colourblind option much use, I’m glad they have added the option to help us colourblind folk but personally it doesn’t help. I’m fortunate to own a PS5 and that has its own colourblind option and find that helps so much more.
-
penzi_ is devotion 40 on his main account, think he said he has 3 other accounts each being over devotion 5.
-
A streamer reported me on stream for using Prove Thyself. Said I was using a farming build.
-
I completed the challenge using For the People. Maybe it is bugged. Good luck!
-
Trapper
Hag
Nurse
Doctor
Clown
-
It’s all well and good saying take the aggro but if a killer doesn’t want to chase you there’s not much you can do. Any decent killer will keep track on which survivors are on death hook etc so they will take them out of the game regardless.
-
The information on MMR and rank rewards are in the developers update here. https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/224881

You might wanna stop playing for a while if you are so tired of playing against her. She’s in the next tome so you might be seeing a lot more of her.
-
Bloodlust hasn’t been removed. They did a trial over a weekend to gather some data but that’s it. Bloodlust is back in the game.

Darn. My precious Spine Chill is no longer a guaranteed heads up!
I hear ya! I love spine chill but we will now have to use our ears a little more to avoid the pesky Victor!
-
No he doesn’t.
-
Oh dear I hope this is a bug. Trapper doesn’t have much going for him at the best of times.
-
Same with Jane’s Bohemian Wonder head, her lenses don’t show in lobby but they do in game.
-
I have a New Moon Bouquet offering on my Claudette’s bloodweb that I can still purchase. I don’t wanna level her up because of it.
