If the gap between the experience of solo and swf isn't closed you will doom killers to forever be dunked on by swf. The point of giving solo survivor communication options is so that killers can be balanced in a way that they have the tools to truly challenge swf.
No one likes SWF groups, so why make solo survivors as strong as them? it literally makes no sense. A better idea would be too have two modes, Casual and Ranked, where Ranked only allows 2 man SWF, and Casual can have any number, that way it's much more balanced then a 4 man SWF but it doesn't kill the feeling of ranking up with a friend.
-
I've wanted this for a while, cut the chapters by 2 so the game can be in a much healthier spot, and have a weekly patches too make sure the quality is at a good standard, because right now they simply rush content for the sake of content, when many people just want a good game.

Short version, no.
Long version, no, because there's a lot more to it. Killers all share the same lunge to ensure that basic attacks are consistent between all killers. If they didn't, killers with small weapons (e.g. Freddy, Clown, Legion) would all have shorter lunges than killers with large weapons (e.g. Trapper, Spirit, Huntress). Obviously this isn't good for gameplay. You wouldn't be able to play different killers without needing to get used to a different lunge length.
Beyond that, there's latency. The killer appears to be much closer on their screen. When you're playing as a survivor, you don't see them as being that close due to latency. It may not seem like a big deal, but if you're moving at 4.0m/s, even 100 ping is 0.4m of distance. It doesn't sound like a lot, but that's enough to make it look like you're outside of the lunge range. Combine that with animations not lining up 100% correctly with the attack cone due to the size of their weapon and you can have some funky looking hits.
The important thing is that on their end, they were close enough to hit you.
Not always, when I play Freddy, I always find some hits through pallets are clearly on the opposite side, or the swing will end but it will still connect. the killer is just as much a slave too latency as the survivor when it comes too hits.
Also, why can't killers have different Lunge Ranges? Could they not have a different bonus too compensate for the worse lunge, like more movement speed or a smaller TR?

Now demogorgon is by no means weak but he is not great either his one main flaw is getting gen rushed and since survivor keep asking for a second objective how about at the start of the match three sprout like growths will pop out of the ground they would look like the old Halloween pustule plants and all generator will be blocked be upside down vines until a single one is destroyed what are you thoughts on this proposed buff?
it's an interesting idea, but I don't think that would fix his problems. My idea would be A: Let him destroy portals too place new ones, and B: Make his Lunge have an exact distance, not a charge based ordeal.

Wouldnt it be nice to be able to get legacy when u get to rank 1? They could make an event out of it. Maybe purple legacy
wut? The whole point of Legacy Gear is for players who went through the hell of the old Bloodweb, you would completely ruin what it stands for if you simply made it a ranked reward. It would be cool for killers like Demogorgon or Freddy too get Legacy looking gear, but I wouldn't want it over someone's accomplishment.
-
I know that the devs are/were gonna add a "Husk" that gives bloodpoints in the same manner as a survivor, but IDK where that idea went.
But it's not even DC's. Trapper gets punished for using his traps effectively for some unknown reason. There are a few killers who use their power effectively and are punished for it, and it's pretty dumb.

Have you seen old school DBD? Have you? The balance now a days is LEAGUES better than it used to be, and it is always getting better. No one has a right to call the Devs lazy when they are constantly working to make this game, that we all enjoy and play, better for us. Things Take time, and if you can't be patient then play something else till it gets better. Data must be collected, fixes tried, patches applied.
I've yet to see a Dev say to "just get better" to anything that NEEDED fixing. I've seen it said to people wanting things nerfed or buffed that had no business having either done to it.
This post reeks of bias and entitlement. It's that simple. Do you know what does into making a game? How about balancing it? How about coding? No? Then you have no room to judge the Devs for trying to help us all.
If this game was utterly balanced, it would be boring as Purgatory.
Yes, the game is much more balanced since Launch, but it doesn't mean that it isn't balanced for the better.
1: Majority of the killers are unviable at red ranks, which is why you only see the "Meta 4"
2: Gen's get done in nano seconds with Toolboxes, BNP, and Prove Thyself, which forces builds just too stand a chance at red ranks.
3: Killers still have incredibly OP builds with little counterplay (Gen Grabbing Spirit, Slow Gens Freddy, and Omega Blink Nurse (she will be nerfed, but it isn't here yet)).
4: Hex Totems have the worst spawns possible. Survivors simply shouldn't spawn on top of a Hex Totem, nor should it spawn facing a gen in plain sight. It also shouldn't spawn out in the open (Nurse's map is the worst).
These are all things that should be addressed too make the game more balanced IMO. as @Skittlesthehusky pointed out, true balance is impossible too achieve because of new content, reworks, buffs, nerfs, etc. But the game still has some clear hurdles too get over before I would say it's balanced.
Also, how is OP being entitled? he never says things like "survivors never gave me X" or "How dare they do X when I'M playing?" all he says is that he feels the devs aren't trying too make the game balanced. Just because it's an opinion you don't like doesn't mean you can just insult people.

Legit, I just turned off the voice chat audio because of it, 7/10 it's a toxic dude being mean, so It's not really worth it. it would be even worse in DBD with how entitled a lot of survivors are, god forbid you save them when the killer is near when you have BT.

that would break and ruin the game for both sides
This. It's already incredibly unfair for killers when a SWF joins and they are all in discord, so when one is being chased the other 3 are on gens. Now imagine that in EVERY game, I would just quit the game. Gotta think about the other side when it comes too these changes.
It's like how people want Kindred too be base, that would be like Killers getting BBQ's aura reading base. It's just a bad idea and not fun for any side.

A: it's still basekit nurse when I burn a pudding, what are you talking about
B: listen bud, I have enough experience on Nurse and played her since she came out. It's just simply that survivors with the same amount of experience know the counters know to genrush. Also, I never said she isn't the best. All I said is that compared to what a swf group can pull out she doesn't look as strong anymore. I have no problem to kick some butts of random solos or casual SWFs. It's about the sweaty swf groups with multiple thousands of hours bringing the strongest stuff into the game. Maybe train your reading comprehension, idk.
C: I do whatever I want. Stop telling me to stop.
D: what??? The whole time you disagree about my basekit opinion and then you agree out of the sudden? I'm confused now. I was saying the whole that basekit shouldn't be touched.
A: A pudding isn't an addon, it's an offering. Major difference.
B: I never said it wasn't difficult, but it is very possible and the best chance too beat them without an OP build. Tru3 does it all the time when he plays Nurse, and many Nurses don't run addons and still destroy SWF because they remain unpredictable the entire match, so it makes running away harder.
C: You can do what you want, but I think it's silly that you'd waste good things before you even tried the changes (which are not even that big a nerf)
D: I never disagreed that base nurse shouldn't of been changed, it was the reason's behind why you thought it shouldn't of been changed is what I disagreed with. saying "I used base Nurse" when you used addons is what I was disagreeing with, among other things.

Yes, the special gen and hook thing is boring... but the way the game works is why it's the best method to use for events. Adding a second objective that does nothing for the main objective just makes the game slower... and overall even more boring since nobody is doing anything except sucking pustula plants for vials of nectar...
Even if you know where the plants are, you gotta protect them and the gens and most Survivors are running stealth builds to get all the nectar they can.
Also, idk anyone who likes last years halloween event because of the constant suicides that happened... Even at Red Ranks people were only interested in the plants and moving on to get more vials.
The Killer side for vials are horrid... that's kind of why they merged the two half way through the event, since most people were on Killer, and Survivors just died when they got their plants so you might not have even finished a vial before everyone died.
Also, if there was a system to track suicides on hooks or a better DC system than they would've done it already... That's kinda why Dedicated Servers are being refined, they'll implement a better system to prevent this from happening more often.
(The suicide by hook part is kind of unpreventable honestly unless they start punishing for that which they probably won't? idk.)
I disagree, I find the special gen and hook thing dumb, and not a real event since nothing is different from the base game. At least with the Lunar lamps and the plants there was something extra to do, and it gave the game some much needed length difference from the constant gen grind.
adding a second objective in the plants is perfect because it does slow the game down, and thus makes high ranks less sweaty and more casual. No one likes running ruin or 4 slow down perks every game, but with extra objectives killers have some breathing room for other perks.
there is a system already too track DC's and suicides, the devs simply can't tell how the person dc'd, which is why no one is punished for it, but it is being tracked. So they can absolutely punish survivors who are clearly just farming vials then suicideing on hook.
Killer vial grinding was bad, but to be fair that was the first time BHVR did an event that was an actual event, and it's unreasonable too think they would simply keep it the same and not tweak the numbers too be better.

First nurse game with a 4K? I doubt it was her being easy and more of the survivors you was facing are just inexperienced.
It takes at least a few dozen of hours to master her, and less time with old addons. :)
I disagree, it takes a few games, but she really isn't as hard as people make her out too be. Learning how too use every single addon is a different story, but if you go in base only, then you'll be able too do great with her very fast.

So I'm currently using up all my stuff on Nurse and insta heals on survivors cuz you know nerd incoming.
One thing I have noticed this whole night: damn is it stressful, difficult and not a gifted win at all playing as (basically) basekit nurse against swf groups. Many difficult maps like rotten fields (and other farm maps), Yamaoka, Lerry's, Hawkins, many toolboxes or insta heals, ruin instantly destroyed and barely killing 1 or 2 survivors.
Like, how is a human player even suppose to stand the slightest chance against that when the basekit nerf drops?
Keep in mind, I have over 3k hrs and these swf groups I versed had around 2-4k hours each, some with legacy sweating their butts off etc. It's not like my chases are lasting long. They are much much faster than anything possible with any other killer. And still, they manage to stomp, they manage to counter, they manage to juke.
And don't get me wrong on this, with omegablink addons it would be much easier, probably always 3 or 4 kills. But basekit is a whole different story, why are people not understanding this? And it's getting nerfed together with addons and other stuff.
No, this is such a bad decision. Even with basekit you gonna struggle so hard.
Basekit has to stay untouched, if not slightly buffed to stand a chance on some ridiculous hard anti-nurse maps.
This entire post is simply wrong.
A: You can't burn addons and say you are using base kit Nurse. It's literally impossible too do both. This is just a flat out lie.
B: Nurse is the best killer in the game, it just seems you don't know how too play her. Ask Literally anyone and they will all say she's the best, because her power let's her completely void loops and pallets, a survivors best tool's too escape a killer. After the nerf's IMO it will switch too Spirit, but right now she's still the top of the food chain.
C: Stop burning insta heal's and Nurse addons just because they are getting nerfed. They are still incredibly powerful, and Purple Insta's are still the same, just a different effect happens but it's still a "get out of jail free" card. And New Nurse with the right addons is still a threat and is still scary. Stop wasting everything because you're scared of change.
D: The only thing you got right was the fact that base kit shouldn't of been nerfed, but it's for the complete wrong reasons. Nurse basekit is, IMO, the most balanced thing in this entire game. It's super strong but still has fun gameplay for both sides. The nerf's completely ruin this and add an un-needed hindrance too base Nurse for no reason. Tru3 uses no addon Nurse unless someone buys a build, and he has (roughly) almost 5k hours in the game, so you should easily be able too make Nurse work with addons.

Tbh, its better to have it tied to the archives than how it was last year...
I can still remember all those suicide by hooks because their vials were completely finished... And of course most people were on Killer so getting the Killer vials was a nightmare! It got so bad that they just decided to change it half way into the event to have both sides pool their vials into one goal rather than separate it...
I literally was like, 5 vials from being done on Killer... than the same day they release that update to have both sides get vials for one goal... I was really... really... really... not happy about that. Of course though I realized later that it was better they did that than not do it at all. I prefer that others don't have to suffer with how long lobbys took to load.
Trust me, it's better this way. It's not as big of a deal as everyone is making it, it was just an unforeseen issue that caused it to happen... I'd prefer they did postpone the event to fix the issue than put the update out as a broken mess... wouldn't you?
There were problems, but last year's event was much better then the basic and boring "do special gens, use special hook" motto like every other event, because this simply will make people just gen rush even worse and make playing killer a nightmare. A better solution would be keep the event how it is, and ban people who constantly kill themselves on hook after their vial is filled, I'm sure there is an easy way too track the vials and who's dying when, so simply punish those who are ruining the game for everyone else and keep the Old Event. The event really shouldn't of been downgraded, but instead ironed out from the mistakes last year too make it better.
And having it tied too the Battle Pass is an issue because now both the battle pass and event are now delayed, instead of just the battle pass. The Halloween event won't even happen in October now. If it was kept separate it would at least keep everyone happy until the battle pass comes out. There really is no reason too have them connected other then too force people too be invested in using the Archives.

And even though they did say it, why didn't they say it from the beginning, instead of waiting for someone too ask? Guarantee they wouldn't of said anything if people didn't ask, which isn't transparent IMO.

Actually, because of how the event is tied with The Archives... this isn't possible. You can't get the vials from The Archives if for example The Archives isn't in the game yet...
I guess you could add the event to give the spoooky effect to the game before The Archives is released to have people do something? But that's not really an event if... the main purpose of said event isn't there.
That's my point exactly, it never should of been tied too the Archives in the first place. Changing an entire portion of the game is guaranteed too have bugs, and tying the event too it is simply a bad idea IMO.
-
I don't mind these changes, but I feel Trapper right now is fine, his biggest problem too me is the fact he has too walk around the entire map too grab traps. My change would simply be too let him spawn with all traps like Hag or Freddy. He should be played as defense based killer who marks an area as his "safe space" so him having all traps would let this be his main play style.

Okay, im just curious here, who all other than survivor mains thinks Spirit is OP?
I personally think prayer beads are the only OP thing for her tbh since there are quite a few ways to avoid her etc. Even then all prayer beads does is gets rid of the phasing sound which you wont hear if you as within heartbeat range anyway so
I was playing a game as Spirit not long ago few hours maybe, 3 people disconnected within just as many minutes. Then i began getting psn messages claiming im being reported im a bad player, someone called me the N word saying because i was one i was stupid it was actually insane and i have never gotten so much toxicity before.
They said i had better get good because Spirit is getting nerfed and then i will be rank 20 forever because im bad. So im curious if anyones actually said Spirit is getting changed at all in the first place for them to think that?
All this because i played Spirit, not even with good add ons or anything.
Spirit isn't OP besides Prayer Beads, my problem is that she is so incredibly unfun too fight as survivor, and a main reason I don't play survivor since I always run into them. It's honestly more luck and a coin flip then actual skill and mindgames. In my opinion she needs an addon rework, with no changes too her base kit.

I never said it wasn't. What I said is that Events should not be tied too such major changes too the game. Because now there is no event AND no mid chapter patch, where as if it was separate people would still have the event too tied them over until the Battle Pass is ready.

She is a lot better then Huntress if people cleanse. You're not handicapped by an ammo limit, and it's immensely harder too avoid it unlike Huntress.
-
She can be stronger then Huntress if you get the Corrupt Purge, her problem is that her power is solely dependent on survivors, so if survivors don't cleanse, your just an M1 killer with 1 hit chases. She still gets looped too death and requires certain perks too make her effective such as Thanatophobia.
-
I tried watching the series, but I got too the 10 minute mark in the first episode and turned it off, it was just way too boring. Yeah, its kinda annoying that most of the Freddys are running Paint Brush and Swing Chains, combined with Slowdown-Perks. New Freddy is so much more than massive Slowdown.
Will not suicide tho, but I dont blame anyone who does not want to waste his time in such a match.
Slow Down Freddies are annoying, but as a Freddy main at red ranks, it's kinda necessary. If you don't bring 80 things too stop gen speeds you're gonna get gen rushed 9/10, so I never blame a Freddy for doing it, because otherwise the game ends in 3 minutes.
-
I always consider it against Spirit. She is the most unfun killer too fight in the game, and I always get destroyed by her, not because of skill, but because it's always a coin flip if I'm actually mindgaming her or not. And once you add Prayer Beads and Activation Time on it, it's just a chore and always makes me go back too killer.
-
Who knows, they are never transparent when it comes too things like this, so it could be literally anything from someone leaving too a major bug being discovered.
The event being post-pond is a clear example of why you keep events away from MAJOR game changing updates, incase something goes wrong you won't bring everything down with it.
The shrine being posted wrong tells me that they either A: have a new intern who screwed up, or B: The Shrine is not completely RNG based and BHVR sent the wrong week's perks out. Either way, someone should of checked it before it was uploaded too avoid this problem.
-
I always dodge SWF or if a map offering is used. Map offerings 9/10 are Haddon Field, and if someone forces the game then they are probably going too be toxic tryhards, and a SWF have so much communication advantage that it's damn near impossible too get more then a 2k.

The game would be so much more fun. Stop making everything so damn competitive all the time. The community just needs to ######### chill. That's literally this game's biggest issue. No one seems to play DbD to have fun or only thinks looping the killer for filth or 4king is their only definition of fun.
Just have fun for god's sake. Maybe change your damn builds, maybe play a different killer than usual, maybe just....enjoy yourself instead of stressing over winning every match with a 4k or escaping every match.
I would love too have fun and goof off, I want too play more Leatherface tbh, but since I don't have the most optimal perks on him I just get gen rushed and looped too death at red ranks. If the game had a Quick Match and a Ranked Match this problem wouldn't exist, but until the devs add this the community won't change. It's a ranked only game, so it promotes sweat and toxicity, unlike games like Overwatch and LoL which have both, so it's no big deal if you goof off in Quick Match. DBD, you goof off you're simply going too loose no matter what, and loosing means you don't even get that many bloodpoints.
-
Killer main. If Solo que was more reliable then I would play survivor more, but rando's can ruin fun in a matter of 2 games xD.
-
His slow on the gas is fine, the main problem IMO is his lack of gen pressure. My idea would be "any gens effected by The Clowns Gas are automatically broken, and applies perks such as Overcharge and Surveillance."
I like the idea of more bottles, but the slow of the bottles really isn't an issue IMO. If you can't catch them with the slow then you'll still get the pallet dropped early, reducing loops.
-
No. This would make Legion OP, even worse then Old Legion. You'll literally have a free down every single time you use your power, every chase, every time.
A better idea would simply:
1: Not have his power drained on basic attacks.
2: Let Frank's Mixtape be base, and then keep the current Frank's Mixtape, so there is a reason too even use Mixtape.
3: Reduce the cooldown for ending frenzy, and increase the recharge speed of his power.
4: Rework Deep Wounds so it's actually a threat, my idea would be too have any survivor in Deep Wounds have -15% action speed too repair, healing, and sabotaging until healed.
Your idea is simply way too strong too be in game, you would make Legion better then Pre-Nerf Nurse and Spirit combined. And the idea of having Fatal Laceration is just Deep Wound's with a different name and a OP result for being hit twice by Feral Frenzy.

EGC isn't killer side.It depends on luck.
This is simply false on all accords. If you are the last one left, you simply need too find hatch, and Left Behind fixes the problem of hunting it down. Or if you want too camp an exit gate run Wake Up so you are guaranteed an escape even if the killer finds you.
Without an EGC the match would be held hostage by survivors being super immersed like before EGC, and I personally don't want too wait 10 hours just too hook the claud that's been in the basement. You need too look at both sides before saying something is unfair, because EGC is fine as is, and doesn't need changes.
-
I hope not, but probably. I loved the old Halloween event, and I'm sad that it has turned into another "do special gens, hook special hooks." Now you have too grind who knows how long just too get 2 FULL COSMETICS! It's a downgrade IMO and it saddens me.
-
Simply put, the change was made because SWF would abuse how they were ranked too bully and ruin low ranked killers experience. If you want too play with your friends, then they have too accept the fact they are going too fight red ranked killers, Otherwise you could simply teach them and help them learn so they have a fair chance against red ranked killers.

The problem for me is the complete lack of transparency. It really wouldn't be hard if they said "We saw the feedback on challenges, so the archives must be delayed until the challenge difficulty is reduced." It's the fact they want too keep everyone in the dark and simply not say what the problem is.

completely agree. The devs have not been communicating at all for this upcoming patch. I think it's because they don't want too affect the sales of the battle pass, as any response taken in the wrong direction will make less people buy it.

They go down instantly and play like garbage. I almost never have a good match with decent survivors now and it's not enjoyable anymore.
Same tbh. I'm in green ranks, and I get nothing but purple or red ranked killers and survivors. It feels as though the ranking system is a bunch of hoo ha.

Demogorgon is fine tbh. The only change i would make is too be bale too recycle portals of it's own accord, but otherwise he's fine. His tunnels take a long time too break, so using Corrupt Intervention or Ruin too give you time too place portals is key in using him well. Plus breaking the portal takes a long time, so placing a portal on top of a gen makes survivors loose time breaking it then actually doing the gen.

if u genuinly think unsafe pallets are skill with killers like spirit doc or clown youre delusional. its not skillfull especially with bloodlust when they can ignore the pallet too. youre wrong.
Don't stay at a safe pallet then. @Kebek is right, red rank survivors know how too loop these pallets effectively, you simply need too learn it as well. If the whole game was balanced around low skilled players the game would die because good survivors/killers want balance, and if every single pallet is safe then most killers would simply stop playing, myself included. You gotta think about the other side as well.

I tried to propose this in my thread and other Legion mains said it was OP. I'll stand by there statements.
To clarify, you wanted a 16 meter terror radius, 24 meters is what Hag has and what Old Legion had. 16 meters is too low because if paired with monitor it would give you a Terror Radius like EW1 Myers, 8 meters, but you aren't slowed or have poor Lunge Range, which is why it would be OP.

You are missing alot of things and your franks mixtape idea is not good because trying to bring the old Legion "tunnel stabbing" only makes sense when you bring back the old Legion, that means,
-Waaay faster movementspeed in frenzy, maybe even back to old frenzy speed, 5,6 if i am right with the memories
-Faster vaulting
-Able to activate the frenzy whenever you want
-Most importantly, shorter frenzy fatigue, 5sec is waaay to much
Without those changes it would be anyway a timewaste aswell trying to stab ppl again with frenzy. And you compensate the "lethality" of frenzy you have to make them slow base speed, yay you have the old Legion back.
i don't want old Legion back, but there are aspects from old legion that I feel should be reimplemented. And draining Deep Wound time is not meant for taking people down 100% like old legion, but if you see someone's timer who is low and you find them, Feral Frenzy stab would be a nice balanced change too make sure you get the down. It's meant too be niche, not free.

Personally, this second run is a lot better. There are still some weird hiccups, like being stuck in cloak when burned as Wraith, or hitting survivors when they have clearly ran away from a window/pallet, but overall it's pretty good.
As for why they aren't removed, it's because no one tests on the PTB because it's a hassle and a half just too add it and remove it. So the devs got tired of the middle man and forced the communities hand. If you don't like current servers, then you simply have too either wait for them too be fixed, or not play until they are fixed. No other option though mate.

So I'll start with the first 7 points made.
1: This could be interesting, but there needs too be some way a survivor knows you are coming, because otherwise Legion will always get a free hit, and would make him unfair and unfun. I would say give him a normal Terror Radius, but remove the Red Stain.
2: I know it was removed, but I have too talk about it. All I gotta say is I played against a Myers who had something very similar, he had Monitor + Dead Rabbit and never left tier 2, so his Terror Radius was about 1-2 Meters. We only lived because I found a key in a chest and escape with the other 2 survivors (sorry Bill). Now Imagine Legion having almost the exact same Terror Radius, but he can get a free hit anytime he feels like it.
3: I actually like this Idea. It would make people grouping up a bad idea since he'll pretty much be hard too shake off once he hits enough people. I would also add on that if he hits all 4 people, he gains a 3% speed boost for 15 seconds, so it rewards the Legion for getting the difficult 4 man hit and run.
4: This one sounds good in concept, but it would probably be a little unfun for survivors since there would be practically no point in running away since he'll more then likely catch up. If he has 115% with Feral, then it increases too a max of 120% then it would be fair, but 130% is way too fast. For context, Billy's base chainsaw moves at 230%, so Legion would be running half as fast as Billy.
5: This idea could be good, but I feel a better idea is too rework Deep Wounds entirely so it makes survivors have too worry about it. Making Sloppy base on Legion would be strong, but I don't want Legion too feel too overwhelming, so having Sloppy base + Thana + Deep Wounds would be pretty strong if you add 3 more perks on top of it.
6: Honestly I'm fine with how Mending works right now. I personally wouldn't change it, but the idea presented isn't that bad.
7: This is a little confusing, but if I'm reading it right, it's a little un-needed. The survivor who hears the Terror Radius and the Killer Instinct simply won't need that info, because more then likely you'll be chasing them down. even if you didn't they will be mending and be unable too do anything with the info.
Now for the Mob Mentality it would be really cool too have it ingame. It would give Legion's name some actual use besides cosmetics, and it would make him have some map pressure and give his power more use then a free hit. My only concern is that it's very confusing for a new players. I'm not saying Legion can't be strong, but if a new person doesn't understand his power and gets destroyed by him, it would be unfair for them since it is kinda confusing. I really like the concept though, and it has a lot of potential for both sides, but I feel it needs some more ironing out. My change would be too have an audio cue, such as the Legions Menu Music, but very dimly so you have too listen carefully too pop the trap. This change would help new players fight against him, but give Legion some Red Rank viability.

Revert movment speed to 110 percent, and TR to 24 meters. Remove deep wounds from the equation altogether. It was a poorly thought idea out and should be recognized as such. Feral Frenzy buffs speed to 115 (maybe 120, kinda pushing it) percent, and does 1 health state of damage; similar to Demo's Pounce/Pig's Dash. FF lasts for say 15 seconds max, and has a 30 second cooldown, reducable with addons. FF ends on first hit, and legion is fatigued for a duration comparable to a successful hit cooldown.
Just my idea. I'm not a game designer so take it with a grain of salt.
It's a nice concept, but the problem is that Legion's power is suppose too give information on survivors, where this change would completely destroy that part of his kit. Plus he would be incredibly overwhelming in chases, since chases usually take longer then a minute, and if you get a basic hit off, you can pretty much guarantee a free down if you simply catch up, make him drop the pallet, then vault over it and get the free down.

Rework Deep Wound and revert vault speed changes.
That's all.
Seriously, just do those two simplistic things and we'll all be happy. :)
Not really, since his power would still be complete garbage tbh. Deep Wounds is bad and probably should be reworked, the vault speed IMO is fine as is. Survivors make it blatently obvious when they are trying too sneak by you, so you always get a free hit anyways, and if they do make Frank's Mixtape base then having faster vault speed would make Legion a little too overwhelming and unfun too fight.
