just make it so its only a dash forward, does nothing else, just gain distance. if a surv wanna dead hard into me, they getting hit, they aint getting no free slide.
also maybe not having the camera go to the moon and back would be nice.
-
finally, someone speaking some big facts
-
tunneling and camping is gonna be more situational.
people who say stuff about tunneling or camping as a whole dont play killer a lot to really understand the reasons behind it.
-
a lot of that is just plain wrong. perks that become base kit for whatever reason would have to have their effects greatly diminished and the associated perks deleted, not there as buffs to them.
-
i ask myself that whenever i see a pallet.
-
even though i do sometimes say i'm a huge tunneler, which i really am, i just go after the best target. is that target the one who was unhooked and is still injured? maybe. tunneling is situational to say the least.
-
being honest, i think Ji-Woon just needs some more movement speed tweaks. more default movement speed and a boost when putting away his blades.
i like the burst idea though. rather have his default throw and the burst rather than the crescent
-
your not serious...
your not serious, right?
-
if i ever see counter force get a buff, survivors really finna learn the definition of tunneling
-
kinda ruins the name dontcha think
-
i think it just depends on how that game is being played that'll say doing gens together or separately is better

Yeah? Not everything needs a downside, especially for something as small as Technician, a perk aimed at newer players in the first place.
bro, new players aint finna be missing that many skill checks either and a lot of other surv perks have downsides. technician has a small downside that needs no change from where it is.
-
all im sayin is, if i see a meg with legion mask and im legion, i might decide she aint worth my time if there's another nearby survivor.
-
really is true. the characters themselves, sure you can buy them. but as their perks, should be more widely available so players have the same chances as others.

And why? This is a discussion, so you should elaborate so we don't constantly go back and forth
- you get no explosion for a missed skill-check and quieter repair noise at the cost of having a larger regression penalty
Survivors are not likely to miss skill checks.
Survivors might miss a skill check if the killer forces them off the generator
Perks that cause skill checks are not the most reliable deterrent.
- the change is practically "repair quietly with little downside"
-
also make the change his saw doesn't insta down if revved from a short distance, but instead deep wound. then you could let em chainsaw faster.

Disagree with what exactly?
having less of a penalty and letting other survs who repair with you also be affected.
-
i mean, maybe if they was toxic someway and they got downed cause it, i'd say message and bully away.
but also, whenever streamers get mad when you tell them "GLHV" before the game and how they get tilted is hilarious. real deal.
-
well knowing i dont think huntress should be able to down survivors at short range with hatchets...iri head should simply allow one shots at farther distances.
-
no reason counterforce should even be a perk anyways,
-
sorry man, i gotta disagree, i think its good as is.

the normal add ons seemed reasonable for the changes, but the ones regarding tag team action speed, like breaking pallets, have a weird vibe about them.
-
cool idea to have the other legion members as support for the one doing the killing.

I noticed that you responded negatively to the first three proposed changes, which are undoubtedly the stronger suggestions, but responded more positively to the last two options. If you don’t mind me asking, what makes you think these options are unfair or not good? I would love to hear your opinion!
no problem;
- i think reducing sprint burst upon basic attack will have unforeseen consequences that will render the perk a lot more powerful than it should be for what it's suppose to do (which is to block pallets from being dropped). or cause more grievances.
- this as i said is debatable (disregarding #1). this could work given the perks short radius, allows a better chance for a chase. i was thinking more of the effect it will have with save the best for last. (i like the idea though).
- i may absolutely hate pallets, but disallowing survivors to throw them down until blood favor is cleansed will lead to backlash due to undying or thrill of the hunt combos.
- the perk is useless without unused pallets, so a buff like this can give more meaning into it, since it can hurt and help the killer depending if its on cooldown or not (referring to breaking pallets or not).
- a buff to range and duration opens more possibilities. the killer can avoid being looped from an upcoming loop that the survivor is running to rather than just the one they are currently at. also it'll just allow better chases in general.
- (bonus) i think it could be better converted to a regular perk (same feeling toward crowd control). i just feel like some hexes are made just to have more hexes in the game.
-
i'd assume because the game was a lot newer at the time and so things like licenses weren't a a possibility for them
-
anyone who try usin that finna get tunneled and camped
-
you readin my mind? just last night i was contemplating something like this. a way to save loadouts for quick swapping and a system to gain more favorable perks.
except the nodes would show the characters faces that would give you a better chance to see those characters perks. basically say your lvl 35 dwight and see Nea and Fengs face on a node. if you buy Fengs node, on lvl 36 you'll likely see any of her perks you have unlocked. but if havent unlocked any of there perks, say Aces', therir face wouldnt show up until you have.
if that makes any sense
-
- unfair
- debatable
- no.
- good
- good
- (bonus) make it into a normal perk similar to bamboozle.
-
cause pyramid's ranged is pretty slow, difficult to move around with, if he tries to go for a through a wall hit that can pretty much give time for surv to escape since he gotta walk around a whole wall, especially if he aint got line of sight.
-
1 and 2: this seems fine, he stalks faster when leaned anyway. kinda thought thats how he worked as is, but thats prob cause im thinkin of myers.
3: pretty neutral honesty, i dont mind the recovery time as is.
4: the first part, absolute terrible. the second part i couldn't really understand.
5: i would omit this.
6: his addons are alright, ghosty can have a hard time and so marking faster so he can close in faster is fair.
pretty good idea though, seems solid.
-
i think the generator should be damaged based on % complete and also begin to regress slower or faster based on that %. and incur love tap penalties which increase the damage and regress rate if damaged repeatedly in a short span of time.
-
terrible idea.
-
maybe not being a hex would also help
-
it really shouldn't even exist, to be real
-
it's better for the survivor to take the BT hit than not to. unfortunate for the killer, but true.
-
that's kinda cool, a lot to take in, but cool.
-
the fake pallets do be bussin on this map

Its more of the game's auto desist ("Aim Dressing") proving why it shouldn't be in the game.
Its also one of the many annoying mechanics that ultimately serve no purpose but to screw the killer over randomly.
It also can drag your camera around wildly because of things like dead hard which can cause motion sickness.
Yet despite being complained about for years and the general lack of killers the developers do nothing about it despite it driving off some of said killers.
mans be readin minds.
-
if i'm tired, i just tunnel.
-
knowing i gatekept the gens for awhile is nice.
-
just give em 10 traps to start off with.
-
it's fine where it's at.
-
idk man, anyone who does bad against a swf is just bad, i'd say this includes me, but i'm just built different.
-
pretty random, but wish exposed went through endurance.
-
i really dont see anything op about the perk.
- no cooldown? lasts for 16 seconds. gen is 70%.
- it doesn't give any instant regression or loss of progress. so hardly slows the game
- is negated by multiple gens or killer in a chase.
- at most gives the killer an injure unless the survivor never healed for whatever reason. not too mention many gens are likely to have lines of sight anyway.
really it int all that powerful of a perk, but it's been proven, that i'm just built different.

Just give all characters available tier-one perks off the bat and allow them to level them up via the blood web in the same manner we have now.
you might be on to something there.
