Everything should be back up and operational.
-
Hello, we have let the team know and we will update as soon as there is more information.
-
The Dredge. I bet there's snacks in there.
-
Thank you, this helps a lot!
-
Hello, can you please attach the photos? Thank you!
-
I do not have an immediate update at this time; it is currently under review by the team.
-
We understand the frustration and disappointment. As soon as there is more information, the team will let the community know.
-
Thank you! I will pass this along to the team.

The person I was against had the anniversary mask on I think.
The Susie voice requires the Backstabber mask to be equipped.
-
Hello, can you confirm you are using the full skin please?

HOW TO GET YOUR LOGS (THIS PART ONLY APPLY TO PC PLAYERS):
When you get the issue, close your game and do not reopen it until you get your logs.
- Press Win+R
- Type in appdata
- Press OK
- In opened window navigate to: \Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
- Usually you would need to attach the DeadByDaylight.log file.

Same, additionally my Current Rift progress has reset itself. It still says that I own the cosmetics etc., but I'm back at level 1. I'm playing on Steam PC.
Hi, is there a chance you can get us some screenshots or logs?
-
I got mine just now!
-
Thank you, Taricck!
-
Thank you for sharing these! We will get this to the team and under review.
-
If you're able to get a screenshot, that would be greatly appreciated!
-
Can you tell us which locker? Can you teleport to another locker to get out of being stuck? Thank you!

Hello, do you know if this is a bug or intended behavior of this perk? Imagine if Grim Embrace or Thrilling Tremors is in play as you finish the Invocation process, it's a complete disaster
On this opportunity I would like to report another funny bug with this perk:
Steps how to reproduce 100% of the times
- One survivor starts the Invocation process
- A 2nd (or 3rd/4th) survivor joins the Invocation process
- The original survivor leaves the Invocation circle
- If the original survivor gets downed by the killer (or plot twist) just as the other survivor(s) finish the Invocation, the downed survivor gets healed back from the dying to the injured state instantly
Please do not report other bugs in this thread; first look for another thread reporting this. If you cannot find one, please create a new thread using the template pinned in this category. Bug reports done as a reply to another bug report can get lost.

It's not the devs job to play at the highest level, in any game, period, end of story.
DBD devs are NOT going to spend 8 hours developing a game, then play the game for another 8 every night after work to grind to the highest level of every killer, and survivor. Just saying.
👀 I know of several devs (including a live designer!) who do this, actually. 😂 Nothing makes me giggle more than signing off from work, and watching colleagues start popping up on Steam as launching Dead by Daylight.

13 June 2024 for the Twisted Masquerade.
Correct! And I am SO EXCITED!
-
Thanks for the updated information!

You'll want to reach out to PlayStation support. Thank you!

Losing the White Ward through DCing is intended.

DC'ing from the match could also be the reason for losing the item + addons.
Did you DC from the match?

You can read more about the program here:

Thanks for popping in to ask; I can confirm that this e-mail is legitimate and from BHVR!
-
This has been a very productive discussion; I just wanted to pop in with a reminder to keep comments civil and respectful.
-
Whilst discussing this topic, please keep the commentary civil. It is imperative that we do not encourage any negative gameplay behaviors, as this is against the community rules.
-
Thank you for the additional information!
-
What queue was this in, please?
-
The Game Rules have not changed.
-
Some things do need manual approval as part of forum safety; everything should be through! You are not shadow banned or shadow censored.
-
This has been reported, and you have placed it in the wrong section. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!
-
I would be remiss if I didn't bring Blood Warden. The others I usually bring are generator or aura related, such as Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Surge, Call of Brine, Surveillance, Dead Man's Switch, etc. I also keep Lightborn in my backpocket if I see a lot of flashlights.
-
It does take time to make sure every player affected is flagged for compensation before it is implemented. We will update as soon as there is more information; we appreciate your patience!
-
I can't stop giggling watching people pallet stun me then play their lute for me right after.

Fixed, no longer get hit with the LS-0021 error!
Thanks for the update! <3

Hello, please check your Epic accounts and let us know if this is still an ongoing issue.
-
If you have received an error, can you try again? <3 The codes should be working now.

are the keys limited though? Or is everyone that has a BHVR account and accepts the terms supposed to get a key?
(I got mine already btw)
To MANY MANY MANY, we are NOWHERE near the cap! <3
-
The team is aware of the issue with players who have a free copy of Dead by Daylight on Epic, and is investigating.
-
There are lots of keys left! We are currently investigating the issues with claiming on the website.
-
This is not the place to appeal bans, per our rules. As to the slur, I will ensure this is passed along to the appropriate parties for investigation.
-
Hello! I am cleaning up the thread; please be mindful of the forum rules and to engage respectfully and civilly even if you disagree. Thank you!
-
This is currently under review by the team - there is an active thread where comments can be left in the appropriate section here on the forums so the team can see them.

• Platform: PC, possibly every platform
• Description of the issue: Switching to a toolbox while Potential Energy is active (at least 1 Token) doesnt consume the toolbox even though it speeds up the Tokengain. After a short test in some custom games, this can save up to 15 seconds (no other perks used).
• Steps to reproduce (worked 4/4 times as of now):-Start working on a gen without using the toolbox
-Activate Potential Energy and get at least 1 Token
-Immediatly stop repairing and switch to repairing with the tool box
-Repair until potential energy has 20 stacks (toolbox wont be consumed in the process)
-put in all 20 stacks
-immediatly switch back to repairing without the toolbox
-repeatBy using an Engineer's Toolbox with Socket Swivels and Clean Rag, you can get a gen done in roughly 66 seconds (not using other perks and being solo). Using the toolbox normally would require roughly 80 seconds to repair a gen.
• How often does this occur: Everytime you make use of it -

Can you please provide more information what you mean by "glitching" and "acting crazy" so we can better understand the issue you are encountering?
