Couldn't have said it better myself. I thought wraith was completely fine but people would complain about his speed and all seeing. From what I could tell any wraith player with a brain wouldn't dare play without a windstorm addon before and still would use all seeing but people only complained about it then because wraith was played more often.

Depends on the time and place. If its within a really good spot like betweem 2 gens or they don't have many hooks with 2-3 gens left so they need to force someone out.
-
If it was truly anti tunnel then the killer wouldnt be able to touch you with a 20 foot pole.
-
They're just playing lore accurate nemesis.
-
Because unless it gets to the broken state like dh in alot of players eyes it's "not worth using". Hence why you rarely see boil over now because someone can't go to a slight elevation and get 4 seconds of wiggle progress instantly.
-
I don't think you understand how people work. If something is super unbalanced it is gonna be complained about MASSIVELY. Telling them to stop wont result in anything as the perk doesn't get changed with what you say.

It's actually really sad that you're okay with people not wanting to play the game and leave / quit but hey go off.

Just use Corrupt Intervention. I won't deny however that survivor spawns / gen placement on maps needs to be looked at but it really has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
It has something to do with it when they call it unfair. And corrupt doesn't solve that problem since survivors can spawn by non corrupted gens. Also not to mention that 90% of people just hide out corrupt nowadays.

Thats why is a rare offering and cost alot of BP...
So according to your theory I have to watch a killer T-bag me for 10 minutes until i bleed to death so the hatch can open or my team mate sacrifices himself. that fair?
That situation is meant to be fair? A completely logical situation where the killer has full control over the slug is supposed to be fair?
-
Nothing about what you said is toxic.
-
Well they prob dc'd because they aren't good vs a nurse.
-
So from what I'm reading... It's unfair for survivors to get cucked by RNG reverse bear traps. But is it fair to spawn in as killer and have each survivor spawn by a separate gen? Thats basically a lose for the killer because no matter who they pressure 3 gens are always gonna be worked on. And for semi smart survivors thats basically a free 3 out against 85% of the killer roster.
-
"Its just a mind game bro"
-
Idk I consider the killer meta heavily influenced by the survivors. You try to run fun stuff on killer when you know at least 2/4 survivors are gonna run full meta to either artificially extend the chase or to make gens go faster.
-
They look completely fine on the huntresses screen. Its the servers natural de-sync that makes it look bad.
-
I would say yes and that if they did operation health they would probably see a huge increase in players. Which is the best way to increase players than "trying to release new content every 3 months". Sure licenses are nice and all but its a matter of time until new players realize they're just a spike and that 90% of players gained from the license are gonna quit a couple weeks later from how horribly optimized and unbalanced the game is.

That was actually false. Even though they announced the legion bug was bannable they actually didn’t ban anyone who used the bug. It was all Fearmonger
? They did ban for it. People were pissed that they got banned randomly for playing legion once with the 2 mend addons. People even threatened to sue (given that they didnt read the news).

I love playing as killer sometimes, and I admit DeadHard is stressing sometimes, but I don't think it should need a rework, other killers just cry a lot about this perk, and I think this is ridiculous.
People crying about the perk is justified. You have to do absolutely nothing to use the perk other than being injured. Then you get to press the funny button for distance and add another 30 seconds at least to the chase which is enough to complete a gen before the killer gets there after you get hooked. Meanwhile if you went down before that the killer could have at least pressured that gen and gotten another down for it.

Its been a thing for months.

Then fix the entirety of the survivor role.

I never said Blight was overpowered. He's fun to play against under normal circumstances, but because of the meta so many people play him that it gets stale. it's just too much of a good thing.
Besides, I still enjoy playing against killers that I'm bad against. I'm terrible at playing against Huntress, but I still enjoy it.
? Idk where I said that you said he was op.
-
@DoritoHead said:
How do you still enjoy facing Blight
Prob cause hes actually good at playing against one.
-
I dont get whats peoples gripe with blight tag. It turns blight into billy but only on final rush.
-
I wish I could enjoy playing them without thinking I don't stand a chance against current survivor meta to get at least 1 kill without boring myself.
-
Was better off without out it cause of the amount of times I saw someone get grab validated into swinging the window frame instead of the survivor
-
Yeah they basically brought back half of omega blink. You arrive at the blink destination faster but dont charge faster.
-
She seems fine as she is really the only killer you have to outplay by learning and predicting your opponent. I've seen plenty of good nurses get run on gideons which is a really good map for a minute because they knew what moves the nurse would make. Now if nurse still had 3 blinks as base kit and not an addon then I would say nerf her.

its gonna get spread anyway so I don't see the reason to remove the post.

But if you have epilepsy there's a bunch of other things in this game that would stop you from playing, one example is the doctor , you would be having to DC everytime it's a doctor as the killer and not only that but survivors would find a way around it, multiple people would start bringing flashlights and chain blinding behind each other to avoid the cooldown, while I can agree macro scripts should be out of the game there shouldn't be a cooldown on flashlights only a engine that detects macro scripts and doesn't start the game until they're off
Tbh I've seen more flashlight macros than I've seen doctors.
-
The bottle only interrupts the unhook interaction if you hit it directly. I have never seen once a unhook interaction get interrupted by gas that spread to the survivor.

Sorry if you're not playing for my fun you're a ######### person. (joke)

It doesn't change the fact that the Blight guide is outdated. Linking people to a guide that advertises S-flicks and Z-flicks as current base kit features is not helpful, and would just confuse the newer players. Besides, that guide also botched other topics, like the shoulder bumping section, which was never correct information under any version of Blight that ever existed.
Zflicks are long gone and should be common knowledge at this point. S flicks are still very much in the game. Also I linked a specific PART of the video, I never said "this guide is still accurate today" or anything of the sort.
-
Hated on as in people not liking to play against them is because they're slug heavy with victor which can be easily negated by working in pairs. Plus they get counter by CoH hard now soooo...
-
If you know the healthy person is on death hook and the person you're chasing doesn't have a single hook yet.
-
Yeah people who say she doesn't have counterplay haven't seen good nurses get absolutely juked by good survivors.

@tesla said:
Why do you need to stretch the res?
Idk about OP but I personally used it for frames because of how unoptimized the game is. Now it shrinks your screen which is harder to play on and makes it permanently cinematic mode which arguably looks worse than a small stretch like 1600x1080/1440/1080.
Also IDK if they fixed the issue since the PTB where it doesn't fit your hud correctly. When I tested it, it put the hud like my game was on native rather than it detecting it was a lower res and fitting it correctly. I also heard super stretch still gives you FOV so... so much for patching it.
-
I mean she has some form of counterplay in reading your opponent. It's crazy how little people have the skill to learn their opponent.

Blight can desync his move vector from his look vector by turning his camera horizontally faster than his turning speed (vial addon makes this easier), then he can hold the attack button to set his move vector to equal his look vector, to somewhat bypass the large angle turn nerf.
Pre-turning object sliding works, because when Blight quickly turns his camera horizontally, Blight’s move vector is still parallel enough to the wall that he’s still sliding forward, even though his camera might be facing in the opposite direction (from Blight’s screen, it looks like he’s moving backwards). This is what allows Blight to do things like sliding along multiple shack walls without using the attack button.
But he can’t just instant 90+90 like he could before the large angle turn nerf. 180 flicks now involve quickly flicking the mouse a short distance to turn 90 degrees, then slowing the mouse movement down to match the reduced large angle turn limit. If this is done correctly, Blight can do a real 180 without lifting the mouse off the table, especially if he moves the mouse in a rainbow shape instead of a straight line, because a rainbow shape covers more desk space without moving the mouse super far away from its original position. But that second 90 degree turn will be slowed down like Blight is moving through molasses.
Sometimes you still see people throw their mouse across the table multiple times when they try to do a real 180, because they don’t understand the second half of the 180 degree flick has a much lower turn speed limit. Or maybe they think it’s too much effort to learn the muscle memory for the reduced large angle turning speed, and it’s easier for them to just repeatedly throw their mouse across the table, to brute force the 180.
Alternately, Blight can instant 90 degree flick, short pause, then instant 90 degree flick, where the short pause is long enough to reset the large angle turning speed.
You do realize with adren vial (which the blight had in the clip) he basically can 90 + 90 instantly again right?
Literally right here https://youtu.be/VihA9b8-UBs?t=454

That guide mentions Z-flicks, which means the footage is outdated, and shouldn't be quoted for flicks anymore. The large angle turn nerf lowers Blight's turning speed for a short while after a 90 degree flick, so he can't 90 + 90 anymore.
It still somewhat relevant because the blight was using adrenaline vial. Also last I checked you can still make flicks like those even post heli blight patch. Now going from like a full blown 120+ flick to 90 is impossible but going from a 90 to a 90 is still very much possible.

She has the best mobility every 100 seconds. Blights mobility is still way better as it's more consistent.

Just watch the video in slow motion and tell me where the killer apparently looks at. There are images about view angle, hitboxes etc that show how what the Blight should see here
Once again in a post earlier. There has been games and this game is no exception where the model doesnt accurately represent where the killers screen actually is. If I have to redownload dbd just to make you understand how its possible I might just have to.
Edit: https://youtu.be/9sp_0PCdSOo?t=396 Literally in liliths blight guide he shows that you can turn basically nearly 90 aftering doing a 90 flick. This is then further enhanced by the adren vial making the turn cap initiate later.
-
Tbh getting such a high ego over dbd is worse than playing dbd itself. At this point it's more impressive to play clash of clans and never lose a defense at the highest town hall.

I can just repeat. I think TECHNICALLY this should not be possible to hit. The Blight can curve, so it would be a hit if he flicks behind the tree. The scene shows how he aims away from the survivor. The way this scene looks is in my opinion not a hit because the killer does not even have the survivor on his screen. I also dislike for example that you can be blinded as killer while not seeing the survivor on your screen, this just feels like BS.
You can't speak for the killer if you don't have his POV. You keep saying "his pov" based on which way his model is facing (which does not accurately represent where he's facing). It's like calling someone a cheater without having their pov unless they're obvious about it.

If this was true then console and pc would be the same. Console blight is the intended design while pc blight still benefits from the speed of a mouse and other things.
You clearly have your opinion and biases but you can't deny that it is really bs that you can be on the other side of a log and the blight can just run up one side, 180 and hit you without having to bump. I had this happen on lerys. I ran through a doorway and the blight ran up the coridoor and 180'd through the door without bumping and hit me on the other side.
I mean I never saw a dev say "console is the intended way of blight" but you say that. Blight is intended to flick but as always controllers get held back because they refuse to add M&K support. Also I've seen plenty of console blights 180 but after the changes they did to fix heli blight it affected his flicks on console to be less effective. That on them for making that change.

They exploit poor coding that the dev's can't be bothered to fix after attempting twice so they just said it's fine... Well the guy that made him and no longer works there did anyway.
Other than hug tech I don't think there's anymore exploits for blight regarding flicking.
