They are pretty pissed of because the maskes haven't been shipped to them yet. The new release date is september 25.
It's a company from germany, which runs the store. Not BHVR. They just gave the license to them. Until now, i never had problems with preorder stuff at game-legends (that's the name of the store). -
Just send them a mail. Hope they are going to answer fast.

As a survivor main, i don't see a problem with ruin. Sure, you can look for the totem but it's not a problem at all. You just have to adapt.

Dead by Daylight has a very healty player count. No reason to worry. Some people take a break. But sooner or later most of them will return.

The stealth part of the game is going to be reduced, akkording to the devs. So i think it's not that much of an advantage. There are enough ways to counter stealth.
