I just want to clarify that constructive criticism is always welcome on the forums; feedback is crucial to the development process and why we endeavor to read everything posted across all platforms. Whilst we can't respond to everything, we do see everything.
Dev bashing and other disrespectful behavior is wildly different and is what we do not tolerate. We welcome all discussions, even if players are expressing disappointment, as long as the conversation remains on topic and doesn't devolve into name calling or other negative behavior.

Circumstances usually play a part, like sometimes it's not fun if we are all one hit downs and we all die, but if I have a team I know will do what it takes? Every time. Even basement.

Game Rules - BHVR There are a LOT of circumstances and context missing. Are you doing this to the same person over and over? Are you harassing players, or targeting users to ruin their gameplay experience? You do you in the solo queue, my friend, but you're asking me to confirm or deny that a behavior is okay. Loaded question when griefing is not okay, but we also cannot make you go unhook people.
Forum Rules - BHVR I do want to note that it is against the forum rules to encourage negative gameplay behaviors such as griefing.

I Brought Snacks: After working on a generator, I can go into a locker one time per game and fix you a snack. It is a one time use consumable item that heals you to full after 5s. If you have this item in the dying state, you can use it to pick yourself up. You'll be broken for 60s, but at least you had a snack.

DCing is considered negative gameplay behavior, which we cannot promote, condone, or otherwise suggest as an option on our platforms. DCing is against the Game Rules, and is punished automatically. Whilst I understand the intent of the topic, the impact it is having is a conversation that is not suitable.

The question asked to the team in the AMA was specifically regarding "bridging the gap" between SWF and solo players by adding more information about their allies, and the Design Lead answered:
"We always monitor the difference between survivor groups (SWF and solo) and our current stance is that lack of information is not the crux of the problem, but rather that friends work together by nature and solo survivors don't (as much). -Mike"
This is not a dismissal, but rather a clarification that what is being monitored and that more information is not necessarily what will improve the solo queue experience. Unfortunately, there is only so much the developers can do from their side to encourage players to play a certain way. Players were given tools within the UI with the status icons to have more information, but we cannot make players use this information to improve the choices they make.
